Description

Method for detecting abnormal water consumption of washing machine
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of washing machines, and particularly relates to a method for detecting abnormal water consumption of a washing machine.
Background
With the development of technology, the demands of consumers on the washing machine are higher and higher, and the demands are not only satisfied when the washing machine can complete the washing process. Some washing machines can record various data in the operation process of the washing machine so that a user can conveniently master various information such as washing time, water consumption, power consumption and the like. However, the user can only receive the information, and cannot autonomously judge whether the information is reasonable or not and whether the information is abnormal or not, so that the user cannot find the abnormality in time, and the resource is wasted.
In addition, consumers have increasingly high demands on the intellectualization of the washing machine. Some washing machines can be in wireless communication connection with a server or a mobile phone and other user terminals, and users can obtain relevant information of the operation of the washing machines on the mobile phone, a tablet and the like.
For example, the current washing machine can send information such as washing program, washing stage, washing time, etc. to the user terminal for the user to grasp the progress of the washing machine at any time. For the water consumption of the washing machine, the washing machine can send water consumption information to a mobile phone client APP at present, but the displayed value is only the value of the water consumption, a user cannot know whether the water consumption is normal or not, and cannot find out water consumption abnormity in time in the operation process of the washing machine so as to process the water consumption abnormity in time, so that the user experience needs to be improved.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.

the washing machine acquires actual real-time water consumption in the operation process and compares the actual real-time water consumption with the set ranges of the corresponding stages respectively;
and if the actual real-time water consumption exceeds the set range, judging that the water consumption is abnormal, and prompting the water consumption abnormality.
According to a further scheme, the set range of each theoretical real-time water consumption respectively comprises an upper limit value and a lower limit value, the washing machine compares the actual real-time water consumption with the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the set range of the corresponding stage respectively, and if the actual real-time water consumption is larger than the upper limit value or smaller than the lower limit value, the water consumption is judged to be abnormal;
preferably, the washing machine sends the actual real-time water consumption and the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the setting range of the corresponding stage to the user terminal for displaying, and the user terminal performs exception prompting.
According to a further scheme, the washing machine forms upper limit values of a plurality of theoretical real-time water consumption setting ranges into an upper limit value curve and forms a lower limit value curve along with the change of the running time, and the lower limit values are displayed; the washing machine forms the actual real-time water consumption into a real-time water consumption curve in real time, and if the real-time water consumption curve exceeds the range between the upper limit value curve and the lower limit value curve, abnormal prompt is carried out;
preferably, the washing machine sends the real-time water consumption curve, the upper limit value curve and the lower limit value curve to a user terminal, and the user terminal displays the real-time water consumption curve, the upper limit value curve and the lower limit value curve; and if the water consumption abnormity exists, the user terminal prompts the water consumption abnormity.
According to a further scheme, the washing machine obtains an upper limit value and a lower limit value of theoretical real-time water consumption in each stage according to different clothes loads and/or different washing programs, and stores a plurality of corresponding upper limit value curves and lower limit value curves in advance;
preferably, after the washing machine is operated, the upper limit value curve and the lower limit value curve of the theoretical real-time water consumption corresponding to the actual clothes load and the actual operation washing program are obtained.
According to the further scheme, when the washing machine judges that the water consumption is abnormal, the abnormal reason is analyzed and/or detected, the abnormal reason option and the processing suggestion are sent to the user terminal, and the user terminal carries out the abnormal prompt and displays the abnormal reason option and the corresponding processing suggestion.
According to a further scheme, after the exception prompt is carried out, if the washing machine and/or the user terminal receives the exception reason and/or the processing suggestion which are edited by a user in a user-defined manner, the exception reason and/or the processing suggestion are stored; and when the washing machine judges that the water consumption is abnormal again, the originally stored abnormal reason option, the abnormal reason edited by the user in a user-defined way and corresponding processing suggestions are prompted.
According to a further scheme, when the washing machine judges that the water consumption is abnormal, the abnormal reason is analyzed and/or detected and automatically adjusted, if the actual real-time water consumption is restored to the set range after adjustment, abnormal prompt is not conducted, and if the adjustment is invalid, abnormal reason options and processing suggestions are sent to the user terminal for abnormal prompt.
According to a further scheme, when the washing machine judges that water consumption is abnormal, whether a water inlet valve is abnormal or not is detected, and/or whether water inlet pressure is abnormal or not is detected, and/or whether unbalance correction times are abnormal or not is detected, and abnormal reason options and processing suggestions are prompted according to a detection result.
According to the further scheme, the washing machine comprises a plurality of water inlet valves, when the washing machine judges that water consumption is abnormal, the water inlet amount of each water inlet valve is detected respectively, the abnormal water inlet valve is positioned, and relevant abnormal reason options and processing suggestions are sent to the user terminal for abnormal prompt;
preferably, the plurality of water inlet valves include a main water inlet valve for controlling the inflow of water into the washing tub, a water inlet valve for controlling the inflow of softened water, and a water inlet valve for controlling the inflow of the laundry treating agent.
In a further scheme, if the washing machine judges that the actual real-time water consumption exceeds the corresponding upper limit value, the prompted abnormal reason options comprise that the water pressure of inlet water is too high, and/or the opening degree of a water inlet valve is too large, and/or the unbalance correction times are too many;
if the washing machine judges that the actual real-time water consumption is lower than the corresponding lower limit value, the prompted abnormal reason options comprise that the water pressure of inlet water is too low, and/or a water inlet valve is blocked, and/or a water source is not communicated.
In the further scheme, when the user terminal carries out abnormity prompting, the user is prompted whether to keep the washing machine to continue to operate, and if the user selects not, the operation is stopped; if the user selects yes, the operation is continued, the real-time water consumption is detected, and when the real-time water consumption exceeds 30% of the upper limit value of the theoretical real-time water consumption or is lower than 30% of the lower limit value of the theoretical real-time water consumption, the abnormal water consumption prompt is sent out again.
After adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the washing machine compares each actual real-time water consumption acquired in the operation process with the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the corresponding set range, and can prompt the abnormal water consumption in real time through the user terminal, thereby achieving the purposes of reducing energy consumption, saving energy, avoiding the occurrence of accidents and improving the human-computer interaction experience.

The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a method for detecting an abnormal water consumption of a washing machine, including:
the washing machine prestores a set range of theoretical real-time water consumption corresponding to each stage of the operation process;
the washing machine acquires actual real-time water consumption in the operation process and compares the actual real-time water consumption with the set ranges of the corresponding stages respectively;
and if the actual real-time water consumption exceeds the set range, judging that the water consumption is abnormal, and prompting the water consumption abnormality.
The washing machine of the invention prestores corresponding theoretical real-time water consumption set ranges for each stage in the whole operation process, can compare the point values of a plurality of actual water consumption obtained in real time with the corresponding set ranges in the operation process, and can prompt water consumption abnormity when the set ranges are exceeded, so that a user can not only master the water consumption information of each stage of the washing machine in real time, but also know whether the water consumption is normal in real time in the whole operation process, and the washing machine prompts the user to check or repair in time, thereby reducing energy consumption, saving energy, avoiding accidents, storing and recording information provided for after-sale service, and facilitating later maintenance.
In the scheme, one or more set ranges of theoretical real-time water consumption can be preset aiming at each stage of the operation process. For example, the operation process comprises a washing stage, a rinsing stage and a dewatering stage which are operated in sequence, and after each stage of the washing machine is finished, the reasonable range of the theoretical water consumption of the current stage can be calculated through theory and experiments; the reasonable range of the real-time theoretical water consumption can be preset at certain time intervals for each stage, and a plurality of preset ranges of the theoretical real-time water consumption corresponding to the running time are stored in advance in each stage along with the change of time, so that the aim of more accurate comparison is fulfilled.
The set range of the theoretical water consumption at the later-performed stage may be a range value of the theoretical water consumption calculated separately from the stage, or a range value of the total theoretical water consumption accumulated on the basis of the previous stage, up to which the washing machine is operated.
No matter what the above way is, the rule of the washing machine for obtaining the time point of the actual real-time water consumption needs to be consistent with the rule of the set time point of the theoretical real-time water consumption, that is, the washing machine obtains the actual real-time water consumption at the corresponding time point by referring to the time points corresponding to the plurality of prestored theoretical real-time water consumptions, so that the actual real-time water consumption is conveniently compared with the corresponding set range, and the accurate purpose is achieved.
The set range of each theoretical real-time water consumption respectively comprises an upper limit value and a lower limit value, the washing machine respectively compares the actual real-time water consumption with the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the set range of the corresponding stage, and if the actual real-time water consumption is larger than the upper limit value or smaller than the lower limit value, the water consumption is judged to be abnormal.
The upper limit value is the maximum value of the theoretical real-time water consumption, the lower limit value is the minimum value of the theoretical real-time water consumption, and the washing machine can detect whether the water consumption is in a normal range in real time in the operation process through comparison of the actual real-time water consumption, the upper limit value and the lower limit value corresponding to the same stage or corresponding to the same time node of the same stage, so that abnormality can be found at the first time, and a user can conveniently find and process the abnormality.
The washing machine sends the actual real-time water consumption, the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the set range of the corresponding stage to the user terminal for displaying, and the user terminal carries out abnormity prompting.
The washing machine can send actual real-time water consumption and the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the set range of the corresponding stage to the APP or communication software such as WeChat on a mobile phone or a tablet computer, so that a user can remotely master the water consumption of the washing machine in real time and know whether the water consumption is abnormal or not in time.
According to a further scheme, the washing machine forms upper limit values of a plurality of theoretical real-time water consumption setting ranges into an upper limit value curve and forms a lower limit value curve along with the change of the running time, and the lower limit values are displayed; the washing machine forms real-time water consumption into a real-time water consumption curve according to the actual real-time water consumption in real time, and if the real-time water consumption curve exceeds the range between the upper limit value curve and the lower limit value curve, abnormal prompt is carried out.
In order to facilitate a user to visually observe the real-time water consumption, the washing machine takes the running time as an abscissa and the theoretical real-time water consumption as an ordinate, and forms an upper limit value curve and a lower limit value curve respectively for the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the set range of the theoretical real-time water consumption corresponding to each stage, and visually displays the upper limit value curve and the lower limit value curve. In the operation process of the washing machine, the obtained point value of the real-time water consumption is also drawn to form a real-time water consumption curve, so that a user can very easily know the trend of the real-time water consumption curve, and if the real-time water consumption curve exceeds the range between the upper limit value curve and the lower limit value curve, the user can obtain prompt in time, and the user experience is improved.
In addition, the washing machine sends the real-time water consumption curve, the upper limit value curve and the lower limit value curve to a user terminal, and the user terminal displays the real-time water consumption curve, the upper limit value curve and the lower limit value curve; and if the water consumption abnormity exists, the user terminal prompts the water consumption abnormity. The washing machine sends the three curves to the APP or communication software such as WeChat on a mobile phone, a tablet and the like in real time, a user can remotely master the water consumption of the washing machine in real time, the comparison condition of the water consumption can be seen more visually, and whether the water consumption is abnormal or not can be known in time.
Further, the washing machine obtains an upper limit value and a lower limit value of theoretical real-time water consumption at each stage according to different clothes loads and/or different washing programs, and prestores a plurality of corresponding upper limit value curves and lower limit value curves.
The theoretical water consumption of the washing machine varies greatly for different clothes loads and different modes of washing procedures. For washing programs such as heavy clothes load, heavy laundry and the like, the theoretical water consumption is large, and for washing programs such as light clothes load, standard washing or quick washing and the like, the theoretical water consumption is small. The washing machine obtains the upper limit value and the lower limit value of theoretical real-time water consumption in each stage according to different clothes loads and/or different washing programs, and stores a plurality of corresponding upper limit value curves and lower limit value curves in advance, so that flexible adjustment can be realized, and the aim of more accurate comparison can be fulfilled.
After the washing machine operates, the upper limit value curve and the lower limit value curve of the corresponding theoretical real-time water consumption are obtained according to the actual clothes load and the actual operation washing program, and the actual real-time water consumption is compared with the upper limit value curve and the lower limit value curve, so that the possibility of misjudgment is reduced.
When the washing machine judges that the water consumption is abnormal, the washing machine analyzes and/or detects the abnormal reason, sends an abnormal reason option and a processing suggestion to the user terminal, and the user terminal carries out abnormal prompt and displays the abnormal reason option and the corresponding processing suggestion.
Recording the obtained actual real-time water consumption as W, recording the corresponding upper limit value and lower limit value as Wmax and Wmin, wherein when W is greater than Wmax, App of the user terminal and the like can send out information for prompting excessive water consumption, or when W is less than Wmin, App of the user terminal and the like can send out information for prompting excessive water consumption, and respectively display one or more abnormal reason options and corresponding processing suggestions. The user can check and process in time according to the displayed abnormal reason options and the processing suggestions, and can report and repair in time when the abnormal degree is large.
As an implementation mode, after the exception prompt is carried out, if the washing machine and/or the user terminal receives the exception reason and/or the processing suggestion which are edited by a user in a user-defined way, the exception reason and/or the processing suggestion are stored; and when the washing machine judges that the water consumption is abnormal again, the originally stored abnormal reason option, the abnormal reason edited by the user in a user-defined way and corresponding processing suggestions are prompted.
When the washing machine or the user terminal prompts the abnormity, the user finds out the reason of abnormal water consumption when checking, and the reason is not in the displayed abnormal reason option, at the moment, the user can self-define the abnormal reason and store the abnormal reason in the washing machine, and when the washing machine judges the abnormal water consumption again, the originally stored abnormal reason option, the abnormal reason edited by the user and corresponding processing suggestions are prompted. The condition is more favorable for different users to use the washing machine, so that the washing machine has learning ability, and the man-machine interaction function is further enhanced.
As an implementation mode, when the washing machine judges that the water consumption is abnormal, the abnormal reason is analyzed and/or detected and automatically adjusted, if the actual real-time water consumption is restored to be within a set range after adjustment, the abnormal prompt is not carried out, and if the adjustment is invalid, the abnormal reason option and the processing suggestion are sent to the user terminal for the abnormal prompt.
The washing machine automatically processes abnormity, if the abnormity can be adjusted, the washing machine can normally run, the user does not need to be prompted, the correction is automatically completed, and the trouble of the user is avoided. And if the correction is invalid, prompting, and displaying an abnormal reason option and a processing suggestion by the user terminal to prompt the user in time so as to avoid faults of a greater degree.
When the washing machine judges that water consumption is abnormal, whether a water inlet valve is abnormal or not is detected, and/or whether water inlet pressure is abnormal or not is detected, and/or whether unbalance correction times are abnormal or not is detected, and abnormal reason options and treatment suggestions are prompted according to detection results.
The washing machine feeds water through one or more water inlet valves, and if the water inlet valves are punctured or blocked, the water feeding is affected, namely, the water consumption is affected. Too high or too low water pressure of intaking also can influence the inflow, can cause the intake leveling number of times too much when detecting that unbalance correction number of times is too much, increases the water consumption. Therefore, by detecting the reasons, the problem can be judged to occur at any place, relevant abnormal reason options and processing suggestions are prompted, and the user can check and report the problems.
The washing machine can comprise a plurality of water inlet valves, when the washing machine judges that water consumption is abnormal, the water inlet amount of each water inlet valve is detected respectively, the water inlet valve with the abnormal water consumption is positioned, and relevant abnormal reason options and processing suggestions are sent to the user terminal for abnormal prompt. The plurality of water inlet valves comprise a main water inlet valve for controlling water inlet in the washing barrel, a water inlet valve for controlling softened water inlet and a water inlet valve for controlling the clothes treating agent inlet. Therefore, the positioning device can be accurately positioned, and is beneficial to the user to investigate and report for repair.
When the user terminal carries out abnormity prompting, simultaneously prompting the user whether to keep the washing machine to continue to operate, and if the user selects not, stopping the operation; if the user selects yes, the operation is continued, the real-time water consumption is detected, and when the real-time water consumption exceeds 30% of the upper limit value of the theoretical real-time water consumption or is lower than 30% of the lower limit value of the theoretical real-time water consumption, the abnormal water consumption prompt is sent out again.
As a specific implementation mode, if the washing machine judges that the actual real-time water consumption exceeds the corresponding upper limit value, the prompted abnormal reason options comprise that the water pressure of inlet water is too high, and/or the opening degree of the inlet valve is too large, and/or the number of unbalanced correction times is too large;
if the washing machine judges that the actual real-time water consumption is lower than the corresponding lower limit value, the prompted abnormal reason options comprise that the water pressure of inlet water is too low, and/or a water inlet valve is blocked, and/or a water source is not communicated, and/or drainage is blocked.
More specifically, if the actual real-time water consumption W is greater than the corresponding upper limit Wmax, the water intake may be too large due to the breakdown of the water intake valve, the excessive water pressure of the intake water, and the like in the water intake stage, and the water consumption may be too large due to the frequent barrel collision and the unbalanced correction of the multiple intake water in the dehydration stage. At the moment, after the washing machine detects the water inlet pressure, the water inlet valve and the unbalance correction times, if the water inlet pressure is too high, the water inlet pressure is prompted to be too high; if the water inlet valve is abnormal, the excessive opening of the water inlet valve is prompted; if the correction times are excessive, prompting that the unbalance correction times are excessive; if two or more than two kinds of abnormalities occur, a plurality of abnormality reasons are prompted.
If the actual real-time water consumption W is smaller than the corresponding lower limit value Wmin, the situations that a water faucet is not opened, sediment of a water inlet valve is blocked, the water pressure is too low and the like may exist in the water inlet stage; and similarly, after the washing machine is respectively detected, corresponding abnormal reason prompt is carried out according to the reason of the detection result.
If W is more than or equal to Wmin and W is less than or equal to Wmax, the operation of the washing machine is in a normal range, and no abnormal prompt is given.
Therefore, the user can be prompted to consume water abnormally in time, the user is prompted to process the water abnormally, the conditions can be recorded through the user terminal APP or communication software and the like to provide prompting information for after-sales service, the man-machine interaction function is further achieved, and user experience is improved.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

The method for detecting the abnormal water consumption of the washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein when the washing machine judges that the abnormal water consumption exists, whether a water inlet valve is abnormal or not is detected, and/or whether the water pressure of the water inlet valve is abnormal or not is detected, and/or whether the unbalance correction frequency is abnormal or not is detected, and an abnormal reason option and a processing suggestion are prompted according to the detection result.
9. The method for detecting the abnormal water consumption of the washing machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein the washing machine comprises a plurality of water inlet valves, and when the washing machine judges that the abnormal water consumption exists, the water inlet valves are respectively used for detecting the water inflow of each water inlet valve, positioning the water inlet valve with the abnormal water consumption, and sending related abnormal reason options and processing suggestions to the user terminal for abnormal prompt;
preferably, the plurality of water inlet valves include a main water inlet valve for controlling the inflow of water into the washing tub, a water inlet valve for controlling the inflow of softened water, and a water inlet valve for controlling the inflow of the laundry treating agent.
10. The method for detecting abnormality in water consumption of a washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
if the washing machine judges that the actual real-time water consumption exceeds the corresponding upper limit value, prompting abnormal reason options including overlarge water inlet pressure, overlarge water inlet valve opening and/or overlarge unbalance correction times;
if the washing machine judges that the actual real-time water consumption is lower than the corresponding lower limit value, the prompted abnormal reason options comprise that the water pressure of inlet water is too low, and/or a water inlet valve is blocked, and/or a water source is not communicated.
