本发明涉及护肤品领域,尤其是涉及一种抗衰祛皱组合物及含有该组合物的修复眼霜。
背景技术
眼周皮肤是面部最薄、最娇嫩的地方,若生活习惯不良或保养不到位,特别容易出现黑眼圈、干纹、细纹、浮肿、松弛等肌肤问题,随着年龄的增长,还可能会形成“鱼尾纹”这种难以消除的静态皱纹,因此,人们会在眼周皮肤涂抹或外敷眼部护肤产品来滋润眼周皮肤,以延缓眼纹的形成。
眼霜是眼部护肤产品之一,尽管目前市面上有很多抗皱功效型眼霜,但实际上仅起到即时保湿的功效,其抗皱效果不尽理想,其中一个比较重要的原因是,眼霜产品的保湿成分对皮肤具有一定的封闭性,在一定程度下阻碍了具有抗皱功效的成分物质对皮下细胞的吸收效果,但由于眼部干燥同样是造成眼纹的元凶之一,因而难以通过减少眼霜中的保湿成分含量来提高抗皱组分的吸收效果,导致目前大部分的眼霜在长期抗衰或已形成的眼纹修复上见效甚微。
发明内容
为了更好地延缓并修复眼纹问题,本申请提供一种抗衰祛皱组合物及含有该组合物的修复眼霜。

一种抗衰祛皱组合物,包括以下百分含量的原料:
西藏越桔发酵产物……8~12%、

维生素B5……12~13%,余量为溶剂。
西藏越桔是一种生长在中国西藏南部、海拔2500米左右的植物果实,相比普通的柑橘果实具有更高含量且种类多样的花青素物质,对于皮肤具有优异的抗氧化与消除自由基功效,并且其发酵产物含有大量的易于被表皮吸收的小分子多糖、小分子肽、氨基酸以及抗氧化物质,对于肌肤的细胞活性具有良好的激活效果。桃(PRUNUS PERSICA)树脂提取物含有丰富的桃胶多糖,不仅具有良好的保湿效果和抗氧化效果,而且具有良好的即时紧致皮肤的功效。银毛椴(TILIA TOMENTOSA)提取物具有抑制黑色素形成并促进细胞新陈代谢的作用,对于眼周皮肤有较好的提亮保湿效果。桃(PRUNUS PERSICA)核仁提取物富含苦杏仁苷以及多种不饱和脂肪酸,对于干燥衰老的皮肤有良好的滋养软化效果。
本申请特别采用西藏越桔发酵产物、桃树脂提取物、银毛椴提取物以及桃核仁提取物作为抗衰活性成分,并复配多肽以及维生素B5,使得各成分功效达到最大化,对于角质细胞有良好的促进水合的效果,相比市面上其他的单一植物提取物等抗衰成分,具有更好的抗氧化、消除自由基、促进皮肤细胞新陈代谢的抗衰成分渗透吸收效果,不仅能够延缓眼纹形成,并且对于以及形成的静态皱纹有一定的修复抚平作用。
优选的,所述多肽包括生物素酰三肽-1、棕榈酰四肽-3、乙酰基六肽-8的一种或多种的组合。
通过采用以上的多肽进行复配,能够促进真皮层的胶原蛋白更好地合成,使得眼周皮肤更加紧致有弹性,其中的生物素三肽-1以特定配比复配添加时,能够具有特殊的促进眼周皮肤微循环的效果,使得抗衰成分的吸收效果更好。

优选的,所述西藏越桔发酵产物的制备方法如下:将西藏越桔与去离子水按1:2质量比混合并打碎成果浆,往果浆中接种活化的乳酸菌,乳酸菌接种量为果浆质量的0.5%,在32±2℃下发酵72h,再接种活化的酵母菌继续发酵72h,酵母菌的接种量为果浆质量的0.2%,将过滤的发酵液纯化至密度为2.0±0.05g/mL,获得西藏越桔发酵产物。
通过采用生物发酵技术,对西藏越桔以乳酸菌和酵母菌发酵培养,将西藏越桔中的大分子物质转化为分子量很小的、活性更高的小分子物质,不仅能够更好地将抗衰有效成分富集出来,并且发酵菌群中富含有益的微量元素以及小分子肽,对于皮肤具有更好的保湿与抗氧化效果。
优选的,所述乳酸菌为干酪乳杆菌,所述酵母菌为球拟酵母菌。
通过选用干酪乳杆菌以及球拟酵母菌对西藏越桔进行生物发酵,相比其他的发酵菌种,其对于西藏越桔中多余的杂质有更好的发酵去除效果,并且发酵代谢产物更容易被皮肤所吸收。
第二方面,本申请提供一种含有抗衰祛皱组合物的修复眼霜,采用如下的技术方案:一种含有抗衰祛皱组合物的修复眼霜,包括以质量下百分含量的原料制成:乳化剂3~5%、增稠剂0.5~1%、保湿剂20~30%、pH调节剂0.1%、防腐剂0.5%、抗衰除皱组合物10~30%,余量为去离子水。
优选的,所述抗衰除皱组合物的质量百分含量为27%。所述pH调节剂为三乙醇胺、氨丁三醇的一种或多种的组合。所述防腐剂为羟苯甲酯、苯氧乙醇的一种或多种的组合。
通过将抗衰除皱组合物以特定用量作为眼霜的核心成分进行添加,并复配特定用量的保湿剂等其他成分,在保证眼霜具有足够的保湿效果的同时,能够具有良好的吸收渗透效果,深层激活皮下细胞的新陈代谢,促进胶原蛋白的再生,起到良好的延缓眼纹形成的功效,长期使用能够很好地抚平修复已形成的静态眼纹,使眼周皮肤更加紧致有弹性,并且肤感良好,不易出现吸收慢而油腻的问题。
优选的,所述保湿剂为脱水木糖醇、甘油丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸共聚物、透明质酸钠的一种或多种的组合。
通过采用以上原料作为保湿剂,对于含有西藏越桔发酵产物等有效成分具有良好的相容性,不易出现封闭隔绝渗透的问题,使得修复眼霜能够发挥更好的滋润眼周皮肤以及修复眼纹的效果。
优选的,所述增稠剂为卡波姆、黄原胶的一种或多种的组合。
通过采用以上原料作为增稠剂,能够使眼霜的涂抹延展性更好,使得眼霜的使用肤感更好。
优选的,所述乳化剂为硬脂醇聚醚-20、聚山梨醇酯-20的一种或多种的组合。
通过采用以上原料作为乳化剂,能够眼霜均质性更好,不易出现长期存放而分层的问题。
综上所述,本申请包括以下至少一种有益技术效果:
1.通过特别采用西藏越桔发酵产物、桃树脂提取物、银毛椴提取物以及桃核仁提取物作为抗衰活性成分,使得各成分协同以发挥出最大化的抗衰效果,同时复配多肽以及维生素B5,对于角质细胞有良好的促进水合的效果,使得有效成分对于眼周皮肤具有更好的渗透吸收效果;
2.通过将抗衰祛皱组合物以一定含量作为眼霜配方原料,在保证有足够保湿滋润度的同时,由于西藏越桔发酵产物、桃树脂提取物、银毛椴提取物、桃核仁提取物、多肽、维生素B5相互配合具有良好的渗透吸收作用,使得有效成分不易受到保湿成分阻碍而受影响,从而使眼霜具有良好的修复抚平静态眼纹的效果。
具体实施方式
以下为本申请的技术方案作进一步的详细说明。
制备例
一种西藏越桔发酵产物,其制备方法如下:
S1、活化菌剂:称取葡萄糖20g、牛肉膏10g、酵母膏5g、乙酸钠5g、磷酸氢二钾2g、柠檬酸氢二胺2g、硫酸镁0.5g、吐温80mL、蒸馏水1L,121℃高压灭菌20min,获得乳酸菌培养基,称取采购自首禾生物的干酪乳杆菌1g接种至50mL的乳酸菌培养基中,置于37℃的恒温培养箱中培养,稀释传代两次,离心后取沉淀菌体,用生理盐水清洗两次,并稀释至菌体浓度为3×106CFU/mL,获得活化干酪乳杆菌种;称取葡萄糖20g、蛋白胨20g、酵母膏10g、氯化钠10g、氯化钾0.05g、硫酸亚铁0.001g、蒸馏水1L,121℃高压灭菌20min,获得酵母菌培养基,称取采购自瑞楚生物的球拟酵母菌0.5g接种至50mL的酵母菌培养基中,置于30℃培养,稀释传代两次,离心后取沉淀菌体,用生理盐水清洗两次,并稀释至菌体浓度为3×106CFU/mL,获得活化球拟酵母菌种;
S2、原料准备:挑选新鲜的产自中国西藏南部的西藏越桔,经过清洗沥干后,将西藏越桔与去离子水按1:2的质量比混合并打碎成果浆;
S3、接种发酵:称取搅拌均匀的果浆5kg投加于发酵罐中,投加25g的活化干酪乳杆菌种,以32±2℃下发酵72h,再投加10g的活化球拟酵母菌种继续发酵72h,对发酵物过滤200目筛网,取发酵液经过灭菌、减压浓缩,得到密度为2.02g/mL的西藏越桔发酵产物。

S2、投入1.5kg实施例2制得的抗衰除皱组合物、400g的丙烯酸类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、300g的透明质酸钠以及295g去离子水,以75±2℃、600rpm搅拌分散30min;
S3、停止加热并搅拌冷却至30±2℃,投入5g的三乙醇胺、15g的羟苯甲酯、10g的苯氧乙醇,继续以600rpm搅拌5min,出料即得。

一种修复眼霜,其制备方法如下:
S1、称取50g的硬脂醇聚醚-20、100g的聚山梨醇酯-20、300g的丙烯酸类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、25g的黄原胶以及2kg的去离子水投入乳化锅中,以75±2℃、1200rpm乳化15min;
S2、投入1.5kg实施例4制得的抗衰除皱组合物、400g的脱水木糖醇、300g的透明质酸钠以及295g去离子水,以75±2℃、600rpm搅拌分散30min;
S3、停止加热并搅拌冷却至30±2℃,投入5g的三乙醇胺、15g的羟苯甲酯、10g的苯氧乙醇,继续以600rpm搅拌5min,出料即得。
实施例9
一种修复眼霜,其制备方法如下:
S1、称取100g的硬脂醇聚醚-20、50g的聚山梨醇酯-20、300g的丙烯酸类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、12.5g的黄原胶、12.5g的卡波姆以及2kg的去离子水投入乳化锅中,以75±2℃、1200rpm乳化15min;
S2、投入1.35kg实施例1制得的抗衰除皱组合物、400g的脱水木糖醇、300g的透明质酸钠以及445g去离子水,以75±2℃、600rpm搅拌分散30min;
S3、停止加热并搅拌冷却至30±2℃,投入5g的三乙醇胺、15g的羟苯甲酯、10g的苯氧乙醇,继续以600rpm搅拌5min,出料即得。
实施例10
一种修复眼霜,其制备方法如下:
S1、称取150g的硬脂醇聚醚-20、100g的聚山梨醇酯-20、600g的丙烯酸类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、25g的黄原胶、25g的卡波姆以及2.3kg的去离子水投入乳化锅中,以75±2℃、1200rpm乳化15min;
S2、投入0.5kg实施例1制得的抗衰除皱组合物、400g的脱水木糖醇、500g的透明质酸钠以及370g去离子水,以75±2℃、600rpm搅拌分散30min;
S3、停止加热并搅拌冷却至30±2℃,投入5g的三乙醇胺、15g的羟苯甲酯、10g的苯氧乙醇,继续以600rpm搅拌5min,出料即得。
性能检测试验
1.检测样品:
1.1.实验组样品:以实施例5-10制得的修复眼霜作为实验组样品1-6;
1.2.对照组样品:
对照组样品1:配置抗衰除皱对照组合物1,抗衰除皱对照组合物1的配方中不含西藏越桔发酵产物,其余成分与实施例1的相同,将抗衰除皱对照组合物1以实施例5的眼霜配方替换抗衰除皱组合物进行添加,制得的眼霜作为对照组样品1;
对照组样品2:配置抗衰除皱对照组合物2,抗衰除皱对照组合物2的配方中不含替换桃树酯提取物、银毛椴提取物以及核桃仁提取物,其余成分与实施例1的相同,将抗衰除皱对照组合物2以实施例5的眼霜配方替换抗衰除皱组合物进行添加,制得的眼霜作为对照组样品2;
对照组样品3:配置抗衰除皱对照组合物3,抗衰除皱对照组合物3的配方中不含生物素酰三肽-1、棕榈酰四肽-3、乙酰基六肽-8,其余成分与实施例1的相同,将抗衰除皱对照组合物3以实施例5的眼霜配方替换抗衰除皱组合物进行添加,制得的眼霜作为对照组样品3。
2.检测项目:
2.1.角质层含水量:采用Moisture Meter-SC对受试者进行眼周皮肤角质层含水量的检测,检测前进行温和的面部皮肤清洁处理;
2.2.油脂含量:采用Sebumeter-SM对受试者进行眼周皮肤油脂含量的检测,检测前进行温和的面部皮肤清洁处理;
2.3.皱纹情况:采用Canfield Visia-CR对受试者进行面部图像拍摄并分析皱纹情况,受试者素养拍摄,且拍摄时受试者表情自然放松,减少动态纹对结果造成的影响。
3.受试对象:
受试者年龄在40~60岁之间,男女不限,受试前1个月以及受试期间停止使用抗衰祛皱功效的产品或医疗美容项目,仅保持以往使用的保湿护肤品以及护肤流程,受试者每天涂抹两次样品,分别在早上与晚上完成面部清洁后进行涂抹,双眼皮肤涂抹量约为黄豆大小的样品,受试者在使用样品前、使用第10天、第30天、第90天进行以上项目的检测。各组试样的受试者在10人以上。
4.检测结果:
以受试者使用样品前当天的检测值作为初始值0,记录受试者使用后检测值与初始值之差,并计算同组受试者的检测差值平均数作为结果,检测结果见下表。
从各项检测结果可以看出,采用含有西藏越桔发酵产物、桃树脂提取物、银毛椴提取物、桃核仁提取物、多肽、维生素B5成分的修复眼霜对于眼纹的抚平修复效果出色,在使用3个月后受试者眼周皮肤更加莹润饱满,干纹明显消除,皱纹减少程度能够达到15%以上,眼纹数量以及眼纹深度有了明显的改善。
结合对照样品1-3的检测结果进行对比分析,西藏越桔发酵产物、桃树脂提取物、银毛椴提取物、桃核仁提取物、生物素酰三肽-1、棕榈酰四肽-3、乙酰基六肽-8共同投加具有相互协同的效果,各自的抗衰祛皱功效更加卓越,对于眼周皮肤具有更好的渗透吸收效果,是使得眼霜具备优异眼纹修复效果的核心所在。另外,从实验组样品3-4的检测结果可以看出,生物素酰三肽-1用量占抗衰祛皱组分的在1~2%时,能够使各组分更好地渗透吸收于皮肤中,不易造成眼霜吸收不充分而过于油腻的问题,具有促进抗衰有效成分更好地发挥其功效的作用。

Claims (10)
1.一种抗衰祛皱组合物,其特征在于,包括以下百分含量的原料:
西藏越桔发酵产物……8~12%、
多肽……15~20%、
桃树脂提取物……5~7%、
银毛椴提取物……8~12%、
桃核仁提取物……2~4%、
维生素B5……12~13%、余量为溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗衰祛皱组合物,其特征在于,所述西藏越桔发酵产物的制备方法如下:将西藏越桔与去离子水按1:2质量比混合并打碎成果浆,往果浆中接种活化的乳酸菌,乳酸菌接种量为果浆质量的0.5%,以32±2℃下发酵72h,再接种活化的酵母菌继续发酵72h,酵母菌的接种量为果浆质量的0.2%,将过滤的发酵液纯化至密度为 2.0±0.05g/mL,获得西藏越桔发酵产物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗衰祛皱组合物,其特征在于,所述乳酸菌为干酪乳杆菌,所述酵母菌为球拟酵母菌。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗衰祛皱组合物,其特征在于,所述多肽包括生物素酰三肽-1、棕榈酰四肽-3、乙酰基六肽-8的一种或多种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗衰祛皱组合物,其特征在于,包括以下百分含量的原料:
西藏越桔发酵产物……8~12%、
生物素酰三肽-1……1~2%、
棕榈酰四肽-3……6~9%、
乙酰基六肽-8……8~10%、
桃树脂提取物……5~7%、
银毛椴提取物……8~12%、
桃核仁提取物……2~4%、
维生素B5……12~13%,余量为溶剂。
6.一种修复眼霜,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分含量的原料制成:乳化剂3~5%、增稠剂0.5~1%、保湿剂20~30%、pH调节剂0.1%、防腐剂0.5%、权利要求1-5任一项所述的抗衰除皱组合物10~30%,余量为去离子水。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种修复眼霜,其特征在于,所述抗衰除皱组合物的质量百分含量为27%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种修复眼霜,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为脱水木糖醇、丙烯酸类/C10-30 烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、透明质酸钠的一种或多种的组合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种修复眼霜,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为卡波姆、黄原胶的一种或多种的组合。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种修复眼霜,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为硬脂醇聚醚-20、聚山梨醇酯-20的一种或多种的组合。
