Description

Body cream with marshmallow texture and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to cotton candy body cream and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The body cream is a cream type body cream, is mainly used for skin care after bath, and gives soft, fresh and silky general skin feel to the skin, and moisturizes, perfume and nourishes the skin. The oil content is generally greater than that of emulsion body lotions, and the degree of moisturization or freshness when applied to the body is largely dependent on the added oil content and oil type. Body creams on the market in China are mostly made into products which are moist and have high oil content compared with body milk.
The structure of body creams can be divided into oil-in-water and water-in-oil, wherein water-in-oil body creams are softer and more moist when applied because of the generally higher oil content than oil-in-water body creams. Water-in-oil body creams that break emulsion when applied are referred to in the market as "cold creams". The cold cream can be spread on the skin to separate out water, and the water evaporates to absorb heat, so that the cold cream is named as cold cream. The cold cream integrates cooling, refreshing, moistening and softening, and is suitable for people in most areas of China. However, cold creams also have their disadvantages: because of the water-in-oil structure, the technology is more complex, the time and energy consumption are long in practical production.
The oil-in-water production process is relatively simple, short in time consumption and low in energy consumption. The body cream can also have a moistening effect by adding a large amount of oil, and most of the oil-in-water body cream which can demulsify is made into massage cream for massage in domestic market, and the oil can be separated out when the massage cream is smeared, so that the skin can be moistened and lubricated.
However, there is no body cream which can separate oil and water simultaneously, soften and lubricate skin and simultaneously bring cool feeling to skin by evaporating water in the domestic market.
The appearance and texture of the body cream can be made into various forms, and the body cream which simulates the appearance and texture of food, such as ice cream, mashed potato and the like, is available on the market. The product with special appearance can attract eyeballs of users, and the product with special skin feel can bring special front use feelings to users such as general feel and the like.
Therefore, how to provide a body with special appearance, which can separate oil and water at the same time, is a problem to be solved at present.

The body cream provided by the invention has cotton candy texture, and can separate water and oil simultaneously for the following reasons:
on the components, the emollient with specific component proportion is added to enable the body cream to crystallize and solidify in the cooling process, and the melting point is near the temperature of the human body; the addition of a thickener in a specific component ratio can give the body cream a texture that is elastic and rough, like marshmallow. Meanwhile, the body cream has the appearance, elasticity and melting sense of marshmallow by adding the emollient and the thickener in specific component proportions.
The emulsifier and the emollient agent with specific component proportions are added, so that the internal phase (oil content small liquid beads) in the body cream emulsion has larger specific surface area, and the interfacial film between the internal phase and the external phase can be damaged due to the action of external force in the process of applying the body cream, thereby separating oil content.
In the process, the sodium polyacrylate grafted starch in the thickener and part of solvent are mixed uniformly in advance, and then added when the temperature is reduced to 45-55 ℃, so that the viscosity of a material body is not excessively high during high-temperature homogenization, the energy consumption of a machine is reduced, and a uniform and fine emulsion body is easier to obtain; the sodium polyacrylate grafted starch swells in water, the sodium polyacrylate grafted starch fully absorbed with water is spherical, and the sodium polyacrylate grafted starch dispersoid is added after the temperature is reduced, so that the homogenization process is avoided, the spherical state is prevented from being damaged by homogenization shearing, and the particle size is reduced. The sodium polyacrylate grafted starch water absorbing sphere can separate out water when the body cream is applied with external force such as pressing. The process ensures that the emulsion simultaneously comprises oil liquid beads with large specific surface area and sodium polyacrylate grafted starch water-absorbing spheroids with large particle size, so that the body cream prepared by the invention can simultaneously separate water and oil.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides the use of a cotton candy textured body cream according to the first aspect for the preparation of a skin moisturizing product.

After the volunteer has washed the bath, the rate is 2mg/cm 2 Weighing body cream, and uniformly applying to test areaIn the field, the composition was used once every night after bathing, for 30 days, and was used for a period of 30 days by a skin moisture tester Corneometer CM825 (Courage&Khazaka, germany) to determine skin moisture content of volunteers before and after use;
skin moisture content of each test area of each subject was tested three times before use and 30 days after continuous use, each data was tested, after taking the average, each group of averages was calculated, one after the decimal point was reserved, and the skin moisture content change rate was calculated according to the following formula:
forearm inner skin horny layer water content change rate (%) = [ forearm inner skin horny layer water content after 30 days of use-forearm inner skin horny layer water content of use ]/forearm inner skin horny layer water content of use ];
the test results are shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1
/>
As can be seen from the data in table 1, the marshmallow texture body cream provided by the present invention has excellent moisturizing properties.
From a comparison of example 1 and examples 4-9, it is clear that the selection of emollients affects the moisturizing effect of body creams.
As is clear from the comparison of example 1 and examples 10-14, the present invention hydrolyzes sodium hyaluronate, butanediol, glycerol, 1, 2-pentanediol, erythritol and 1, 2-hexanediol to cooperate with each other to synergistically enhance the moisturizing effect of body cream.
As can be seen from the comparison of the examples 1 and 15-16, the sodium polyacrylate grafted starch in the thickener and a part of solvent are mixed uniformly in advance, and then added when the temperature is reduced to 45-55 ℃, so that the sodium polyacrylate grafted starch can absorb water to expand and the sodium polyacrylate grafted starch which is fully absorbed with water takes the shape of a sphere; the sodium polyacrylate grafted starch dispersoid is added after the temperature is reduced, so that the homogenization process is avoided, the spherical state is prevented from being damaged by homogenizing shearing, and the particle size is reduced. The sodium polyacrylate grafted starch water absorbing sphere can separate out water when the body cream is applied with external force such as pressing. The process ensures that the emulsion contains oil liquid beads with large specific surface area and sodium polyacrylate grafted starch water-absorbing spheroids with large particle size at the same time, thereby improving the moisturizing effect of the body cream.
