After the paper tape is used for bonding and sealing the smoke tube, the heating module can continuously dry the paper tape and the viscose (sealing glue), so that the paper tape and the viscose are ensured to be dried when the cutter is used for sealing, and the bonding and sealing quality and the cutting and sealing quality of the smoke tube are ensured.
This application tobacco pipe closing device still includes: a feeding single piece and a discharging single piece; the feeding single piece comprises a first power module and a smoke pipe input wheel 5 arranged on an output shaft of the first power module; the smoke tube input wheel is bonded with the smoke tube, and the smoke tube is input to the smoke tube fixing seat under the driving of the first power module; the discharging single piece comprises a second power module and a smoke pipe output wheel 6 arranged on an output shaft of the second power module; the smoke tube output wheel is bonded with the sealed smoke tube, and the sealed smoke tube is output to the next working procedure area under the driving of the second power module. In this embodiment, the first power module and the second power module are both servo motor driving modules; through the material loading singlepiece and the ejection of compact singlepiece of arranging, realized the automatic feeding and the automatic unloading of tobacco pipe, effectively promote closing device's production efficiency.
Preferably, the feeding single piece, the pushing mechanism, the heating module, the cutter assembly and the discharging single piece are all located in the interval from the sealing start point to the sealing end point of the annular track; make the material loading of tobacco pipe, the paper tape of tobacco pipe seal, the paper tape is dried and the cutting of tobacco pipe seals and all accomplish in circular orbit's straight line section track, and straight line section track does benefit to the butt joint cooperation of each part, changes the whole tobacco pipe of accuse control and seals the operation, also does benefit to the later maintenance of each part and overhauls.
The application is a work embodiment of tobacco pipe closing device:
referring to fig. 3, in an initial state, the top plate of the smoke tube fixing seat at the position of Z is controlled at the leftmost side of the base, a smoke tube input wheel can be used for feeding the smoke tube, the smoke tube input wheel conveys the smoke tube coated with sealing glue into a first arc smoke groove of the base, the cutter sliding block is controlled at the right side of the base by a third return spring, and at the moment, the paper tape is not in contact with the sealing end at the rightmost side of the smoke tube.
As shown in fig. 4, when the smoke tube fixing seat and the smoke tube move to the Y position, the second cam drives the top plate to move rightwards, and the right end surface of the top plate is flush with the right end surface of the base and the sealing end of the smoke tube; the third cam drives the cutter on the cutter sliding block to move leftwards, and the circular cutter on the cutter sliding block pushes the paper tape leftwards to be attached to the right end (sealing end) of the smoke pipe. A push rod of the pushing mechanism applies a rightward acting force to the smoke tube under the action of a first spring, and the smoke tube and the paper tape are further compacted together; the heating module heats up and transfers heat to the cutter, the cutter transfers heat to the sealing end of the smoke tube, and the paper tape and the sealing glue are dried.
As shown in fig. 5, when the smoke tube fixing seat and the smoke tube move to the position X, the third cam further pushes the cutter slider to move leftwards, the circular cutter on the cutter slider interacts with the circular smoke groove formed by combining the top plate and the right end of the base to punch the paper tape into a circular shape, and the size of the circular paper tape is matched with the diameter of the smoke tube; at the moment, the paper tape and the smoke tube both move leftwards and push the push rod to move leftwards.
The smoke tube fixing seat and the smoke tube continuously move forwards to the position W, the third cam is separated from the cutter sliding block, and the cutter sliding block returns to the initial position rightwards under the action of the third return spring. The second cam is separated from the top plate, and the top plate returns to the initial position leftwards under the action of the second return spring to leave the position of the smoke tube output wheel. The push rod is moved rightwards under the action of the first spring to push the sealed smoke tube to return to the initial position. The smoke tube output wheel outputs the smoke tube which is sealed on the base to the subsequent working procedure.
It should be noted that, the paper tape conveying mechanism and the heating module of the device of the present application are prior art devices; the smoke tube is bonded with glue, and the smoke tube is bonded with the smoke tube input wheel and/or the smoke tube output wheel through the bonding effect of the glue, so that the automatic feeding and the automatic discharging of the smoke tube are realized.
The previous description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present invention. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, the present invention is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown herein but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.
Claims (19)
1. A smoke tube sealing device is characterized by comprising:
the smoke pipe conveying mechanism is provided with a smoke groove for placing a smoke pipe and can drive the smoke pipe to move along the annular track;
the paper tape conveying mechanism can drive the paper tape to convey and move so that the paper tape is positioned on the side of the end head of the smoke pipe;
and the cutter component acts on the paper tape to enable the paper tape to be attached to the end of the smoke pipe and cuts the paper tape.
2. The smoke tube sealing apparatus of claim 1,
the tobacco pipe conveying mechanism comprises:
the annular rail and can follow the gliding tobacco pipe fixing base of annular rail, be equipped with on the tobacco pipe fixing base the cigarette groove.
3. The smoke tube sealing apparatus of claim 2,
the annular track comprises a linear interval track, and the linear interval track is provided with a sealing start point and a sealing end point; and the smoke pipe on the smoke pipe fixing seat finishes the sealing of the smoke pipe from the sealing starting point to the sealing finishing point.
4. The smoke tube sealing apparatus of claim 3,
the number of the smoke tube fixing seats is two or more, and the smoke tube fixing seats are uniformly distributed on the annular track.
5. The smoke tube sealing device of claim 4, wherein the circular track is a magnetic suspension track, and the smoke tube fixing seat on the magnetic suspension track slides in a magnetic suspension manner.
6. The smoke tube sealing apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising a pushing mechanism for pushing the smoke tube such that the sealed end of the smoke tube adheres to the paper strip.
7. The smoke tube sealing apparatus of claim 6 wherein said pushing mechanism comprises: the push rod and the first driving module are connected;
the push rod is located on one side of the smoke groove of the smoke tube fixing seat, and the first driving module pushes the push rod to abut against one end of the smoke tube, so that the push rod pushes the sealing end of the smoke tube to be bonded with the paper tape.
8. The smoke tube sealing device of claim 7, wherein the first driving module is a first cylinder or a first air cylinder, and the push rod is connected to an output piston rod end of the first cylinder or the first air cylinder;
or, the first driving module includes:
a first driving member;
the first cam is connected to the output end of the first driving piece, and the first driving piece is used for driving the first cam to rotate, so that the first cam is abutted to the push rod, and the push rod is pushed to move.
9. The smoke tube sealing device of claim 8 wherein the push rod is sleeved with a first return spring, the first return spring being used to return the push rod.
10. The smoke tube sealing apparatus of claim 6,
the tobacco pipe fixing base includes:
the bottom of the base is provided with a sliding groove matched with the annular track, and the top of the base is provided with a first arc smoke groove;
the top plate is provided with a second arc smoke groove and can be arranged on one side of the top of the base in a sliding manner; the first arc smoke groove and the second arc smoke groove are correspondingly arranged to form a complete round smoke groove;
the push mechanism comprises:
the push rod is positioned on one side of the first arc smoke groove of the smoke tube fixing seat, and a first spring is sleeved on the push rod and used for applying elastic force to drive the push rod to move;
the second driving module is connected with the top plate and drives the top plate to slide along the top of the base, so that the second arc smoke groove corresponds to the first arc smoke groove in which the smoke pipe is placed.
11. The smoke tube sealing device of claim 10, wherein the second driving module is a second cylinder or a second air cylinder, and the top plate is connected to an output piston rod end of the second cylinder or the second air cylinder;
or, the second driving module includes:
a second driving member;
and the second cam is connected to the output end of the second driving piece, and the second driving piece is used for driving the second cam to rotate, so that the second cam is abutted against the top plate to push the top plate to move.
12. The smoke tube sealing apparatus of claim 11 comprising: and the second return spring is acted on the top plate, so that the top plate has a second return spring for offsetting part of the driving force of the second driving piece, and the second return spring is used for returning the top plate.
13. The smoke tube sealing apparatus of any one of claims 1-5 and 7-12, wherein the paper tape feeding mechanism comprises: the paper tape paying-off reel, the paper tape guide wheel and the paper tape taking-up reel are arranged on the paper tape paying-off reel;
the paper tape is arranged on the paper tape pay-off reel, and one end of the paper tape bypasses the paper tape guide wheel to be connected with the paper tape take-up reel; the paper tape paying-off reel rotates to convey a paper tape, the paper tape guide wheel is used for conveying and guiding the paper tape, and the paper tape taking-up reel rotates to take up the paper tape.
14. The smoke tube sealing apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 5, 7 to 12,
the cutter assembly includes:
a third driving module; and the number of the first and second groups,
the third driving module is used for driving the cutter to act on the paper tape so that the paper tape is bonded to the sealing end of the smoke tube, and the cutter is driven to cut, bond and seal the paper tape on the periphery side of the smoke tube.
15. The smoke tube sealing apparatus of claim 14,
the third driving module is a third oil cylinder or a third air cylinder, and the cutter is connected to the end of an output piston rod of the third oil cylinder or the third air cylinder;
or, the third driving module includes:
a third driving member;
and the third driving piece is used for driving the third cam to rotate, so that the third cam is abutted to the cutter to push the cutter to move.
16. The smoke tube sealing apparatus of claim 15,
the cutter resetting mechanism comprises a third reset spring, wherein the third reset spring is sleeved on the connecting end of the cutter and used for resetting the cutter.
17. The smoke tube sealing device of any one of claims 7 to 12 and 15 to 16, further comprising a heating module, wherein the heating module is arranged above the cutter assembly along the circular track and is in contact connection with the cutter of the cutter assembly, and the heating module is used for drying the paper tape adhered to the sealed end of the smoke tube.
18. The smoke tube sealing apparatus of claim 18 comprising: a feeding single piece and a discharging single piece;
the feeding single piece comprises a first power module and a smoke pipe input wheel arranged on an output shaft of the first power module; the smoke tube input wheel is bonded with the smoke tube, and the smoke tube is input to the smoke tube fixing seat under the driving of the first power module;
the discharging single piece comprises a second power module and a smoke pipe output wheel arranged on an output shaft of the second power module; the smoke tube output wheel is bonded with the sealed smoke tube, and the sealed smoke tube is output to the next working procedure area under the driving of the second power module.
19. The smoke tube sealing device of claim 18 wherein the feeding unit, the pushing mechanism, the heating module, the cutter assembly and the discharging unit are located between the sealing start point and the sealing end point of the circular track.
