Abstract

一种用于纺织印染机械的隔纱板盘，包括喷洒箱、挡板、固定杆、连接轴、进液管、高压气泵、电动伸缩杆和推板；喷洒箱的底端设有喷洒口，喷洒箱的上端连接连接轴；连接轴的内部设有安装仓；安装仓与喷洒箱内部连通；进液管的出液口位于喷洒箱内，进液管的进液口穿出连接轴，进液管的进液口与高压气泵的出气端口连接；挡板的上端设有两组固定杆；两组固定杆均连接喷洒箱的内壁；电动伸缩杆连接喷洒箱底面，电动伸缩杆的伸缩端朝向喷洒箱的中轴线，电动伸缩杆的伸缩端分别一一对应连接连接推板；推板滑动连接喷洒箱的底面。本发明可对纺织物的局部进行再次印染并且可以根据纺织物印染的需要调节染料喷洒的范围，提高了装置的实用性。
