Abstract
本发明公开了一种PVC地胶基层地面开裂修补工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、将基层地面开裂区域的PVC地胶揭开;S2、将基层地面开裂区域的可修补缝隙用切割机沿着缝隙长度方向切割,切割后可修补缝隙的宽度等于切割片宽度,铲除可修补缝隙两侧的找平层,将修补剂填入可修补缝隙中;S3、在可修补缝隙两侧被铲除找平层的区域,使用水泥基自流平砂浆进行找平施工;S4、将被揭开的PVC地胶铺回基层地面开裂区域。本发明相较于现有技术,只在基层地面开裂区域进行作业,不影响交叉作业,降低修补作业的人工成本和材料成本,且修补效果好,避免日后出现开裂。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于PVC地胶地面施工领域,尤其涉及一种PVC地胶基层地面开裂修补工艺。
背景技术
地面缝隙分为可修补和不可修补两类。可修补的缝隙包括:切割缝、施工流水缝、干缩裂缝等。不可修补的缝隙包括:建筑结构缝(建筑结构断开)、找平层变形缝、边缝等。PVC地胶基层(C20细石混凝土)地面存在开裂现象,会导致PVC地胶鼓包。
对于PVC地胶基层地面上可修补的缝隙,通常会进行修补,以解决PVC地胶鼓包的问题。现有技术中进行修补时,通常采用更换原始地胶,对缝隙区域开凿缺口,用水泥砂浆直接灌注、硬化抹平,之后在其表面施工一道水泥基自流平。但是上述修补方式的人工成本和材料成本高,施工周期长,且日后还是会出现开裂,修补效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种PVC地胶基层地面开裂修补工艺,只在基层地面开裂区域进行作业,不影响交叉作业,降低修补作业的人工成本和材料成本,且修补效果好,避免日后出现开裂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种PVC地胶基层地面开裂修补工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将基层地面开裂区域的PVC地胶揭开;
S2、将基层地面开裂区域的可修补缝隙用切割机沿着缝隙长度方向切割,切割后可修补缝隙的宽度等于切割片宽度,铲除可修补缝隙两侧的找平层,将修补剂填入可修补缝隙中;
S3、在可修补缝隙两侧被铲除找平层的区域,使用水泥基自流平砂浆进行找平施工;
S4、将被揭开的PVC地胶铺回基层地面开裂区域。

在步骤S1中,如基层地面开裂区域的PVC地胶损坏,则将该区域PVC地胶呈条形或块状裁割,更换新的PVC地胶。

在步骤S2中,可修补缝隙包括细小缝隙和宽缝隙,细小缝隙的缝隙宽度为0.1-0.5mm,宽缝隙的缝隙宽度为0.5-2mm。

1、本发明中,修补PVC地胶基层地面上可修补的缝隙时,只将基层地面开裂区域的PVC地胶揭开进行修补,不影响交叉作业,且修补、找平面积小,不更换地胶,除非基层地面开裂区域的PVC地胶损坏,则将该区域PVC地胶呈条形或块状裁割,以更换新的PVC地胶,降低修补作业的人工成本和材料成本。
2、本发明中,针对基层地面上不同宽度的缝隙,采用不同的修补方式,修补质量佳,避免日后出现开裂。

实施例1
一种PVC地胶基层地面开裂修补工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将基层地面开裂区域的PVC地胶揭开;
S2、将基层地面开裂区域的可修补缝隙1用切割机沿着缝隙长度方向切割,切割后可修补缝隙1的宽度等于切割片宽度,可修补缝隙1为细小缝隙(宽度为0.1-0.5mm)时,在铲除可修补缝隙1两侧的找平层后,使用修补剂对细小缝隙进行填补找平,修补剂的组分包括水泥砂浆和902建筑胶水,相较于单纯的水泥砂浆填充,有效保证修补效果,防止后期开裂;
S3、等到填补部位的强度等级达到设计及施工要求之后,在可修补缝隙1两侧被铲除找平层的区域,使用水泥基自流平砂浆进行找平施工,修补剂中水泥砂浆的强度等级高于原找平层中水泥砂浆的强度等级,充分保证修补效果;
S4、将被揭开的PVC地胶铺回基层地面开裂区域。
在步骤S1中,如基层地面开裂区域的PVC地胶损坏,则将该区域PVC地胶呈条形或块状裁割,更换新的PVC地胶,减少更换成本。
在步骤S2中,可修补缝隙1的切割缝深度为2-3cm。切割深度具体参考基层地面中找平层的厚度,深度为找平层的一半左右。
在步骤S3中,找平层施工时,地面标高冲筋在制作完成之后3天内对地面进行浇筑,时间上不宜隔断太长,否则就要对冲筋进行充分浇水湿润。找平层浇筑完成之后,在等到地面强度达到1.2Mpa之后方可上人。对地面及时进行薄膜覆盖养护,且不少于7天。
实施例2
一种PVC地胶基层地面开裂修补工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将基层地面开裂区域的PVC地胶揭开;
S2、将基层地面开裂区域的可修补缝隙1用切割机沿着缝隙长度方向切割,切割后可修补缝隙1的宽度等于切割片宽度,可修补缝隙1为宽缝隙(宽度为0.5-2mm)时,沿着宽缝隙的长度方向切割若干条短缝隙11,短缝隙11与宽缝隙交叉,短缝隙11的长度为10~15厘米,用毛刷将短缝隙11内灰尘清理干净,在短缝隙11内放入抗裂波纹钢片2,之后铲除宽缝隙和短缝隙11两侧找平层后,向宽缝隙及短缝隙11内填入修补剂,修补剂为环氧树脂流体,有效填充短缝隙11与宽缝隙,保证修补效果,保证填充材料(抗裂波纹钢片2+环氧树脂流体)的抗压和抗拉效果,防止可修补缝隙1处在修补后出现开裂;
S3、环氧树脂流体填入1~2小时后,在可修补缝隙1两侧被铲除找平层的区域,使用水泥基自流平砂浆进行找平施工;
S4、将被揭开的PVC地胶铺回基层地面开裂区域。
在步骤S2中,切割短缝隙11时,相邻两个短缝隙11呈“八”字形排布,参见图2,使得抗裂波纹钢片2(相较于宽缝隙)倾斜布置,提高修补材料的抗压和抗拉效果,防止可修补缝隙1处在修补后出现开裂。
在步骤S2中,向宽缝隙及短缝隙11内填入修补剂后,立即在表面抛洒砂石,砂石为粗石英砂或者中粗砂,增加环氧树脂流体表面与后续找平施工时水泥基自流平砂浆的粘接强度。
在步骤S1中,如基层地面开裂区域的PVC地胶损坏,则将该区域PVC地胶呈条形或块状裁割,更换新的PVC地胶,减少更换成本。
在步骤S2中,可修补缝隙1的切割缝深度为2-3cm。切割深度具体参考基层地面中找平层的厚度,深度为找平层的一半左右。

1.一种PVC地胶基层地面开裂修补工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将基层地面开裂区域的PVC地胶揭开;
S2、将基层地面开裂区域的可修补缝隙(1)用切割机沿着缝隙长度方向切割,切割后可修补缝隙(1)的宽度等于切割片宽度,铲除可修补缝隙(1)两侧的找平层,将修补剂填入可修补缝隙(1)中;
S3、在可修补缝隙(1)两侧被铲除找平层的区域,使用水泥基自流平砂浆进行找平施工;
S4、将被揭开的PVC地胶铺回基层地面开裂区域。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC地胶基层地面开裂修补工艺,其特征在于,在所述步骤S1中,如基层地面开裂区域的PVC地胶损坏,则将该区域PVC地胶呈条形或块状裁割,更换新的PVC地胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC地胶基层地面开裂修补工艺,其特征在于,在所述步骤S2中,可修补缝隙(1)包括细小缝隙和宽缝隙,细小缝隙的缝隙宽度为0.1-0.5mm,宽缝隙的缝隙宽度为0.5-2mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种PVC地胶基层地面开裂修补工艺,其特征在于,在所述步骤S2中,可修补缝隙(1)的切割深度为2-3cm。

7.根据权利要求6所述的一种PVC地胶基层地面开裂修补工艺,其特征在于,在所述步骤S2中,切割短缝隙(11)时,相邻两个短缝隙(11)呈“八”字形排布。
