1. A stacking and packaging system for wood floors is characterized by comprising a stacking device, a grabbing device and a turnover device,
the stacking device comprises a plate feeding conveyor (1), a stacking conveyor (2), a pair of stacking lifting cylinders (3), a limiting support frame (4) and a group of limiting baffles (5),
the plate conveying conveyor (1) and the stacking conveyor (2) are sequentially arranged and installed on the horizontal ground, the inlet end of the stacking conveyor (2) is positioned below one side of the outlet end of the plate conveying conveyor (1), a pair of stacking lifting cylinders (3) are symmetrically arranged and installed on a rack of the stacking conveyor (2), a supporting plate (6) is arranged at the end part of a piston rod of each stacking lifting cylinder (3), a limiting support frame (4) is installed on the horizontal ground, the limiting support frame (4) is positioned above the stacking conveyor (2), a group of limiting baffles (5) are sequentially arranged and installed on the side wall of the limiting support frame (4) through baffle support rods, and a floor stacking area is formed between the side wall of the limiting baffle (5) and the top surface of the supporting plate (6);
the grabbing device comprises a transfer conveyor (10), a slipway supporting frame (11) and grabbing components,
the transfer conveyor (10) and the sliding table supporting frame (11) are respectively arranged on the horizontal ground,
the grabbing component comprises a sliding table (12), a pair of beam lifting cylinders (13), a beam (14) and a pair of floor grabbing cylinders (15),
the sliding table (12) is arranged on the sliding table supporting frame (11), the sliding table (12) is positioned above the transfer conveyor (10), a pair of beam lifting cylinders (13) are symmetrically and vertically arranged at the bottom of the sliding block of the sliding table (12), the beams (14) are arranged at the end parts of piston rods of the pair of beam lifting cylinders (13), cylinder mounting seats are respectively arranged at the bottoms of two ends of the beams (14), a pair of floor grabbing cylinders (15) are horizontally arranged on the cylinder mounting seats of the corresponding beams (14) in a mirror image distribution manner, the end parts of the piston rods of the floor grabbing cylinders (15) are provided with floor clamping plates (16) with L-shaped cross sections, and a floor accommodating area is formed between the pair of L-shaped floor clamping plates (16);
the folding device comprises a roller conveyor (20), a carton placing platform (21), a carton adsorption assembly and a pair of carton folding assemblies,
the carton placing platform (21) is positioned at one side of the roller conveyor (20),
the carton adsorption assembly comprises a slipway bracket (22), a sideslip slipway (23), a carton lifting cylinder (24) and a sucker mounting bracket (25),
the sliding table support (22) is positioned at one side of the carton placing platform (21), the sliding seat of the transverse sliding table (23) is arranged on the sliding table support (22), the cylinder barrel of the carton lifting cylinder (24) is vertically arranged on the sliding block of the transverse sliding table (23), a group of carton suckers (26) are sequentially arranged on the sucker mounting frame (25), the sucker mounting frame (25) is arranged at the end part of the piston rod of the carton lifting cylinder (24) and is positioned above the carton placing platform (21),
a pair of carton turndown assemblies are distributed in a mirror image,
the carton folding assembly comprises a rotating shaft (27), a group of folding plates (28), a gear rack mechanism (29) and a rack driving cylinder (30),
the two ends of the rotating shaft (27) are respectively arranged on the rack of the roller conveyor (20) through bearings and bearing seats, one end of the turnover plate (28) is provided with a connecting sleeve, one group of turnover plates (28) are sequentially arranged on the rotating shaft (27) through the connecting sleeve, a rolling gap is formed between every two adjacent rollers of the roller conveyor (20), one group of turnover plates (28) are positioned in the corresponding rolling gap, a rack guide groove is formed in the rack of the roller conveyor (20), a gear of the gear-rack mechanism (29) is arranged at one end of the rotating shaft (27), a rack of the gear-rack mechanism (29) is positioned in the rack guide groove, a rack driving cylinder (30) is arranged on the rack of the roller conveyor (20), the end part of a piston rod of the rack driving cylinder (30) is fixedly connected with the rack of the gear-rack mechanism (29), and the rack driving cylinder (30) drives the rotating shaft (27) to rotate through the gear-rack mechanism (29);
the outlet end of the stacking conveyor (2) is communicated with the inlet end of the transferring conveyor (10), and the outlet end of the transferring conveyor (10) is positioned on one side of the roller conveyor (20).

The wood floor stacking and packaging system according to claim 1, wherein the board conveying conveyor (1) and the stacking conveyor (2) are synchronous belt conveyors, the board conveying conveyor (1) is composed of an inclined conveying section and a horizontal conveying section, and the height of the horizontal conveying section is higher than that of the inclined conveying section.

8. A wood floor stacking and packaging system according to claim 1, characterized in that the beam lifting cylinder (13) and the floor gripping cylinder (15) are guiding cylinders; the transfer conveyor (10) is a synchronous belt conveyor.

A wood floor stacking and packaging system according to claim 1, characterized in that one end of the beam lifting cylinder (13) is provided with a fixing plate, and the fixing plate of the beam lifting cylinder (13) is mounted on the beam (14) through bolts; one end of the limiting cylinder (17) is provided with a fixed plate, and the fixed plate of the limiting cylinder (17) is arranged on the floor clamping plate (16) through bolts.
