- 電気部材と称される第1部材(2)を備える、特に自動車のワイパー装置用のブラシレス電気モータであって、
前記第1部材(2)は、ステータ(5)とロータ(4)とを有し、前記ステータ(5)は、前記ロータ(4)を電磁的に励磁するための複数のコイル(6)を備え、前記ロータ(4)は、回転軸(L)を中心として駆動シャフト(8)を回転させるように装着され、
前記モータ(1)は、電子部材と称される第2部材(3)であって、出力シャフト(11)と減速ギヤ機構(M)とを有する第2部材(3)をも備え、前記減速ギヤ機構(M)は、前記駆動シャフト上のウォームスクリュー(9)と、前記ウォームスクリュー(9)に係合するとともに前記出力シャフト(11)を回転させるように設計されたギヤホイール(10)と、を備え、
前記電気モータ(1)は、前記駆動シャフト(8)の回転をガイドするための少なくとも1つの転がり軸受(12)と、前記ロータの位置を測定するための多極磁石(15)と、を備え、
前記転がり軸受が、前記駆動シャフト(8)上において、前記ロータの位置を測定するための前記磁石(15)と前記ウォームスクリュー(9)との間に配置されることにより、前記電気部材(2)は、前記ロータ(4)の位置を測定するための前記磁石を有する、電気モータ。 - 前記電気モータは、主部材(17)と称される第1部材と、横部材(18)と称される第2部材であって、前記主部材(17)から前記電気部材(2)に向かって突出する第2部材とが設けられた回路基板(16)を備え、
前記横部材(18)は、前記多極磁石(15)と協働するように構成された磁気センサ(19)を有する、請求項1に記載の電気モータ。 - 前記横部材(18)は、前記多極磁石(15)の隣に配置されている、請求項2に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記電気モータは、中間部品(26)と称される部品を備え、
前記中間部品(26)は、前記駆動シャフト(8)の周囲に装着されるように構成された環状体(27)と、回路基板(16)と協働するように構成されたコネクタ(28)と、を有する、請求項1に記載の電気モータ。 - 前記コネクタ(28)は、前記ステータ(5)への電力信号を送信するとともに、前記ロータ(4)の位置に関する信号を送信するように構成されている、請求項4に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記ロータ(4)の位置を判定するための専用の補助回路基板(31)を備える、請求項4または5に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記補助回路基板(31)は、前記回路基板(16)に対して平行または垂直な配向で配置されている、請求項6に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記補助回路基板(31)は、前記多極磁石(15)の隣に配置され、前記補助回路基板(31)に、前記多極磁石(15)と協働するように構成された磁気センサが設けられている、請求項6および7のいずれかに記載の電気モータ。
- 前記補助回路基板(31)は、前記中間部品(26)の少なくとも前記環状体(27)および/または前記コネクタ(28)により支持されている、請求項6~8のいずれか一項に記載の電気モータ。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電気モータ(1)を備える、自動車用のワイパーシステム。
