Abstract

Background
In the soft pile foundation construction process, due to uncertainty of geological conditions, uncontrollability in part of the construction process, and possible problems of manual operation, material defects and the like, defects of a final pile sometimes occur, and the pile foundation is judged to be an unqualified pile when being detected, so that the pile foundation cannot be used for building pile foundation construction.
In the past, the defective piles can be generally only subjected to waste treatment, and a pile with the same specification is constructed again to replace the defective piles, but after pile foundation engineering is finished, main equipment basically falls off, the demand of reinforced concrete and the like of one pile is less, and the pile is transported to a site and has relatively high transport cost. The cost of manpower, materials, machinery and time for repairing and driving a pile is high.
In addition, the defective pile cannot exert the bearing capacity completely, but the bearing capacity is insufficient or unstable due to the defect, and a large amount of resources are wasted by discarding the pile.

Preferably, the stirring drill rod for reinforcing the defective pile in soft foundation construction comprises three groups of stirring blades which are arranged in parallel in the length direction of the rod body, wherein each group of stirring blades comprises three stirring blades which are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the rod body, and the three groups of stirring blades in the length direction of the rod body are arranged at intervals in a staggered manner.
The application relates to a stirring drill rod for reinforcing a defective pile in soft foundation construction, which can be sleeved on the outer side of the defective pile, and cuts up concrete at the outermost edge of a pile foundation of the defective pile by cutting picks at the end part in a rotating mode, so that cement slurry is sprayed to soil around the pile through a cement slurry channel and a slurry outlet in the process of drilling, and a rotating stirring blade simultaneously stirs and mixes the soil and the sprayed cement slurry, so that the soil around the pile is reinforced, and a cement soil reinforcing layer is formed around the defective pile after construction is completed. The cement soil body reinforcing layer has two forms, and can improve the friction resistance of the pile body aiming at the defective pile with insufficient bearing capacity, thereby improving the bearing capacity of the defective pile to meet the requirement of a qualified pile foundation; the defective position can be wrapped by cement soil body to ensure the pile body integrity of the defective pile with the defect of pile body damage, partial shrinkage of pile diameter and other pile body integrity defects.
Compared with the prior art, the stirring drill rod for reinforcing the defective pile in soft foundation construction has the following advantages:
1) After the unqualified pile foundation is detected, the stirring drill rod can be used for reinforcing on the basis of the original defective pile without re-construction, so that time and labor are saved.
2) The defect pile foundation is treated in situ, the upper column and the plate structure are not affected, the load transmission is unchanged, and the structure change is not needed.
3) The cement soil body is adopted for reinforcement, the main material is cement only, the construction of bagged cement can be adopted, and the material is convenient to obtain.

The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which are derived by a person skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application, fall within the scope of protection of the application.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, as an embodiment of the present application, the stirring drill rod for reinforcing a defective pile in soft foundation construction provided in this embodiment includes a rod body 1, where the rod body 1 is of a hollow structure, and the inner diameter of the rod body 1 is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of a pile foundation, and in this embodiment, the rod body 1 is made of an iron material.
The cutting teeth 2 are welded on the bottom surface of the rod body 1, and are continuously distributed along the circumferential direction of the rod body 1, and in the embodiment, the cutting teeth 2 are made of alloy materials.
Three groups of stirring blades 3 are welded on the outer side surface of the rod body 1, and all the stirring blade groups are adjacent to the bottom of the rod body 1 and are arranged in parallel in the length direction of the rod body 1; each group of stirring blades 3 comprises three stirring blades 3 uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the rod body 1, and the three groups of stirring blades 3 in the longitudinal direction of the rod body 1 are arranged at intervals in a staggered manner, and in the embodiment, the shape of each stirring blade 3 is long-strip-shaped, and iron materials are adopted.
A pair of cement slurry channels 4 are formed on the rod wall of the rod body 1, the cement slurry channels 4 are symmetrically arranged, one side grouting opening 4-1 of each cement slurry channel 4 is positioned on the top surface of the rod body 1, the other side grouting opening 4-2 is positioned on the outer side surface of the rod body 1, and the grouting openings are closer to the bottom of the rod body 1 than all stirring vane groups.
Of course, in the actual design and use process, the number of the stirring vane groups on the rod body 1 and the number of the stirring vanes 3 in each group, and the number of the cement slurry channels 4 on the rod body 1 can be correspondingly adjusted according to the actual application. For example, as a second embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7, in the stirring rod for reinforcing a defective pile in soft foundation construction of the present embodiment, the number of stirring blade groups on the outer side surface of the rod body 1 is two, and the number of stirring blades 3 in each group is still three.
