A balancing weight 23 is fixed in the middle of the spring 22; under the centrifugal action, the position of the balancing weight 23 in the radial direction of the stirring paddle can be adjusted by adjusting the rotating speed of the rotating pipe 10, and then the upper inclined pipe 17 and the lower inclined pipe 18 are driven to turn over up and down, so that the function of adjusting the spraying direction of the spray head 19 is achieved.
The drive assembly comprises a motor, a reducer and a drive drum 4. The motor and the reducer are both fixed at the top of the tank body 1 through the mounting frame 3. The output shaft of the motor is fixed with the input port of the speed reducer. The output port of the speed reducer is fixed with a driving cylinder 4. The driving cylinder 4 is sleeved outside the rotating pipe 10. A guide strip 27 is arranged on the inner side wall of the driving cylinder 4; the outer side wall of the rotating pipe 10 is provided with a guide groove 28 arranged along the axial direction; the guide strip 27 is slidably connected in the guide groove 28, so that the driving cylinder 4 and the rotating tube 1 form a sliding pair, and the driving cylinder 4 does not influence the vertical lifting of the rotating tube 1 while driving the rotating tube 1 to rotate. When the motor rotates to drive the reducer to rotate, the driving cylinder 4 starts to rotate, and the rotating pipe 10 is driven to rotate under the action of the guide strip 27, so that the whole stirring assembly is driven to rotate.
An electric push rod 34 which is vertically arranged is fixed on the outer side of the tank body 1. The push-out lever of the electric push lever 34 is disposed upward. One end of the wall bar 11 is fixed to the push-out bar of the electric push bar 34. The other end of the wall bar 11 is rotatably connected to the top end of the rotating tube 10. The lifting of the wall bar 11 can drive the rotation tube 10 to perform lifting movement without affecting the rotation of the rotation tube 10.
The wall bar 11 is fixed with a quick-connect tube 12 at the end near the rotating tube 10. The bottom end of the quick connection pipe 12 is connected with the top end of the rotating pipe 10 through a rotary joint; one of the ports of the rotary joint communicates with an annular ring 24 at the top end of the rotary tube 10. So that the liquid medicine or water input from the quick connection pipe 12 is delivered to the centrifugal direction-changing type spraying module through the rotating pipe 10 and the expanding cylinder 13 to be sprayed out. Therefore, the function of spraying the liquid medicine at the stirring paddle during stirring is realized, and the mixing speed of different liquid medicines is improved.
The liquid supply pipe 5 is connected with a plurality of storage tanks for different components required for mixing the liquid medicine through a liquid supply pump. The delivery outlet of each storage jar all is provided with the valve. The outlet of the drain pipe 6 is connected to the outlet of the circulation pump. The delivery outlet of circulating pump is connected to fast takeover 12 through first on-off valve, is connected to the liquid medicine storage jar that is used for the liquid medicine after the storage mixes through the second on-off valve. The quick-connect pipe 12 is connected to a liquid source for tank cleaning by a water inlet pump. The quick connection pipe 12 can input both the circulating liquid medicine from the circulating pump and the clean water or the cleaning liquid from the water inlet pump.
The motor, the electromagnetic valve, the electric push rod 34, the spray head 19, the pressure release valve and the air pressure gauge in the embodiment are conventional devices known to those skilled in the art, and can be customized according to actual needs.
The working process of the liquid medicine test stirring device with the self-cleaning function is as follows:
step one, the liquid medicine test stirring device with the self-cleaning function is placed in a place needing to be used, and the level of the tank body 1 can be adjusted by rotating the threaded rod 32 in the placing process.
Step two, when the liquid medicine needs to be stirred, a plurality of components which need to be mixed into the liquid medicine are input into the tank body 1 through the liquid supply pipe 5.
Step three, starting a motor, so that the motor rotates through a speed reducer and a driving cylinder 4 to drive a rotating pipe 10 to rotate; the rotating pipe 10 further drives each upper inclined stirring rod 14, each lower inclined stirring rod 15 and each stirring sheet 16 of the stirring assembly to rotate, so that each component in the tank body is stirred, and uniform liquid medicine is formed in the tank body. When the stirring assembly rotates, the electric push rod 34 performs periodic telescopic motion to drive the stirring assembly to perform lifting motion, so that different positions in the tank body are stirred, the stirring is more sufficient, and the uniformity of different components in the liquid medicine is improved.
In the stirring process, the first on-off valve is switched on, the second on-off valve is cut off, after the liquid medicine in the tank body 1 is pumped out through the liquid discharge pipe 6 by the circulating pump, the liquid medicine is obliquely upwards or obliquely downwards sprayed out into the tank body 1 again through the quick connection pipe 12, the rotating pipe 10, the expansion cylinder 13 and the centrifugal turning type spraying module, jet flows in different directions are formed in the tank body, the stirring mode is further enriched, and the stirring effect is improved.
And step four, after the stirring is finished, the first on-off valve is closed, the second on-off valve is opened, and the liquid medicine in the tank body 1 is output to an external liquid medicine storage tank through the circulating pump through the liquid discharge pipe 6.
And step five, after the liquid medicine is completely output, an external water inlet pump works, and clear water or cleaning liquid is obliquely upwards or obliquely downwards sprayed into the tank body 1 through the quick connection pipe 12, the rotating pipe 10, the expanding cylinder 13 and the centrifugal direction-changing spraying module. The motor rotates, and the rotating speed changes periodically, so that the rotating speed of each centrifugal direction-changing spraying module is driven to change continuously, and a spring 22 and a balancing weight 23 are arranged in each centrifugal direction-changing spraying module. The clump weight 23 has a tendency of moving outwards when performing circular motion, and the degrees of the outward movement under different rotations are different; in the process that the rotating speed is constantly changed, the balancing weight 23 continuously reciprocates in the radial direction of the stirring component to drive the upper inclined tube 17 and the lower inclined tube 18 to continuously overturn, the spraying direction is adjusted, and the range of spraying clear water or cleaning solution on the inner side wall of the tank body 1 is enlarged.
Simultaneously, electric putter 34 carries out periodic concertina movement, drives the stirring subassembly and carries out elevating movement for clear water or washing liquid can spray the scope at the jar internal side wall of body 1, realize the abundant washing to jar internal side wall of body 1.
In the cleaning process, the liquid discharge pipe 6 continuously discharges liquid in the tank body, so that the cleaning liquid is prevented from being accumulated in the tank body to influence the cleaning effect.
Example 2
The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the wall bar 11 and the electric push rod 34 are not included in the transmission liquid supply assembly; the rotating tube 10 cannot move up and down; a plurality of stirring assemblies are sequentially arranged on the rotating pipe 10. In the cleaning process, through the change of the rotating speed of the stirring component, the spraying directions of the upper inclined pipe 17 and the lower inclined pipe 18 in the centrifugal direction-changing type spraying module are changed, and the cleaning solution can be sprayed to all positions of the inner side wall of the tank body.

the outer end of each V-shaped rod group is provided with a centrifugal direction-changing spraying module; the centrifugal direction-changing type spraying module comprises an upper inclined pipe (17), a lower inclined pipe (18), an upper rotating frame (20), a lower rotating frame (21), a spring (22) and a balancing weight (23); the upper inclined pipe (17) is rotatably connected with the outer end of the corresponding upper inclined stirring rod (14); the lower inclined pipe (18) is rotationally connected with the corresponding lower inclined stirring rod (15); the outer ends of the upper inclined pipe (17) and the lower inclined pipe (18) are respectively provided with a spray head (19); the input ports of the upper inclined pipe (17) and the lower inclined pipe (18) are communicated with the inner cavity of the expansion cylinder (13); the upper rotating frame (20) and the lower rotating frame (21) are respectively and rotatably connected with the inner ends of the upper inclined tube (17) and the lower inclined tube (18); the upper rotating frame (20) is connected with the lower rotating frame (21) through a spring (22); a balancing weight (23) is fixed in the middle of the spring (22).

The chemical liquid test stirring device with the self-cleaning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the liquid supply pipe (5) is connected with a plurality of storage tanks through liquid supply pumps; the output port of the liquid discharge pipe (6) is connected to the output port of the circulating pump; the output port of the circulating pump is connected to the quick connection pipe (12) through a first on-off valve, and liquid medicine is output through a second on-off valve; the quick connecting pipe (12) is connected to the cleaning liquid through a water inlet pump.
