It should be understood that the central position is not limited to the central line, but both sides of the central line can be changed according to different product forms, for example, the area of the rear panel 12 formed herein can be increased correspondingly to meet the actual use requirement of the formed product, and for convenience of example, the central line is used to represent the area of the rear panel 12;
b. taking a continuously conveyed elastic non-woven fabric 20, symmetrically and continuously cutting the two sides of the transverse width of the elastic non-woven fabric, forming two cuts 21 through single cutting, defining the part between the two cuts 21 in the length direction as a folding section 22, and upwards folding and fixing the folding section 22. The position of the folded-back section 22 here is the lower end position of the absorbent article after molding.
Specifically, step b is handled through a forming device 30, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the forming device 30 includes a frame, an unwinding mechanism 31 for unwinding the elastic nonwoven fabric 20, a cutter roller assembly 32 for forming the notch 21, a folding assembly 33 for turning up or turning down the material, and a plurality of guide rollers for guiding the material are sequentially disposed on the frame, the folding assembly 33 includes an adsorption groove 331 and a folding plate 332, an adsorption area 331a of the adsorption groove 331 is located on both sides of the material at a width position of the notch 21 so as to separate a part (a folding section 22) between the notches 21 and tilt up, and the folding plate 332 is disposed on both sides of the material. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 (3 circled positions in the figure indicate the folded state), the flap 332 is of a spiral structure as a whole, and sequentially comprises a horizontal input port 332a, a spiral guide section 332b, and an inclined pressing section 332c along the conveying direction of the material; as shown in fig. 5, the horizontal input hole 332a of the flap plate 332 is located on the outer side of the upturned material, and the spiral guiding section 332b is connected to the inclined pressing section 332c, and the inclined pressing section 332c is connected to the spiral guiding section 332b and extends backwards along the direction of the water line to press the upturned material for a certain distance to prevent the upturned material from being recovered.
Structurally, a sizing mechanism 34 for sizing materials is further arranged between the turnover assembly 33 and the cutter roller assembly 32. In order to ensure the stability of the upturning, a sizing mechanism 34 is added, and a certain degree of glue is sprayed on the upper surface of the elastic non-woven fabric 20, so that the structure after the upturning is stable. The glue applying mechanism 34 is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described herein, and can apply glue spirally or spray glue, preferably glue spirally at the position of the folding section 22, so as to fix the folding portion while avoiding contamination of the folding plate 332.
Here, the form of the downward-turning formation is exemplified by the form of the upward-turning of the portion between the two slits 21 in the length direction, but not limited to the upward-turning form, and the form of the downward-turning formation can be formed by changing the suction direction of the suction groove 331 on the folding assembly 33 and the position of the folding plate 332, which will not be described again.
c. Compounding a continuously conveyed water repellent layer 40 at the lower end of the elastic non-woven fabric 20 in the step b; specifically, in the step c, the width of the water repellent layer 40 is not less than the width between the slits 21 on both sides of the elastic nonwoven fabric 20 in the width direction in the step b (i.e., the distance between the folding sections 22 on both sides), and the water repellent layer 40 is formed by compounding a water repellent film and at least two layers of nonwoven fabrics. Structurally, the water-repellent layer 40 needs to cover the width of the absorber 100 to avoid liquid leakage from the absorber 100, and not too wide to affect wearing comfort; the water-repellent layer 40 needs to be impermeable to liquid, and in order to improve the hand feeling, a nonwoven fabric is added to ensure physical properties such as softness of the water-repellent layer 40.
d. And c, cutting the product obtained in the step c into single products, and continuously compounding the products with the front sheet 11 and the back sheet 12 at equal intervals along the width direction of the product obtained in the step a after turning to obtain a continuous outer garment layer.
Wherein, the formed coat layer is still on the production line, and then the absorber 100 and the liquid-permeable surface layer 200 are sequentially arranged in corresponding positions and then are compounded; after compounding, folding the product and jointing the product at equal intervals to form a skirt-shaped structure with clear front and back sheets 11 and 12 and slitting the skirt-shaped structure to obtain a single skirt-shaped absorption article; it should be understood that the absorbent body 100 may be an off-line formed finished absorbent body 100 structure, or an on-line formed product.
The technical scheme aims at the characteristics of skirt type structure absorption articles, different coat layer structures are designed, namely, the elastic non-woven fabric 20 is added as a supporting structure, the bottom of the elastic non-woven fabric 20 is provided with the water repellent layer 40 to meet the liquid impermeability, meanwhile, the upper end of the elastic non-woven fabric bears the absorber 100 and is connected with the front piece 11 and the rear piece 12, the bearing performance is good, and large deformation can not be formed after the absorber 100 absorbs liquid.
The large-area elastic non-woven fabric 20 covers the front waist, the lower crosspiece and the back waist, has strong wrapping property, is more fit with the human body after being worn, and ensures the fixing effect when being worn while the lower ends of the front sheet 11 and the back sheet 12 are free from the human body.
The notches 21 are processed on two sides of the elastic non-woven fabric 20 and the part is turned, and the turning position is the lower gear position of the absorbent article, so that a folded two-layer or three-layer elastic supporting structure can be formed, a reinforced bearing is carried out on the area with concentrated weight of the absorber 100, the absorbent article is strong in three-dimensional property after being worn, and the absorbent article 100 also has a strong lifting effect after absorbing liquid; meanwhile, the structure of the elastic non-woven fabric 20 is combined with the large-area joint of the front sheet 11 and the rear sheet 12 to form different elastic regions of a front waist, a rear waist and a lower rail, when the absorber 100 absorbs liquid and falls down, the lower rail region forms larger bearing force, and the large-area joint structure of the front waist and the rear waist part can not enable the product to form larger deformation, so that the good appearance can be kept after liquid absorption, the three-dimensional stability is strong, and the liquid leakage phenomenon caused by deformation is avoided.
The lower gear area abandons the input of rubber strings, so that the rubber strings are saved in production, production equipment and process are correspondingly simplified, the practicability is good, the lower gear area is smooth in appearance of a product, wrinkles caused by the rubber strings cannot be formed, and the attractiveness is good.
Specifically, in the step b, the two cuts 21 are folded upwards in the length direction and then are overlapped with each other; at this time, the elastic nonwoven fabric 20 in the lower rail region has a three-layer structure; when necessary, the length of the cut 21 can be shortened, so that the folded parts at the two ends are not overlapped, and the elastic non-woven fabric 20 in the lower rail area is of a two-layer structure; the choice of the two is based on factors such as the size of the product, the absorbency and the expansion rate of the absorbent body 100, and the positioning of the product, and is not limited thereto.
In the step b of the present embodiment, the two notches 21 have a symmetrical straight-line structure; for convenience of description, a linear and symmetrical structure is adopted; the elastic nonwoven 20 thus formed has the same covering surface of the folded part of the front and back panels 11 and 12 after folding, so as to form the situation of the same force on both sides of the front and back panels 11 and 12.
Furthermore, the two slits 21 may be designed to have an asymmetric linear or arc structure (the areas of the front sheet 11 side and the rear sheet 12 side after being folded are different) according to the different sizes of the front sheet 11 and the rear sheet 12, so that the bearing capacity of the front sheet 11 and the rear sheet 12 can be changed correspondingly, and the design can be designed according to the different specific longitudinal positions of the absorbent body 100, so that the bearing capacity of the elastic nonwoven 20 is uniformly dispersed on the front sheet 11 and the rear sheet 12 according to the different sizes of the front sheet 11 and the rear sheet 12.
Considering from the product, when it is needed to increase the elasticity at the waist, a step may be added between the above steps a and b, specifically as shown in fig. 6, which is a step a1: applying an elastic band 50 on one side opposite to the cutting positions of the front sheet 11 and the back sheet 12, and folding the application area downwards or upwards and inwards, wherein the distance between the application area and the end parts of the two ends is 20-50 mm; the distance is not specifically set, and different specific sizes are selected according to different product sizes, so that the requirement of the distance in the interval can be met.
Meanwhile, when the technical solution is applied to a diaper or a pull-up diaper product, necessary components such as the leakproof isolation border 201 are correspondingly added on the liquid-permeable surface layer 200, which will not be described herein.
In this embodiment, the compounding in steps c and d is performed by hot melt adhesive or ultrasonic compounding. The device can be improved or adjusted according to the existing equipment, and the production requirement can be met.
In the present embodiment, in the step a, the dividing lines of the front sheet 11 and the rear sheet 12 are wavy lines, and the skirt-type lower hem is wavy line structure, but the product form may be straight line or broken line, and the limitation is not limited thereto.
While the invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
