背景技术
口罩是一种卫生用品,一般指戴在口鼻部位用于过滤进入口鼻的空气,以达到阻挡有害的气体、气味、飞沫进出佩戴者口鼻的用具,以纱布或纸等制成。口罩对进入肺部的空气有一定的过滤作用,在呼吸道传染病流行时,在粉尘等污染的环境中作业时,戴口罩具有非常好的作用。传统的口罩容易起雾透气性差,同时在只能起到空气过滤的作用,对于一些异味和有害气体的防护性能较差,在使用后表面面料容易起毛,影响佩戴的舒适度,同时容易粘黏污渍,为此我们提出一种透气性口罩面料的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种透气性口罩面料的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种透气性口罩面料的制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
S1、准备以下重量份原料:针叶木浆40-98份、防水剂2-5份、柔软剂3-8份,碳酸氢钠5-11份、碳酸钠2-8份、碳酸钾4-9份、水80-120份、聚丙烯33-76份、抗氧化剂2-11份、润滑剂3-5份、甲基封端聚醚改性硅油3-6份、冰醋酸2-6份、去离子水4-8份;
S2、将针叶木浆、水用打浆机进行搅拌打浆,打浆机转速为700-800转/分,打浆时间为18-22分钟,得到打浆液;
S3、向打浆液加入以上重量份的防水剂、柔软剂、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠、碳酸钾,搅拌混合,得到混合液;
S4、将混合液送入网箱,经脱水成型成为纸页,再经压榨脱水,在90℃加热7小时,得到纸纱原纸;
S5、将纸纱原纸经短流程精纺纱流水线纺制成40S纸纱,并入70D丙纶做成纸纱针织面料;
S6、将聚丙烯、抗氧化剂、润滑剂、甲基封端聚醚改性硅油、冰醋酸、去离子水混合,通过螺杆挤压喷射形成网状材料;
S7、将网状材料热风牵引,直接在纸纱针织面料上形成熔喷布层,得到透气性口罩面料。
优选的,所述S1中,准备以下重量份原料:针叶木浆50-98份、防水剂3-5份、柔软剂5-8份,碳酸氢钠7-11份、碳酸钠4-8份、碳酸钾5-9份、水90-120份、聚丙烯42-76份、抗氧化剂4-11份、润滑剂4-5份、甲基封端聚醚改性硅油4-6份、冰醋酸3-6份、去离子水5-8份。

本发明的口罩面料通过纸纱针织面料直接和熔喷纤维结合形成,加大的提高口罩面料的透气性能,通过在纸纱制备中加入碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠、碳酸钾碳酸氢钠,配合人呼出的水汽,可以对有异味的化学物和有味的物质含苯、硫化氢、氨气、甲醛、氛化物、硫化物以及带负电的化学有毒、有害、异味、臭味、杂味的物质,产生中和反应,生产盐和水,从而达到去除有害气体和除味的作用,提高口罩的安全性能,避免有害气体被吸入人体。
聚丙烯、抗氧化剂、润滑剂制作熔喷布并加入甲基封端聚醚改性硅油、冰醋酸,使得制得的熔喷布,面料不起毛,提升佩戴的舒适度,同时面料具有耐酸碱的稳定性能,同时采用甲基封端聚醚改性硅油,使得面料不易粘黏污渍,提升表面洁净度和使用质量。
本发明的口罩面料通过纸纱针织面料和熔喷纤维结合形成,极大的提高口罩面料的透气性能,能去除有害气体和除味的作用,提高口罩的安全性能,避免有害气体被吸入人体,面料不起毛,提升佩戴的舒适度,面料不易粘黏污渍,提升表面洁净度和使用质量。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例一
一种透气性口罩面料的制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
S1、准备以下重量份原料:针叶木浆40份、防水剂2份、柔软剂3份,碳酸氢钠5份、碳酸钠2份、碳酸钾4份、水80份、聚丙烯33份、抗氧化剂2份、润滑剂3份、甲基封端聚醚改性硅油3份、冰醋酸2份、去离子水4份;
S2、将针叶木浆、水用打浆机进行搅拌打浆,打浆机转速为700转/分,打浆时间为18分钟,得到打浆液;
S3、向打浆液加入以上重量份的防水剂、柔软剂、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠、碳酸钾,搅拌混合,得到混合液;
S4、将混合液送入网箱,经脱水成型成为纸页,再经压榨脱水,在90℃加热7小时,得到纸纱原纸;
S5、将纸纱原纸经短流程精纺纱流水线纺制成40S纸纱,并入70D丙纶做成纸纱针织面料;
S6、将聚丙烯、抗氧化剂、润滑剂、甲基封端聚醚改性硅油、冰醋酸、去离子水混合,通过螺杆挤压喷射形成网状材料;
S7、将网状材料热风牵引,直接在纸纱针织面料上形成熔喷布层,得到透气性口罩面料。
在本实施例中,防水剂为聚乙烯蜡乳液、氧化聚乙烯蜡乳液、PE蜡乳液中的任一种。柔软剂为叔胺类柔软剂、季铵盐类柔软剂,咪唑啉季铵盐类柔软剂、双烷基二甲基季铵盐类柔软剂中的任一种。抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯、叔丁基对苯二酚中的任意一种或者多种润滑剂为复合聚丙烯、重质碳酸钙、硬脂酸酰胺中的任意一种或者多种。
实施例二
一种透气性口罩面料的制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
S1、准备以下重量份原料:针叶木浆70份、防水剂4份、柔软剂6份、碳酸氢钠8份、碳酸钠5份、碳酸钾7份、水100份、聚丙烯55份、抗氧化剂7份、润滑剂4份、甲基封端聚醚改性硅油5份、冰醋酸4份、去离子水6份;
S2、将针叶木浆、水用打浆机进行搅拌打浆,打浆机转速为750转/分,打浆时间为20分钟,得到打浆液;
S3、向打浆液加入以上重量份的防水剂、柔软剂、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠、碳酸钾,搅拌混合,得到混合液;
S4、将混合液送入网箱,经脱水成型成为纸页,再经压榨脱水,在90℃加热7小时,得到纸纱原纸;
S5、将纸纱原纸经短流程精纺纱流水线纺制成40S纸纱,并入70D丙纶做成纸纱针织面料;
S6、将聚丙烯、抗氧化剂、润滑剂、甲基封端聚醚改性硅油、冰醋酸、去离子水混合,通过螺杆挤压喷射形成网状材料;
S7、将网状材料热风牵引,直接在纸纱针织面料上形成熔喷布层,得到透气性口罩面料。

一种透气性口罩面料的制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
S1、准备以下重量份原料:针叶木浆98份、防水剂5份、柔软剂8份,碳酸氢钠11份、碳酸钠8份、碳酸钾9份、水120份、聚丙烯76份、抗氧化剂11份、润滑剂5份、甲基封端聚醚改性硅油6份、冰醋酸6份、去离子水8份;
S2、将针叶木浆、水用打浆机进行搅拌打浆,打浆机转速为800转/分,打浆时间为22分钟,得到打浆液;
S3、向打浆液加入以上重量份的防水剂、柔软剂、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠、碳酸钾,搅拌混合,得到混合液;
S4、将混合液送入网箱,经脱水成型成为纸页,再经压榨脱水,在90℃加热7小时,得到纸纱原纸;
S5、将纸纱原纸经短流程精纺纱流水线纺制成40S纸纱,并入70D丙纶做成纸纱针织面料;
S6、将聚丙烯、抗氧化剂、润滑剂、甲基封端聚醚改性硅油、冰醋酸、去离子水混合,通过螺杆挤压喷射形成网状材料;
S7、将网状材料热风牵引,直接在纸纱针织面料上形成熔喷布层,得到透气性口罩面料。

Claims (10)
1.一种透气性口罩面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下工艺步骤:
S1、准备以下重量份原料:针叶木浆40-98份、防水剂2-5份、柔软剂3-8份,碳酸氢钠5-11份、碳酸钠2-8份、碳酸钾4-9份、水80-120份、聚丙烯33-76份、抗氧化剂2-11份、润滑剂3-5份、甲基封端聚醚改性硅油3-6份、冰醋酸2-6份、去离子水4-8份;
S2、将针叶木浆、水用打浆机进行搅拌打浆,打浆机转速为700-800转/分,打浆时间为18-22分钟,得到打浆液;
S3、向打浆液加入以上重量份的防水剂、柔软剂、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠、碳酸钾,搅拌混合,得到混合液;
S4、将混合液送入网箱,经脱水成型成为纸页,再经压榨脱水,在90℃加热7小时,得到15g纸纱原纸;
S5、将纸纱原纸经短流程精纺纱流水线纺制成40S纸纱,并入70D丙纶做成纸纱针织面料;
S6、将聚丙烯、抗氧化剂、润滑剂、甲基封端聚醚改性硅油、冰醋酸、去离子水混合,通过螺杆挤压喷射形成网状材料;
S7、将网状材料热风牵引,直接在纸纱针织面料上形成熔喷布,得到透气性口罩面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性口罩面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1中,准备以下重量份原料:针叶木浆50-98份、防水剂3-5份、柔软剂5-8份,碳酸氢钠7-11份、碳酸钠4-8份、碳酸钾5-9份、水90-120份、聚丙烯42-76份、抗氧化剂4-11份、润滑剂4-5份、甲基封端聚醚改性硅油4-6份、冰醋酸3-6份、去离子水5-8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性口罩面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1中,准备以下重量份原料:针叶木浆70份、防水剂4份、柔软剂6份、碳酸氢钠8份、碳酸钠5份、碳酸钾7份、水100份、聚丙烯55份、抗氧化剂7份、润滑剂4份、甲基封端聚醚改性硅油5份、冰醋酸4份、去离子水6份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性口罩面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1中,准备以下重量份原料:针叶木浆40-80份、防水剂2-4份、柔软剂3-7份、碳酸氢钠5-10份、碳酸钠2-7份、碳酸钾4-8份、水80-100份、聚丙烯33-66份、抗氧化剂2-9份、润滑剂3-4份、甲基封端聚醚改性硅油3-5份、冰醋酸2-5份、去离子水4-7份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性口罩面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述防水剂为聚乙烯蜡乳液、氧化聚乙烯蜡乳液、PE蜡乳液中的任一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性口罩面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述柔软剂为叔胺类柔软剂、季铵盐类柔软剂中的任一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性口罩面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯、叔丁基对苯二酚中的任意一种或者多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性口罩面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为复合聚丙烯、重质碳酸钙、硬脂酸酰胺中的任意一种或者多种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性口罩面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S5中,短流程精纺纱流水线设置粗细为28S-40S,纸纱捻度为420-500捻,70D丙纶选用96F或120F。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性口罩面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S7中,将热熔的超细纤维直接喷射到纸纱针织面料上,形成特殊超透气的口罩面料,气体温度为270℃,熔喷气压76KPa。
