The intelligent contract platform needs to detect whether a collection rule in the collection intelligent contract is consistent with a reserved payment rule in the reserved payment intelligent contract or not, and if so, the collection intelligent contract and the reserved payment intelligent contract are deployed into a block chain; if not, not deploying.
And step 205, when the collection condition specified in the collection intelligent contract is determined to be met, the collection intelligent contract creates a collection order, sends the collection order to the reserved payment intelligent contract, encrypts the collection order through the privacy protection platform and uploads the encrypted collection order to the block chain.
The intelligent contract can detect whether the collection condition specified in the intelligent contract is met or not in real time; if yes, triggering a money collection operation; if not, the detection is continued. For example, the collection condition is that the first payment is completed by 1000 yuan in 6, month and 8 days in 2022, and on 6, month and 8 days in 2022, the collection intelligent contract determines that the collection condition is reached and triggers collection operation.
In particular, the intelligent contract for collection can automatically create a collection order and send the collection order to the reserved payment contract. The collection order may include order creation time, order number, payer account, contract code, and liquidated money calculation method.
The intelligent contract for collection also needs to send a collection order to the privacy protection platform, the privacy protection platform encrypts the collection order, and the encrypted collection order is uploaded to the block chain for storage.

A subscription payment intelligence contract requires verification of the collection order. For example, the intelligent contract for reservation payment can detect whether the order creation time meets the collection condition, and detect whether the information of a collector, a collector account, a contract number, a default fund calculation mode and the like is accurate; if the order creation time meets the collection condition and the information in the collection order is accurate, the collection order is verified to be passed; if the order creation time is determined not to meet the collection conditions or the information in the collection order is inaccurate, the collection order is not verified.
After the check of the reserved payment intelligent contract on the collection order is passed, the reserved payment intelligent contract automatically initiates payment operation to the digital RMB payment platform, and the digital RMB payment platform calls a bank system to automatically finish payment so that the payer pays the corresponding amount of digital RMB to the payee. Therefore, the payment process can be controlled by the intelligent contract to be completed, manual operation and intervention are greatly reduced in the whole process, the preset conditions that both parties reach the agreement are reached, the payment action is automatically executed and completed, the operation efficiency of enterprises is further improved, and the progress of enterprise digital transformation is accelerated.
And step 207, the digital RMB payment platform encrypts data generated in the payment process through the privacy protection platform and uploads the data to the block chain.
The digital RMB payment platform needs to store operation data, order data and payment data of the whole payment process into the block chain network through the privacy protection platform in an encrypted manner. The private data of the enterprise are protected by adopting an elliptic curve encryption algorithm, the enterprise data are encrypted and transmitted, and the related data information of the enterprise can be checked only after authorization, so that the data security is improved.
In this embodiment, the payer or payee may also terminate the electronic contract and the intelligent contract. Specifically, the payee or the payer sends a contract termination application to the electronic contract management platform; the electronic contract management platform applies for terminating the electronic contract according to the termination contract and sends a contract termination notification to the intelligent contract platform; the intelligent contract platform terminates the collection intelligent contract and the reserved payment intelligent contract associated with the electronic contract according to the termination contract notification.
In summary, the digital renminbi payment method based on the block chain provided by the embodiment of the application uses the block chain as a system architecture base, and performs chain link storage on the content of the electronic contract and the data in the generation process thereof, the content of the intelligent collection contract and the intelligent reserved payment contract and the data in the generation process thereof, the data in the payment process of paying the digital renminbi according to the intelligent collection contract and the intelligent reserved payment contract, and the like, so that the data is difficult to be tampered, each node in the block chain has the same data record backup, a single node has a problem, the whole block chain and the data record cannot be influenced, and the data security is greatly improved.
The business logic of the collection rule and the reserved payment rule in the electronic contract is compiled into the intelligent contract running on the block chain through the block chain technology, the core business logic is set by the intelligent contract, and the intelligent contract is not interfered by the outside and automatically and intelligently executes the business process after reaching the preset condition, so that the business operation process can be greatly simplified, the business automation level is improved, the contract can be automatically fulfilled by two parties signing the contract, and the trust cost of the two parties is reduced. In addition, the collection rule and the reservation payment rule are defined in advance by the intelligent contract and cannot be tampered, and the safety of business operation can be effectively guaranteed. All operation execution traces and execution results are stored on the block chain in a distributed mode, and the process of data circulation of the traceability can be facilitated.
The digital RMB payment platform adopts the digital RMB to pay, real-time account arrival is not limited by working time any more, account transfer has no commission and account management cost, the efficiency of enterprises is improved, the operation cost of the enterprises is further reduced, and the payment risk can be reduced. Because the digital RMB is equal to cash, the daily cash amount storage of enterprises can be reduced, and the work load of financial affairs of enterprises on cash storage, account clearing and bookkeeping is further reduced.
Referring to fig. 3, an example of a block chain based digital rmb payment method is shown, and the payment process is as follows:
1. the payment enterprise A and the collection enterprise B sign the electronic contract at the electronic contract management platform.
2. And the electronic contract management platform links the electronic contract through the privacy protection platform.
3. Collection enterprise B creates a collection intelligence contract.
4. Payment enterprise a approves the intelligent contract for collection.
5. Payment enterprise a creates a subscription payment intelligence contract.
6. The intelligent contract is collected to execute the contract.
7. The intelligent contract for reservation payment calls the digital RMB payment platform to pay.
8. And the digital RMB payment platform calls a digital RMB interface of a bank to transfer the digital RMB.
9. The bank initiates the transfer of the digital RMB, and the wallet of the payment enterprise A transfers a certain amount of the digital RMB to the wallet of the collection enterprise B.
10. And the digital RMB payment platform links the data in the payment process through the privacy protection platform.
According to the method and the system, based on the block chain and the digital RMB technology, the intelligent contract running on the block chain is adopted to automatically, safely and efficiently execute the payment action according to the preset conditions, the fund can be used in the operations of orientation, quota and timing, the payment intelligentization is improved, the trust cost of both sides of the transaction is reduced, and meanwhile, the internal efficiency of each enterprise is further improved. The payment mode uses the digital RMB to pay, is not limited by time, can pay at any time within 7 multiplied by 24 hours, settles accounts immediately after payment, arrives at account in real time, ensures the traceability of funds, creatively solves the requirements of enterprises on convenience, rapidness, high efficiency and safety of B2B payment, has no commission charge and account management charge in the payment process, and further reduces the operation cost of enterprises. In addition, the enterprise information, the contract data, the payment data and the order data are linked, so that the authenticity, reliability, traceability and tamper resistance of the data are guaranteed.
Referring to fig. 4, a block diagram of a block chain-based digital rmb payment system provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, which may include an electronic contract management platform 410, an intelligent contract platform 420, a privacy protection platform 430, a digital rmb payment platform 440, and a block chain 450;
payer 460 and payee 470 for deploying electronic contracts in the electronic contract management platform 410;
the electronic contract management platform 410 is used for encrypting the electronic contract through the privacy protection platform 430 and uploading the encrypted electronic contract to the block chain 450;
the payee 470 and the payer 460 are further configured to generate a collection intelligent contract and a reserved payment intelligent contract in the intelligent contract platform 420 according to the electronic contract;
an intelligent contract platform 420 for deploying the intelligent contracts collected and the intelligent contracts reserved for payment into the blockchain 450;
when the collection condition specified in the collection intelligent contract is determined to be met, the collection intelligent contract is used for creating a collection order, sending the collection order to the reserved payment intelligent contract, encrypting the collection order through the privacy protection platform 430 and uploading the encrypted collection order to the block chain 450;
a reserved payment intelligent contract for initiating a payment operation through the digital renminbi payment platform 440 after the check of the payment order is passed, so that the payer 460 pays the corresponding amount of digital renminbi to the payee 470;
and the digital RMB payment platform 440 is used for uploading data generated in the payment process to the blockchain 450 after encrypting the data through the privacy protection platform 430.
In an optional embodiment, payee 470 is also configured to generate a collection rule in intelligent contract platform 420 according to the electronic contract;
the intelligent contract platform 420 is further configured to generate a collection intelligent contract according to the collection rule, and upload the collection intelligent contract to the block chain 450;
after the payer 460 passes the approval of the intelligent contract for collection, the payer 460 is further configured to generate an appointment payment rule in the intelligent contract platform 420 according to the electronic contract;
the intelligent contract platform 420 is further used for generating a reserved payment intelligent contract according to the reserved payment rule and uploading the reserved payment intelligent contract to the block chain 450;
and the intelligent contract platform 420 is also used for associating the intelligent contract for collection and the intelligent contract for reserved payment.
In an optional embodiment, the intelligent contract platform 420 is further configured to:
displaying a collection rule to a collection user;
and after receiving confirmation information triggered by the collection user, generating a collection intelligent contract according to a collection rule.
In an alternative embodiment, intelligent contract platform 420 is further configured to:
checking the reserved payment rule according to the electronic contract;
and after the verification is passed, generating a reserved payment intelligent contract according to the reserved payment rule.
In an alternative embodiment, intelligent contract platform 420 is further configured to send a contract address for receiving an intelligent contract to payer 460;
the payer 460 is also used for obtaining a collection intelligent contract according to the contract address and comparing the collection intelligent contract with the electronic contract;
if the intelligent contract for collection matches the electronic contract, the payer 460 is also used to determine that the intelligent contract for collection passes the approval, encrypts the approval result through the privacy protection platform 430, and uploads the result to the block chain 450.
In an alternative embodiment, the payee 470 or payer 460 is also configured to send the termination contract application to the electronic contract management platform 410;
the electronic contract management platform 410 is further used for applying for terminating the electronic contract according to the termination contract and sending a contract termination notification to the intelligent contract platform 420;
intelligent contract platform 420 is further operable to terminate the collection intelligent contract and the reserve payment intelligent contract associated with the electronic contract based on the termination contract notification.
In an alternative embodiment, the payer 460 or payee 470, is also used to create a contract template in the electronic contract management platform 410;
the payer 460 and/or the payee 470 are also used for modifying the contract template to obtain a modified electronic contract;
the electronic contract management platform 410 is further configured to encrypt the modified electronic contract through the privacy protection platform 430 and upload the encrypted electronic contract into the block chain 450;
the payer 460 and the payee 470 are also used to sign the modified electronic contract by means of electronic seal to obtain the final electronic contract.
In summary, the digital renminbi payment system based on the block chain provided in the embodiment of the present application uses the block chain as a system architecture basis, and performs uplink storage on the content of the electronic contract and the data in the generation process thereof, the content of the intelligent contract for collection and the intelligent contract for reservation payment and the data in the generation process thereof, and the data in the payment process of paying the digital renminbi according to the intelligent contract for collection and the intelligent contract for reservation payment, so that the data is difficult to be tampered, and each node in the block chain has a same data record backup, and a single node has a problem, and the whole block chain and the data records are not affected, thereby greatly improving the security of the data.

One embodiment of the present application provides a computer device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory having stored therein at least one instruction, the instruction being loaded and executed by the processor to implement the blockchain-based digital rmb payment method as described above.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (10)

1. A block chain-based digital RMB payment method is used in a digital RMB payment system comprising an electronic contract management platform, an intelligent contract platform, a privacy protection platform, a digital RMB payment platform and a block chain, and comprises the following steps:
the payer and the payee sign the electronic contract in the electronic contract management platform;
the electronic contract management platform encrypts the electronic contract through the privacy protection platform and uploads the encrypted electronic contract to the block chain;
the payee and the payer generate a collection intelligent contract and a reserved payment intelligent contract in the intelligent contract platform according to the electronic contract;
the intelligent contract platform deploys the collection intelligent contracts and the reserved payment intelligent contracts into the blockchain;
when the collection condition specified in the collection intelligent contract is determined to be met, the collection intelligent contract creates a collection order, sends the collection order to the reservation payment intelligent contract, encrypts the collection order through the privacy protection platform and uploads the encrypted collection order to the block chain;
after the payment order is verified by the intelligent contract for reservation payment, initiating payment operation through the digital RMB payment platform so that the payer pays the corresponding amount of digital RMB to the payee;
and the digital RMB payment platform encrypts data generated in the payment process through the privacy protection platform and uploads the encrypted data to the block chain.
2. The blockchain-based digital rmb payment method of claim 1, wherein the payee and the payer generate a receipt smart contract and a reserved payment smart contract in the smart contract platform according to the electronic contract, comprising:
the payee generates a collection rule in the intelligent contract platform according to the electronic contract;
the intelligent contract platform generates a collection intelligent contract according to the collection rule and uploads the collection intelligent contract to the block chain;
after the payer passes the approval of the intelligent contract for collection, the payer generates an appointment payment rule in the intelligent contract platform according to the electronic contract;
the intelligent contract platform generates a reserved payment intelligent contract according to the reserved payment rule and uploads the reserved payment intelligent contract to the block chain;
the intelligent contract platform associates the intelligent contract for collection and the intelligent contract for reserved payment.
3. The blockchain-based digital rmb payment method of claim 2, wherein the intelligent contract platform generates a receive intelligent contract according to the receive rules, comprising:
the intelligent contract platform displays the collection rule to a collection user;
and after receiving the confirmation information triggered by the collection user, the intelligent contract platform generates the collection intelligent contract according to the collection rule.
4. The blockchain-based digital rmb payment method of claim 2, wherein the intelligent contract platform generates a subscription payment intelligent contract according to the subscription payment rule, comprising:
the intelligent contract platform verifies the reserved payment rule according to the electronic contract;
and after the verification is passed, the intelligent contract platform generates the intelligent contract for reservation payment according to the reservation payment rule.
5. The blockchain-based digital rmb payment method of claim 2, further comprising:
the intelligent contract platform sends a contract address of the intelligent contract to be collected to the payer;
the payer acquires the intelligent contract for collection according to the contract address, and compares the intelligent contract for collection with the electronic contract;
and if the intelligent contract for collection is matched with the electronic contract, the payer determines that the intelligent contract for collection passes the examination and approval, encrypts the examination and approval result through the privacy protection platform and uploads the encrypted examination and approval result to the block chain.
6. The blockchain-based digital rmb payment method of claim 1, further comprising:
the payee or the payer sends a contract termination application to the electronic contract management platform;
the electronic contract management platform applies for terminating the electronic contract according to the termination contract and sends a contract termination notification to the intelligent contract platform;
the intelligent contract platform terminates the collection intelligent contract and the reserved payment intelligent contract associated with the electronic contract according to the termination contract notice.
7. The blockchain-based digital rmb payment method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the payer and the payee sign an electronic contract in the electronic contract management platform, including:
the payer or the payee creates a contract template in the electronic contract management platform;
the payer and/or the payee modifies the contract template to obtain a modified electronic contract;
the electronic contract management platform encrypts the modified electronic contract through the privacy protection platform and uploads the encrypted electronic contract to the block chain;
and the payer and the payee sign the modified electronic contract in an electronic seal mode to obtain a final electronic contract.
8. A block chain-based digital RMB payment system is characterized in that the digital RMB payment system comprises an electronic contract management platform, an intelligent contract platform, a privacy protection platform, a digital RMB payment platform and a block chain;
a payer and a payee for signing an electronic contract in the electronic contract management platform;
the electronic contract management platform is used for encrypting the electronic contract through the privacy protection platform and uploading the encrypted electronic contract to the block chain;
the payee and the payer are also used for generating a collection intelligent contract and a reserved payment intelligent contract in the intelligent contract platform according to the electronic contract;
the intelligent contract platform is used for deploying the intelligent collecting contracts and the intelligent reserved payment contracts into the block chain;
when the collection condition specified in the collection intelligent contract is determined to be met, the collection intelligent contract is used for creating a collection order, sending the collection order to the reserved payment intelligent contract, encrypting the collection order through the privacy protection platform and uploading the encrypted collection order to the block chain;
the intelligent contract for reservation payment is used for initiating payment operation through the digital RMB payment platform after the verification of the collection order is passed so that the payer pays the corresponding amount of digital RMB to the payee;
and the digital RMB payment platform is used for encrypting data generated in the payment process through the privacy protection platform and uploading the encrypted data to the block chain.
9. A computer-readable storage medium having stored therein at least one instruction, which is loaded and executed by a processor, to implement the blockchain-based digital rmb payment method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory having stored therein at least one instruction that is loaded and executed by the processor to implement the blockchain-based digital rmb payment method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
