Description

Non-woven fabric menstrual period trousers capable of preventing back leakage
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sanitary products, in particular to non-woven fabric menstrual period pants capable of preventing back leakage.
Background
The menstrual period trousers are underpants specially for women to wear in the physiological period, the most different point of the structure of the conventional menstrual period trousers from that of the common underpants is that the menstrual period trousers are made of cloth (such as nylon cloth) which is difficult to absorb water and permeate in the crotch part and the back area or made of cloth which is subjected to anti-seepage treatment, and when menstrual blood leaks from sanitary cotton adhered to the inner surface of the menstrual period trousers, the menstrual blood can be prevented from permeating outwards to contaminate the outer skirt or trousers of the women, so that embarrassment and embarrassment are caused.
As for the structure of conventional menstrual pants, there is referred to a pants-type sanitary napkin described in chinese patent publication No. CN104257458A, which comprises an absorbent main body having a skin sheet and an absorber; a front waistband member disposed in the front waistband region; a rear waistband member disposed in the rear waistline region; an outer joint section formed by joining an outer edge of the front waistband member and an outer edge of the rear waistband member; a compressing part which compresses the skin surface sheet and the absorber along the thickness direction. The compression section has a pair of excretion section compression sections extending in the front-rear direction at positions on both outer sides in the width direction than excretion section opposing sections disposed so as to face the excretion section of the wearer, and the center in the front-rear direction of the excretion section compression section is located on the front side of the center in the front-rear direction of the sanitary napkin in the crotch region. In the menstrual pants with the structure, the excretory opening compression part (namely the embossing diversion part in the scheme) is less in the rear crotch part area of the sanitary towel and is mainly concentrated in the front crotch part of the sanitary towel. When a woman sleeps at night by using the product, the less excretory opening compression part of the rear crotch part is difficult to play good drainage absorption and flow blocking buffer effects, and the problem that menstrual blood leaks from the rear end of menstrual trousers is easy to occur.
In addition, refer to the bacteriostatic and antiallergic menstrual period pants with a dumbbell type absorption core, which are described in the publication of the Chinese utility model patent with publication number "CN 213130331U", wherein the publication describes: the cotton core in the absorption core body is rectangular, and the front end of the dust-free paper positioned on the upper layer of the cotton core is provided with a dumbbell-shaped first leakage-proof absorption block, so that the problem of leakage before menstrual blood can be effectively prevented by a dumbbell-shaped structure at the front end. However, when a woman sleeps at night by using the product, menstrual blood mainly flows to the rear crotch part, the rectangular cotton core is difficult to quickly permeate and absorb the menstrual blood, and the situation that the menstrual blood quickly flows to the edge of the absorption core body and is not absorbed in time to cause back leakage easily occurs.
Finally, as seen in the prior art described above, menstrual pants are a panty-type sanitary napkin that is worn with the waist portion of the menstrual pants fitted to the body based on waist-elastic members. For the waistline elastic component, a plurality of slender elastic rubber bands are adopted in the traditional scheme, but because the stress of the slender elastic rubber bands is concentrated, rib marks are easily generated on the abdomen, and the discomfort is increased. And in the scheme, the flat rubber band is adopted, so that the stress is more dispersed compared with the stress of a slender elastic rubber band, the rib mark generation condition is less, and the comfort is relatively better.
The invention further optimizes the technical scheme and solves the problems of stress concentration and poor comfort of the rubber band.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a non-woven fabric menstrual period pants for preventing back leakage, which is comfortable to wear without significant strangeness; and can effectively prevent back leakage.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a non-woven fabric menstrual period trousers capable of preventing back leakage comprises a trousers body and an absorbent main body arranged in the middle inside the trousers body; leg openings are arranged on two sides of the lower end of the trousers body, the upper end of the trousers body is constructed into an elastic side wall for fitting the waist and abdomen, and a waist opening is formed between the elastic side walls; the method is characterized in that:
the trousers body at least comprises an inner waist non-woven fabric and an outer waist non-woven fabric which are fixed in a hot pressing way; the inner waist non-woven fabric and the outer waist non-woven fabric are both elastic non-woven fabrics, the front end part and the rear end part of each of the inner waist non-woven fabric and the outer waist non-woven fabric are both turned inwards to form an inner bending part and an outer bending part respectively, the inner waist non-woven fabric and the inner bending part thereof are compounded between the outer waist non-woven fabric and the outer bending part thereof, and a waist rubber band is compounded between the outer waist non-woven fabric and the outer bending part thereof;
the absorption body is provided with embossing flow guide parts which are symmetrical front and back along the center of the absorption body; the distance between the rear side edge of the absorbent main body and the rear side edge of the pants body is smaller than the distance between the front side edge of the absorbent main body and the front side edge of the pants body, and the center line of the embossing flow guide part in the front-back direction is positioned on the rear crotch part and is coincided with the center line of the pants body in the front-back direction.
The invention adopts the technical scheme, and relates to the non-woven fabric menstrual period trousers for preventing back leakage.
On this basis, the elasticity side wall in this scheme adopts following scheme to establish to form, and the trousers body includes the fixed interior waist of looks hot pressing and encloses the non-woven fabrics outward at least to interior waist encloses the non-woven fabrics and encloses the non-woven fabrics outward and be elasticity non-woven fabrics outward, elasticity non-woven fabrics indicates that the monoblock non-woven fabrics all has elasticity. Furthermore, the front end part and the rear end part of the inner waist non-woven fabric and the outer waist non-woven fabric are both folded inwards to form an inner bending part and an outer bending part respectively, the inner waist non-woven fabric and the inner bending part are compounded between the outer waist non-woven fabric and the outer bending part, and a waist rubber band is compounded between the outer waist non-woven fabric and the outer bending part. Based on the structure, the end parts of the inner waist non-woven fabric and the outer waist non-woven fabric are bent on the basis that the inner waist non-woven fabric and the outer waist non-woven fabric have elasticity, and the waist rubber band is wrapped in the bending part in a matched mode. The scheme improves the stretching and restoring force of the elastic side body on the whole, and the elastic non-woven fabric is adopted to prepare the inner waist non-woven fabric and the outer waist non-woven fabric, so that the elastic side body has elasticity and integral stress dispersion, and does not have obvious feeling; and on the basis that interior waist non-woven fabrics and outer waist non-woven fabrics provide elasticity, can suitably reduce the quantity of waistline rubber band, promote the travelling comfort.
In addition, the absorbent main body on the trousers body is mainly used for absorbing menstrual blood, and the embossing flow guide part arranged on the absorbent main body is formed by compressing the absorbent main body along the thickness direction, so that the effect of buffering the menstrual blood or urine is achieved, and the menstrual blood or urine is prevented from rapidly flowing to the periphery of the core body. On the basis, the scheme considers the use condition of the menstrual trousers at night, the absorption main body is arranged towards the rear side of the trousers body, namely the distance between the rear side edge of the absorption main body and the rear side edge of the trousers body is smaller than the distance between the front side edge of the absorption main body and the front side edge of the trousers body, so that the size of the absorption main body at the rear side is larger, and the absorbed menstrual blood is relatively larger.
Furthermore, the central line of the front-back direction of the embossing flow guide part in the scheme is positioned on the rear crotch part and is coincided with the central line of the front-back direction of the trousers body. Thus, relative to the boundary line of the front and rear crotch parts (the position of the shortest distance between leg openings on two sides in the figure), the embossing flow guide part of the rear crotch part is obviously more than that of the front crotch part; therefore, when the novel flower pot is used at night, the embossing flow guide part with more rear crotch parts plays good roles in drainage absorption and flow blocking and buffering.
Based on the structure, the menstrual period trousers capable of preventing menstrual blood from leaking out of the rear end of the menstrual period trousers can be effectively avoided.

In the scheme, the water permeable surface layer plays a role in skin friendliness and water permeability, the core body is mainly used for absorbing menstrual blood or urine, the leakage-proof PE film layer blocks the body fluid from permeating, and the leakage-proof side wings constructed by the non-woven fabric layer are mainly used for preventing side leakage. The water permeable surface layer and the leak-proof PE film layer are compounded on the upper side and the lower side of the core body, the edges of the water permeable surface layer and the leak-proof PE film layer exceed the core body and are used for being hot-pressed with the connecting trousers body, and the part playing a connecting role is a joint part; the lifting of the rubber band enables the absorbent main body to be attached to the crotch of the human body.
Preferably, the embossed guide is arranged on the absorbent body within the core, and the distance between the rear end of the embossed guide and the rear side edge of the core is greater than the distance between the front end of the embossed guide and the front side edge of the core. The structure is mainly characterized in that the core body at the rear side of the embossing flow guide part is made large in size, and the quantity of absorbed menstrual blood is relatively large.
Preferably, the embossed guide includes a central embossed region annularly enclosing a central region of the absorbent body in a closed or not fully closed manner, and a front embossed region provided on the absorbent body on a front side of the central embossed region, and a rear embossed region provided on the absorbent body on a rear side of the central embossed region; the central embossed region has continuous linear embossed grooves formed at least in the front and rear edges, and the front and rear embossed regions have at least one linear embossed groove opening toward the central embossed region. In the scheme, the middle embossing area is adopted to annularly enclose the middle area of the absorption main body in a closed or incompletely closed mode, and at least a continuous linear embossing groove is formed on the front edge and the rear edge, so that good drainage absorption and flow blocking buffering effects can be achieved in the front-rear direction and the two side directions. Further, the solution provides a front embossed area and a rear embossed area, the front and rear embossed areas comprising at least one linear embossed groove opening towards the middle embossed area. On the basis of drainage, buffering are played in the middle part region promptly, the line of defence of one back drainage, buffering is further provided, and multiple protection is avoided leaking from front to back.
Preferably, the middle embossing area comprises two U-shaped embossing grooves which are arranged in a front-back opposite manner, and side arc-shaped embossing grooves which are respectively arranged on two sides of the two U-shaped embossing grooves; a gap exists between the opening ends of the two U-shaped embossing grooves, and the opening direction of the side arc-shaped embossing groove faces towards the U-shaped embossing groove. The U-shaped embossing grooves are continuous linear embossing grooves, and the two U-shaped embossing grooves only have a gap between the opening ends and can play the roles of drainage and buffering at other positions; the side arc embossing groove is used as a second drainage and buffering defense line in the side direction, and side leakage is avoided through multiple protection.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment relates to a non-woven fabric menstrual period pants for preventing back leakage, which comprises a pants body 1 and an absorbent main body 2 disposed in the middle inside the pants body 1. Leg openings 11 are arranged on two sides of the lower end of the trousers body 1, the upper end of the trousers body 1 is constructed into an elastic side wall for fitting the waist and abdomen, and a waist opening is formed between the elastic side walls. The anti-back leakage menstrual period trousers are underwear-type sanitary towels and are used by women in a physiological period, when the anti-back leakage menstrual period trousers are used, legs are stretched into leg openings 11, the menstrual period trousers are lifted upwards to enable waist openings to be sleeved on waist and abdomen portions, and the upper ends of the menstrual period trousers are attached to the body through elastic side walls, so that wearing is completed.
In the solution shown in fig. 1, embossed guides 30 are arranged on the absorbent body 2 symmetrically back and forth along its centre. The distance between the rear side edge of the absorption main body 2 and the rear side edge of the trouser body 1 is smaller than the distance between the front side edge of the absorption main body 2 and the front side edge of the trouser body 1. The center line of the embossed guide 30 in the front-back direction is located on the rear crotch portion and coincides with the center line of the pants body 1 in the front-back direction. The main absorbent body 2 in this scheme is mainly used for absorbing menses, and the embossed guide 30 arranged on the main absorbent body 2 is formed by compressing the main absorbent body 2 along the thickness direction, and plays a role of buffering the menses or urine, and prevents the menses or urine from rapidly flowing to the periphery of the core. On the basis, the scheme considers the night use condition of the menstrual trousers, the absorption main body 2 is arranged towards the back side of the trousers body 1, namely the distance between the back side edge of the absorption main body 2 and the back side edge of the trousers body 1 is smaller than the distance between the front side edge of the absorption main body 2 and the front side edge of the trousers body 1, so that the size of the absorption main body 2 at the back side is larger, and the absorbed menstrual blood amount is relatively larger.
Further, the center line of the front-back direction of the embossed guide 30 in this embodiment is located on the rear crotch portion and coincides with the center line of the front-back direction of the pants body 1. Thus, the embossed guide 30 in the rear crotch portion is significantly larger than the embossed guide 30 in the front crotch portion with respect to the boundary between the front and rear crotch portions [ the position of the shortest distance between the leg openings 11 in the figures ]. Therefore, when the novel multifunctional embossing flow guide part is used at night, the embossing flow guide part 30 with more rear crotch parts plays good roles of drainage absorption and flow blocking and buffering.
Based on the structure, the menstrual period trousers capable of preventing menstrual blood from leaking out of the rear end of the menstrual period trousers can be effectively avoided.
In a further scheme, the absorbent main body 2 comprises a core 21, a water permeable surface layer 22 attached to the surface of the core 21, a leakage-proof PE film layer 23 attached to the lower side of the core 21, a non-woven fabric layer 24 extending to two sides of the core 21 to form leakage-proof side wings, a toilet paper layer 25 covering the core 21, and a plurality of lifting rubber bands 26 under the leakage-proof PE film layer 23. The lifting rubber band 26 is arranged along the length direction of the absorbent main body 2, and the lifting rubber band 26 can enable the absorbent main body 2 to be attached to the crotch of a human body. The edges of the water permeable surface layer 22 and the leak-proof PE film layer 23 exceed the core body 21 to form a joint part of the connecting pants body 1. In this scheme, the permeable surface layer 22 has the functions of skin friendliness and water permeability, the core body 21 is mainly used for absorbing menstrual blood or urine, the leakage-proof PE film layer 23 blocks the penetration of the body fluid, and the leakage-proof side wings constructed by the non-woven fabric layer 24 are mainly used for preventing side leakage. The permeable surface layer 22 and the leak-proof PE film layer 23 are compounded on the upper side and the lower side of the core body 21, the edges of the permeable surface layer and the leak-proof PE film layer exceed the core body 21 and are used for being hot-pressed with the connecting trousers body 1, and the connecting part is a joint part.
As shown in fig. 3, the embossed guide 30 is disposed on the absorbent body 2 within the core 21, and the distance between the rear end of the embossed guide 30 and the rear side edge of the core 21 is greater than the distance between the front end of the embossed guide 30 and the front side edge of the core 21. This structure is mainly to make the core 21 behind the embossed guide 30 large in size and to absorb a relatively large amount of menstrual blood.
In a further aspect, the embossed guide 30 includes a central embossed region 30a that annularly encloses a central region of the absorbent body 2 in a closed or incompletely closed manner, and a front embossed region 30b provided on the absorbent body 2 on a front side of the central embossed region 30a, and a rear embossed region 30c provided on the absorbent body 2 on a rear side of the central embossed region 30 a. The central embossed region 30a forms continuous linear embossed grooves at least on the front and rear edges, and the front and rear embossed regions 30b and 30c include at least one linear embossed groove opening toward the central embossed region 30 a. In this scheme, the middle embossing area 30a is adopted to annularly enclose the middle area of the absorbent main body 2 in a closed or incompletely closed manner, and at least continuous linear embossing grooves are formed on the front and rear edges, so that good drainage absorption and flow blocking buffer effects can be achieved in the front and rear direction and in the two side directions. Further, this embodiment is provided with a front embossed region 30b and a rear embossed region 30c, and the front embossed region 30b and the rear embossed region 30c include at least one linear embossed groove opening toward the central embossed region 30 a. On the basis of drainage, buffering are played in the middle part region promptly, the line of defence of one back drainage, buffering is further provided, and multiple protection is avoided leaking from front to back.
In a specific embodiment, the middle embossing region 30a includes two U-shaped embossing grooves 31 disposed in front and back directions, and side arc-shaped embossing grooves 32 disposed on both sides of the two U-shaped embossing grooves 31, respectively, and inner arc-shaped embossing grooves 33 disposed in groove bottom regions of the two U-shaped embossing grooves 31, respectively. A gap is formed between the open ends of the two U-shaped embossing grooves 31, the opening direction of the side arc-shaped embossing groove 32 faces the U-shaped embossing groove 31, and the openings of the two inner arc-shaped embossing grooves are oppositely arranged. The U-shaped embossing groove 31 in the scheme is a continuous linear embossing groove, and the two U-shaped embossing grooves 31 only have a gap between the open ends and can play the roles of drainage and buffering at other positions. The side arc embossing groove 32 is used as a second drainage and buffering line in the side direction, and side leakage is avoided through multiple protection. The inner arc-shaped embossing groove 33 also plays a certain role in drainage and buffering in the U-shaped embossing groove 31, and mainly guides menstrual blood or urine to two sides.
Further, the front and rear embossed regions 30b and 30c each include a plurality of petal-shaped embossed grooves 34 opening in unison toward the central embossed region 30a, with the petal-shaped embossed grooves 34 located closer to the central embossed region 30a being enclosed therein by the petal-shaped embossed grooves 34 located farther from the central embossed region 30 a. In this aspect, the front embossed region 30b and the rear embossed region 30c each include a plurality of petal-shaped embossed grooves 34, and the plurality of petal-shaped embossed grooves 34 play multiple protective roles.
As further shown in fig. 4-6, the core 21 employed in the present embodiment includes a body 211 made of water-absorbent particles; a convex part 212 which protrudes upwards from the body is arranged at the rear area of the middle part of the main body, and a groove area 213 with an opening facing to the front side is formed at the front end of the convex part 212; the rear edge of the recessed region 213 extends at least to the rear side of the midline of the body 211. The core 21 is based on a rectangular body, the middle rear side area of the core is protruded upwards to form a convex part 212, and the convex part 212 increases the thickness of the area of the core 21 on one hand and improves the absorption capacity of the core 21; on the other hand, a groove region 213 with an opening facing the front side is formed at the front end of the convex portion 212, and due to the arrangement of the groove, the effects of collecting, blocking and buffering menstrual blood or urine can be achieved, and the menstrual blood can be prevented from rapidly flowing to the rear side edge of the absorbent core 21. The increased absorption amount of the convex part 212 can block the menstrual blood and absorb the menstrual blood quickly, thereby avoiding the problem that the menstrual blood leaks from the rear end of the menstrual pants.
Furthermore, the above solution requires that the rear edge of the recessed region 213 extends at least to the rear side of the midline of the body 211, i.e. the recess is arranged at the rear crotch portion, so that the above effect can be achieved when the discharge opening is located at the front side of the recess.
In a further aspect, the distance between the rear end of the boss 212 and the rear side edge of the core 21 is smaller than the distance between the front end of the boss 212 and the front side edge of the core 21. In this way, the projection 212 is provided to be offset to the rear side, and a rear leakage prevention effect can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 4, the protrusion 212 includes a side portion 212a disposed above both sides of the body, and a central boss 212b between the two side portions 212 a; the front and rear ends of the central boss 212b are inclined, the height of the central boss 212b is greater than that of the side portions 212a at the two sides, and the front ends of the side portions 212a at the two sides exceed the front end of the central boss 212b and form a groove area 213 with the front end. In the scheme, only the central boss 212b is thicker, the central boss 212b mainly plays roles of blocking and absorbing, the middle is thicker, the two sides are thinner, the shape of the crotch of a human body is suitable, and the condition that the two sides are thickened and the contact position of the human body has obvious thickness is avoided.
