Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical cleaning, in particular to a medical cleaning system and a control method.
Background
In the current medical cleaning system, a medical cleaning machine acquires a certain amount of cleaning solution from a cleaning solution device by setting different program set values, and cleans the multiplexing medical instruments. Detailed Description
For a more clear understanding of the technical features, objects, and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, in a first embodiment of a medical cleaning system according to the present invention, the medical cleaning system includes: at least one first storage device 110 for storing a washing solution and at least one washing machine 200 for performing a washing action, and at least one second storage device 120 provided in correspondence with the washing machine 200 and for supplying the washing solution to the washing mechanism of the washing machine 200; a solution transfer means 130 provided with at least one solution input channel 131 and at least one output channel 132; each solution input channel 131 is communicated with a first storage device 110, each output channel 132 is communicated with a second storage device 120, and each solution input channel 131 corresponds to at least one output channel 132; a control device 140 connected to the solution delivery device 130; the control device 140 is configured to execute an anomaly monitoring process, which includes: acquiring theoretical usage of a preset cleaning solution in the cleaning machine 200 within a preset time period according to the working process of each cleaning machine 200, so as to acquire the total theoretical usage of the preset cleaning solution according to the theoretical usage; acquiring a first solution variation corresponding to a preset cleaning solution in the first storage device 110 and a second solution variation corresponding to a preset cleaning solution in the second storage device 120 within a preset time period, so as to acquire a total solution variation of the preset cleaning solution according to the first solution variation and the second solution variation; and acquiring a first difference value between the total solution variation and the total theoretical usage amount, and generating first prompt information when the first difference value exceeds a first preset range.
When the number of the first storage devices 110 is plural, the cleaning solution stored in each of the first storage devices 110 may be different kinds of cleaning agents. The washing machine 200 is used to perform a washing action. When the cleaning machine 200 is in operation, the corresponding cleaning solution is obtained from the second storage device 120 correspondingly arranged on the cleaning machine 200, and the cleaning mechanism of the cleaning machine 200 performs a cleaning operation on the appliance or equipment to be cleaned after obtaining the cleaning solution. A corresponding location may be provided in the washing machine 200 to place the second storage device 120. The cleaning solution in the second storage device 120 corresponds to the cleaning solution in the first storage device 110. The cleaning solution of the second storage means 120 is taken from the first storage means 110 through the solution transfer means 130. Which can be easily understood. The capacity of the first storage device 110 is much larger than the capacity of the second storage device 120. The first storage device 110 is a fixed location, and the second storage device 120 is located with the cleaning machine 200. It is also understood that each first storage device 110 may provide a cleaning solution to a plurality of cleaning machines 200, and each second storage device 120 may provide a cleaning solution to only a corresponding cleaning machine 200. It is more simply understood that each of the first storage devices 110 may provide the cleaning solution to the plurality of second storage devices 120 through the solution transfer device 130. In the solution transferring device 130, the solution input path 131 is used to communicate with the first storage device 110, and the cleaning solution of the first storage device 110 is input to the corresponding output path 132 through the corresponding solution input path 131 via the solution transferring device 130, and is input to the corresponding second storage device 120 through the output path 132. Among them, the solution transfer means 130 may be a mechanical or electrical power device by which an attractive force is generated to cause the solution to flow in the solution input path 131 and the output path 132. Wherein a common motive device may be a peristaltic pump.
The operation of the solution transferring device 130 can be controlled by the control device 140. The control unit 140 may perform an abnormality monitoring process of the cleaning system while controlling the solution delivery unit 130 to operate. Namely, the abnormal state of the cleaning system is monitored through the abnormal monitoring process so as to ensure the cleaning effect of the cleaning system in the using process. In the abnormality monitoring process, the control device 140 first obtains a theoretical usage amount, which is an amount of a certain preset cleaning solution theoretically used by each of the cleaning machines 200 in a preset time period, according to the working process of each of the cleaning machines 200. The theoretical usage amount may also be understood as a set usage amount, i.e., the set amount of the preset cleaning solution used by the cleaning machine 200. The total theoretical usage of the cleaning solution can be obtained by summing the theoretical usage of the cleaning solution for each cleaning machine 200. The solution variation of the cleaning solution in the first storage device 110 during the preset time period is obtained, where the solution variation is the amount of the cleaning solution variation from the beginning to the end of the time period. For example, how much the first storage device 110 has been started, and how much the first storage device 110 has been stopped, the amount of the first solution change can be obtained by subtracting the remaining amount from the amount of the first solution change. And starts to record the amount of the predetermined cleaning solution in each second storage device 120, and obtains the amount of the predetermined cleaning solution in each second storage device 120 at the end, and confirms the difference between the two amounts as the second solution variation. For convenience of calculation, it may be set that the amount of change of the second storage means 120 is a positive value when the amount of solution is decreased and a negative value when the amount of solution is increased. When the number of the second storage devices 120 corresponding to the preset cleaning solution is more than one, the operation is performed on each second storage device 120 until the second solution variation of all the second storage devices 120 corresponding to the preset cleaning solution is obtained. And obtaining the sum of the first solution variable quantity and all the second solution variable quantities of the preset cleaning solution to obtain the total solution variable quantity of the preset cleaning solution in the preset time period. The total solution variation corresponds to the actual usage amount of the predetermined cleaning solution in the predetermined time period. And obtaining a difference value between the two values, judging whether the difference value is within an error allowable range, namely confirming a first preset range beyond which the difference value exceeds, and when the difference value is beyond the first preset range, judging that the first difference value is not within the error allowable range, considering that the medical cleaning system is abnormal, and generating first prompt information to prompt a user to check the whole cleaning system. For example, whether the sensing data of the liquid usage sensing device is normal or not, whether the transmission path is abnormal or not, and the like are checked. So as to be maintained in time and ensure the cleaning effect of the cleaning system in the cleaning process. In addition, the monitoring process does not perform the solution adding process in the first storage means 110.
Based on the process, the cleaning machine can be used for cleaning the boiler of each cleaning machine and recording the set amount of the cleaning agent and the lubricating oil for each boiler in real time. When each barrel of cleaning agent is started for the first time, the type and the dosage of the cleaning agent are automatically identified through code scanning or RFID. And the theoretical use of each cleaning machine and the allowance of each barrel of cleaning agent are analyzed in real time through an automatic algorithm. When the cleaning agent in the barrel is insufficient, the tracing system interface reminds the worker to prepare goods and update in time. After each barrel of cleaning agent is used up, the tracing system can calculate the theoretical amount and compare and analyze the theoretical amount with the actual amount, when the theoretical amount and the actual amount exceed the set error, the system pops up the warning interface, prompts the staff to check whether the function of the cleaning machine, the peristaltic pump of the centralized liquid supply system and the sensor is abnormal, and timely detection and maintenance are carried out to ensure the on-time and sufficient supply of the cleaning agent.
Wherein, the monitoring process of the solution amount in the first storage device 110 and the second storage device 120 can be obtained by the liquid level detection device arranged in the first storage device 110 and the second storage device 120, and the corresponding liquid level detection device can also be arranged on the corresponding outer side of the solution input passage 131 and the solution output passage 132, so that when the storage device is replaced, the detection circuit does not need to be correspondingly modified.
On the above basis, the at least one first storage means 110 includes a plurality of first storage means 110 for storing different cleaning solutions; the control device 140 is used to perform an abnormality monitoring process for each cleaning solution separately. Namely, when a plurality of cleaning solutions participate in the cleaning work, different cleaning solutions are respectively used as the preset cleaning solutions to execute the above abnormal monitoring process. Therefore, the abnormity judgment process can judge the corresponding participating device of a certain cleaning solution, so that the abnormity positioning process is more accurate, and the abnormity confirmation range is more definite.
Optionally, the cleaning system further includes a weight monitoring unit disposed at the bottom of the first storage device 110, and the control device 140 is configured to: the actual weight change value of the first storage device 110 is obtained through the weight monitoring unit, the theoretical weight change value corresponding to the first storage device 110 is obtained according to the total theoretical usage amount and the second solution variation amount, a second difference value between the actual weight change value and the theoretical weight change value is compared, and first prompt information is generated when the second difference value exceeds a second preset range. Specifically, the monitoring of the cleaning solution may be obtained by weight monitoring, that is, when the solution type in each storage device is clear, the density information of the corresponding solution type is actually clear, and the corresponding weight change value can be obtained based on the density information and the corresponding solution capacity. When the cleaning machine is used, the used theoretical weight value, namely the theoretical weight change value, can be obtained according to the total theoretical use amount of the cleaning machine. The actual weight change value of the first storage device is obtained based on the weight monitoring unit, and the difference between the actual weight change value and the actual weight change value is compared to judge whether the current abnormality exists. It should be noted that the theoretical weight change value corresponding to the cleaning agent also considers the influence of the change of the cleaning liquid capacity of the second storage device 120 on the theoretical weight change value. In addition, this process can place the position at the cleaner and set up weighing sensor, carries out dual school through automatic weighing and level sensor and proofreadies, when weight and surplus mismatch, can automatic early warning, and the staff looks over, whether discharge level sensor, infusion pipeline, cleaning machine, gravity sensor trouble respectively. The dosage monitoring of the cleaning agent is doubly ensured.
Optionally, the control device 140 is further configured to perform the following processes: the first current solution amount of the first storage device 110 is monitored, and the time point when the first current solution amount is the first preset value is the starting time point of the preset time period, and the time point when the first current solution amount is the second preset value is the ending time point of the preset time period. Specifically, in order to prevent the abnormality monitoring process from affecting the normal use process of the abnormality monitoring process, the abnormality monitoring process may start timing of a preset time period when the first current solution amount of the first storage device 110 is a first preset value. In practical use, the first storage device 110 is a barrel of original solution, and timing of a preset time period can be performed when the barrel of solution starts to be used, where the corresponding first preset value is the maximum storage capacity of the first storage device 110. The timing of the preset time period ends when the vat of solution is used to a certain amount. In one embodiment, it may end the timing when the vat of solution is used up, i.e. when the corresponding second preset value is zero.
Optionally, in the process of performing the anomaly monitoring by the control device 140, the theoretical usage amount of the cleaning solution preset in the cleaning machine 200 in the preset time period is obtained according to the working process of each cleaning machine 200, and the method includes: the control device 140 obtains the single solution usage parameter of the cleaning machine 200 corresponding to the preset cleaning solution and the operation times of the cleaning machine 200 in the preset time period according to the working parameters of the cleaning machine 200, so as to obtain the theoretical usage amount of the preset cleaning solution in the cleaning machine 200. Specifically, in the working process of each cleaning machine 200, the working parameters of the cleaning machine 200 are acquired, the single solution use parameter, i.e., the single solution use amount, corresponding to the preset cleaning solution for each operation set in the working parameters, is acquired, the operation times in the preset time period are acquired, and the theoretical use amount of the preset cleaning solution used in the cleaning operation is acquired according to the total operation times and the set single solution use amount. In the parameter setting, the change of the setting parameter of the single usage amount needs to be captured, the individual counting is triggered according to the change of the setting parameter, and the individual counting is carried out, so that the total usage amount corresponding to all the counts in the preset time period is finally obtained. The predetermined time period may also be the full usage time (the time between the beginning of enabling and the complete exhaustion) of the first storage device 110.
Optionally, the control device 140 is further configured to perform the following processes: the second current solution amount of the second storage device 120 is monitored, and when the second current solution amount is smaller than a third preset value, the solution transferring device 130 is controlled to operate, so that the second storage device 120 obtains the cleaning solution from the corresponding first storage device 110. Specifically, during the operation of the cleaning system, the second current solution amount of the second storage device 120 may be monitored by the control device 140, and when the second current solution amount, i.e., the remaining amount, of the second storage device 120 is insufficient, the solution transmission device 130 may be controlled to operate, so that the second storage device 120 may obtain the cleaning solution from the corresponding first storage device 110 through the solution transmission device 130 to perform solution replenishment, so as to avoid interruption of the operation. Whether the margin is sufficient may be determined based on whether the margin is less than a third preset value. When the remaining amount is less than the third preset value, it is determined that the remaining amount of the solution in the second storage device 120 is insufficient. The use conditions of different cleaning solutions may be different, and the third preset value can be set reasonably according to different cleaning solutions.
Optionally, the control device 140 is further configured to perform the following processes: and monitoring the third current solution amount of the first storage device 110, and generating a second prompt message when the third current solution amount is less than a fourth preset value. Specifically, the third current solution amount, i.e., the remaining amount of the first storage device 110 may be monitored, and when the remaining amount is insufficient, the second prompt message may be generated to prompt that the cleaning solution needs to be prepared. The fourth preset value may be set according to the solution preparation time and period, so that it is sufficient to complete the preparation when the amount of the solution in the first storage device 110 is completely used up.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, a medical washing system of the present invention further includes a user terminal 300 communicatively connected to the control device 140, where the user terminal 300 is configured to receive the first prompt message or the second prompt message through the control device 140. Specifically, the first prompt message and the second prompt message may be displayed through the same user terminal 300 or different user terminals 300. The user terminal 300 may be a portable device such as a mobile phone carried by a user, or a fixed device such as a computer or a server disposed at a predetermined position.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the medical cleaning system of the present invention further includes a third storage means 150 for storing pure water, the solution transferring means 130 is further provided with a pure water input path 133 communicating with the third storage means 150 and a path switching means 160 connecting the solution input path 131 and the pure water input path 133, and the control means 140 is connected to the path switching means 160 and is configured to perform the following processes: the control path switching device 160 switches the conduction of any one of the solution input path 131 and the pure water input path 133 to the output path 132; and controls the solution transferring device 130 to operate when the pure water input path 133 and the output path 132 are conducted so that the second storage device 120 can obtain pure water from the third storage device 150. Specifically, pure water storage may be performed by the third storage means 150, and pure water in the third storage means 150 may be transferred through the pure water input path 133 of the solution transfer means 130. The solution input path 131 and the pure water input path 133 may be switched by the path switching device 160 to be electrically connected to the corresponding output path 132. When the pure water input path 133 and the output path 132 are connected, the solution transferring apparatus 130 is controlled to operate, so that the second storage apparatus 120 can obtain pure water from the third storage apparatus 150, and the second storage apparatus 120 and the corresponding output path 132 can be cleaned by the pure water. It is also possible to flush the corresponding structures inside the cleaning machine 200 with pure water in the second storage device 120. Wherein, the pure water input path 133 can be controlled to be conducted with any output path 132 to realize a purposeful cleaning process. Furthermore, the control device 140 may control the actuation time to achieve the time of the flush. The passage switching device 160 may be a three-way valve, and the switching of the passage is realized by controlling the conduction of the three-way valve. When the first storage device is plural, the path switching device 160 may be a plurality of three-way valves, each of which is used for switching a corresponding one of the solution input paths 131. It should be noted that, in the pure water cleaning process, it is first necessary to determine whether there is a solution in the second storage device 120, which may trigger the cleaning operation of the storage device when there is no solution in the second storage device 120. It is also possible to perform the cleaning operation of the second storage device 120 for a predetermined time. For example, twelve o' clock per day, and the remaining solution in the second storage device 120 is reversely pumped before the cleaning so that it is recovered to the corresponding first storage device 110. It may set a cleaning cycle for cleaning the second storage device 120 at a fixed cycle.
In an embodiment, after the second storage device 120 is cleaned, the cleaning waste liquid of the second storage device 120 may be reversely pumped by the control device 140 and returned to the third storage device 150 through the original cleaning path, and at this time, the third storage device 150 may be used as a waste water bucket for collecting waste liquid. The third storage unit 150 may be provided with a pure water input port and a waste water output port for pure water input or waste water discharge. In one embodiment, the pure water input and the waste water discharge may be set to different paths, and the three-way valve may be set to a four-way pipe to switch between the pure water input and the waste water discharge.
As shown in fig. 4, in a control method of a medical cleaning system according to the present invention, the medical cleaning system includes: at least one first storage device 110 for storing a washing solution and a washing machine 200 for performing a washing action, and at least one second storage device 120 provided in correspondence with the washing machine 200 and for supplying the washing solution to the washing mechanism of the washing machine 200; a solution transfer means 130 provided with at least one solution input channel 131 and at least one output channel 132; wherein each solution input channel 131 is communicated with a first storage device 110, each output channel 132 is communicated with a second storage device 120, and each solution input channel 131 corresponds to at least one output channel 132; the control method comprises the following steps: s1, obtaining theoretical usage amount of a preset cleaning solution in a preset time period and in the cleaning machine 200 according to the working process of each cleaning machine 200, and obtaining total theoretical usage amount of the preset cleaning solution according to the theoretical usage amount; s2, acquiring a first solution variation of 110 kinds of preset cleaning solutions in the first storage device and a second solution variation of the preset cleaning solutions in the second storage device 120 in a preset time period, so as to acquire a total solution variation of the preset cleaning solutions according to the first solution variation and the second solution variation; and S3, acquiring a first difference value between the total solution variation and the total theoretical usage amount, and generating first prompt information when the first difference value exceeds a first preset range. In particular, the medical cleaning system may be constructed based on the medical cleaning system described above. A corresponding location may be provided in the washing machine 200 for the placement of the second storage device 120. It is more simply understood that each of the first storage devices 110 may supply the cleaning solution to the plurality of second storage devices 120 through the solution transfer device 130.
In the working process of the medical cleaning system, the amount of a certain preset cleaning solution theoretically used by the cleaning machine 200, that is, the theoretical usage amount, in a preset time period can be obtained according to the working process of each cleaning machine 200. The theoretical usage amount may also be understood as a set usage amount, i.e., the set amount of the preset cleaning solution used by the cleaning machine 200. The total theoretical usage amount of the predetermined cleaning solution can be obtained by summing the theoretical usage amounts of the predetermined cleaning solution for each cleaning machine 200. The solution variation of the cleaning solution in the first storage device 110 during the preset time period is obtained, where the solution variation is the amount of the cleaning solution variation from the beginning to the end of the time period. For example, how much the first storage device 110 is at the beginning and how much the first storage device 110 is at the end, the amount of the first solution can be obtained by subtracting the remaining amount from the amount at the beginning. And starts to record the amount of the predetermined cleaning solution in each second storage device 120, and obtains the amount of the predetermined cleaning solution in each second storage device 120 at the end, and confirms the first difference between the two amounts as the second solution variation. And obtaining the difference value of the two, judging whether the difference value is within an error allowable range, namely confirming that the difference value exceeds a non-default preset range, and when the difference value exceeds the first preset range, judging that the difference value is not within the error allowable range, considering that the medical cleaning system is abnormal, and generating first prompt information to prompt a user to check the whole cleaning system. For example, whether the sensing data of the liquid usage sensing device is normal, whether the transmission path is abnormal, etc. are checked. So as to ensure the cleaning effect of the cleaning system in the cleaning process even if the cleaning system is maintained. And realizing the abnormity detection in the medical cleaning system based on the control process. The prompting mode of the information can be near-end local prompting or far-end network prompting.
Optionally, in the medical cleaning system, the control method may further include: the first current solution amount of the first storage device 110 is monitored, and the time point when the first current solution amount is the first preset value is the starting time point of the preset time period, and the time point when the first current solution amount is the second preset value is the ending time point of the preset time period.
Optionally, in the medical cleaning system, the control method may further include: according to the working parameters of the cleaning machine 200, the single solution use parameters of the cleaning machine 200 corresponding to the preset cleaning solution and the operation times of the cleaning machine 200 in the preset time period are obtained, so as to obtain the theoretical use amount of the preset cleaning solution in the cleaning machine 200.
Optionally, in the medical cleaning system, the control method may further include: the second current solution amount of the second storage device 120 is monitored, and when the second current solution amount is smaller than a third preset value, the solution transferring device 130 is controlled to operate, so that the second storage device 120 obtains the cleaning solution from the corresponding first storage device 110.
Optionally, in the medical cleaning system, the control method may further include: and monitoring the third current solution amount of the first storage device 110, and generating a second prompt message when the third current solution amount is smaller than a fourth preset value.
Optionally, in the medical cleaning system, the control method may further include: the control path switching device 160 switches the conduction of any one of the solution input path 131 and the pure water input path 133 to the output path 132; and controls the solution transferring device 130 to operate when the pure water input path 133 and the output path 132 are conducted so that the second storage device 120 can obtain pure water from the third storage device 150.
The specific operation process of the above control method may refer to the above description, and is not described herein again.
It should be understood that the above examples only represent the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the description is specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention; it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, the above technical features can be freely combined, and several changes and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present invention, which all belong to the protection scope of the present invention; therefore, all equivalent changes and modifications made within the scope of the claims of the present invention should be covered by the claims of the present invention.
