Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical solutions disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the application discloses image acquisition equipment, and the disclosed image acquisition equipment can be image security equipment, such as an access control system. Of course, the image acquiring apparatus may also be other kinds of apparatuses capable of acquiring an image, such as a mobile phone, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific kind of the image acquiring apparatus.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an image capturing apparatus disclosed in an embodiment of the present application includes a camera 100, a housing, a light-transmissive cover plate 200, and a hydrogel ring 600.
The housing is a base member of the image capturing apparatus, and the housing can directly or indirectly provide a mounting position for other constituent members of the image capturing apparatus, and of course, can also provide protection for at least some of the other members.
The transparent cover 200 is a protective plate that can transmit light, and the transparent cover 200 is disposed on the housing to cover the camera 100, thereby protecting the camera 100. The transparent cover plate 200 may be a glass cover plate or a transparent resin cover plate, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific material of the transparent cover plate 200. Of course, the light-transmitting cover plate 200 can transmit light, and thus does not affect the shooting function of the camera 100.
Certainly, under the condition that image acquisition equipment includes light filling lamp 300, light-transmitting cover plate 200 also can cover light filling lamp 300, and then protects light filling lamp 300, and light-transmitting cover plate 200 also can not influence the light filling function of light filling lamp 300. Specifically, the light-transmitting cover plate 200 may be fixed to the housing by a first adhesive layer, or may be fixed to the housing by other manners (for example, clamping), and the embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific assembling manner between the housing and the light-transmitting cover plate 200.
The camera 100 faces the transparent cover plate 200, and then the photographing is realized through the transparent cover plate 200. The camera 100 is mounted on the housing, and in particular, the camera 100 is fixed in the internal space of the electronic device, thereby realizing the mounting in the internal space of the electronic device.
The hydrogel ring 600 is arranged on the inner side surface of the light-transmitting cover plate 200 facing the camera 100, the hydrogel ring 600 is an annular structural member, the hydrogel ring 600 forms a light-transmitting space, the light-transmitting space is opposite to the camera 100, and the hydrogel ring 600 is located outside the shooting field of view of the camera 100, so that the shooting of the camera 100 is not affected. Specifically, the hydrogel ring 600 may be directly disposed on the inner side surface of the light-transmitting cover plate 200, for example, the hydrogel ring 600 may be fixed on the inner side surface of the light-transmitting cover plate 200 by bonding and clamping (for example, an annular clamping groove is disposed on the inner side surface of the light-transmitting cover plate 200, and the hydrogel ring 600 is clamped in the annular clamping groove). Of course, the hydrogel ring 600 may be indirectly provided on the inner side surface of the light-transmitting cover plate 200.
It should be noted that, the hydrogel ring 600 is an annular structural member made of hydrogel, and since hydrogel has a water absorption function, when the ambient temperature is reduced, the temperature of the light-transmitting cover plate 200 is reduced, the cold energy of the light-transmitting cover plate 200 is transferred to the hydrogel ring 600, the temperature of the hydrogel ring 600 is reduced, and then water vapor in the environment can be absorbed, and then air humidity is reduced, meanwhile, the hydrogel ring 600 can release heat in the water absorption process, so that the light-transmitting cover plate 200 can be heated, of course, the water absorption and heat release characteristics of the hydrogel ring 600 after encountering cold are determined by the hydrogel material, the water absorption and heat release mechanism of hydrogel is a known technology, and is not described herein again.
The image acquisition equipment that this application embodiment discloses improves through the structure to the image acquisition equipment in the correlation technique, through set up hydrogel circle 600 at the inboard surface of printing opacity apron 200, make hydrogel circle 600 be located camera 100's shooting visual field outside simultaneously to enclose into the printing opacity space relative with camera 100, under this condition, hydrogel circle 600 can not influence the shooting of camera 100, camera 100 can shoot through the relative region on printing opacity space and the printing opacity apron 200. Under the lower condition of ambient temperature, the steam in the space between camera 100 and the printing opacity apron 200 can be absorbed by aquogel circle 600, and meanwhile, aquogel circle 600 releases the heat when absorbing steam to can heat the region relative with the printing opacity space on the printing opacity apron 200, this can alleviate the fog phenomenon in the region relative with camera 100 on the printing opacity apron 200 betterly undoubtedly.
One of the inventive concepts of the image acquisition device disclosed in the embodiments of the present application for solving the technical problem is: through water gel circle 600 setting on printing opacity apron 200, under the condition that does not influence camera 100 and shoot, can reduce the steam content in the space between camera 100 and the printing opacity apron 200 on the one hand, on the other hand can heat the corresponding region of printing opacity apron 200 through the heat that absorbs water in-process release to the phenomenon of hazing is alleviated to two pipes.
The housing may include a frame 500, the transparent cover 200 may be connected to the frame 500, and in particular, the transparent cover 200 may be adhered to the frame 500. Further, the image capturing device disclosed in the embodiment of the present application may further include a rear cover and a circuit board 700, where the rear cover may be connected to the frame 500, so as to form an inner cavity of the image capturing device. The circuit board 700 is disposed in the interior cavity. The camera head 100 is mounted in the inner cavity and may be electrically connected to the circuit board 700.
In order to further reduce the thickness, the circuit board 700 may be provided with a hole 710, and the camera 100 is disposed in the hole 710, such a sunken mounting manner is favorable for reducing the stacking height of the circuit board 700 and the camera 100, so that the image capturing apparatus is thinner.
Of course, in an optional scheme, the image capturing apparatus disclosed in the embodiment of the present application may further include a fill-in light 300, and the fill-in light 300 may be directly mounted on the circuit board 700 and electrically connected to the circuit board 700. In this case, the circuit board 700 not only provides a mounting base for the fill-in lamp 300, but also supplies power to the fill-in lamp 300.
In this embodiment, the frame body 500 may be provided with a first avoiding hole 510, and the camera 100 is opposite to the first avoiding hole 510 or located in the first avoiding hole 510, so as to avoid the shielding of the camera 100 by the frame body 500. There is a gap between the frame 500 and the hydrogel ring 600, so that there is a gap between the hydrogel ring 600 and the housing. Under this condition, hydrogel circle 600 owing to have the clearance between with the casing, and then makes hydrogel circle 600 have sufficient vapor exchange area, reaches better water absorption effect, finally more is favorable to alleviating the fog phenomenon better.
In a further alternative, the accommodating groove 540 may be formed in the frame body 500, the first avoiding hole 510 is disposed on the bottom wall of the accommodating groove 540, the notch of the accommodating groove 540 faces the transparent cover plate 200, the hydrogel ring 600 is disposed in the accommodating groove 540 and disposed around the first avoiding hole 510, and the above-mentioned gap may be formed between the hydrogel ring 600 and the inner wall (which may include at least one of the bottom wall and the side wall of the accommodating groove 540) of the accommodating groove 540. In this structure, the hydrogel ring 600 can be accommodated in the accommodating groove 540 to realize a sunken installation, which undoubtedly can improve the compactness of the assembly structure, certainly is also favorable for reducing the stacking thickness, and further is favorable for designing the image acquisition apparatus toward a thinner direction. Note that, herein, the thickness direction of the image capturing apparatus may refer to a dimension of the image capturing apparatus in a direction perpendicular to the light-transmissive cover 200. Specifically, the width of the gap between the hydrogel ring 600 and the bottom wall of the receiving groove 540 can be at least 0.5mm.
In addition, the arrangement of the gap can also prevent the heat released by the hydrogel ring 600 from being conducted to the frame body 500, so that the heat released by the hydrogel ring 600 can be used for heating corresponding areas on the transparent cover plate 200 more, and the purpose of efficient heating is achieved.
The image capturing apparatus disclosed in the embodiment of the present application may further include a fill light 300 and a heat conductive member 400. The heat-conducting member 400 is disposed on the inner surface of the transparent cover 200, and the heat-conducting member 400 performs a heat-conducting function. In the present embodiment, the heat-conducting member 400 conducts heat received by one region thereof to another region. Specifically, the heat conductive member 400 may be adhered to the inner side surface of the light-transmissive cover plate 200 by a second adhesive layer, or may be fixed to the inner side surface of the light-transmissive cover plate 200 by other means.
The heat conducting member 400 has a first light hole 410 and a second light hole 420 for light to pass through. The light supplement lamp 300 and the camera 100 are both facing the light-transmitting cover plate 200, and the camera 100 and the light supplement lamp 300 are respectively opposite to the first light-transmitting hole 410 and the second light-transmitting hole 420. In the working process of the light supplement lamp 300, light supplement light rays emitted by the light supplement lamp 300 can be projected to the outside of the figure acquisition device through the second light transmission hole 420 and the light transmission cover plate 200, and then the light supplement function is realized. In the working process of the camera 100, ambient light can be projected onto the lens of the camera 100 through the light-transmitting cover plate 200 and the first light-transmitting hole 410, and then passes through the lens to be finally sensed by the photosensitive chip of the camera 100 to form an image, so that the shooting function is finally realized.
The portion of the heat conducting member 400 adjacent to the second light hole 420 is at least partially located in the fill light field of the fill light lamp 300, in other words, the portion of the heat conducting member 400 adjacent to the second light hole 420 can be irradiated when the fill light lamp 300 is turned on. It is known that the fill light 300 not only can generate light energy, but also can convert part of the light energy into heat energy during operation, thereby increasing the temperature of the irradiated portion. In the embodiment of the present invention, the supplementary light emitted by the supplementary light 300 is projected to the portion of the heat conducting member 400 adjacent to the second light transmitting hole 420, and the portion of the heat conducting member 400 adjacent to the second light transmitting hole 420 receives the supplementary light and generates heat energy, and the heat energy is conducted to the portion of the heat conducting member 400 adjacent to the first light transmitting hole 410 by the heat conducting member 400. The hydrogel ring 600 may be mounted on a surface of the thermal conduction member 400 facing away from the inner side surface, the hydrogel ring 600 being disposed around the first light-transmitting hole 410.
In the embodiment of the present application, the heat conducting member 400 may heat the region of the light-transmitting cover plate 200 opposite to the first light-transmitting hole 410 under the condition of receiving the fill light emitted from the fill light 300, so as to heat the region. Since the region of the light-transmissive cover plate 200 opposite to the first light-transmissive hole 410 can be heated, the fogging problem of the region of the light-transmissive cover plate 200 opposite to the first light-transmissive hole 410 can be alleviated.
The image acquisition equipment disclosed in the embodiment of the application further adds the heat conducting member 400 through the inside surface at the light-transmitting cover plate 200, and makes the part of the heat conducting member 400 adjacent to the second light-transmitting hole 420 at least partially located in the light supplement field of view of the light supplement lamp 300, and this kind of structure can make the heat conducting member 400 produce heat energy after being irradiated by the light supplement light of the light supplement lamp 300, and conduct heat energy to the part of the heat conducting member 400 adjacent to the first light-transmitting hole 410, and then make this part can heat the region of the light-transmitting cover plate 200 relative to the first light-transmitting hole 410. Since the region of the light-transmitting cover plate 200 opposite to the first light-transmitting hole 410 can be heated, the hydrogel ring 600 can be assisted to further alleviate the fogging phenomenon in this region.
In the embodiment of the present application, the heat-conducting member 400 may be made of a material with good heat-conducting property. For example, the thermal conductor 400 may be a graphite sheet, or may be a structural member made of other superconducting materials (e.g., a graphene structural member). The graphite sheet has the advantage of good heat conduction. In a further technical scheme, the heat conducting member 400 can be attached to the inner side surface of the light-transmitting cover plate 200, which is favorable for increasing the installation area of the heat conducting member 400, further improving the installation stability, and simultaneously increasing the thermal contact area, which is favorable for realizing better heating of the area of the light-transmitting cover plate 200 corresponding to the second light-transmitting hole 420. To enhance the heat conduction effect, the graphite sheet may be a plurality of layers, which are stacked in sequence.
In a further technical scheme, the frame body 500 may further have a second avoiding hole 520, and the light supplement lamp 300 is opposite to the second avoiding hole 520 or located in the second avoiding hole 520, so that the light supplement light can be emitted through the second avoiding hole 520. Of course, the frame 500 is provided with the second avoiding hole 520, which is beneficial for the light supplement lamp 300 to be installed on the circuit board 700 and located in the inner cavity of the image capturing device.
In a further technical scheme, the frame body 500, the camera 100, the transparent cover plate 200 and the heat conducting member 400 enclose a closed lens cavity, and the hydrogel ring 600 is arranged in the lens cavity, under the condition, the lens cavity formed by the camera 100, the transparent cover plate 200 and the heat conducting member 400 is a smaller space, so that the hydrogel ring 600 can absorb water vapor in a targeted manner, and the water absorption load is reduced.
Since the light supplement light of the light supplement lamp 300 passes through the second avoiding hole 520, heat energy generated by the light supplement light is transmitted to the hole wall of the second avoiding hole 520. In order to prevent the heat energy from being transferred to the lens cavity, in the embodiment of the present invention, the frame body 500 may be provided with a heat insulation groove 530, and the heat insulation groove 530 may be disposed between the first avoiding hole 510 and the second avoiding hole 520. The heat insulation groove 530 is of a hollow structure, and air in the heat insulation groove 530 is not easy to conduct heat, so that the heat insulation effect can be achieved, and due to the heat insulation effect of the heat insulation groove 530, heat energy can be relieved and transferred to the lens cavity, so that the lens cavity can be kept at a lower temperature, liquid water is formed by liquefaction of water vapor in the lens cavity and is absorbed by the hydrogel ring 600, and the dryness of the air in the lens cavity is improved.
The image acquisition device may have infrared image acquisition capabilities, based on which the camera 100 may be an infrared camera. Accordingly, the fill light 300 may be an infrared fill light. The infrared light filling lamp has good thermal effect, and the infrared light filling light that the infrared light filling lamp sent at the during operation can better be converted into heat energy, reaches the purpose of heating heat-conducting piece 400 better.
In a specific working process, the fogging phenomenon is usually generated under the condition that the temperature difference between the lens cavity and the external environment of the image capturing apparatus is large, in other words, the light-transmitting cover plate 200 is easily fogged under the condition that the temperature of the external environment is low. In order to improve the efficiency of alleviating the fogging, in a preferred embodiment, the image capturing apparatus may further include a power supply circuit, a temperature detecting module, and a control module. The power supply circuit is connected with the light supplement lamp 300, the temperature detection module is used for detecting the ambient temperature of the external environment, the power supply circuit adjusts the current of the light supplement lamp 300 to a first current value under the condition that the ambient temperature is less than a preset threshold value, and adjusts the current of the light supplement lamp 300 to a second current value under the condition that the ambient temperature is greater than the preset threshold value, wherein the first current value is greater than the second current value. Under this condition, under the lower circumstances of the ambient temperature of external environment, can initiatively control power supply circuit through control module for the electric current of light filling lamp 300 of flowing through to first electric current, thereby improve the heat production of light filling lamp 300 irradiation in-process, and then heat printing opacity apron 200 through heat-conducting piece 400 more high-efficiently. Certainly, under the condition that the ambient temperature of the external environment is not so low, the fogging phenomenon may not exist or is not so serious, and in this case, the control module may control the power supply circuit, so that the current of the power supply current changes, and the current of the light supplement lamp 300 decreases to the second current value, and under this condition, the excessive electric energy consumption can be avoided. Of course, it should be noted that no matter the current flowing through the light supplement lamp 300 is the first current or the second current, the light supplement light emitted by the light supplement lamp 300 can satisfy the requirement of the image acquisition device for light supplement in the process of acquiring an image.
Based on the image acquisition device disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, the embodiment of the present application discloses a control method of an image acquisition device, the image acquisition device related to the disclosed control method is the image acquisition device described in the embodiment including the fill-in light 300, please refer to fig. 4, and the disclosed control method includes:
s101, detecting the ambient temperature.
And S102, controlling the current of the light supplement lamp 300 to a first current value under the condition that the ambient temperature is lower than a preset threshold value.
And S103, controlling the current of the light supplement lamp 300 to a second current value under the condition that the ambient temperature is higher than the preset threshold value.
S102 and S103 can be implemented by controlling the control module, specifically, the control module can control the control circuit, so that the current in the control circuit changes, and the current of the light supplement lamp 300 connected to the control circuit changes finally. The second current value is smaller than the second current value.
In the above embodiments of the present invention, the differences between the embodiments are described in emphasis, and different optimization features between the embodiments can be combined to form a better embodiment as long as the differences are not contradictory, and further description is omitted here in view of brevity of the text.
The above description is only an example of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. Various modifications and alterations to this invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art.
