本发明公开一种由柚子皮所制洗涤剂,其特征在于,柚子皮经果胶酯酶或β葡糖苷酶降解,然后与碳酸钠、以及水搅拌复配而成。柚子皮具有抗氧化、抗菌抑菌等活性,抑菌活性成分主要是香精油、类柠檬苦素、黄酮类化合物等,对多种微生物如枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌、霉菌和酵母菌均具备抑菌作用。碳酸钠有较强的去污去油能力。本发明所制洗涤剂过程简单,实用性强,价廉易得;所制洗涤剂无毒,环保绿色,排入污水时不污染水源;在清理污渍的同时保护手部皮肤,不伤手。

本发明涉及一种清洁剂,具体涉及一种抗菌清洁剂。
背景技术
洗涤剂是千家万户的生活必需品,目前,市场上最流行的餐具洗涤剂主要成分是:表面活性剂、增稠剂、发泡剂、抗氧化剂等。当前市面上的洗涤剂中低毒成分有十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚等,但均含有少量毒性,而柚子皮为纯天然物质,无毒无害。
随着人们生活质量的提高,对餐具、水果的卫生要求也越来越高,在使用餐具、食用水果前都要用洗洁剂清洗,但是目前市场上大部分洗涤剂均采用石油化学工艺制成,使用时,会残留在餐具表面,影响身体健康,而且进入下水道后,进而进入水循环系统后会对环境造成严重污染,因此需要提供一种更加环保的洗洁剂产品。
柚子皮,为芸香科植物柚的果皮。柚子皮对除异味、滋润皮肤均有效果,还可用来去除油污等。研究表明,柚子皮提取物具有抗氧化、抑菌等活性。柚皮中的抑菌活性成分主要是香精油、类柠檬苦素、黄酮类化合物等,它们均具有抑菌作用,对多种微生物如枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌、霉菌和酵母菌均具备抑菌作用。
碳酸钠,又叫纯碱,广泛用于生活洗涤、酸类中和以及食品加工等。碳酸钠具有洗涤功能,但是单纯的碳酸钠水溶液具有腐蚀性,用来做洗涤剂会对人体皮肤造成伤害,因此与柚子皮联用,可以中和以此来减少刺激作用。
酶可以分解糊化柚子皮,然后与碳酸钠结合用作为洗涤剂,可以大大减少人工合成洗涤剂对皮肤的伤害,且清洗后无残留,无毒,环保绿色无污染。柚子皮为纯天然物质,无毒无害。

本发明在于提供一种纯天然无污染环保且制作方便,保护皮肤,清洁力强的洗涤剂,从而杜绝洗涤剂残留或造成环境污染的情况。

一种由柚子皮制得洗涤剂,其特征在于,由以下原料组成:柚子皮20-50份,碳酸钠5-20 份,果胶酯酶1-5份,β葡糖苷酶1-4份,水30-70份。

一种由柚子皮所制洗涤剂,由以下原料组成:柚子皮20份,果胶酯酶2份,β葡糖苷酶 2份,碳酸钠5份,水30份。
(1)将新鲜柚皮洗净、切成块状,放入沸水中加热10min以上,再用沸水漂洗两到三次。
(2)加入一定比例的果胶酯酶、β葡糖苷酶和水,置于30℃恒温水浴锅中2h;
(3)再加入碳酸钠和水,在70℃继续加热2h,搅拌均匀。
(4)得到糊状混悬液,为柚子皮所制洗涤剂。
实施例2

洗涤剂性能评价试验:
1、稳定性实验
本发明制备的抗菌洗涤剂于-3℃~-10℃的冰箱中放置24h,取出恢复至室温时观察无结晶,无沉淀;(40±1)℃的保温箱中放置24h,取出立即观察不分层,且不改变气味。

2、去污力测试
采用GB9985-2000《手洗餐具用洗涤剂标准》附录B去污力的测定,每一种洗涤剂,溶液能洗净的盘子个数(即污垢量)与其去污力有关。对十个盘子进行清洗,每个盘子使用实施例所制洗涤剂分别取5克,得出结果如下:
由上述表格可以看出,本发明制备的抗菌洗涤剂具有较好的去污效果,更加环保,且对比例在缺少柚子皮或者碳酸钠的情况下,去污情况不理想。本发明的产品主要为活性物质均系天然物质、环保、原料易得、成本低。
3、杀菌实验
参考QB/T2738-2012的《日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法》的方法测定实施例制备的洗涤剂对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌。将洗涤剂稀释至15μg/mL,计算抗菌洗涤剂在与浓度为106cfu/ml的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌接触3h后的杀菌率(%)。

由上述表格可以看出,本发明制备的抗菌洗涤剂对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率达到76%以上,证明该洗涤剂有较好的杀菌能力,酶解柚子皮与碳酸钠复配仍然保持良好的杀菌能力。
4、亲肤性实验
参考GB9985-2000《手洗餐具用洗涤剂》中对洗涤剂进行亲肤性实验,检测的各实施例和对比例pH如下:

GB9985-2000《手洗餐具用洗涤剂标准》中要求洗涤剂pH在4.0-10.5,上述表格表明本发明制备的洗涤剂符合要求。
以上所述的实施例仅是对本发明的优选方式进行描述,并非对本发明的范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设计精神的前提下,本领域普通技术人员对本发明的技术方案做出的各种变形和改进,均应落入本发明权利要求书确定的保护范围内。
Claims (6)
1.一种由柚子皮所制洗涤剂,其特征在于,制作方法为柚子皮先加酶水解,再加入碳酸钠、以及水搅拌复配而成;
具体制作过程如下:
(1)将新鲜柚皮洗净、切成块状,放入沸水中加热10min以上,再用沸水漂洗两到三次。
(2)加入一定比例的酶和水,置于30℃恒温水浴锅中一段时间;
(3)再加入碳酸钠和水,继续加热一段时间,搅拌均匀。
(4)得到糊状混悬液,为柚子皮所制洗涤剂。
2.如权利要求1所述,其特征在于,加入的柚子皮为20-50份,碳酸钠5-20份,果胶酯酶1-5份,β葡糖苷酶1-4份,水为30-70份。
3.如权利要求2所述,其特征在于,碳酸钠是柚子皮质量的1-30%。
4.如权利要求1所述,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)使用的酶为果胶酯酶和β葡糖苷酶一种或两种,比例是柚子皮质量的0.1-1%。
5.如权利要求1所述,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)置于恒温水浴锅中的时间为2-3h。
6.如权利要求1所述,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)加入碳酸钠后在70-80℃加热2h。
