For the convenience of assembly, the receiving film 140 may be connected to each of the plurality of air bags 131, and the receiving film 140 and the air bags 131 may be of an integral structure. Or, the storage film 140 may include sub-storage films located between every two adjacent air bags 131, each sub-storage film is connected to the housing 110, and forms a first sub-storage cavity and a first sub-opening communicated with the first sub-storage cavity with the housing 110, and the sub-storage film is further connected to the corresponding air bag 131, so that when the mechanical support 120 slides relative to the housing 110, the first sub-storage cavity can be in a negative pressure state, and oil stains can enter the first sub-storage cavity through the first sub-opening. The design makes the connection of accomodating membrane 140 and gasbag 131 inseparabler like this, and membrane 140 motion is accomodate in the drive that mechanical support 120 can be better when the motion, and the connection of accomodating membrane and gasbag 131 a plurality of sons simultaneously can let the space in first son chamber of holding more closed, makes the difficult spill of inspiratory greasy dirt. Further, the receiving film 140 may be an elastic film made of a high molecular polymer that is resistant to oxidation and corrosion.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the marine oil stain recovery device 100 may further include at least one slide rail 150, the slide rail 150 is connected to the housing 110, and one end of the mechanical support 120 is slidably connected to the slide rail 150. Through setting up slide rail 150, mechanical support 120 and slide rail 150 cooperate and use, compare in mechanical support 120 direct and casing 110 sliding connection, be convenient for more the production equipment.
Further, referring to fig. 9, the number of the mechanical supports 120 may be multiple, the number of the sliding rails 150 is the same as that of the mechanical supports 120, and each mechanical support 120 is correspondingly slidably connected to one sliding rail 150. Through setting up a plurality of one-to-one slide rail 150 and mechanical support 120, a plurality of mechanical support 120 joint support accomodate membrane 140, have strengthened holistic structural stability, prevent to accomodate membrane 140 and inhale the greasy dirt too much by propping broken. The oil well pump 180 may include a delivery pipe 181, one end of the delivery pipe 181 communicates with the oil storage tank 170, and the other end communicates with the second accommodating cavity 111, so as to pump the oil stain in the second accommodating cavity 111 into the oil storage tank 170. Through setting up oil storage tank 170, second hold chamber 111 and the first oily dirt that can store the recovery simultaneously that holds chamber a, make ocean greasy dirt recovery unit 100 under the unchangeable circumstances of work total amount, the frequency of operation is still less, can effectively reduce use cost, and it is better to save energy more and retrieve greasy dirt efficiency.
It should be understood that, referring to fig. 2, the marine oil recovery device 100 may further include at least one floating plate 190, and the floating plate 190 may be detachably connected to the oil drain hole of the oil storage tank 170. Through setting up kickboard 190, kickboard 190 can make more stable the floating of marine oil recovery unit 100 carry out the greasy dirt recovery in the sea, and kickboard 190 can dismantle the function that can also act as the apron in the oil drain hole department of connecting in oil storage tank 170 simultaneously. Preferably, the number of the floating plates may be two, and the floating plates are respectively located at both sides of the oil storage tank 170, so that the marine fouling recovery device 100 can more stably float on the sea surface. Or, one side of the oil storage tank 170 close to the shell 110 is provided with an oil discharge hole and a screw cap, and the screw cap is detachably covered on the oil discharge hole, so that oil stains can be poured out of the oil storage tank 170 conveniently.
In other embodiments, the housing 110 may have a third opening communicating with the first receiving chamber a, and the marine oil recovery device 100 may further include an oil storage tank 170, the oil storage tank 170 being located at a side of the housing 110 away from the machine bracket 120 and connected to the housing 110. The oil-water separator is connected with the shell 110 and used for separating liquid and oil stains, the oil-water separator is provided with a second inlet, a first discharge port and a second discharge port, the third opening is communicated with the second inlet, the first discharge port is communicated with the oil storage tank 170 and used for discharging the oil stains to the oil storage tank 170, and the second discharge port is located outside the shell 110 and used for discharging the liquid. Through setting up oil water separator, can handle the greasy dirt earlier before storing to batch oil tank 170, carry the higher greasy dirt of purity to batch oil tank 170 in, avoid storing a large amount of oil water mixture in the batch oil tank 170, reduce ocean greasy dirt recovery unit 100's invalid work, and then promote work efficiency.
The specific oil absorption process of the marine oil contamination recovery device 100 of the embodiment of the present application may be: firstly, the air pump 132 pumps the air in the air bag 131, the air bag 131 gradually shrinks and simultaneously drives the mechanical support 120 to retract, that is, the second end 124 of the mechanical support 120 is driven to move towards the direction close to the first end 123, and simultaneously the mechanical support 120 drives the accommodating film 140 to move towards the direction far away from the housing 110, at this time, the volume of the space in the first accommodating cavity a increases and is in a negative pressure state, oil stains are prompted to be sucked into the first accommodating cavity a from the first opening b through the pressure difference with the external environment, along with reaching the limit of shrinking of the air bag 131, the first accommodating cavity a formed by the accommodating film 140 and the housing 110 is also enlarged to reach the limit, and the volume of the oil stains sucked in the oil sucking process also reaches the limit.
The specific oil storage process of the marine oil stain recovery device 100 of the embodiment of the application can be as follows: the air pump 132 charges air into the air bag 131, the air bag 131 gradually expands and also drives the mechanical support 120 to stretch, that is, the second end 124 of the mechanical support 120 is driven to move towards the direction far away from the first end 123 of the mechanical support 120, meanwhile, the mechanical support 120 drives the accommodating film 140 to move towards the direction close to the housing 110, so as to compress the space in the first accommodating cavity a, further press the oil stain in the first accommodating cavity a into the second accommodating cavity 111 of the housing 110 from the second opening 112 of the housing 110, and the oil pump 180 pumps the oil stain in the second accommodating cavity 111 into the oil storage tank 170, so that oil storage is completed. The oil absorption process and the oil storage process are circularly reciprocated to form a complete working process of the marine oil stain recovery device 100.
