Claims (7)
1. A gypsum board security chip mounting device, comprising:
the multi-head mounting mechanism (1) is provided with a plurality of mounting heads (101) which rotate around the same axis, and the mounting heads (101) are circumferentially arranged at equal intervals;
the gluing component (2) is arranged at intervals with the mounting head (101), and the gluing component (2) is used for spraying glue on the back surface of the anti-counterfeiting chip sucked by the mounting head (101);
a main feeding box (3) which is arranged at intervals with the mounting head (101) and is used for supplying a plurality of pre-loaded anti-counterfeiting chips to the mounting head (101) one by one;
a secondary feeding box (4) is arranged at intervals with the rotating path of the mounting head (101), and the secondary feeding box (4) is positioned between the gluing component and the main feeding box (3);
the chip detection module (5) is arranged at intervals with the mounting head (101), the chip detection module (5) is positioned between the main feeding box (3) and the auxiliary feeding box (4), and the chip detection module (5) is used for detecting whether an anti-counterfeiting chip is absorbed on the mounting head (101) passing through the main feeding box (3);
the chip detection module (5) is electrically connected with the multi-head mounting mechanism (1), and after the chip detection module (5) detects that the mounting head (101) has no anti-counterfeiting chip, the multi-head mounting mechanism (1) is controlled to enable the mounting head (101) to execute anti-counterfeiting chip suction action again when passing through the auxiliary feeding box (4);
the multi-head mounting mechanism (1) is further provided with an inner shell (102), a mounting disc (103) positioned on the front side of the inner shell (102) and a driving shaft (104) positioned on the back side of the inner shell (102), a plurality of mounting heads (101) are circumferentially arranged on the side surface of the mounting disc (103) at equal intervals, and the driving shaft (104) penetrates through the inner shell (102) and is connected with the mounting disc (103);
the distance between the bottom of the inner shell (102) and the axis of the mounting disc (103) is smaller than the distance between the tail end of the mounting head (101) and the axis of the mounting disc (103), so that the mounting head (101) can mount the anti-counterfeiting chip on a gypsum board below the shell;
an annular wall (6) arranged around the mounting disc (103) is arranged on the front surface of the inner shell (102), and a notch for exposing the mounting head (101) is arranged at the bottom of the annular wall (6);
the annular wall (6) is sequentially provided with a first jack (7), a second jack (8), a third jack (9) and a fourth jack (10) along the rotation direction of the mounting disc (103), the main feeding box (3) is in plug-in fit with the first jack (7), the chip detection module (5) is in plug-in fit with the second jack (8), the auxiliary feeding box (4) is in plug-in fit with the third jack (9), and the sizing component (2) is in plug-in fit with the fourth jack (10);
the novel chip detection device is characterized by further comprising an outer shell (11) arranged on the inner shell (102), wherein the outer shell (11) is provided with an arc-shaped abdication hole (12) which is matched with the shape of the annular wall (6), the inner shell (102) is in plug-in fit with the arc-shaped abdication hole (12), and the main feeding box (3), the auxiliary feeding box (4), the sizing component (2) and the chip detection module (5) are all arranged on the outer shell (11).

The gypsum board anti-counterfeiting chip mounting device according to claim 1, wherein the main feeding box (3) and the auxiliary feeding box (4) comprise a stacking box (301) and a spring pushing assembly (302), a stacking cavity (13) for stacking anti-counterfeiting chips is arranged in the stacking box (301), a choke (20) communicated with the stacking cavity (13) is arranged at the front end of the stacking box (301) facing the mounting head (101), and a filling port (14) for filling the anti-counterfeiting chips is arranged at one side of the stacking box (301);
the spring pushing assembly (302) is arranged in the superposition cavity (13), the spring pushing assembly (302) is used for driving the superposed anti-counterfeiting chips to move towards the choke (20), and elastic baffle plates (15) with elasticity for blocking the anti-counterfeiting chips from falling from the choke (20) are arranged on two sides of the choke (20);
the distance between the elastic baffle plates (15) at two sides is smaller than the width of the anti-counterfeiting chip, the mounting head (101) penetrates through the choke (20) to absorb the flexible anti-counterfeiting chip, and the mounting head (101) enables the anti-counterfeiting chip to overcome the resistance of the elastic baffle plates (15) in the resetting process to pull the anti-counterfeiting chip out of the stacking material box (301).
3. The gypsum board anti-counterfeiting chip mounting device according to claim 2, wherein a rodless cylinder (16) is arranged on one side of the outer shell (11), the rodless cylinder (16) is located above the first jack (7), a finger cylinder (17) for clamping and releasing the tail end of the stacking material box (301) is arranged on the rodless cylinder (16), and the finger cylinder (17) is driven by the rodless cylinder (16) to insert the clamped stacking material box (301) into the first jack (7) or pull out of the first jack (7).

The gypsum board anti-counterfeiting chip mounting device according to claim 1, wherein rolling assemblies (18) are mounted on the side surfaces of the mounting disc (103) and located between the adjacent mounting heads (101), and the rolling assemblies (18) are used for enabling anti-counterfeiting chips mounted on the front mounting heads (101) to be tightly attached to gypsum boards in a rolling mode.

The gypsum board anti-counterfeiting chip mounting device according to claim 4, wherein the rolling assembly (18) comprises a reciprocating driving part (1801), a roller mounting seat (1802) and a cylindrical roller (1803), the cylindrical roller (1803) is rotatably mounted at a head end of the roller mounting seat (1802), the roller mounting seat (1802) is mounted on the mounting plate (103) through the reciprocating driving part (1801), and the reciprocating driving part (1801) is used for pushing the roller mounting seat (1802) upwards in a lateral direction of the mounting plate (103) so that the cylindrical roller (1803) rolls an anti-counterfeiting chip attached to a gypsum board along with rotation of the mounting plate (103).

The gypsum board anti-counterfeiting chip mounting device according to claim 5, wherein the reciprocating driving part (1801) is a spring plunger, an arc-shaped transition part (19) is arranged at one end, close to the first insertion hole (7), of the annular wall (6) in an extending mode, the inner side of the arc-shaped transition part (19) is in transition connection with the inner side of the annular wall (6), the inner side of the arc-shaped transition part (19) is arc-shaped, and the degree of outward bending of the inner side of the arc-shaped transition part (19) in a direction away from the annular wall (6) is gradually increased.
7. A gypsum board security chip mounting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the direction of movement of the mounting head (101) turned directly under the mounting plate (103) is opposite to the direction of transport of the gypsum board.
