随着时代的进步和社会的发展,人们对于生活质量的要求也逐渐提高,在衣食住行方面,“衣”是人们生活中极为重要的部分之一,而在衣物的制作上也有不同的布料进行区分,如传统的麻布、棉布和丝绸,或者随着现代化学行业发展而产生的涤纶、尼龙等材质,棉布是指用棉纱织成的布,是各类棉纺织品的总称,它多用来制作时装、休闲装、内衣和衬衫,它的优点是轻松保暖,柔和贴身、吸湿性、透气性甚佳,而单纯的棉布现在已经不足以满足人们生活日常的需求了,人们在需要棉布优点的同时需要其具有其他的功能,从而达到人们需要的目的,诸如具有抑菌的功能,从而抑菌棉布也因运而生,而现有的抑菌棉布使用材料较多,制作时不环保,为此我们提出了一种环保抑菌棉布及其制备工艺。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种环保抑菌棉布及其制备工艺,解决了上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种环保抑菌棉布,所述包括抑菌布、胚布、棉纤维线、碳纤维线、抑菌表层、透气孔,所述抑菌布的内部设置有胚布,所述胚布由棉纤维线和碳纤维线编织而成,所述抑菌布的内部包含两层透气布,所述透气布的外侧设置有抑菌表层。
作为本发明中进一步的,所述胚布由棉纤维线和碳纤维线分别做为经线和纬线交叉编织制成。
作为本发明中进一步的,所述透气孔呈矩形整列开设在透气布的内部,所述透气孔的直径为100μm-300μm。

S3、透气布编织:利用编织机将纯麻和桑蚕丝纤维编织成透气布;
S4、半成品布编织:利用胚布和透气布编织成半成品布;
S5、抑菌水制作:通过将银离子抗菌剂与蒸馏水先倒入搅拌筒进行混合,然后利用搅拌器完成搅拌工作,由此可以完成抑菌水的制作与准备工作;
S6、半成品布浸泡与烘干:通过将半成品布放置到桶内,然后将抑菌水完全覆盖半成品布,将抑菌水渗透至布的内部,完成浸泡附着工作,其表面会有一定的抑菌效果,接着利用热风机将浸泡完成的抑菌布进行烘干。
S7、抑菌布挤压:利用挤压辊完成对抑菌布的挤压,使其内部的材料更加的贴实,进一步提高使用效果。

其中,胚布2由棉纤维线3和碳纤维线4分别做为经线和纬线交叉编织制成,翔力碳纤维线是选用东丽或台丽T300高强碳纤维经过特殊工艺纺织而成,具有强度高、重量轻、耐热性好、热膨胀系数小等特点,可以有效的增加胚布2的耐拉扯性。
其中,透气孔6呈矩形整列开设在透气布7的内部,透气孔6的直径为100μm-300μm,可以在保证透气的前提下避免透水,提高了该环保抑菌棉布的舒适性和防水性能。
其中,抑菌布1由木棉纤维和麻纤维以3:7的比例糅合制成。

其中,所述S5、抑菌水制作中银离子抗菌剂与蒸馏水的比例为1.5:8.5,通过加入银离子抗菌剂,由于银对液体中的微生物具有吸附作用,微生物被银吸附后,起呼吸作用的酶就失去功效,微生物就会迅速死亡。银离子的杀菌能力特别强,每升水中只要含亿万分之二毫克的银离子,即可杀死水中大部分细菌。可以有效的达到抑菌杀菌效果,且可以在保证抑菌水可以达到抑菌效果的同时有效的减少成本的投入。
综上所述,该环保抑菌棉布及其制备工艺,使用时,通过利用挤压辊完成对棉纤维线和碳纤维线的挤压工作,通过利用棉纤维线和碳纤维线编织成胚布,利用编织机将纯麻和桑蚕丝纤维编织成透气布,利用胚布和透气布编织成半成品布,通过将银离子抗菌剂与蒸馏水先倒入搅拌筒进行混合,然后利用搅拌器完成搅拌工作,由此可以完成抑菌水的制作与准备工作,通过将半成品布放置到桶内,然后将抑菌水完全覆盖半成品布,将抑菌水渗透至布的内部,完成浸泡附着工作,其表面会有一定的抑菌效果,接着利用热风机将浸泡完成的抑菌布进行烘干,利用挤压辊完成对抑菌布的挤压,使其内部的材料更加的贴实,在本申请中,使用了棉纤维线和碳纤维线等材料低廉且使用材料较少的特性,可以保证棉布的使用环保程度的同时降低了一定的使用成本,相比于目前使用的抑菌棉布生产方式而言,更具有使用价值。
最后应说明的几点是:首先,在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,可以是机械连接或电连接,也可以是两个元件内部的连通,可以是直接相连,“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等仅用于表示相对位置关系,当被描述对象的绝对位置改变,则相对位置关系可能发生改变;

1.一种环保抑菌棉布,所述包括抑菌布(1)、胚布(2)、棉纤维线(3)、碳纤维线(4)、抑菌表层(5)、透气孔(6),其特征在于:所述抑菌布(1)的内部设置有胚布(2),所述胚布(2)由棉纤维线(3)和碳纤维线(4)编织而成,所述抑菌布(1)的内部包含两层透气布(7),所述透气布(7)的外侧设置有抑菌表层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保抑菌棉布,其特征在于:所述胚布(2)由棉纤维线(3)和碳纤维线(4)分别做为经线和纬线交叉编织制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保抑菌棉布,其特征在于:所述透气孔(6)呈矩形整列开设在透气布(7)的内部,所述透气孔(6)的直径为100μm-300μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保抑菌棉布,其特征在于:所述抑菌布(1)由木棉纤维和麻纤维以3:7的比例糅合制成。
5.一种环保抑菌棉布的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤;
S1、纤维线挤压:通过利用挤压辊完成对棉纤维线和碳纤维线的挤压工作;
S2、纤维线编织:通过利用棉纤维线和碳纤维线编织成胚布;
S3、透气布编织:利用编织机将纯麻和桑蚕丝纤维编织成透气布;
S4、半成品布编织:利用胚布和透气布编织成半成品布;
S5、抑菌水制作:通过将银离子抗菌剂与蒸馏水先倒入搅拌筒进行混合,然后利用搅拌器完成搅拌工作,由此可以完成抑菌水的制作与准备工作;
S6、半成品布浸泡与烘干:通过将半成品布放置到桶内,然后将抑菌水完全覆盖半成品布,将抑菌水渗透至布的内部,完成浸泡附着工作,其表面会有一定的抑菌效果,接着利用热风机将浸泡完成的抑菌布进行烘干。
S7、抑菌布挤压:利用挤压辊完成对抑菌布的挤压,使其内部的材料更加的贴实,进一步提高使用效果。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种环保抑菌棉布的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述S6、半成品布浸泡与烘干中抑菌布需要在抑菌水的内部浸泡12-14小时。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种环保抑菌棉布的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述S6、半成品布浸泡与烘干中热风机的干燥温度为30-45℃,干燥时间为4-6小时。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种环保抑菌棉布的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述S5、抑菌水制作中银离子抗菌剂与蒸馏水混合时间为10min。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种环保抑菌棉布的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述S1、纤维线挤压和S7、抑菌布挤压中挤压辊所施加压力为3.6t-4.2t。
10.根据权利要求5所述的一种环保抑菌棉布的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述S5、抑菌水制作中银离子抗菌剂与蒸馏水的比例为1.5:8.5。
