Abstract
一种离子液体电沉积的方法与应用,其中,该方法包括:将尿素和氯化胆碱混合后进行加热搅拌,得到深共熔溶剂来作为电解质基质;以锡和镍为阳极,在85~105℃下以15~60mA·cm‑2的电流密度于所述电解质基质中溶解,得到锡镍深共熔溶剂;在所述锡镍深共熔溶剂中,在85~105℃下以6.5~13.5A·dm‑2的电流密度在阴极基体上电沉积制备所述锡镍多孔镀层。该方法具有工艺简单、效率高的优势,制得的锡镍多孔镀层在染料吸附中取得了良好的吸附效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及染料吸附技术领域,尤其涉及一种离子液体电沉积的方法与应用。
技术背景
随着工业化的快速发展,有机染料被广泛应用并排入水中。所排放的染料具有不可生物降解性和毒性,导致水污染,并对生物健康构成巨大威胁,因而水中去除染料的研究引起了广泛关注。吸附是处理染料废水最常用的方法之一,具有高效、低成本和可持续等特点。有多种材料可用作吸附剂,其中包括活性炭、沸石、复合生物吸附和多孔纳米结构材料。提高吸附性能的主要研究途径包括构建高比表面积结构和改变表面化学性质。活性炭材料是目前最广泛使用的传统吸附剂,但仍有较大的空间来提高吸附能力。氧化和还原等方式可提高吸收能力,然而这些改性方法会破坏碳的结构和表面。此外,分离困难这一问题存在进一步阻碍了该类吸附剂的应用。近年来,金属基纳米结构材料以其吸附性能的提高和磁性等特性备受关注。
在这些金属基纳米材料中,锡及其合金在去除有机染料方面发挥着重要作用。文献表明,目前已合成得到不同纳米结构的SnO2,包括纳米片、纳米花和多孔花状结构。通过各种纳米结构,如多孔二氧化锡片,它拓宽了在气体传感器和染料吸附方面的应用。有文献表明掺杂镍会导致纳米结构尺寸变小,进而增强其性能。具有高比表面积的镍掺杂锡材料以及含有磁性金属镍在吸附方面具有良好的应用潜力。
然而,这些金属基纳米材料的制备过程通常复杂、昂贵或对环境不友好。例如采用溶剂热法制备镍掺杂的氧化锡纳米颗粒,在高温条件下合成时间超10小时,甚至达48小时,还需对合成得到的粗品进行干燥和煅烧。目前仍需开发新的有机染料吸附材料和方法,以满足吸附材料的制备、应用等方面的需求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种离子液体电沉积的方法与应用,以期至少部分地解决上述提及的技术问题中的至少之一。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
作为本发明的一个方面,提供了一种离子液体电沉积的方法,包括以下步骤:将尿素和氯化胆碱混合后进行加热搅拌,得到深共熔溶剂来作为电解质基质;以锡和镍为阳极,在85~105℃下以15~60mA·cm-2的电流密度于所述电解质基质中溶解,得到锡镍深共熔溶剂;在所述锡镍深共熔溶剂中,在85~105℃下以6.5~13.5A·dm-2的电流密度在基体上电沉积制备所述锡镍多孔镀层。
作为本发明的另一个方面,提供了一种利用如上所述的离子液体电沉积的方法得到的锡镍多孔镀层,其中,所述锡镍多孔镀层呈多孔网状分布。
作为本发明的再一个方面,提供了一种如上所述的锡镍多孔镀层在有机染料吸附中的应用,其中,所述有机染料优选为酸性元青染料。
作为本发明的又一个方面,提供了一种有机染料吸附材料,包括如上所述的锡镍多孔镀层。
基于上述技术方案可知,本发明的离子液体电沉积的方法与应用具有以下有益效果其中之一或其中一部分:
(1)本发明基于电沉积法在深共熔溶剂中成功地制备了锡镍多孔镀层,通过电沉积参数调整良好地控制多孔镀层的形成,镀层孔隙分布均匀,具有制备工艺简单,效率高等优点。
(2)本发明制得的锡镍多孔镀层不仅具有良好的染料吸附性能,而且相较于颗粒状吸附材料,可有效地解决回收困难这一问题,满足染料吸附的应用需求。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,并参照附图,对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
深共熔溶剂(DESs)被认为是一种有前途的新型离子液体(ILs),具有许多相似的特性,包括宽电位窗口,低蒸汽压,高电流密度和低电流密度,无析氢反应和成分可调性等,目前基于深共熔溶剂电沉积锡镍薄膜主要是聚焦于形成致密的薄膜从而有利于防腐耐磨性能的提升,鲜有关于在吸附性能上的报道。在实现本发明的过程中发现,在深共熔溶剂采用电沉积锡镍的方式可以成功地制备多孔镀层,在染料吸附中取得了良好的吸附效果,这种电沉积方式具有工艺简单,效率高的优势。
具体而言,根据本发明的一些实施例,提供了一种离子液体电沉积的方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,将尿素和氯化胆碱混合后进行加热搅拌,得到深共熔溶剂来作为电解质基质。
作为优选,尿素和氯化胆碱的摩尔比为2∶1以确保可以成功地制备液体状的深共熔溶剂。
作为优选,加热搅拌的温度例如可以为60~90℃,时间为0.5~2小时。
第二步,以锡和镍为阳极,在85~105℃下以15~60mA·cm-2的电流密度于电解质基质中溶解,得到锡镍深共熔溶剂。
举例而言,溶解的温度可以是85℃、90℃、95℃、100℃、105℃,电流密度可以是15mA·cm-2、30mA·cm-2、45mA·cm-2、60mA·cm-2。
本步骤中,由于锡盐、镍盐在电解质中的溶解度不佳,通过在合适的温度及电流密度下进行阳极溶解的方式,可实现在电沉积过程中阳极的溶解和沉积镀层的质量比例达到平衡,避免了使用锡盐、镍盐。
作为优选,锡和镍的阳极比为(1∶3)~(3∶1),可以理解,阳极比是指锡和镍的面积比。作为优选,溶解的时间为0.5~3h,更优选为1~2h。作为优选,电解质基质的用量为130~195g。通过调控阳极比从而影响锡,镍阳极析出速率,进而对于沉积含量及微观结构进行改变。
第三步,在锡镍深共熔溶剂中,在85~105℃下以6.5~13.5A·dm-2的电流密度在阴极基体上电沉积制备锡镍多孔镀层。可以理解,电沉积的过程也是阳极溶解的过程,因此阳极材料不变,仍为锡和镍。
本步骤中,通过合适的温度和电流密度控制成功地在阴极基体上形成锡镍多孔镀层。经实验结果可知,温度过低或电流密度过小可能导致沉积速率过低,难以沉积得到所述结构镀层。尤其温度过低时,该体系流动性较差,导电程度低,难以实现电沉积。电沉积的温度例如可以是85℃、90℃、95℃、100℃、105℃,电流密度例如可以是6.5A·dm-2、8A·dm-2、10A·dm-2、12A·dm-2、13.5A·dm-2。
可选的,阴极基体的材料并没有特殊限制,例如可以是铜,镍,浸锌处理的铝箔等。
作为优选,电沉积的时间为5~30mins,例如可以是5mins、10mins、20mins、30mins等。
根据本发明的一些实施例,还提供了一种利用如上所述的离子液体电沉积的方法得到的锡镍多孔镀层,锡镍多孔镀层呈整体均匀的多孔网状分布,孔径为微米级,约15微米。
通过本发明的制备方法形成的锡镍多孔镀层中镍原子含量为2~10%,锡原子含量为90~98%。
根据本发明的一些实施例,还提供了一种如上所述的锡镍多孔镀层在有机染料吸附中的应用,其中,有机染料优选为酸性元青染料。
根据本发明的一些实施例,还提供了一种有机染料吸附材料,包括如上所述的锡镍多孔镀层。
以下通过具体实施例结合附图对本发明的离子液体电沉积的方法与应用做进一步阐述说明。需要注意的是,下述的具体实施例仅是作为举例说明,本发明的保护范围并不限于此。下述实施例中使用的药品或试剂均为市售所得或通过公知的制备方法自制得到。
实施例1:
一种离子液体电沉积的方法,以制备锡镍多孔镀层,具体步骤如下:
将尿素和氯化胆碱按2∶1的摩尔比混合,在75℃搅拌2小时后,固体转化为溶剂,得到电解质基质。
以锡和镍作为阳极,在105℃下以30mA·cm-2的电流密度在195g电解质基质中溶解1h,得到锡镍深共熔溶剂。
于所得到的锡镍深共熔溶剂中,锡和镍阳极比例1∶1,在105℃下,以13.5A·dm-2的电流密度沉积20mins制备得到锡镍多孔镀层。
性能测试:
1、采用扫描电镜(Zeiss supra55),对镀层表面形貌观察如图1所示,所述镀层呈现整体均匀的多孔网状分布,孔径约为15微米。
2、将制备得到的镀层浸泡于酸性元青染料中,采用紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计(Shimadzu UV-3600),对吸附前后染料进行测试,如图2所示。所述镀层浸泡后,染料颜色变浅,吸收大幅下降,表明镀层对于染料吸附效果较好。
3、将制备得到的镀层分别浸泡于普通盐溶液和酸性元青染料中,采用电化学工作站(CHI400C)测试平衡电位变化,如图3所示。所述镀层于染料浸泡后产生明显电位改变,而在盐溶液中没有太大变化,表明镀层对染料存在吸附。
实施例2:
一种离子液体电沉积的方法,以制备锡镍多孔镀层,具体步骤如下:
将尿素和氯化胆碱按2∶1的摩尔比混合,在75℃搅拌2小时后,固体转化为溶剂,得到电解质基质。
以锡和镍作为阳极,在105℃下以30mA·cm-2的电流密度在195g电解质基质中溶解1h,得到锡镍深共熔溶剂。
于所得到的锡镍深共熔溶剂中,锡和镍阳极比例1∶1,在85℃下,以13.5A·dm-2的电流密度沉积20mins制备得到锡镍多孔镀层。
性能测试:
1、采用扫描电镜(Zeiss supra55),对镀层表面形貌观察如图4所示,所述镀层呈现整体均匀的多孔状孔径增大。
2、采用能谱仪,对镀层表面成分元素含量进行测定,得到该镀层锡镍原子含量组成为95.19%Sn,4.81%Ni。
实施例3:
一种离子液体电沉积的方法,以制备锡镍多孔镀层,具体步骤如下:
将尿素和氯化胆碱按2∶1的摩尔比混合,在75℃搅拌2小时后,固体转化为溶剂,得到电解质基质。
以锡和镍作为阳极,在105℃下以30mA·cm-2的电流密度在195g电解质基质中溶解1h,得到锡镍深共熔溶剂。
于所得到的锡镍深共熔溶剂中,锡和镍阳极比例1∶2,在85℃下,以13.5A·dm-2的电流密度沉积20mins制备得到锡镍多孔镀层。
性能测试:
采用扫描电镜(Zeiss supra55),对镀层表面形貌观察如图5所示,于85℃制备得到的样品,在镍阳极比例提高后,所述镀层呈现整体均匀的多孔状孔径大幅减小。
实施例4:
一种离子液体电沉积的方法,以制备锡镍多孔镀层,具体步骤如下:
将尿素和氯化胆碱按2∶1的摩尔比混合,在75℃搅拌2小时后,固体转化为溶剂,得到电解质基质。
以锡和镍作为阳极,在105℃下以30mA·cm-2的电流密度在195g电解质基质中溶解1h,得到锡镍深共熔溶剂。
于所得到的锡镍深共熔溶剂中,锡和镍阳极比例1∶1,在85℃下,以10A·dm-2的电流密度沉积20mins制备得到锡镍多孔镀层。
性能测试:
采用扫描电镜(CAMScan-3400),对镀层表面形貌观察如图6所示,于85℃制备得到的样品在电流密度下降后,所述镀层呈现较少多孔网状结构。
对比例:
一种离子液体电沉积的方法,以制备锡多孔镀层,具体步骤如下:
将尿素和氯化胆碱按2∶1的摩尔比混合,在75℃搅拌2小时后,固体转化为溶剂,得到电解质基质。
以锡作为阳极,在105℃下以30mA·cm-2的电流密度在195g电解质基质中溶解1h,加入适量盐酸,得到锡深共熔溶剂。
于所得到的锡深共熔溶剂中,在85℃下,以30mA·cm-2的电流密度沉积5mins制备得到锡镀层。
性能测试:
采用扫描电镜对镀层表面形貌观察如图7所示,所述镀层基本无共沉积所得到的多孔结构。
从上述实施例1至4和对比例的比较可以看出,在电沉积过程中,镍与锡的共沉积有利于形成微米多孔结构。与此同时,电沉积过程的温度和电流密度对多孔镀层的形貌有显著影响,需要将温度和电流密度控制在一定范围内,否则难以沉积得到多孔结构镀层。

Claims (10)
1.一种离子液体电沉积的方法,包括以下步骤:
将尿素和氯化胆碱混合后进行加热搅拌,得到深共熔溶剂来作为电解质基质;
以锡和镍为阳极,在85~105℃下以15~60mA·em-2的电流密度于所述电解质基质中溶解,得到锡镍深共熔溶剂;
在所述锡镍深共熔溶剂中,在85~105℃下以6.5~13.5A·dm-2的电流密度在阴极基体上电沉积制备锡镍多孔镀层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述锡和镍的阳极比为(1∶3)~(3∶1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述溶解的时间为0.5~3h。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电解质基质的用量为130~195g。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电沉积的时间为5~30mins。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述加热搅拌的温度为60~90℃,时间为0.5~2小时。
7.一种利用如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的离子液体电沉积的方法得到的锡镍多孔镀层,其中,所述锡镍多孔镀层呈多孔网状分布。
8.根据权利要求7所述的锡镍多孔镀层,其特征在于,镍原子含量为2%-10%,锡原子含量为90%-98%。
9.一种如权利要求7所述的锡镍多孔镀层在有机染料吸附中的应用,其中,所述有机染料优选为酸性元青染料。
10.一种有机染料吸附材料,包括如权利要求7所述的锡镍多孔镀层。
