本发明涉及门窗安装技术领域,尤其涉及一种塑钢门窗的高效安装方法。
背景技术
塑钢门窗是以聚氯乙烯(UPVC)树脂为主要原料,加上一定比例的稳定剂、着色剂、填充剂、紫外线吸收剂等,经挤出成型材,然后通过切割、焊接或螺接的方式制成门窗框扇,配装上密封胶条、毛条、五金件等,同时为增强型材的刚性,超过一定长度的型材空腔内需要填加钢衬(加强筋),这样制成的门户窗,称之为塑钢门窗;
而现有的门窗安装方法是将门窗框架安装在安装洞口里之后再进行框架找平,然后再进行反复垫高调节,操作繁琐费力,同时现有的门窗框架四周均通过大量的水泥砂浆进行缝隙填补,而水泥砂浆凝固速度慢,耽误工期,且传统的安装方法门窗安装洞口侧壁没有进行防水处理,雨水容易渗透进门窗内部的墙壁上,使墙壁漆层脱落造成损失,因此,本发明提出一种塑钢门窗的高效安装方法以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提出一种塑钢门窗的高效安装方法,该塑钢门窗的高效安装方法安装的门窗可有效的防止雨水容易渗透进门窗内部的墙壁上造成不必要的损失,同时采用预处理的方法对安装洞口进行间距和找平处理,避免传统的将门窗框架安装后进行找平调节,省时省力,配合门窗框架四周的发泡胶填充解决了水泥砂浆凝固慢导致工期延长的问题。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种塑钢门窗的高效安装方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:安装洞口预处理,在提前修筑好的安装洞口四面钻出安装孔,对安装孔内部用水冲洗清理,并在安装洞口内部均匀涂布一层防水涂料;
步骤二:辅助限位柱固定,画出垂直与门窗框架边的安装孔位置引导线,并在画出的门窗框架安装深度位置靠外侧的上下两侧的定位线上安装辅助限位柱,定位柱每侧对称安装两根;
步骤三:保温隔热棉铺设,在距离辅助限位柱内侧5厘米处的安装洞口内铺设一圈保温隔热棉,并用匚形铁框固定;
步骤四:门窗框架安装调节,将门窗框架放入安装洞口内部并将窗框架向外推直至抵住限位柱,在门窗框架下方两侧边角处插入直角包边楔块,通过敲击两侧的直角包边楔块来进行门窗框架与安装洞口之间的高度和侧间距的调节;
步骤五:框架固定,在步骤四中对门窗框架调节之后,根据步骤一中的安装孔位置在门窗框架内部钻出对应的孔洞,并通过孔洞向步骤一中的安装孔内部注入一定量的复合白乳胶,之后通过孔洞向安装孔中安装膨胀螺栓并紧固以固定门窗框架;
步骤六:注入发泡胶,在门窗框架四周保温隔热棉前后侧间隙中打入发泡胶,并拆除直角包边楔块和辅助限位柱;
步骤七:密封防水胶的涂布,在门窗框架内外侧四边处打入密封防水胶并涂抹平齐后撕掉门窗框架边上粘的多余的密封防水胶,并根据需求布设装饰性瓷砖。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤一中安装洞口修筑是根据所需安装门窗框架的长度和高度进行修筑,并用水平尺进行安装洞口下底面的找平,修筑时确保门窗框架与安装洞口上下左右之间预留2-3cm的间隙,涂布的防水涂料为聚合物水泥基防水涂料或聚氨酯类防水涂料中的一种。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤二中画的引导线用于标记定位,根据门窗框架的型材宽度在步骤一中钻出的安装孔两侧等间距对称画出门窗框架安装深度位置定位线,并在安装洞口靠内侧画出垂直与门窗框架边的安装孔位置引导线。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤二中辅助限位柱外切与门窗框架安装深度位置靠外侧的上下两侧的定位线,所述步骤三中布设的保温隔热棉宽度小于门窗框架的宽度且安装后位于门窗框架中部,即保温隔热棉距离门窗框架前侧面和后侧面距离相等。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤四中直角包边楔块插入边截面为三角形且最厚边大于3cm,所述步骤五中的复合白乳胶是以聚乙烯醇缩甲醛、氧化淀粉作主要粘接基料,采用瞬间成皂乳化法制备工艺制成。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤六中发泡胶的填充量集中分布在门窗框架型材下方的保温隔热棉两侧,且深度略深于门窗框架前后侧面。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤七中在打入防水胶时在门窗框架外侧窗台外圈也涂抹一层防水胶,涂抹厚度控制在3-4mm,涂抹防水胶时将门窗框架内外侧打完发泡胶剩余的间隙填补至于门窗框架内外侧面平齐。

实施例1
根据图1和图2所示,本实施例提供了一种塑钢门窗的高效安装方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:安装洞口预处理,在提前修筑好的安装洞口四面钻出安装孔,控制安装孔的分布间隔距离,均匀分布的间距不大于30cm,钻安装孔时利用辅助钻孔装置打孔,保证安装孔的垂直度,安装洞口修筑是根据所需安装门窗框架的长度和高度进行修筑,并用水平尺进行安装洞口下底面的找平,修筑时确保门窗框架与安装洞口上下左右之间预留2-3cm的间隙;
对安装孔内部用水冲洗清理,并在安装洞口内部均匀涂布一层防水涂料,其中防水涂料为聚氨酯类防水涂料,由聚氨酯与沥青作为原料制成的防水涂料,抗紫外线,耐高温性好;
步骤二:辅助限位柱固定,根据门窗框架的型材宽度在步骤一中钻出的安装孔两侧等间距对称画出门窗框架安装深度位置定位线,并在安装洞口靠内侧画出垂直与门窗框架边的安装孔位置引导线用于标记定位,并在画出的门窗框架安装深度位置靠外侧的上下两侧的定位线上安装辅助限位柱,定位柱每侧对称安装两根;
其中辅助限位柱外切与门窗框架安装深度位置靠外侧的上下两侧的定位线;
步骤三:保温隔热棉铺设,在距离辅助限位柱内侧5厘米处的安装洞口内铺设一圈保温隔热棉,并用匚形铁框固定,固定时将匚形铁框钉入安装洞口侧壁内,保证其牢固度,同时也可用于支撑后续安装的门窗框架;
其中保温隔热棉宽度小于门窗框架的宽度且安装后位于门窗框架中部,即保温隔热棉距离门窗框架前侧面和后侧面距离相等;
步骤四:门窗框架安装调节,将门窗框架放入安装洞口内部并将窗框架向外推直至抵住限位柱,在门窗框架下方两侧边角处插入直角包边楔块,通过敲击两侧的直角包边楔块来进行门窗框架与安装洞口之间的高度和侧间距的调节,同时在门窗框架上放置水平尺,调节时随时观察水平尺使其保证水平度;
其中直角包边楔块插入边截面为三角形且最厚边大于3cm;
步骤五:框架固定,在步骤四中对门窗框架调节之后,根据步骤一中的安装孔位置在门窗框架内部钻出对应的孔洞,并通过孔洞向步骤一中的安装孔内部注入一定量的复合白乳胶,之后通过孔洞向安装孔中安装膨胀螺栓并紧固以固定门窗框架;
其中复合白乳胶是以聚乙烯醇缩甲醛、氧化淀粉作主要粘接基料,采用瞬间成皂乳化法制备工艺制成;
步骤六:注入发泡胶,在门窗框架四周保温隔热棉前后侧间隙中打入发泡胶,并拆除直角包边楔块和辅助限位柱;
发泡胶的填充量集中分布在门窗框架型材下方的保温隔热棉两侧,且深度略深于门窗框架前后侧面,若经步骤四调节后保温隔热棉与门窗框架之间留有间隙则利用发泡胶对缝隙进行填充,使其内部不存在空隙;
步骤七:密封防水胶的涂布,在门窗框架内外侧四边处打入密封防水胶并涂抹平齐后撕掉门窗框架边上粘的多余的密封防水胶,并根据需求布设装饰性瓷砖;
在打入防水胶时在门窗框架外侧窗台外圈也涂抹一层防水胶,涂抹厚度控制在3-4mm,涂抹防水胶时将门窗框架内外侧打完发泡胶剩余的间隙填补至于门窗框架内外侧面平齐。
实施例2
根据图2和图3所示,本实施例提供了一种塑钢门窗的高效安装方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:安装洞口预处理,提前将安装洞口修筑根据所需安装门窗框架的长度和高度进行修筑,并用水平尺进行安装洞口下底面的找平,修筑时确保门窗框架与安装洞口上下左右之间预留10-20mm的间隙,然后在提前修筑好的安装洞口四面利用辅助钻孔装置钻出安装孔,保证安装孔的垂直度,然后对安装孔内部用水冲洗清理,控制安装孔的分布间隔距离,均匀分布的间距不大于30cm,并在安装洞口内部均匀涂布一层防水涂料,其中防水涂料为聚合物水泥基防水涂料,具有施工方便、综合造价低、工期短且无毒环保等优点;
步骤二:画线标记定位,根据门窗框架的型材宽度在步骤一中钻出的安装孔两侧等间距对称画出门窗框架安装深度位置定位线,并在安装洞口靠内侧画出垂直与门窗框架边的安装孔位置引导线;
步骤三:辅助限位柱固定,在步骤二中画出的门窗框架安装深度位置靠外侧的上下两侧的定位线上安装辅助限位柱,定位柱每侧对称安装两根,其中辅助限位柱外切与门窗框架安装深度位置靠外侧的上下两侧的定位线;
步骤四:门窗框架安装调节,将门窗框架放入安装洞口内部并根据步骤二中提前画好的定位线进行位置调节,在门窗框架下方两侧边角处插入直角包边楔块,通过敲击两侧的直角包边楔块配合步骤三中设置的辅助限位柱来进行门窗框架与安装洞口之间的高度和侧间距的调节,其中直角包边楔块插入边截面为三角形且最厚边大于3cm;
步骤五:框架固定,在步骤五中对门窗框架调节之后,根据步骤二中的安装孔位置引导线在门窗框架内部钻出对应的孔洞,并通过孔洞向步骤一中的安装孔内部注入一定量的复合白乳胶,之后通过孔洞向安装孔中安装膨胀螺栓并紧固以固定门窗框架,其中复合白乳胶是以聚乙烯醇缩甲醛、氧化淀粉作主要粘接基料,采用瞬间成皂乳化法制备工艺制成;
步骤六:打发泡胶,在门窗框架下方的间隙中放入几块合适的碎砖块并打入发泡胶,并拆除直角包边楔块和辅助限位柱,同时在门窗框架两侧和上方间隙中也打入发泡胶,其中发泡胶的填充量为门窗框架型材宽度的三分之一且集中分布在门窗框架型材宽度的中线两侧;
步骤七:密封防水处理,在门窗框架内外侧四边处打入密封防水胶并涂抹平齐后撕掉门窗框架边上粘的多余的密封防水胶。
该塑钢门窗的高效安装方法先在安装洞口表面涂布一层防水涂料,可有效的防止雨水容易渗透进门窗内部的墙壁上造成不必要的损失,同时采用预处理的方法对安装洞口进行间距和找平处理,避免传统的将门窗框架安装后进行找平调节,省时省力,门窗框架外圈的间隙采用保温隔热棉搭配发泡胶进行支撑,配合门窗框架四周的发泡胶填充解决了水泥砂浆凝固慢导致工期延长的问题,同时保温隔热效果好。

Claims (7)
1.一种塑钢门窗的高效安装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:安装洞口预处理,在提前修筑好的安装洞口四面钻出安装孔,对安装孔内部用水冲洗清理,并在安装洞口内部均匀涂布一层防水涂料;
步骤二:辅助限位柱固定,画出垂直与门窗框架边的安装孔位置引导线,并在画出的门窗框架安装深度位置靠外侧的上下两侧的定位线上安装辅助限位柱,定位柱每侧对称安装两根;
步骤三:保温隔热棉铺设,在距离辅助限位柱内侧5厘米处的安装洞口内铺设一圈保温隔热棉,并用匚形铁框固定;
步骤四:门窗框架安装调节,将门窗框架放入安装洞口内部并将窗框架向外推直至抵住限位柱,在门窗框架下方两侧边角处插入直角包边楔块,通过敲击两侧的直角包边楔块来进行门窗框架与安装洞口之间的高度和侧间距的调节;
步骤五:框架固定,在步骤四中对门窗框架调节之后,根据步骤一中的安装孔位置在门窗框架内部钻出对应的孔洞,并通过孔洞向步骤一中的安装孔内部注入一定量的复合白乳胶,之后通过孔洞向安装孔中安装膨胀螺栓并紧固以固定门窗框架;
步骤六:注入发泡胶,在门窗框架四周保温隔热棉前后侧间隙中打入发泡胶,并拆除直角包边楔块和辅助限位柱;
步骤七:密封防水胶的涂布,在门窗框架内外侧四边处打入密封防水胶并涂抹平齐后撕掉门窗框架边上粘的多余的密封防水胶,并根据需求布设装饰性瓷砖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑钢门窗的高效安装方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中安装洞口修筑是根据所需安装门窗框架的长度和高度进行修筑,并用水平尺进行安装洞口下底面的找平,修筑时确保门窗框架与安装洞口上下左右之间预留2-3cm的间隙,涂布的防水涂料为聚合物水泥基防水涂料或聚氨酯类防水涂料中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑钢门窗的高效安装方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中画的引导线用于标记定位,根据门窗框架的型材宽度在步骤一中钻出的安装孔两侧等间距对称画出门窗框架安装深度位置定位线,并在安装洞口靠内侧画出垂直与门窗框架边的安装孔位置引导线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑钢门窗的高效安装方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中辅助限位柱外切与门窗框架安装深度位置靠外侧的上下两侧的定位线,所述步骤三中布设的保温隔热棉宽度小于门窗框架的宽度且安装后位于门窗框架中部,即保温隔热棉距离门窗框架前侧面和后侧面距离相等。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑钢门窗的高效安装方法,其特征在于:所述步骤四中直角包边楔块插入边截面为三角形且最厚边大于3cm,所述步骤五中的复合白乳胶是以聚乙烯醇缩甲醛、氧化淀粉作主要粘接基料,采用瞬间成皂乳化法制备工艺制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑钢门窗的高效安装方法,其特征在于:所述步骤六中发泡胶的填充量集中分布在门窗框架型材下方的保温隔热棉两侧,且深度略深于门窗框架前后侧面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑钢门窗的高效安装方法,其特征在于:所述步骤七中在打入防水胶时在门窗框架外侧窗台外圈也涂抹一层防水胶,涂抹厚度控制在3-4mm,涂抹防水胶时将门窗框架内外侧打完发泡胶剩余的间隙填补至于门窗框架内外侧面平齐。
