Abstract
一种电化学泵以及递送装置。电化学泵(10)包括基板(11)、电极(12a,12b)、坝体(13)以及控制电路(15),其中控制电路(15)以一脉冲讯号在电极(12a,12b)的表面选择性启动一电化学反应,且脉冲讯号中的一致能脉冲(P1)包含多个子致能脉冲(P2);电化学泵(10)还包含绝缘层(121),覆盖于电极(12a,12b)边缘,并曝露部分电极(12a,12b)。电化学泵采用复合式脉冲来间歇性启动电化学反应,可有效节省电源进而延长电化学泵的使用时间;以绝缘层覆盖电极边缘的方式增加电极及基板间的结合强度,避免电极脱层。
