Description

Multi-section combined type pants-type sanitary towel and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sanitary products, in particular to a multi-section combined pants-type sanitary towel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Catamenial pant-type sanitary napkins generally consist of an absorbent layer and an outer garment layer. The absorber includes from top to bottom in proper order the liquid-permeable surface course that the stromatolite set up, absorb core and liquid-tight nature bottom. The outer clothing layer of the common pants-type sanitary towel on the market has two structural modes: the garment is characterized in that a front piece and a rear piece of the garment layer are independently compounded with an absorber layer, elastic materials such as elastic films, elastic cloth or elastic spandex yarns are distributed on the front piece and the rear piece, and the front piece and the rear piece are pressed on two sides through ultrasonic waves or hot air. The other is that the coat layer is compounded with the absorber layer in a one-piece way, and a front waist abdominal circumference elastic area, a crotch leg circumference elastic area and a back waist hip circumference elastic area are sequentially distributed on the one-piece structure of the outer coat layer along the longitudinal direction. The menstrual pants-type sanitary napkins are divided into a flat angle mode and a triangular mode according to different wrapping areas of the shape and the contour of the outer garment layer on legs. Whatever the structure of the sanitary napkin pants, the widths of the waist-abdomen-surrounding section/waist-hip-surrounding section/leg-surrounding section are the same when the outer garment layer is fully unfolded. Because the waist/abdomen/leg widths of the human body are different, when the waist/abdomen/waist-hip/leg material unfolding widths are the same, the requirement of no-falling during wearing can be met only by controlling different stretching ratios of the elastic materials at the waist/abdomen/leg. However, this method has the disadvantage that in order to adapt to the comfort of the maximum circumference area (generally, hip circumference or leg circumference), the maximum extension of the outer garment layer is relatively large, and at this time, the smaller circumference area (generally, waist circumference) needs to make the stretch ratio of the elastic material large, and the waist circumference or other circumferences need to be contracted to ensure that the outer garment does not fall off when worn. The greater the stretch ratio, the more wrinkled the product appearance and the more noticeable the feeling of strangeness in wear, so consumers often give feedback on panti-type sanitary napkins or fit-up which is too loose or too tight, and fit-up panti-type sanitary napkins also tend to cause leakage of menstrual blood.
Chinese patent No. 201920461090.2 discloses a pull-up diaper provided with sectional ultrasonic bonding points, the front waist portion and the rear waist portion of the pull-up diaper horizontally include a first mounting region located at both ends, a third mounting region located in the middle, and a second mounting region located between the first mounting region and the third mounting region; elastic bodies and hot melt adhesives are arranged in the first mounting area and the third mounting area and are used for fixing the outer-layer non-woven fabric, the inner-layer non-woven fabric and the elastic bodies together; the second mounting region is provided with at least one ultrasonic spaced-apart pressing region for pressing the outer layer nonwoven fabric and the inner layer nonwoven fabric together (excluding the elastic body). According to the elastic waistline stretching device, the pressing structures are arranged in different areas, so that the space for free stretching is increased, the glue consumption is effectively saved, and the softness and the air permeability are remarkably improved on the premise of ensuring that the stretching effect of the elastic waistline is met; and the elastic body is not easy to deviate and deform, so that the structure of the elastic waistline is more stable. The pull-up pants catch up the waist area, but also do not solve the problem of not fitting the body if worn too loosely or too tightly.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a multi-section combined sanitary napkin and a method for manufacturing the same, which solves the problems of strong feeling and being not worn properly due to the structural design of the sanitary napkin in the prior art.
