本发明涉及日化用品技术领域,提供一种染发组合物及其制备方法、应用以及染发慕斯,染发组合物包括1号剂和2号剂,其中,1号剂包括以下重量份数的原料:0.1~0.5份增稠剂、0.5~10份的乳化剂、0~8份的染发剂、3~8份的pH调节剂、0.5‑4份的抗氧化剂、0.1~2份的物理发泡剂、50~80份的水;2号剂包括以下重量份数的原料:0.1~0.5份的增稠剂、0.5~10份的乳化剂、6~12份的氧化剂、0.5~3份的稳定剂、0.1~2份的物理发泡剂、60~80份的水。本发明的染发组合物,降低了物理发泡剂的使用量,使组合物浆料和物理发泡剂混合更均匀,体系更稳定和高效,应用于染发慕斯时,喷出的泡沫细腻、均匀,泡沫体积较小、较实,可以绵密地覆盖在头发表面,附着力好,染发效果好、均匀度高。

本发明涉及日化用品技术领域,特别是涉及一种染发组合物及其制备方法、应用以及染发慕斯。
背景技术
随着社会生活水平的提升,人们对发型和发色等形象越来越重视,尤其是白发遮盖等染发产品的需求量也不断增加。染发慕斯喷雾是利用推进剂将染发物料喷出成泡沫状的染发产品,使用时,将喷出的泡沫均匀涂抹在头发上,停留一定时间后将冲洗干净即可。由于其具有使用快捷、清理方便的优点,染发慕斯喷雾越来越受到消费者的青睐。
现有的染发慕斯染发制剂组合物的配方还不够完善,喷出泡沫状态发泡性太大,导致上色效果不佳等问题,不仅造成物料的浪费,降低了产品的使用周期,还增加了消费者的经济负担。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对上述问题,提供一种染发组合物及其制备方法、应用以及染发慕斯,染发组合物的增稠流变体系好,乳化体系稳定,物料溶解性好,经喷出后形成的泡沫细腻,容易操作使用,染发效果好。
一种染发组合物,包括以下重量份数的原料:

所述染发剂选自:对苯二胺、间苯二酚、苯基甲基吡唑啉酮、间氨基苯酚、对氨基苯酚、4-氨基-2-羟基甲苯、甲苯-2,5-二胺硫酸盐、5-氨基-6-氯邻甲酚、N,N-双(2-羟乙基)对苯二胺硫酸盐、2,4-二氨基苯氧基乙醇硫酸盐、1-萘酚、HC黄NO.2中的一种或多种组合。具体用于漂浅染时可以不加上述染发剂,即此时重量份数可为0。
在现有技术中,为了使染发料液在使用时可以被持续喷出,液化石油气填充量要求较大;发明人在实践中发现,液化石油气含量大容易导致喷出的泡沫体积偏大、泡沫内部较虚,泡沫体积相差较大、泡沫形成不均匀,在头发上的覆盖均匀度较差,使得染发效果不均一。本发明选用的增稠剂皆为有机大分子增稠剂,具有强耐酸耐碱的特点,强抗氧化和抗还原性;本发明选用的乳化剂具有强耐酸耐碱和高效稳泡性,这种增稠剂和乳化剂组合选择使本发明在产品生产后充入气体后静置时保持一定稠度增加稳定性,并且在货架期内不容易发生返稀等现象。本发明的染发组合物,通过增稠剂和乳化剂原料种类和配比的选择,得到具有高效乳化、稳定增稠和流变改性的体系,减少物理发泡剂的用量,使得组合物料液和物理发泡剂混合更均匀,无需摇晃也可以喷出细腻、稳定的泡沫,泡沫体积相对较小、较实,能绵密地覆盖在皮肤表面,染发效果均匀;而且组合物浆料溶解更均匀,与喷头的材质相容性好,不容易发生堆积堵塞的现象,产品喷出率高。
进一步的技术方案是,所述增稠剂包括黄原胶、羟乙基纤维素、瓜尔胶、纤维素中的一种或多种。
进一步的技术方案是,所述乳化剂包括甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡醇、PEG-7硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡醇聚醚-20、硬脂醇聚醚-2、硬脂醇聚醚-21、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-6、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-20、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-12、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-20中的一种或多种。
进一步的技术方案是,所述pH调节剂包括单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、氨水、氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾中的一种或多种。

为实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种上述染发组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1号剂的制备:
S1、将增稠剂、乳化剂混合均匀,均质,过滤;
S2、向步骤S1所得体系中加染发剂,混合均匀,均质,;
S3、向步骤S2所得体系中加入pH调节剂,混合均匀,加入抗氧化剂等其它原料,混合均匀,得组合物浆料;
S4、将物理发泡剂和步骤S3所得的组合物浆料同时进行混合灌装,即得1号剂。
2号剂的制备:
SA、将增稠剂、乳化剂混合均匀,均质,过滤;
SB、向步骤SA所得体系中加氧化剂,混合均匀,均质,;
SC、向步骤SB所得体系中加入稳定剂,混合均匀,加入剩余其它原料,混合均匀,得组合物浆料;
SD、将物理发泡剂和步骤SD所得的组合物浆料同时进行混合灌装,即得2号剂。
上述制备方法得到的染发组合物,降低了物理发泡剂的使用量,使组合物浆料和物理发泡剂混合更均匀,体系更稳定和高效,应用于染发慕斯时,喷出的泡沫细腻、均匀,泡沫体积较小、较实,可以绵密地覆盖在头发表面,附着力好,染发效果好、均匀度高;染发组合物溶解与喷头的材质相容性好,不容易发生堆积堵塞的现象,产品喷出率高。
为实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种上述染发组合物在制备染发慕斯中的应用。
本发明另一方面还提供一种染发慕斯喷雾,该染发慕斯喷雾包括罐体和气雾阀门;所述罐体内填充有上述任一所述的染发组合物,所述罐体内设置有密封的双囊袋,所述双囊袋内分别填充有1号剂和2号剂,所述罐体和所述双囊袋之间的夹层内填充有压缩空气;所述双囊袋内设有引料管,所述引料管的一端伸入所述囊袋内,所述引料管的另一端伸出所述囊袋与所述气雾阀门连接;所述气雾阀门连接喷头,通过按压所述气雾阀门可以挤压所述囊袋使染发组合物沿所述引料管从所述喷头喷出,挤压所述喷头时1号剂和2号剂等量从囊袋中喷出并达到均匀混合的状态。
上述染发慕斯喷雾,采用二元包装,即在罐体内增设双囊袋,囊袋1内填充染发组合物1号剂和少量物理发泡剂;囊袋2内填充染发组合物2号剂和少量物理发泡剂,使染发组合物和物理发泡剂能够均匀混合;并在囊袋和罐体的夹层内填充压缩空气,压缩空气可以同时挤压双囊袋使染发组合物1号剂和2号剂同时以相同压力喷出,通过促动器使1号剂和2号剂料体喷出时能均匀混合,形成细腻、均匀的泡沫,泡沫体积较小、较实,可以绵密地覆盖在头发表面,附着力好,染发效果好、均匀度高,料体与喷头的材质相容性好,不容易发生堆积堵塞的现象,产品喷出率高。
在其中一个实施例中,所述囊袋选用四层真空囊袋。四层真空囊袋安全性较高。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的染发组合物,通过增稠剂和乳化剂原料种类和配比的选择,得到具有高效乳化、稳定增稠和流变改性的体系,减少物理发泡剂的用量,使得组合物料液和物理发泡剂混合更均匀,无需摇晃也可以喷出细腻、稳定的泡沫,泡沫体积相对较小、较实,能绵密地覆盖在皮肤表面,染发效果均匀;而且,组合物浆料溶解更均匀,与喷头的材质相容性好,不容易发生堆积堵塞的现象,产品喷出率高。该染发组合物应用于染发慕斯喷雾,配合二元包装和双囊袋结构,具有货架期长,使用方便,不用另外混合1号剂和2号剂,泡沫绵密,染发效果好,喷出时不易堵塞的优点。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本发明,以下将给出较佳实施例对本发明进行更全面的描述。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本发明的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“和/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
实施例1
一种染发组合物,由表1和表2所示原料制备而成,具体通过以下方法制备得到:
1号剂的制备:
(1)在乳化锅中加入部分水,加热升温至83℃,搅拌受热均匀;
(2)将乳化剂和增稠剂加入至反应容器中,搅拌均匀,3000转/分钟,均质5分钟,用400目滤布抽滤,保留滤液,将滤液转移至真空乳化锅;保温15分钟;
(3)将染发剂和适量水加入水相锅中,加热升温至83℃,2000转/分钟,均质4分钟,至原料完全溶解,保温温15分钟;
(4)将已溶解的染发剂从水相锅抽入真空乳化锅内,开启2000转/分钟均质3分钟;搅拌降温;
(5)待降温至45℃,向加入事先溶解好的pH调节剂,搅拌均匀;
(6)待冷却至40℃,加入其余原料,搅拌均匀,得组合物浆料;
(7)将组合物浆料和物理发泡剂定量灌装到囊袋中,密封,即得。
2号剂的制备:
(1)在乳化锅中加入部分水,加热升温至83℃,搅拌受热均匀;
(2)将乳化剂和增稠剂加入至反应容器中,搅拌均匀,3000转/分钟,均质5分钟,用400目滤布抽滤,保留滤液,将滤液转移至真空乳化锅;保温15分钟后降温;
(3)将氧化剂抽入真空乳化锅内,开启2000转/分钟均质3分钟;搅拌降温;
(4)待降温至45℃,向加入事先溶解好的稳定剂,搅拌均匀;
(5)待冷却至40℃,加入其余原料,搅拌均匀,得组合物浆料;
(6)将组合物浆料和物理发泡剂定量灌装到囊袋中,密封,即得。
将上述染发组合物制成染发慕斯,染发慕斯包括罐体100和气雾阀门300,罐体100可以使用铝罐;罐体100内设置有密封的双囊袋200,双囊袋200内分别填充有1号剂步骤(7)和2号剂步骤(6)中的染发组合物500和510;罐体100和双囊袋200之间的夹层内填充有压缩空气;双囊袋200内分别设有引料管210,引料管210的一端伸入囊袋200内,引料管210的另一端伸出囊袋200与气雾阀门310连接;二元双囊袋气雾阀门310连接喷头400,通过按压所述气雾阀门400可以挤压双囊袋200,使染发组合物500和510同时沿引料管210从喷头400喷出。
实施例2
一种染发组合物,与实施例1的区别在于原料和配比不同,具体如表1和表2所示。将该染发组合物制作成染发慕斯,制作方法与实施例1的方法相同。
实施例3
一种染发组合物,与实施例1的区别在于原料和配比不同,具体如表1和表2所示。将该染发组合物制作成染发慕斯,制作方法与实施例1的方法相同。
实施例4
一种染发组合物,与实施例1的区别在于原料和配比不同,具体如表1和表2所示。将该染发组合物制作成染发慕斯,制作方法与实施例1的方法相同。
实施例5
一种染发组合物,与实施例1的区别在于原料和配比不同,具体如表1和表2所示。将该染发组合物制作成染发慕斯,制作方法与实施例1的方法相同。

实验例1
对实施例和对比例的染发慕斯进行测试,测试方法如下:
(1)泡沫大小检测:将染发慕斯喷涂于载玻片上,立刻放置于显微镜上观察并测量泡沫尺寸,放置10min后用显微镜观察并测量泡沫尺寸;
(2)泡沫状态检测:将染发慕斯喷涂于载玻片上,划定1×1cm2的范围,用显微镜计量该范围表层的泡沫数量;当泡沫数量≥100个/cm2时,判定为细腻;当泡沫数量<50个/cm2时,判定为不细腻;
(3)pH稳定性测试:在不同时间测试用pH测试仪测试浆组合物浆料的pH值,取1号剂和2号剂的pH变化平均值,当pH变化值≤0.2时,判定为pH值稳定;
(4)染发效果测试:将染发慕斯1号剂和2号剂,1:1挤出后均匀涂抹于将头发发样上,记录染发30min后的染发效果;
(5)刺激性测试:随机选择20位测试者,在头发上分别涂抹染发慕斯,30min后记录测试者的刺激性感受,统计有刺激性感受的人数;
(6)粘度差别测试:分别用转子粘度计测定1号剂和2号剂的粘度,两剂差距≤500mpa.s时判定为合格;
(7)喷出等量性:用相同口径的阀门和喷头,同时按压染发慕斯观察1号剂和2号剂出料比例是否均一,1号剂或2号剂其中一个囊袋先喷完即停,称剩余囊袋料体重量,推算出两剂同时喷出的等量性,若差距大于5%则判断为不合格;
(8)喷出率:按压染发慕斯罐体上的阀门,直至无法再按压出料体,计算喷出的料体重量和占比。
(9)稳定性:把产品分别放在(40±2)℃和(-5±2)℃,24h后恢复至室温观察稳定性。
测试结果如下表所示:

从上表可以看出,本发明实施例的染发慕斯泡沫小、尺寸均匀,喷出后10min泡沫尺寸变化小,泡沫细腻程度高;产品的pH值较为稳定,变化值较小;30min染发效果好;刺激性小;几乎无喷头堵塞现象,产品两种剂型1:1喷出差别小,产品喷出率大于97%,稳定性好,利用率较高。
相比之下,对比例1由于物理发泡剂添加比例高,导致产品喷出来后慕斯泡沫过多,直径偏大,而且不稳泡,喷出来的染发剂相对含量偏少,染发效果变差,泡沫过大,体现感差;对比例2由于1号剂中抗氧化剂和2号剂中稳定剂添加量过多,容易导致产品1号剂pH变化大,因此类型原料,尤其是抗氧化剂容易分解对pH影响大,同时也因为pH的影响从而影响染发效果;对比例3中pH调节剂和氧化剂添加量不够导致1号剂pH过低,2号剂pH酸度不够,因染发是两剂混合时打开头发毛鳞片从而起作用,pH调节剂和氧化剂添加量不够也会影响染发效果。对比例4中1号剂pH调节剂和氧化剂含量过高容易导致刺激性增大,发质变差;对比例5中1号剂和2号剂增稠剂或影响料体稠度的乳化剂含量不一致会影响产品两剂型粘度,从而影响等量喷出性,继而影响染发效果和消费者体验感;对比例6中1号剂未添加抗氧化剂,2号剂未添加稳定剂,1号剂制作后所含染发剂容易被空气中的氧气氧化从而变黑,2号剂中氧化剂过氧化氢容易受温度影响分解成氧气从而影响产品稳定性。
综上所述,本发明实施例的染发慕斯在稳定性、温和性、喷出率以及泡沫细腻性都优于对比例。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (6)
1.一种染发组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:
1号剂:
2号剂:
其中,所述染发剂为对苯二胺、间苯二酚、苯基甲基吡唑啉酮和2,4-二氨基苯氧基乙醇硫酸盐;所述增稠剂为黄原胶和羟乙基纤维素;所述乳化剂为甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、鲸蜡硬脂醇和鲸蜡醇聚醚-20的一种或多种;所述pH调节剂为单乙醇胺;所述氧化剂为过氧化氢;所述稳定剂为羟乙二磷酸、磷酸氢二钠、锡酸钠;所述物理发泡剂为丁烷;所述抗氧化剂包括亚硫酸钠和异抗坏血酸钠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的染发组合物,其特征在于,所述染发组合物还包括以下重量份数的原料:
3.根据权利要求2所述的染发组合物,其特征在于,所述保湿剂包括甘油、丙二醇、丁二醇、矿油、角鲨烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或多种;所述发用调理剂包括PCA钠、乳酸钠、精氨酸、天冬氨酸、吡咯烷酮羧酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、丝氨酸、缬氨酸、脯氨酸、苏氨酸、异亮氨酸、组氨酸、苯丙氨酸、水解角蛋白、角蛋白、紫芝提取物、雪莲花提取物、人参根提取物、牡丹提取物、何首乌根提取物、何首乌提取物的一种或多种;所述抗敏剂包括红没药醇、甘草酸二钾、甜扁桃提取物、仙人掌提取物、燕麦麸皮提取物、麦冬根提取物、芍药根提取物、黄芩根提取物中的一种或多种;所述芳香剂包括花果香、石榴香、何首乌香和人参香中的一种或多种。
4.权利要求1~3任一项所述的染发组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1号剂的制备:
S1、将增稠剂、乳化剂混合均匀,均质,过滤;
S2、向步骤S1所得体系中加染发剂,混合均匀,均质;
S3、向步骤S2所得体系中加入pH调节剂,混合均匀,加入包括抗氧化剂在内的其它原料,混合均匀,得组合物浆料;
S4、将物理发泡剂和步骤S3所得的组合物浆料同时进行混合灌装,得1号剂;
2号剂的制备:
SA、将增稠剂、乳化剂混合均匀,均质,过滤;
SB、向步骤SA所得体系中加氧化剂,混合均匀,均质;
SC、向步骤SB所得体系中加入稳定剂,混合均匀,加入剩余其它原料,混合均匀,得组合物浆料;
SD、将物理发泡剂和步骤SC所得的组合物浆料同时进行混合灌装,得2号剂。
5.权利要求1~3任一项所述的染发组合物的应用,用于制备染发慕斯。
6.一种染发慕斯,其特征在于,包括罐体和气雾阀门,所述罐体内填充有权利要求1~3任一项所述的染发组合物,所述罐体内设置有密封的双囊袋,所述双囊袋内分别填充有1号剂和2号剂,所述罐体和所述双囊袋之间的夹层内填充有压缩空气;所述双囊袋内设有引料管,所述引料管的一端伸入所述囊袋内,所述引料管的另一端伸出所述囊袋与所述气雾阀门连接;所述气雾阀门连接喷头,通过按压所述气雾阀门可以挤压所述囊袋使染发组合物沿所述引料管从所述喷头喷出,挤压所述喷头时1号剂和2号剂等量从囊袋中喷出并达到均匀混合的状态。
