Secondly, leakage and waste of rust preventive oil are avoided; by utilizing the travel distance of sliding the sliding rod 20 in the sliding groove 21, the oil drain valve 16 is opened and closed, so that the oiling of the oiling brush head 5 is completed, in the travel, the oiling brush head 5 does not move in the telescopic hole 12, the anti-rust oil is ensured to permeate into the side wall of the oiling brush head 5, and the problem that the anti-rust oil is leaked and wasted due to the fact that the oiling brush head 5 leaves the telescopic hole 12 and flows into the telescopic hole 12 is avoided.
Thirdly, the reciprocating circulation operation can be realized; the telescopic rod 18 moves downwards, the limit of the connecting seat 29 to the deflector rod is utilized to prevent the deflector rod from rotating, and then the deflector rod is utilized to open the oil drain valve 16; in the return stroke, the valve handle of the oil drain valve 16 is bypassed by rotating the deflector rod, and the oil drain valve 16 is prevented from being opened in the return stroke.
