Abstract

Background
In industries such as papermaking, plant raw material waste residues are often left, and if the plant raw material waste residues are directly discarded, raw materials are wasted, and environmental pollution is caused. If the plant raw materials can be reused, the waste materials can be changed into valuable materials, and certain economic benefits are generated.
A great deal of paint is used in the preparation process of the paper foil paper, and the waste plant raw materials are all vegetable and have the potential of being prepared into the paint, but no relevant report exists in the prior art.

In some embodiments, the method of preparing the coating dope further comprises adding a dye to the paste. Dyes of different colors can be added according to requirements, so that coatings of different colors can be prepared.
In some embodiments, the preparation method of the coating paint can also add gelatin and detergent into the paste to prepare the water-based paint.
In some embodiments, vegetable gum is also added during the soaking. The vegetable gum has wide application, and can be selected from bamboo gum, locust bean gum, etc. The vegetable gum can be used as a thickening agent to increase the consistency of the paste so as to facilitate the application of the coating paint.

Example 1
Preparation of bamboo paste
120 tons of bamboo is crushed, 18 tons of water is added, the temperature is 20 ℃, and the bamboo pulp sewage is obtained after 72 hours of soaking. Taking 1 jin of bamboo pulp sewage, adding 0.3 jin of caustic soda flakes, adding 1.2 jin of aluminum potassium sulfate, and adding 0.1 jin of defoaming agent to prepare 0.8 jin of paste, namely the bamboo pulp paste.
Example 2
Preparation of sophora japonica paste

The paste of sophora japonica prepared in example 2 was applied to the surface of a paper-foil paper.
