Abstract
一种无硅油去屑洗发水,其包含如下重量份的组份:植物表面活性剂5‑20份氨基酸表面活性剂4‑15份阳离子调理剂0.1‑0.5份两性离子表面活性剂4‑10份非离子表面活性剂1‑5份阴离子表面活性剂1‑4份螯合剂0.05‑0.2份PH调节剂0.02‑0.5份发用调理剂1‑5份防腐剂0.5‑1.5份去离子水50‑80份所述阳离子调理剂为聚季铵盐‑10;所述发用调理剂为植物甾醇类。本申请通过聚季铵盐‑10调控植物甾醇类在头皮上形成薄膜从而替代硅油,从而避免硅油沉积造成毛孔的堵塞,并且本申请通过复合植物去屑剂全面取代ZPT、OCT等化学合成抑菌型去屑剂,采用温和的植物性成分达到去屑的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及无硅油洗发水,尤其涉及一种无硅油去屑洗发水及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗发水是常用的发用化妆品之一,清洗和除去头发及头皮表面人体分泌的油脂、汗垢、头皮上脱落的细胞以及外来的灰尘、微生物、定型产品的残留物和不良气味等,市面上有些洗发水除了具有清洁功能外,还有良好的护发效果,洗后能使头发不仅清洁舒松而且易干梳理、不打结、光滑柔软,还有一些洗发水具有去屑、止痒、抑制皮脂过度分泌等功能。
市面上洗发水,一般都是添加常规的AES,AOS作为发泡清洁剂,清洁能力强,同时很多洗发水含有硅油,虽然可以均匀覆盖在发丝上形成致密的疏水膜,使得头发表面平整光滑,是性价比较高的个人护理品常用添加剂。但是硅油是一种合成的难溶于水且化学性质稳定的油脂,长期使用会在头皮和发丝上层层富集,导致头皮毛孔堵塞,毛囊萎缩过高的硅油沉积,会引起头发塌陷,毛囊堵塞,长期使用会使头发变得干枯,不利于头发和、头皮的健康,甚至出现掉发脱发等现象。
现有技术中也存在硅油替代产品,对比文件CN104921989B公开了采用阳离子柔顺剂调控果糖、透明质酸、角蛋白在头发表面形成膜,从而代替硅油成膜,在不添加硅油的前提下,达到改善头发光泽和梳理性能的目的;但是透明质酸、果糖等发用调理剂停留在头发的时间短,其改善效果并不理想。
对比文件CN112656732B公开了去屑止痒组合物由吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐(OCT)、吡啶硫酮锌(ZPT)、蛇床子提取物、苦参提取物0.25%和o-伞花烃-5-醇0.05%,蛇床子提取物与苦参提取物具有协同增效的作用,吡硫翁锌化学杀菌剂,溶解性差,脱脂能力较强。吡啶酮乙醇铵盐长期使用对皮肤具有刺激性、致敏性、抗药性;而角质剥离型去屑剂,例如水杨酸/硫磺,其存在气味差,刺激性强,过敏瘙痒等问题;细胞生长抑制型去屑剂,例如二硫化硒用后发质粗涩,脱色,脱发,异味。因为开发一款天然绿色的去屑洗发水是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种无硅油去屑洗发水及其制备方法。
本发明的一种实施例解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种无硅油去屑洗发水,其包含如下重量份的组份:
所述阳离子调理剂为聚季铵盐-10;
所述发用调理剂为植物甾醇类。
优选的,所述植物甾醇类为植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯。
优选的,所述复合植物去屑剂按重量份的组份计算包括77.06-86.4份水、10-15份PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、1.5-2.5份欧百里香提取物、0.5-2份丁香花蕾提取物、0.1-0.2份苦参根提取物、0.5-2份山鸡椒果油、0.8-1份1,2-己二醇、0.2-0.24份辛甘醇。
优选的,所述植物表面活性剂为无患子果提取物。
优选的,所述保湿剂包括甘油。
优选的,还包括无患子果提取物。

在反应容器中加入去离子水、EDTA二钠,搅拌至完全溶解后继续加入聚季铵盐-10并分散均匀,升温至80℃,待其溶解至透明状态,加入植物甾醇类、椰油酰胺MEA搅拌混合均匀;降温至45℃,加入椰油酰甘氨酸钠、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱并搅拌均匀直至料体透明;继续加入无患子果提取物,搅拌均匀;调节PH至5.5-6.5时加入防腐剂,出料。
与目前技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本申请通过聚季铵盐-10调控植物甾醇类在头皮上形成薄膜从而替代硅油,从而避免硅油沉积造成毛孔的堵塞,而且具有良好的梳理性能。
2、本申请还发现椰油酰甘氨酸钠能协同聚季铵盐-10调控植物甾醇类、植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯在头皮上的沉积。
3、通过聚季铵盐-10调控植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯形成晶体薄膜,提高其与植物甾醇类在头皮上的沉积量。
4、本申请的复合植物去屑剂全面取代ZPT、OCT等化学合成抑菌型去屑剂,天然绿色,长期使用无抗药性,在去屑的同时从根本上解决头皮健康问题,抑制瘙痒,温和的植物性成分减轻对头皮和发质的化学性伤害,避免发质受损带来的毛糙,梳理性差,保护发质。

具体实施方式
如下结合具体实施例,对本申请方案作进一步描述:
实施例1
一种无硅油去屑洗发水,包括以下组分(按全部原料成分的质量之和为100g计算):
5g无患子果提取物、1g复合植物去屑剂、4g椰油酰甘氨酸钠、0.1g聚季铵盐-10、4g椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、1g椰油酰胺MEA、1g甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、0.05gEDTA二钠、0.02g柠檬酸、1g植物甾醇类、0.5gDMDMH、638增稠剂、余量去离子水。
上述1g复合植物去屑剂按重量百分比计算包括77.06-86.4%水、10-15%PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、1.5-2.5%欧百里香提取物、0.5-2%丁香花蕾提取物、0.1-0.2%苦参根提取物、0.5-2%山鸡椒果油、0.8-1%1,2-己二醇、0.2-0.24%辛甘醇。
上述638增稠剂为聚乙二醇6000双硬脂酸酯。
实施例1加入的无患子果提取物通过以酶技术为主,再综合采用多道固液分离技术纯化所得;加入的复合植物去屑剂通过一种超临界流体在高于临界温度和压力下,从目标物中萃取有效成分,当恢复到常压常温时,溶解在流体中成分立即以溶于吸收液的液体状态与气态流体分开,然后再根据比例搭配混合所得植物去屑剂。
实施例1的制备工艺:
在反应容器中加入去离子水、EDTA二钠,搅拌至完全溶解后继续加入聚季铵盐-10并分散均匀,升温至80℃,待其溶解至透明状态,加入植物甾醇类、椰油酰胺MEA搅拌混合均匀;降温至45℃,加入椰油酰甘氨酸钠、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱并搅拌均匀直至料体透明;继续加入无患子果提取物、复合植物去屑剂搅拌均匀;调节PH至5.5-6.5时加入DMDMH,出料。
实施例1-2以及对比例1-3的各组分配比如下表所示
实施例2和对比例1-3的制备工艺参考实施例1,植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯与透明质酸加入配方中的温度、顺序、处理状态与植物甾醇类相同。
所述发用调理剂沉积实验采用同位素标记法,分别对植物甾醇类、植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯、透明质酸标记C14,分别用实施例1、实施例2、对比例1制备而成的洗发水分别对头发进行洗涤,待头发洗净并吹干后,采用同位素标记法检验植物甾醇类、植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯、透明质酸残留在头发纤维的情况,检验情况包括是否有标记物沉积在头皮上以及沉积分布的情况,分布情况按整个头皮中头发纤维中的疏密程度,疏密程度由稀到疏分为稀疏、密集、致密三种情况,上述检验情况可以使用放射自显影技术研究被标记的植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯与透明质酸在头发中的分布。
实验结果表明,实施例1中的植物甾醇类在聚季铵盐-10的作用下,洗后的头发纤维中发现了C14同位素,实施例2在头发纤维中也发现了沉积的植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯,而对比例1中的透明质酸并未发现有C14同位素,所以实施例1和实施例2中的植物甾醇类、植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯相比透明质酸在头发纤维中有更好的沉积效果。
头发表面由角蛋白构成而显负电性,由于每个聚季铵盐-10有很多阳离子位置,具有较高的相对分子质量,通过离子静电的吸引力以及分子链间的疏水作用牢固地吸附在头发蛋白结构中带负电荷的表面,使聚季铵盐-10具有脂肪性的碳氢链被保留在头发角质层的表面,其中沉积在头发表面的脂肪部分起到很好的调理作用。而对比例1中加入的透明质酸其难以停留在头发纤维中,原因在于透明质酸本身带负电荷,而头发表面带负电荷,根据静电作用原理,所以聚季铵盐-10调控由透明质酸形成的膜并不稳定,只能短暂停留在头发的表面,无法长时间沉积在头发纤维表面,致使头皮的干梳性能并不理想。
实施例1配伍植物甾醇类,利用聚季铵盐-10调控,使其在清洗过程中能沉积在头发纤维表面,从而替代常规硅油的作用。
实施例2中还发现通过配伍植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯,其可形成类似神经酰胺的液态晶体薄膜,其本身具备薄膜的性质,在聚季铵盐-10的调控下更为紧密与稳定。除此之外,根据相似相溶原理,植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯与聚季铵盐-10沉积在头发纤维表面的脂肪部分有很好的亲和力,提高了其在清洗过程中剥离头发纤维的阻力,从而增加植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯在头发纤维的沉积量。本申请还发现,当植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯的分子量大于400以上时,具有更好的沉积效果,从而改善头发的干梳性。
为了更好地验证其干梳性能,本申请将同一发束对半分开,分别用实施例2和对比例1的洗发水洗涤、擦干,头发干后测试发束干发梳理力,测试结果如图1所示。实验结果表明实施例2的发束顺滑度得到明显改善,即干梳性能具有优异性。
在提高实施例1和实施例2中的植物甾醇类、植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯沉积的头发含量,本申请加入椰油酰甘氨酸钠,由于椰油酰甘氨酸钠与聚季铵盐-10所带电荷相反,所以椰油酰甘氨酸钠与聚季铵盐-10之间存在静电作用,在本申请中椰油酰甘氨酸钠的添加量相比聚季铵盐-10多很多,所以聚季铵盐-10处于被椰油酰甘氨酸钠增溶的状态,整体表观电荷为负的。在洗发过程中,由于洗发水被稀释,椰油酰甘氨酸钠与聚季铵盐-10发生解离,导致聚季铵盐-10表观电荷降低,从而发生相分离,从体系中析出,即发生絮凝。絮凝所产生的絮胶能促进植物甾醇类沉积到头发表面,结合在同位素标记追踪实验证明使用加入椰油酰甘氨酸钠的实施例1、实施例2制备的洗发水,在洗后沉积在头发中的植物甾醇类、植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯的分布比对比例2、对比例3更为致密,证明椰油酰甘氨酸钠能辅助植物甾醇类、植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯在头皮上的沉积。
头屑主要由于繁殖的马拉色菌等细菌、真菌使头皮细胞功能新陈代谢紊乱,致使不成熟的头皮细胞以片状剥落,皮脂腺分泌的油脂形成过氧化物会形成利于马拉色菌加速繁殖的温床。
丁香花中所含的丁香酚,β-石竹烯具有抗菌消炎,清除自由基,镇痛等显著功能;丁香苷对金葡菌,芽孢杆菌,猪链球菌,李斯特杆菌,大肠杆菌,沙门氏菌,肺炎克雷伯菌等都有抑菌活性,且高效低毒;丁香花中所含苯乙醛具有高效的抗菌,抗炎,镇痛功能。
山鸡椒提取物具有强效的抗真菌功能,山鸡椒油能抑制试管内黄癣菌、断发毛癣菌、絮状表皮癣菌、石膏样孢子菌等种皮肤癣菌,还能抑制白色念珠菌、新型隐球菌、孢子丝菌及几种皮肤着色真菌裴氏着色真菌、卡氏枝孢菌、茄病镰刀霉、粉绿木霉等。
百里香提取物的百里酚具有很强的杀菌作用,且毒性低,具杀真菌作用。
苦参根提取物的苦参含有的苦参碱和金雀花碱可清热燥湿、祛风、驱虫杀虫、利尿,临床上多用于湿疹、潮湿、湿疮的和皮肤瘙痒,有止痒、杀菌、祛湿的作用,高效安全。
本申请加入复合植物去屑剂能抑制马拉色菌等有害真菌、细菌,将头皮上菌落数量控制在正常的范围之内,而且生物碱能有效去除头皮上过度分泌的皮脂,减少影响头皮屑产生的过氧化物,促进头皮健康舒缓头皮炎症,从而有效去头屑和止头痒。
Claims (10)
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无硅油去屑洗发水,其特征在于,所述植物甾醇类为植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种无硅油去屑洗发水,其特征在于,还包括复合植物去屑剂,所述复合植物去屑剂按重量份的组份计算包括77.06-86.4份水、10-15份PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、1.5-2.5份欧百里香提取物、0.5-2份丁香花蕾提取物、0.1-0.2份苦参根提取物、0.5-2份山鸡椒果油、0.8-1份1,2-己二醇、0.2-0.24份辛甘醇。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种无硅油去屑洗发水,其特征在于,所述植物表面活性剂为无患子果提取物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种无硅油去屑洗发水,其特征在于,所述氨基酸表面活性剂由以下成分至少一种组成:椰油酰甘氨酸钾,月桂酰谷氨酸钠,月桂酰肌氨酸钠,椰油酰甘氨酸钠,椰油酰水解燕麦蛋白钾。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种无硅油去屑洗发水,其特征在于,所述两性离子表面活性剂由以下成分至少一种组成:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,月桂酰两性基乙酸钠,椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种无硅油去屑洗发水,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂由以下成分至少一种组成:癸基葡糖苷,椰油酰胺MEA,椰油酰胺甲基MEA,PEG-6辛酸/癸酸甘油酯类。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种无硅油去屑洗发水,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂由以下成分至少一种组成:甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠,椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠,PEG-7橄榄油羧酸钠,月桂醇聚醚-6羧酸钠。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种无硅油去屑洗发水,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为羟乙二磷酸和/或EDTA二钠;所述PH调节剂为柠檬酸和/或柠檬酸钠。
10.制备如权利要求9所述的一种无硅油去屑洗发水,其特征在于,所述制备方法如下:
在反应容器中加入去离子水、EDTA二钠,搅拌至完全溶解后继续加入聚季铵盐-10并分散均匀,升温至80℃,待其溶解至透明状态,加入植物甾醇类、椰油酰胺MEA搅拌混合均匀;降温至45℃,加入椰油酰甘氨酸钠、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱并搅拌均匀直至料体透明;继续加入无患子果提取物,搅拌均匀;调节PH至5.5-6.5时加入防腐剂,出料。
