s6: the first-level supplier splits the receivable account asset issuing information and transfers the information to the second-level supplier, and the second-level supplier splits the received receivable account asset issuing information and transfers the information to the second-level supplier;
s7: the first-level supplier, the second-level supplier and the multi-level supplier send the application of the asset discount of the receivable accounts to the financial institution;
