Abstract
本发明涉及IPC分类的A61K8领域,尤其涉及一种去屑止痒护发产品及其制备方法。去屑止痒护发产品,以质量百分比计,原料包含以下成分:活性组合物4~11%,月桂酰基类3~12%,椰油酰基类25~45%,保湿剂2~5%,发用调理剂1~5%,助剂1~10%,去离子水补充余量。本申请制备的护发产品在具有优异的抗菌去屑,控油止痒效果的同时,还具有优异的高低温的储存稳定性以及良好的温和性,低刺激性,适宜在日化用品领域推广,具有广阔的发展前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及IPC分类的A61K8领域,尤其涉及一种去屑止痒护发产品及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的进步和经济的发展,人们的生活水平不断的提高,对于自身的仪容风采的追求也越来越高。而浓密且清洁的秀发则是近些年来,一些有脱发经验人群的梦想,据一些市场相关调查显示,头皮屑、油脂和瘙痒等头皮和毛发症状,近些年呈现出了快速增长的态势,尤其是在工作压力较大的中青年一代。因此,近些年来,一些具有有效的去除头皮屑,控油等功能的护发产品广受中青年人的喜爱。
现有技术(CN201910029439.X)提供了一种首乌护发产品,其主要成分为首乌提取液,生姜提取液,皂角提取液等,声称其护发产品能够有效的促进生发,且洗后能够具有良好的香味和去油效果,但是其组分中酮康唑等成分的运用,虽然能够起到快速去屑的作用,但是容易使得头皮产生依耐性,刺激性较强,容易伤害头皮,不能够长期使用。
因此,亟需一种在具有优异的去屑,控油和止痒等效果的同时,还能够具有良好的低刺激性和自身稳定性的护发产品。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明第一方面提供了一种去屑止痒护发产品,以质量百分比计,原料包含以下成分:活性组合物4~11%,月桂酰基类3~12%,椰油酰基类25~45%,保湿剂2~5%,发用调理剂1~5%,助剂1~10%,去离子水补充余量。
作为一种优选的方案,所述月桂酰基类为月桂酰基钠盐中的至少一种。
作为一种优选的方案,所述月桂酰基类为月桂酰肌氨酸钠,甲基月桂酰基牛磺酸钠,月桂酰两性基乙酸钠。
作为一种优选的方案,所述月桂酰肌氨酸钠,甲基月桂酰基牛磺酸钠,月桂酰两性基乙酸钠的质量比为1~2:1~2:1~2。
作为一种优选的方案,所述椰油酰基类为椰油酰基谷氨酸钠,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,椰油酰基甘氨酸钾和椰油酰胺甲基MEA。
作为一种优选的方案,所述椰油酰基谷氨酸钠,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,椰油酰基甘氨酸钾和椰油酰胺甲基MEA的质量比为4~9:16~21:4~9:1~5。
作为一种优选的方案,所述保湿剂为尿囊素、甘油、聚乙二醇、海藻酸钠中的至少一种。
作为一种优选的方案,所述保湿剂为尿囊素,甘油和聚乙二醇;所述尿囊素,甘油和聚乙二醇的质量比为0.1~0.5:0.2~0.7:1~5。

作为一种优选的方案,所述增稠剂为卡波姆,聚维酮,PEG-150季戊四醇四硬脂酸酯中的至少一种;所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇。
作为一种优选的方案,所述增稠剂为聚维酮和PEG-150季戊四醇四硬脂酸酯;所述聚维酮和PEG-150季戊四醇四硬脂酸酯的质量比为3~4:5~8。
本申请中,增稠剂中的聚维酮以及PEG-150季戊四醇四硬脂酸酯的复配加入不仅有效地进行增稠效果,促进护发产品的成型,还有有效提高了护发产品的储存稳定性效果。本申请中加入的多种表面活性剂类物质虽然能够在使用的过程中对头皮和毛发进行良好的清洗,但是其在储存过程中,多种类型的表面活性剂的存在会在护发产品的储存过程中随着pH的变化而产生阴阳离子中和的现象,这通常会使得护发产品在长时间的储存过程中缓慢的减少其清洗功效,降低护发产品使用和储存寿命,而本申请人通过大量尝试,当聚维酮和PEG-150季戊四醇四硬脂酸酯的质量比为3~4:5~8时,能够有效避免上述情况,本申请人推测为:聚维酮和PEG-150季戊四醇四硬脂酸酯的存在不仅能够进行良好的增稠效果,在实际的护发产品成型体系中,聚维酮和PEG-150季戊四醇四硬脂酸酯的协同作用,能够促进体系中PEG-150季戊四醇四硬脂酸酯等酯类原料对于多种表面活性剂的包裹作用,在储存过程中,多种包裹作用能够在体系中性能单一均匀分散的油滴相,避免了多种表面活性物质在体系中的大面积接触,减少了离子中和现象。
作为一种优选的方案,所述活性组合物包括以下成分:活性调剂,锌系化合物,氨基酸类化合物,植物提取物,表面活性剂,功能添加剂和溶剂。
作为一种优选的方案,所述活性组合物,以质量百分比计,包括以下成分:活性调剂10~15%,锌系化合物4~6%,氨基酸类化合物4~10%,植物提取物1~5%,表面活性剂40~50%,功能添加剂1~5%和溶剂补充余量。
作为一种优选的方案,所述活性调剂为咪啶二(羟乙基磺酸)盐,吡咯克酮乙醇铵盐,10-羟基癸酸,壳聚糖季铵盐,有机硅季铵盐中的至少一种。
作为一种优选的方案,所述活性调剂为己咪啶二(羟乙基磺酸)盐,吡咯克酮乙醇铵盐,10-羟基癸酸;所述己咪啶二(羟乙基磺酸)盐,吡咯克酮乙醇铵盐,10-羟基癸酸的质量比为0.3~0.8:3~5:8~10。
本申请中,通过活性调剂中己咪啶二(羟乙基磺酸)盐,吡咯克酮乙醇铵盐,10-羟基癸酸合理配比加入,有效地提高了护发产品的温和性,在具有良好的控油,抗菌去屑等性能的同时,降低了护发产品对于头皮的刺激性效果。本申请人推测为:当己咪啶二(羟乙基磺酸)盐,吡咯克酮乙醇铵盐,10-羟基癸酸的质量比为0.3~0.8:3~5:8~10时,能够有效地抑制头皮中孢子菌等微生物的繁殖,协同作用下,加强调整剂对于头皮的渗透作用,减低头皮油脂分泌的速率和浓度,减少油脂干扰,疏松皮肤毛孔加快头皮角质层新陈代谢;另一方面,合理的配比促使调整剂间的协同作用,保持在使用时的收敛性,提高头皮对于护发产品活性成分的耐受效果,避免新发角质层的二次破坏,有效避免可能刺激性成分在角质层损坏部位对于头皮的长时间接触作用。
作为一种优选的方案,所述锌系化合物为PCA锌和氧化锌;所述PCA锌和氧化锌的质量比为7~9:1。
本申请中,通过对锌系化合物的合理配比,有效地提高了护发产品的保湿效果以及进一步降低了护发产品对于头皮的可刺激性。本申请人推测为:当PCA锌和氧化锌的质量比为7~9:1时,两者的协同作用能够在头皮的表面性能亲水表面,从而在水质接触的过程中通过亲水基的作用从而形成表面水合成,在有效促进亲水性物质通过的过程中,避免了薄荷脑等物质对于头皮的直接作用,起到良好的缓冲效果;并且此时能够避免单独使用氧化锌时的过度吸水性,避免水合层在氧化锌周围的聚集,从而引发更多的氧化锌团聚,进一步的恶性循环。
作为一种优选的方案,所述氨基酸类化合物为聚赖氨酸。
作为一种优选的方案,所述植物提取物为薄荷脑。
作为一种优选的方案,所述表面活性剂为月桂酰肌氨酸钠和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱;所述月桂酰肌氨酸钠和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的质量比为1~3:1。
作为一种优选的方案,所述功能添加剂为乙二醇水杨酸酯。
作为一种优选的方案,所述溶剂为去离子水与丙二醇;所述去离子水与丙二醇的质量比为2:1。
本发明第二方面提供了一种上述去屑止痒护发产品的制备方法,步骤至少包含以下几步:(1)将配制好的活性组合物作为A相,备用;(2)将月桂酰基类,椰油酰基类,保湿剂和发用调理剂混合搅拌均匀作为B相,备用;(3)将去离子水作为C相,之后将A,B,C三相混合搅拌,搅拌温度40~50℃,转速300~600rpm,搅拌期间加入助剂,直至搅拌为均一相,既得。
有益效果:
1、本发明申请中制备的一种护发产品又有优异的去屑,控油和止痒效果,能够有效地解决现有头皮和头发存在的问题,使用后的头皮和头发能够保持清爽,温和的去除头皮上的死皮和角质,柔顺秀发,具有良好的市场价值。
2、本发明申请中制备的一种护发产品在具有优异的去屑,控油和止痒效果的同时还能够最大程度的减少护发产品对于人头皮和发质的损伤,避免依赖性的产生,以及减少护发产品的刺激性,具有极佳的温和效果,适宜头皮和发质敏感人群使用。
3、本发明申请中制备的一种护发产品在具有上述良好的性能的同时,能够通过合理调控配方原料之间的配比有效地避免活性成分的析出和分层现象,使得护发产品能够在长时间的储存过程中具有优异的稳定性,增强护发产品的使用寿命。
4、本发明申请中制备的一种护发产品能够通过不同调配原料的加入制备成例如洗头精华、洗发水、护发素等护发产品,具有十分广泛的运用效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
实施例1第一方面提供了一种去屑止痒护发产品,以质量百分比计,原料包含以下成分:活性组合物10%,月桂酰基类6%,椰油酰基类40%,保湿剂4%,发用调理剂4%,助剂8.5%,去离子水补充余量。
其中,月桂酰基类为月桂酰肌氨酸钠,甲基月桂酰基牛磺酸钠,月桂酰两性基乙酸钠,质量比为1:1:1。
椰油酰基类为椰油酰基谷氨酸钠,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,椰油酰基甘氨酸钾和椰油酰胺甲基MEA,质量比为6:18:5:3。
保湿剂为尿囊素,甘油和聚乙二醇,质量比为0.3:0.5:3。
发用调理剂为乙二醇二硬脂酸酯0.6%,聚季铵盐-10 0.5%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯0.4%,瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.8%,癸基葡糖苷1.7%。
助剂为增稠剂8%和防腐剂0.5%;增稠剂为聚维酮和PEG-150季戊四醇四硬脂酸酯,质量比为3.5:6;防腐剂为苯氧乙醇。
活性组合物,以质量百分比计,包括以下成分:活性调剂12%,锌系化合物6%,氨基酸类化合物8%,植物提取物3%,表面活性剂42%,功能添加剂1%和溶剂补充余量。
其中,活性调剂为己咪啶二(羟乙基磺酸)盐,吡咯克酮乙醇铵盐,10-羟基癸酸;己咪啶二(羟乙基磺酸)盐,吡咯克酮乙醇铵盐,10-羟基癸酸的质量比为0.4:4:9。
锌系化合物为PCA锌和氧化锌,质量比为8:1。
氨基酸类化合物为聚赖氨酸;植物提取物为薄荷脑。
表面活性剂为月桂酰肌氨酸钠和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,质量比为2:1。
功能添加剂为乙二醇水杨酸酯;溶剂为去离子水与丙二醇,质量比为2:1。
本实施例中,PCA锌为自上海前衍生物科技有限公司出售的PCA锌产品;氧化锌为上海阿拉丁出售的Z112847型号的纳米级氧化锌产品。
本实施例中,聚赖氨酸为武汉华翔科洁生物技术有限公司出售的聚赖氨酸产品。
本实施例中,薄荷脑为南京辰龙化工有限公司出售的薄荷脑产品。
本实施例中,聚维酮为西安晋湘药用辅料有限公司出售的聚维酮产品。
本实施例中,聚季铵盐-10为广州天赐高新材料股份有限公司出售的聚季铵盐-10产品。
本实施例中,瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵为广州天赐高新材料股份有限公司出售的瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵产品。
本发明第二方面提供了一种上述去屑止痒护发产品的制备方法,步骤包含以下几步:(1)将配制好的活性组合物作为A相,备用;(2)将月桂酰基类,椰油酰基类,保湿剂和发用调理剂混合搅拌均匀作为B相,备用;(3)将去离子水作为C相,之后将A,B,C三相混合搅拌,搅拌温度45℃,转速400rpm,搅拌期间加入助剂,直至搅拌为均一相,既得。
实施例2
本实施例的具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于:活性组合物8%,月桂酰基类8%,椰油酰基类36%,保湿剂3%,发用调理剂3%,助剂9%,去离子水补充余量。
对比例1
本对比例的具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于:聚维酮和PEG-150季戊四醇四硬脂酸酯,质量比为1:10。
对比例2
本对比例的具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于:己咪啶二(羟乙基磺酸)盐,吡咯克酮乙醇铵盐,10-羟基癸酸的质量比为0.1:1:10。
对比例3
本对比例的具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于:PCA锌和氧化锌的质量比为3:1。
性能评价
1.高低温稳定性:参照GB/T29679-2013,将实施例和对比例制备的护发产品置于40℃和-8℃下放置48h,若恢复室温后未观察到组合物出现分层,则高温稳定性记为“优”;若恢复室温后观察到组合物出现分层,则高温稳定性记为“差”。
2.刺激性测试:对所有实施例和对比例制得的护发产品进行刺激性测试,通过检测各样品对绵羊红细胞的HC50(50%红细胞溶血的浓度)和Di值(血红蛋白变性指数),计算H/D=HC50/Di,通过H/D值的大小对样品的眼刺激性进行判定,<0.1为非常刺激,>0.1为刺激,>1为轻刺激,>10为微刺激,>100为无刺激,每个实施例和对比例测试20个试样,测得的结果取平均值计入表2。

通过实施例1~2、对比例1~3和表1可以得知,本发明提供的一种去屑止痒护发产品及其制备方法,护发产品在具有优异的抗菌去屑,控油止痒效果的同时,还具有优异的高低温的储存稳定性以及良好的温和性,低刺激性,适宜在日化用品领域推广,具有广阔的发展前景。其中实施例1在具有最佳的制备原料配比和制备工艺等因素下获得了最佳性能指数。
Claims (10)
1.一种去屑止痒护发产品,其特征在于:以质量百分比计,原料包含以下成分:活性组合物4~11%,月桂酰基类3~12%,椰油酰基类25~45%,保湿剂2~5%,发用调理剂1~5%,助剂1~10%,去离子水补充余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的去屑止痒护发产品,其特征在于:所述月桂酰基类为月桂酰基钠盐中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1~2任一项所述的去屑止痒护发产品,其特征在于:所述椰油酰基类为椰油酰基谷氨酸钠,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,椰油酰基甘氨酸钾和椰油酰胺甲基MEA。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的去屑止痒护发产品,其特征在于:所述保湿剂为尿囊素、甘油、聚乙二醇、海藻酸钠中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的去屑止痒护发产品,其特征在于:所述发用调理剂为乙二醇二硬脂酸酯,聚季铵盐-10,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯,瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,癸基葡糖苷。
6.根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的去屑止痒护发产品,其特征在于:所述助剂为增稠剂,防腐剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的去屑止痒护发产品,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为卡波姆,聚维酮,PEG-150季戊四醇四硬脂酸酯中的至少一种;所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇。
8.根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的去屑止痒护发产品,其特征在于:所述活性组合物包括以下成分:活性调剂,锌系化合物,氨基酸类化合物,植物提取物,表面活性剂,功能添加剂和溶剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的去屑止痒护发产品,其特征在于:所述活性调剂为咪啶二(羟乙基磺酸)盐,吡咯克酮乙醇铵盐,10-羟基癸酸,壳聚糖季铵盐,有机硅季铵盐中的至少一种。
10.一种根据权利要求1~9任意一项所述的去屑止痒护发产品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤至少包含以下几步:(1)将配制好的活性组合物作为A相,备用;(2)将月桂酰基类,椰油酰基类,保湿剂和发用调理剂混合搅拌均匀作为B相,备用;(3)将去离子水作为C相,之后将A,B,C三相混合搅拌,搅拌温度40~50℃,转速300~600rpm,搅拌期间加入助剂,直至搅拌为均一相,既得。
