Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于电机的解算器,所述解算器包括解算器定子以及连接模块,其中解算器定子和连接模块一件式构成,并且其中连接模块具有第一插接部段和第二插接部段。
背景技术
在电机、尤其永磁同步电机中,需要相应的转子位置来对所述电机进行调节。作为角度传感器的解算器是一种可能的技术概念,以便测量对于电机的调节所需的转子位置角。
因此,“解算器(Resolver)”应理解为用于角度测量尤其电机的定子与转子之间的角度测量的系统。接下来,可以根据测量到的转子位置角确定电机的变量如马达轴的绝对位置从而确定电机的绝对转子位置、转速和/或旋转方向。
解算器具有可旋转的解算器转子和固定的解算器定子,其中解算器转子和解算器定子经由解算器气隙彼此间隔开。解算器转子尤其可以安装在可旋转构件例如电机的转子上。从现有技术已知各种解算器类型,其中原则上借助于至少一个线圈产生变化的磁场,并且借助于至少一个另外的线圈根据待测量的位置或角位置来探测所述磁场。
除了探测电机的转子的转子角位置之外,电机内的温度、尤其定子的定子绕组的绕组头处的温度是电机的待检测的重要变量。
所有检测的变量通常经由电机的功率电子装置检测。“功率电子装置”尤其应理解为电机的电子部件的可以影响、尤其切换电机的电流的部件。
为了能够设计出在构件和结构空间方面特别高效的电机,并且必要时能够保证在维修情况下进行简单以及成本优化的维修,希望在一个构件上组合尽可能多的电接口。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于电机的改进的解算器,所述电机的特征尤其在于在构件以及结构空间方面高效的构造并且以紧凑的方式和方法具有用于检测转子角位置以及也用于检测至少一个定子绕组头温度的所有电接口。
所述需求可以通过本发明的根据独立权利要求1的主题来满足。本发明的有利的实施方式在从属权利要求中描述。
根据本发明的用于电机的解算器包括解算器定子和连接模块。
对应于本发明,解算器定子与连接模块一件式构成。
根据本发明,连接模块具有第一插接部段和第二插接部段。
根据本发明,第一插接部段具有至少一个第一接触销和至少一个第二接触销。根据本发明,第二插接部段具有至少一个第三接触销。对应于本发明,第一接触销与解算器定子电连接,并且第二接触销与第三接触销电连接。
在一个特别优选的实施变型方案中,第一插接部段可与第一配用插接器连接,并且第二插接部段可与第二配用插接器连接,其中第一配用插接器经由线缆束与用于与电机的功率电子装置连接的插接器电连接,并且其中第二配用插接器与电机的至少一个温度传感器电连接。
优选地,解算器定子和连接模块经由塑料灌封件一件式构成。
借助于根据本发明的解算器的构成方案、尤其通过连接模块的构成方案,展示用于记录解算器的信号以及也用于记录电机方面的温度值的电收集点。通过这种方式,朝向功率电子装置引导的信号线路的所有这些信息可以在线缆束中进行组合,并且可以创建在构件和结构空间方面特别高效的解算器。此外,通过这种在构件上的捆绑可以保证在服务情况下进行成本优化的维修。

发明内容
图1至图3以不同的视图示出解算器1的实施例。然而,应当理解,所公开的实施例仅是示例性的,并且另外的实施方式可以具有不同的和替选的设计方案。
解算器具有可旋转的解算器转子(未示出)和固定的解算器定子2。解算器转子和解算器定子2经由解算器气隙彼此间隔开。解算器转子尤其可以安装在可旋转构件例如电机的转子上。解算器定子2总共具有十个解算器定子绕组16。解算器定子绕组16由铜构成并且彼此连接。
解算器1还具有连接模块3,其中连接模块3和解算器定子2一件式、即经由塑料灌封件14实施(图1)。塑料灌封件14电绝缘地实施。
连接模块3具有第一插接部段4和第二插接部段5。
第一插接部段4具有多个、即在本实施例中五个(未示出)第一接触销6和多个第二接触销7。第二插接部段5具有多个、即在本实施例中三个(未示出)第三接触销8。第一接触销6分别与解算器定子2、更准确地说与解算器定子的绕组头电连接。第二接触销7分别与第三接触销8电连接,也就是说,第二接触销7的数量对应于第三接触销8的数量,即三个第二接触销7。第二接触销7与第三接触销8之间的电连接分别经由基本上U形的导体弓形件15实现。U形的导体弓形件15部分地、即除了其分别构成第二接触销7和第三接触销8的端部之外嵌入到塑料灌封件14中(图2)。
第一插接部段4可与第一配用插接器9连接,并且第二插接部段5可与第二配用插接器10连接(图1至图3)。
第一配用插接器9经由线缆束11与插接器12电连接。插接器12可以与电机的功率电子装置连接(图1、图3)。在本实施例中,第二配用插接器10与两个温度传感器13连接,所述两个温度传感器用于检测电机内的温度、更准确地说电机的定子的绕组头处的温度。
线缆束11不仅包括解算器1的信号线路而且包括两个温度传感器13的信号线路。

Claims (3)
1.一种用于电机的解算器(1),所述解算器包括解算器定子(2)以及连接模块(3),其中所述解算器定子(2)和所述连接模块(3)一件式构成,其中所述连接模块(3)具有第一插接部段(4)和第二插接部段(5),所述第一插接部段具有至少一个第一接触销(6)和至少一个第二接触销(7),所述第二插接部段具有至少一个第三接触销(8),其中所述第一接触销(6)与所述解算器定子(2)电连接,并且所述第二接触销(7)与所述第三接触销(8)电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的解算器(1),
其特征在于,所述第一插接部段(4)能够与第一配用插接器(9)连接,并且所述第二插接部段(5)能够与第二配用插接器(10)连接,其中所述第一配用插接器(9)经由线缆束(11)与用于与电机的功率电子装置连接的插接器(12)电连接,并且其中所述第二配用插接器(10)与电机的至少一个温度传感器(13)电连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的解算器(1),
其特征在于,所述解算器定子(2)和所述连接模块(3)经由塑料灌封件(14)一件式构成。
