In the field of supply chain finance, core enterprises, banks and other enterprises with capital strength in a supply chain gradually informationize the financial business of the whole supply chain through a computer informatization platform, and an informatization platform is constructed through technologies such as a visual network platform, a centralized database, HTTP network communication and the like. However, in the centralized database mode, the bank and the bank in which the inter-bank reinsurance business participates cannot hold own data, and the data owner is a network platform. The information platform highly depends on a credit mechanism, each participant must trust the network platform, and the network platform is opaque to the operation of holding data, so that the data is easy to be distorted, the supervision is poor, the reliability is low, and the supervision requirement is difficult to meet. Therefore, the cross-row re-insurance service in the invention adopts a block chain-based cross-row re-insurance alliance chain.
The invention discloses a block chain-based cloud communication asset inter-bank re-insurance method and system, wherein the cloud communication asset inter-bank re-insurance is a brand-new cooperative mode of a commercial bank, the advantages complementation, information sharing and resource planning of an insurance bank and a re-insurance bank are realized, on one hand, a new fund end channel is opened, the running water is further introduced to an entity enterprise, and the supply chain financing coverage is enlarged; on the other hand, the method can release the mobility of the bank, becomes a new business growth point, and improves the capacity, efficiency and value of a bank accurate service industry chain and a supply chain by innovating financial products.
The method realizes the credit transfer of the cloud credit assets among banks based on the block chain. By means of a block chaining evidence storage technology, platform cloud communication service data are linked up and distributed for storage in real time, so that the requirement of cross-row re-warranty related parties for gradually penetrating re-warranty assets is met, and cross-row re-warranty services are enabled to meet the regulatory compliance requirements better.
The cloud trust assets are enterprise credits circulated on a cloud trust platform (cloud trust asset management platform), and a large enterprise group (core enterprise) converts high-quality enterprise credits into an innovative financial service which can be circulated, financed and flexibly configured through the cloud trust platform. The cloud communication has the characteristics of safety, high efficiency and real-time performance. The cloud credit is also optional, and small and medium-sized enterprises in the industry chain can transfer, finance or hold the received cloud credit through the cloud credit platform within the cloud credit limit.
In other words, the cloud letter asset can also be regarded as an accounts receivable (a payment acceptance letter), and more specifically, the cloud letter asset in the present invention is an accounts receivable asset that is based on the cross-bank reauthorization federation chain and that is authorized on the cloud letter asset management platform. As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a cloud communication asset life cycle in an embodiment of the present invention. The intermediate management party gives credit to the core enterprise, the core enterprise opens cloud credit on the cloud credit platform and pays the cloud credit to the supplier enterprise, and the supplier can also pay the cloud credit asset to other suppliers or pay the bank by the cloud credit asset.
The inter-bank re-insurance scheme of the invention is that one commercial bank (insurance bank) transfers the cloud communication assets held by the commercial bank to another commercial bank (re-insurance bank). Of course, the chain of cross-bank reinsurance unions described herein may include multiple commercial banks, where the multiple banks may be branch banks of the same bank in different regions, or a head office and local branch banks of the same bank.
The inter-row re-insurance alliance chain is also a block chain technology, and is specifically a distributed database, and data stored by each node participating in block chain behavior is identified to keep data consistency. To facilitate understanding of the cross-row and then-care alliance link in the present invention, the blockchain technique employed in the present application is first illustrated. In some embodiments, an electronic device runs the blockchain technique to become a node of the blockchain network, the blockchain platform infrastructure including a presentation layer, an application layer, a service layer, and a blockchain core support module of a blockchain.
The display layer is used for displaying system functions so as to realize user interaction, and each file main body can log in an interface displayed by the corresponding display layer through a system client to access the application layer so as to acquire information resources, wherein the interface comprises a registration interface, an operation execution interface, a query interface, an application management interface, an administrator interface and the like.
The application layer is used for displaying specific functions of the block chain network, is an important link of file storage, and can be divided into user management, authority control, directory management and the like according to different functions.
The service layer is used for effectively integrating and managing application related functions through the distributed servers, such as user registration, user identity management, encryption and decryption services, distributed ledger services, intelligent contract services, data management services and the like.
The block chain core support module comprises a data layer, a network layer, a consensus layer and a contract layer. The data layer is used for encapsulating underlying data blocks and related data encryption and time stamping technologies.
The network layer encapsulates elements such as a P2P networking mode, a message transmission protocol, a data verification mechanism and the like of the block chain network system, so that the nodes are equal in status and mutually communicated and communicated in a flat topological structure, and the system has the characteristics of distribution, autonomy, openness, free access and the like.
Each node in the block chain network can participate in the checking and accounting process of the block data, and the block chain can be recorded only after the block data passes verification of most nodes in the whole network. The decentralized design certificate file data of the block chain cannot be tampered and forged. And the consensus layer encapsulates a method for rapidly completing consensus in a topological network with highly dispersed decision weights so as to participate in a consensus mechanism of the block chain network.
The contract layer encapsulates contract codes with data access strategies, automatically executes corresponding transactions when conditions in the contract codes are triggered, and simultaneously can access corresponding data through corresponding access conditions specified by contract contents.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a block chain-based cloud-based asset cross-bank re-insurance method, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, for enabling a policy bank to transfer cloud-based assets held by the policy bank to a re-policy bank, implementing an electronic channel-based cloud-based asset management platform and a cross-bank re-insurance federation chain having a policy bank node and a re-insurance bank node, the method including the steps of:
applying: the asset transfer application is provided by the insurance bank node on the cloud trust asset management platform, and is cloud trust assets held by the insurance bank;
a file uplink step: the cloud information asset management platform uploads asset package data related to the asset transfer application to the inter-bank re-insurance alliance chain, and after the inter-bank re-insurance alliance chain receives the asset package data, the inter-bank re-insurance alliance chain converts the asset package data into a hash value through a hash algorithm and returns the hash value to the cloud information asset management platform; it is understood that the uplink of the document herein refers to the document of the asset package data, such as the protocol, invoice, etc.
Applying for uplink: the cloud communication asset management platform adds the hash value in the asset transfer application and uploads the asset transfer application with the hash value to the cross-bank re-insurance alliance chain;
auditing step: the cloud communication asset management platform pushes the asset transfer application to the re-insurance management bank, and the re-insurance management bank conducts auditing;
a step of uplink result: and if the repayment authority passes the verification, uploading a verification result and a payment notification to the inter-authority repayment union chain, and sending the verification result and the payment notification to the insurance authority by the cloud communication asset management platform.
In this embodiment, the cross-row reauthentication federation chain is a blockchain for the various participants, whose bodies may be core enterprises, vendors at various levels, banks, and intermediate platforms, among others. The inside of the alliance chain designates a plurality of preselected nodes as a bookkeeper, and the change of data on each blockchain is jointly determined by all the preselected nodes. Data among block link points in the alliance chain can be transmitted without resistance, and different alliance chains cannot be directly communicated.
For the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the participants mainly include a warranty bank, a re-warranty bank and a cloud communication platform (cloud communication asset management platform), and the federation chain has a warranty bank node, a re-warranty bank node and an intermediate manager node. It should be understood that "uplink" in the present invention refers to the action of storing data into the block chain. The cross-row re-insurance alliance chain is a distributed database, and data or information stored in the distributed database has the characteristics of being unforgeable and traceable.
In the above embodiment, the above hash value is an output result obtained by converting an input of an arbitrary length into a fixed length by a hash algorithm (hash encryption algorithm). The hash algorithm is a function for changing an input message string with any length into an output string with a fixed length, and the input string is difficult to obtain from the output string.
According to the cloud communication asset inter-bank re-insurance method based on the block chain, the asset transfer application, the asset package data and the like can be interactively subjected to uplink storage according to the time sequence, and the data security of the inter-bank re-insurance service is guaranteed.
In some embodiments, all data is present on the chain of the inter-bank re-insurance alliance, and the asset transfer application may be accompanied by asset information and asset package data.

In some embodiments, the re-insurance federation chain returns the hash value and the uplink processing result to the cloud asset management platform in an http manner. For example, the uplink notification result may include: and data such as a filing notification, a financing notification, a receipt notification, an asset transfer application result, a money placement result notification and the like.
In some embodiments, the block chain service module uploads the asset transfer application and asset package data to the inter-row re-insurance alliance chain through a timing task; optionally, the execution interval time of the timed task is 1 to 5min, preferably 2min.
Further, after receiving the successful deposit notification of the re-insurance bank sent by the cross-bank re-insurance alliance chain, the block chain service module also sends the successful deposit notification to the insurance bank through a timing task. Optionally, the execution interval time of the timed task is 1 to 5min, preferably 2min.
Further, after the platform auditing module of the cloud communication asset management platform passes, the creditor file can be automatically generated with a timing task, such as a final repayment statement. Optionally, the creditor files are all stored in the chain.
As shown in fig. 6, after the inter-bank re-insurance service of a certain cloud asset is completed, the cloud asset needs to be synchronously registered in a china trade financial inter-bank transaction block chain platform service system (CTFU).
