The invention provides a skirt type absorption article, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the skirt type absorption article comprises an absorption body 1 and an outer layer 8, the outer layer 8 is a skirt type structure formed by compounding an inner lining layer and an outer cladding layer, and the inner lining layer and the outer cladding layer are not shown in fig. 1; the effect diagram of the outer layer 8 is for example as shown in fig. 4; the longitudinal ends of the absorbent body 1 are connected with the front waist region and the rear waist region of the outer layer 8; the absorption body 1 sequentially comprises a skin-contacting layer 10, an absorption layer and a breathable bottom layer 40, wherein the skin-contacting layer 10 is used for contacting with human skin and is arranged on one side of the human skin, and the breathable bottom layer 40 is arranged on one side far away from the human skin; two sides of the skin layer 10 are provided with side leakage prevention layers 20 higher than the skin layer 10, for example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2; the crotch position of the absorbent body 1, the front waist region and the back waist region of the outer layer 8 are each provided with an elastic stretch material, and the crotch position of the absorbent body 1 is provided with an elastic stretch material 60, for example, as shown in fig. 1; in the present invention, the elastic stretch material is preferably an elastic band; in the present invention, the breathable bottom layer 40 is preferably formed by combining a water repellent film (e.g., PE film) with at least 2 layers of nonwoven fabric; in the present invention, specifically, the inner liner and the outer cover are compounded to form the outer layer 8 of the skirt-type absorbent article, and elastic stretch materials are disposed at the upper end, the middle position (middle part) and the lower end of the front waist region and the rear waist region of the outer layer 8.
The skirt type absorption article has the advantages of comfort, beauty, close fitting and the like; the elastic stretching material is independently arranged at the crotch position of the absorption body, so that the elastic stretching material can be independently controlled at the crotch position, and the three-dimensional property of the product and the lifting effect after imbibing are ensured; the stretching effects of the upper end, the middle part and the lower end of the front waist region and the rear waist region of the outer layer are combined with a scientific human body concept, the inner liner and the outer cladding layer are uniquely designed, and the outer layer is of a skirt-type structure formed by compounding the inner liner and the outer cladding layer, so that the skirt-type absorbing article has an excellent using effect on both aesthetic property and comfort, and is a light, thin and comfortable absorbing article suitable for being directly worn by a user and capable of preventing side leakage.
According to some preferred embodiments, the inner liner and the outer cover are combined together by off-line combination or on-line combination to form the outer layer 8 of the skirt-type absorbent article.
According to some preferred embodiments, the outer layer 8 has both a longitudinal dimension and a transverse dimension greater than the absorbent body 1; and/or the skirt lower end position of the skirt structure is shaped, preferably, the skirt lower end position of the skirt structure is rippled, for example, as shown in fig. 1 and 4.
According to some preferred embodiments, the regions where both longitudinal ends of the absorbent body 1 are joined to the front waist region and the rear waist region of the outer layer 8 are sequentially formed, from top to bottom, with the upper stretching region 81, the middle stretching region 82, and the lower stretching region 83 each provided with the elastic stretching material, that is, the upper stretching region 81, the middle stretching region 82, and the lower stretching region 83 provided with the elastic stretching material are sequentially formed corresponding to the upper end, the middle position (middle portion), and the lower end of the front waist region and the rear waist region of the outer layer 8, as shown in fig. 1; the upper stretching region 81 is provided with 2 to 15 elastic stretching materials (such as 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 or 15) and the interval between two adjacent elastic stretching materials is 1 to 10mm (such as 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5 or 10mm), preferably, the upper stretching region 81 is provided with 3 to 10 elastic stretching materials (such as 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10) and the interval between two adjacent elastic stretching materials is 2 to 5mm (such as 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5 or 5 mm); the middle stretch region 82 is provided with 10 to 30 elastic stretch materials (for example, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28 or 30) and 2 to 15mm (for example, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5, 12, 12.5, 13, 13.5, 14, 14.5 or 15mm) of space between two adjacent elastic stretch materials, preferably, the middle stretch region 82 is provided with 8 to 15 elastic stretch materials (for example, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 or 15) of space between two adjacent elastic stretch materials is 2 to 8mm (for example, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7.5, 7 or 8 mm); the lower stretch region 83 is provided with 10 to 30 elastic stretch materials (for example, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28 or 30) and 2 to 20mm (for example, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 or 20mm) of spacing between two adjacent elastic stretch materials, preferably, the lower stretch region 83 is provided with 5 to 15 elastic stretch materials (for example, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 or 15) of spacing between two adjacent elastic stretch materials (for example, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5, 12, 12.5, 13, 13.5, 14, 14.5 or 15 mm). In the present invention, it is preferable that the skirt absorbent article is formed with the upper stretching region 81, the middle stretching region 82 and the lower stretching region 83, and the elastic stretching material in the front waist region and the back waist region is provided with the above precise control system to make the elasticity comfortable and improve the smoothness of the whole product, so that the stretching effect of the skirt absorbent article can be more in line with the scientific human body concept, and the skirt absorbent article in the present invention has the best use effect in both beauty and comfort. In the present invention, the design of forming the upper stretching region 81, the middle stretching region 82 and the lower stretching region 83 is adapted to the physical characteristics of the user, the elastic stretching effect from the waist to the hip is different, the closer the elastic material interval is, the larger the pulling force of the part is, the more the user wears the hip with the constraint feeling, and the design of setting the interval from the upper stretching region 81 to the lower stretching region 83 with the elastic stretching material wider and more the number is, the better the wrapping performance of the lower stretching region 83 of the whole elastic region is, and the user wears the hip with the comfort. In particular, in the present invention, the term "from top to bottom" indicates a direction from the waist region to the crotch region of the skirt-type absorbent article.
According to some preferred embodiments, the crotch position of the absorbent body 1 is formed by disposing elastic stretch materials in a number of 1 to 10 (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10) with a spacing between adjacent two of the elastic stretch materials of 5 to 20mm (e.g., 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 or 20mm), preferably in a number of 3 to 6 (e.g., 3, 4, 5 or 6) with a spacing between adjacent two of the elastic stretch materials of 6 to 12mm (e.g., 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5 or 12 mm).
According to some preferred embodiments, both longitudinal ends of the absorbent body 1 are provided with buffering zones 50 having a lateral dimension greater than the width of the absorbent layer and a longitudinal dimension less than the longitudinal length of the front waist region and the rear waist region of the outer layer 8; in the present invention, the shape of the buffer area 50 may be designed as a rectangular area disposed at both ends of the air-permeable bottom layer and having a width larger than that of the first absorbent core layer, for example, as shown in fig. 1; in the present invention, the buffering region 50 may be formed by laminating a breathable bottom material and nonwoven fabrics disposed at both longitudinal ends of the absorbent body. In the present invention, the buffering area 50 is preferably provided, so that the flatness of the absorption body can be increased, the absorption body is not easily deformed, and the whole product has a stereoscopic impression, especially for an absorption article made of an ultra-thin material, if the buffering area 50 is not provided, the absorption body is too thin, and the two ends of the absorption body are curled, thereby affecting the beauty and comfort of the product.
According to some preferred embodiments, the side leakage preventing layer 20 is formed by compounding a non-woven fabric and at least 1 elastic stretch material, and the overall leakage preventing height of the side leakage preventing layer 20 is at least 1cm higher than that of the skin attaching layer 10; preferably, the side leakage preventing layer 20 is formed by combining a nonwoven fabric and 3 elastic stretch materials, wherein two elastic stretch materials positioned at the upper side are turned outwards so that the overall leakage preventing height of the side leakage preventing layer 20 is 1-5 cm (e.g. 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5cm) higher than that of the skin layer, and a schematic distribution diagram of the elastic stretch materials arranged in the side leakage preventing layer is shown in fig. 3, for example.
According to some preferred embodiments, the skin layer 10 is made of a hot-air non-woven fabric, and preferably, the skin layer 10 is made of a pure cotton fiber hot-air non-woven fabric and/or a chemical fiber hot-air non-woven fabric; the breathable bottom layer 40 is formed by compounding a water repellent film and at least 2 layers of fiber cloth; in the present invention, the fiber cloth may be, for example, a spunbonded nonwoven fabric, preferably a water repellent spunbonded nonwoven fabric (also referred to as a water repellent fabric), and in the breathable bottom layer 40 of the present invention, the water repellent film and the water repellent spunbonded nonwoven fabric may be, for example, connected together in an online composite manner; the water repellent film can be made of a PE film, for example, the water repellent spunbonded non-woven fabric has no special requirement, and the water repellent non-woven fabric available on the market can be adopted; the lining layer is made of paper materials, such as wet strength paper, toilet lining paper and other paper materials, preferably the lining layer is made of paper materials printed with patterns, the pattern has no special requirement, the pattern can be designed according to requirements, such as cartoons and clothes, and the product is more attractive and fashionable; and/or the surrounding layer adopts the spunbonded nonwoven to make, and is preferred, the surrounding layer adopts two-layer super gentle spunbonded nonwoven to make, super gentle spunbonded nonwoven chooses the super gentle spunbonded nonwoven that can sell on the market for use can.
According to some preferred embodiments, the skin layer is further provided with embossments 70, which can increase the aesthetic and flow guiding effects of the skirt absorbent article.
According to some preferred embodiments, the absorbent layer comprises a flow-directing layer 30 and an absorbent core layer 33, the flow-directing layer 30 being closer to the skin layer 10 than the absorbent core layer 33; preferably, the flow guide layer 30 is made of a hot air non-woven fabric, and preferably, the fibers adopted in the hot air non-woven fabric are coarse denier fibers with denier of 3-7; and/or the absorbent core layer 33 is made of a water-absorbent paper material containing water-absorbent particles, and more preferably, the absorbent core layer 33 is made by a wet processThe super absorbent resin absorbent paper material is prepared from the super absorbent resin absorbent paper material, and the gram weight of the absorbent core layer 33 is 60-120 g/m2(e.g., 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, or 120g/m2) (ii) a In the invention, the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper material is formed by uniformly distributing super absorbent resin between two raw paper layers made of wood pulp through a wet-process papermaking process, and the super absorbent resin is uniformly distributed between the two raw paper layers to form a super absorbent resin layer. The invention preferably selects the absorbent paper material which is made by the special process of the absorbent core layer, namely preferably selects the wet-process super absorbent resin absorbent paper material which is made by the wet-process paper making process, the thickness of the absorbent paper material is one fifth of the material of the common absorbent paper, the skirt absorbent product can be light and thin, the thickness of the product is one third of the product in the common market, and the absorbent core layer is favorable for improving the absorption speed of the product, reducing reverse osmosis and improving the dryness and coolness of the surface of the product.
According to some preferred embodiments, the absorbent core layer 33 comprises a first absorbent core layer 31 and the second absorbent core layer 32; in the present invention, the first absorbent core layer 31 and the second absorbent core layer 32 may take, for example, a straight strip shape, and/or other shapes other than a straight strip shape; in the present invention, the first absorbent core layer 31 and the second absorbent core layer 32 are arranged in such a manner that the first absorbent core layer 31 wraps the second absorbent core layer 32, or the first absorbent core layer 31 covers the second absorbent core layer 32, or the second absorbent core layer 32 is disposed on the first absorbent core layer 31; preferably, the first absorbent core layer 31 wraps the second absorbent core layer 32, for example, as shown in fig. 2 and 6.
According to some preferred embodiments, the absorbent core layer 33 is provided with slits 34 extending through the absorbent core layer 33, as shown for example in fig. 6; preferably, the slits 34 are arc-shaped or linear.
According to some preferred embodiments, the absorbent core layer 33 is provided with at least two (a plurality of) slits 34 extending through the absorbent core layer 33, the slits 34 extending through the upper and lower surfaces of the absorbent core layer 33, for example, as shown in fig. 6; the width of the cutting seam 34 is 0.2-3 mm (for example, 0.2, 0.5, 0.8, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 or 3 mm); the slits 34 are arranged along the length direction of the absorbent core layer 33, the front ends of the slits 34 are positioned at the front center of the absorbent core layer 33, and the rear ends of the slits 34 are positioned at the rear of the absorbent core layer 33; in the present invention, the plurality of bars means two or more; in the present invention, the front end of the slit 34 being located at the central front portion of the absorbent core layer 33 means being located at a substantially central position slightly forward from the central position of the absorbent core layer 33, for example, as shown in fig. 7; specifically, when the front ends of the slits 34 are positioned at the central front portion of the absorbent core layer 33, the distance from the front ends of the slits 34 to the central position of the absorbent core layer 33 may be, for example, 10 to 30 mm; in the invention, the front end and the rear end of the cutting seam 34 are arranged, so that the menstrual blood which is initially concentrated in the middle of the absorption core layer 33 can be better collected, and a better diversion effect is further realized; the effects of close-fitting blocking and stuffy feeling can be kept and reduced by combining the adjustment of a user.
In particular, in the present invention, the structural layers in fig. 2 and 6 are tightly and/or partially bonded to each other, and the structural layers are shown as being peeled off from each other, only for clearly showing the positional relationship between the structural layers of the present invention.
In the present invention, for clearly showing the slit 34, a certain width of the slit 34 is illustrated in fig. 6 and 7, but in an actual product, the slit 34 is cut by a cutter, and the width of the slit 34 is very narrow and is 0.2 to 3 mm; unlike the slit 34 cut by the cutter, the diversion trench or the diversion channel in the prior art needs to remove the absorbent material, fluff pulp, and the like in the diversion trench or the diversion channel, and the diversion trench and the diversion channel in the prior art are generally wider and generally larger than 10mm in width, which easily causes the leakage of the absorbent core material, such as the absorbent material and the fluff pulp, but the slit 34 provided by the present invention can well avoid the problem. In addition, the female menstrual blood volume is smaller than the infant urine volume, if the diversion groove or the diversion channel is arranged in the invention, the menstrual blood is easily stored in the diversion groove or the diversion channel, the diversion of liquid such as menstrual blood is not facilitated, and the effects of preventing side leakage and preventing back leakage cannot be achieved.
In some preferred embodiments, the slits 34 are arc-shaped, the length (arc length) of the slits 34 is, for example, 100 to 250mm, the radian of the slits 34 is, for example, 20 to 60 °, a plurality of slits 34 are axially symmetrically arranged along a center line of the absorbent core layer 33 in the length direction, and the distance from the front end of the slit 34 to the rear end of the slit 34 from the center line is first reduced and then increased, for example, as shown in fig. 7, so that the flow guiding effect can be more effectively achieved, the absorption speed can be increased, and side leakage and back leakage can be effectively prevented; in some specific embodiments, the slits 34 are arc-shaped, the number of the slits 34 is four, two slits 34 in the middle can effectively perform the function of guiding and dispersing the middle liquid (such as menstrual blood), and two slits 34 on the outer side can effectively perform the function of shunting at two sides, so that the dispersion speed of the liquid can be further improved; in the present invention, the terms "front" and "rear" refer to positions corresponding to the "front" and "rear" of the user when the user uses the skirt-type absorbent article.
The skirt type absorption article is provided with the cutting seams 34 on the absorption core layer 33, the cutting seams 34 are used for guiding and dispersing liquid such as menstrual blood, the liquid is facilitated to seep and conduct downwards, the drainage and flow guiding effects are achieved, the phenomenon that the menstrual blood concentrates in the middle of the absorption core layer 33 for a long time to cause side leakage and back leakage is avoided, the cutting seams 34 can enable the liquid to flow in the absorption core layer 33 more quickly and be absorbed by more absorption core parts capable of achieving the absorption effect, the mobility and the absorption rate of the menstrual blood in the absorption core layer are improved, the absorption utilization rate and the absorption speed of the skirt type absorption article are improved, the effects of preventing the side leakage and effectively preventing the back leakage are achieved, and a female user feels dry and comfortable.
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples. These examples are merely illustrative of preferred embodiments of the present invention and the scope of the present invention should not be construed as being limited to these examples.
Example 1
The skirt type absorption article comprises an absorption body and an outer layer, wherein the absorption body comprises a skin sticking layer, an absorption layer, a breathable bottom layer and a side leakage prevention layer, and the outer layer is divided into an inner liner layer and an outer cladding layer. The absorption layer of the absorption body is divided into a flow guide layer and an absorption core layer; the absorbent core layer includes a first absorbent core layer and a second absorbent core layer as shown in fig. 1. Example 2
Example 2 is essentially the same as example 1, except that: the method is characterized in that a first absorption core layer wraps a second absorption core layer, the first absorption core layer and the second absorption core layer are both in a straight strip cutting shape, the absorption core layer is provided with a cutting seam design, the cutting seam is in a staggered straight line shape, the cutting seam is formed by cutting through a cutter, and the cutting seam is in a staggered straight line shape distribution, for example, as shown in fig. 5.
Example 3
Example 3 is essentially the same as example 2, except that: the absorbent core layer has different slitting structures; in this embodiment, the absorbent core layer is provided with four arc-shaped cutting seams which are 1mm wide and penetrate through the absorbent core layer, and the arc-shaped cutting seams are formed by cutting with a cutter; the front ends of the four arc-shaped cutting seams are positioned at the middle front part (approximately the middle position) of the absorption core layer, as shown in fig. 7, the four cutting seams are arranged in axial symmetry along the central line of the length direction of the absorption core layer, and the distance from the front ends of the arc-shaped cutting seams to the rear ends of the arc-shaped cutting seams to the central line is firstly reduced and then increased; the length (arc length) of the two arc-shaped cutting seams positioned in the middle is 18cm, and the length (arc length) of the two arc-shaped cutting seams positioned on the outer sides is 25 cm.
Example 4
Example 4 is essentially the same as example 2, except that: the absorption core layer is hot-pressed into four strip-shaped diversion trenches which are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the absorption core layer through a die roller, the width of each diversion trench is 10.5mm, the length of each diversion trench is 25cm, the front ends of the diversion trenches are located at the front part of the absorption core layer, and the rear ends of the diversion trenches are located at the rear part of the absorption core layer.
The skirt-type absorbent articles manufactured in examples 1 to 4 were subjected to the performance test, and the results of the performance test are shown in table 1.
The test method comprises the following steps: taking animal blood for 2 times, each time is 10mL, the interval of 2 times is 10 minutes, and recording the time for completing each absorption as the absorption speed in unit of s; the reverse osmosis is that after 10mL of animal blood is absorbed by the skirt type absorption article, 10g of filter paper is pressed by a 1.2kg weight and placed on the skirt type absorption article for 1min, and the gram weight increased by the filter paper is weighed and the unit g is obtained.

1. A skirt absorbent article characterized by:
the skirt type absorption article comprises an absorption body and an outer layer, wherein the outer layer is of a skirt type structure formed by compounding an inner lining layer and an outer cladding layer, and the longitudinal two ends of the absorption body are connected with the front waist region and the rear waist region of the outer layer;
the absorption body sequentially comprises a skin-attaching layer, an absorption layer and a breathable bottom layer, wherein two sides of the skin-attaching layer are provided with side leakage prevention layers higher than the skin-attaching layer;
elastic stretching materials are arranged at the crotch position of the absorption body and at the front waist region and the rear waist region of the outer layer.
2. The skirt absorbent article of claim 1, wherein:
the outer layer having both a longitudinal dimension and a transverse dimension greater than the absorbent body; and/or
The lower end of the skirt pendulum of the skirt structure is in wavy lines.
3. The skirt absorbent article of claim 1, wherein:
the longitudinal two ends of the absorption body and the areas connected with the front waist area and the rear waist area of the outer layer form an upper stretching area, a middle stretching area and a lower stretching area which are all provided with elastic stretching materials in sequence;
the number of the elastic stretching materials arranged in the upper stretching area is 2-15, the interval between every two adjacent elastic stretching materials is 1-10 mm, preferably, the number of the elastic stretching materials arranged in the upper stretching area is 3-10, and the interval between every two adjacent elastic stretching materials is 2-5 mm;
the number of the elastic stretching materials arranged in the middle stretching area is 10-30, the interval between every two adjacent elastic stretching materials is 2-15 mm, preferably, the number of the elastic stretching materials arranged in the middle stretching area is 8-15, and the interval between every two adjacent elastic stretching materials is 2-8 mm;
the number of the elastic stretching materials arranged in the lower stretching area is 10-30, the interval between two adjacent elastic stretching materials is 2-20 mm, preferably, the number of the elastic stretching materials arranged in the lower stretching area is 5-15, and the interval between two adjacent elastic stretching materials is 5-15 mm.
4. The skirt absorbent article of claim 1, wherein:
the crotch position of absorbing body forms the fold through the mode that sets up the elastic stretching material, sets up the quantity of elastic stretching material is 1 ~ 10, and the interval between two adjacent elastic stretching material is 5 ~ 20mm, and preferably, the setting the quantity of elastic stretching material is 3 ~ 6, and the interval between two adjacent elastic stretching material is 6 ~ 12 mm.
5. The skirt absorbent article of claim 1, wherein:
the longitudinal two ends of the absorption body are provided with buffer areas, the transverse size of the buffer areas is larger than the width of the absorption layer, and the longitudinal size of the buffer areas is smaller than the longitudinal length of the front waist area and the rear waist area of the outer layer.
6. The skirt absorbent article of claim 1, wherein:
the lateral leakage prevention layer is formed by compounding non-woven fabrics and at least 1 elastic stretching material, and the whole leakage prevention height of the lateral leakage prevention layer is at least 1cm higher than that of the skin adhering layer;
preferably, the side leakage prevention layer is formed by compounding non-woven fabrics and 3 elastic stretching materials, wherein the two elastic stretching materials positioned on the upper side are turned outwards, so that the whole leakage prevention height of the side leakage prevention layer is 1-5 cm higher than that of the skin layer.
7. The skirt absorbent article of claim 1, wherein:
the skin sticking layer is made of hot air non-woven fabric;
the breathable bottom layer is formed by compounding a water repellent film and at least 2 layers of fiber cloth;
the lining layer is made of paper materials; and/or
The outer cover is made of spun-bonded non-woven fabric.
8. The skirt absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein:
the absorbent layer comprises a flow guide layer and an absorbent core layer, and the flow guide layer is closer to the skin-close layer than the absorbent core layer;
preferably, the flow guide layer is made of hot air non-woven fabric, and/or the absorption core layer is made of water-absorbing paper material containing water-absorbing particles, more preferably, the absorption core layer is made of super water-absorbing resin water-absorbing paper material manufactured by a wet method, and the gram weight of the absorption core layer is 60-120 g/m2。
9. The skirt absorbent article of claim 8, wherein:
the absorbent core layer comprises a first absorbent core layer and a second absorbent core layer;
preferably, the first absorbent core layer wraps the second absorbent core layer.
10. The skirt absorbent article of claim 8, wherein:
the absorption core layer is provided with a cutting seam penetrating through the absorption core layer;
preferably, the slits are curved or linear.
