Abstract
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating or preventing peripheral facial paralysis type salivary secretion disorder, and a preparation method and application thereof. The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating or preventing peripheral facial paralysis type salivary secretion disorder, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 100 parts of giant typhonium rhizome, 10 to 100 parts of earthworm, 50 to 60 parts of fresh rehmannia root, 35 to 40 parts of dried rehmannia root, 50 to 60 parts of fructus celiac, 10 to 100 parts of American ginseng, 40 to 80 parts of pericarpium arecae and 10 to 100 parts of mint leaf. In conclusion, the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention has obvious and definite curative effect on salivary dysfunction, and particularly has obvious curative effect on symptoms of peripheral facial paralysis type salivary dysfunction.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating or preventing peripheral facial paralysis type salivary secretion disorder, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Peripheral facial paralysis, also known as Bell's palsy or facial neuritis, is peripheral facial paralysis caused by nonspecific inflammation of the facial nerve in the facial nerve tube. Peripheral facial paralysis is a common disease of the elderly, and is gradually spread and younger, saliva secretion disorder is easy to cause, and the saliva secretion disorder can affect eating and even taste of a patient, and can also harm oral safety of the patient, and oral lesions are easy to cause.
In the prior art, a traditional Chinese medicine mouthwash is provided, and the product contains borneol, star anise oil, eucalyptus oil, camphor oil, methyl salicylate, clove basil oil, peppermint oil and menthol, has the functions of sterilizing, diminishing inflammation, easing pain, refreshing breath and the like, but has no effect on peripheral facial paralysis type salivary secretion disorder.
In the prior art, the traditional Chinese medicine mouthwash also contains traditional Chinese medicine combination extracts, stevioside, tartaric acid, glycerin, sodium benzoate, menthol and the like, has the effects of diminishing inflammation, inhibiting bacteria, effectively removing food residues and soft scales left in the oral cavity, and simultaneously can quickly relieve gingival pain, but has no effect on peripheral facial paralysis type salivary secretion disorder.
The main stream mouth wash sold at present is prepared from eucalyptol, menthol, methyl salicylate, thymol, water, ethanol, sorbitol, poloxamer 407, benzoic acid, zinc chloride, sodium benzoate, sucralose, essence, saccharin sodium, blue pigment and the like, chemical agents are used in most components, long-term use is not suitable, and the product is mainly used for preventing and reducing dental stains and gingivitis and has no effect on peripheral facial paralysis type salivary secretion disorder.
In summary, the existing mouthwash products cannot treat or prevent the peripheral facial paralysis type salivary secretion disorder, so that development of a mouthwash product with the above effects is urgently needed.

Therefore, in order to overcome the problems, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating or preventing peripheral facial paralysis type salivary secretion disorder, and a preparation method and application thereof.
The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating or preventing peripheral facial paralysis type salivary secretion disorder, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 100 parts of giant typhonium rhizome, 10 to 100 parts of earthworm, 50 to 60 parts of fresh rehmannia root, 35 to 40 parts of dried rehmannia root, 50 to 60 parts of fructus celiac, 10 to 100 parts of American ginseng, 40 to 80 parts of pericarpium arecae and 10 to 100 parts of mint leaf.
Wherein rhizoma Typhonii is dry tuber of Typhonium giganteum of Araceae; pungent and warm; enter stomach and liver meridian; dispelling pathogenic wind and phlegm, arresting convulsion, removing toxic substance, resolving hard mass, and relieving pain;
the Lumbricus is dried body of Eichhornia crassipes, eichhornia crassipes or Eichhornia crassipes of Eichhornia crassipes; salty and cold; enter liver, spleen and bladder meridians; clearing heat and arresting convulsion;
radix rehmanniae is fresh or dried rhizome of radix rehmanniae belonging to Scrophulariaceae; digging in autumn, removing head, fibrous root and silt, and fresh; sweet and cold; return to heart, liver and kidney meridians; clearing heat, cooling blood, nourishing yin and promoting fluid production;
fresh rehmanniae radix is fresh or dried rhizome of rehmanniae radix of Scrophulariaceae; slowly baking until about eight times are finished; sweet, bitter and cold; return to heart, liver and kidney meridians; clearing heat, promoting fluid production, cooling blood and stopping bleeding;
fructus Chebulae of Juniperiaceae is dried young fruit of fructus Chebulae; bitter, sour, astringent and flat; lung and large intestine channels; clearing heat, promoting fluid production and detoxifying;
american ginseng is the dry root of the plant American ginseng of Araliaceae; sweet, slightly bitter and cool; return to heart, lung and kidney meridians; tonifying qi, nourishing yin, clearing heat and promoting fluid production;
the pericarpium Arecae is dried pericarp of Areca catechu of Palmae; pungent and slightly warm; spleen, stomach, large intestine and small intestine channels; move qi, relax the middle energizer, induce diuresis to alleviate edema.
Preferably, the raw materials comprise, by weight: 30 parts of giant typhonium rhizome, 20 parts of earthworm, 50-60 parts of fresh rehmannia root, 35-40 parts of dried rehamnnia root, 50-60 parts of Chinese olive, 45 parts of American ginseng, 60 parts of areca peel and 30 parts of peppermint leaf.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, which comprises the following steps:
extracting rhizoma Typhonii, lumbricus, radix rehmanniae, fructus Chebulae Immaturus, radix Panacis Quinquefolii, pericarpium Arecae, and folium Menthae with extraction solvent under reflux, concentrating the extractive solution, and sterilizing to obtain the final product.
Preferably, the giant typhonium rhizome, the earthworm, the fresh rehmannia root, the dried rehmannia root, the fructus chebulae immaturus, the American ginseng, the areca peel and the peppermint leaf are heated and reflux-extracted for 2 to 5 times by adopting an extraction solvent, the addition amount of each extraction solvent is 2 to 10 times of the total weight of the giant typhonium rhizome, the earthworm, the fresh rehmannia root, the dried rehmannia root, the fructus chebulae immaturus, the American ginseng, the areca peel and the peppermint leaf, and after the extraction is finished, the extracting solutions are combined, concentrated and sterilized to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
Preferably, the extraction time per heating reflux is 1-3 hours.
The extraction solvent is ethanol water solution; the ethanol concentration of the ethanol aqueous solution is 70-95 Vol percent.
Preferably, the extraction solvent is adopted for heating reflux extraction for 2 to 4 times, and the extraction time is 1 to 3 hours each time.
Preferably, the concentrating step concentrates the extract to an ethanol concentration of not more than 1.5Vol%.
Vol% is the volume concentration.
Preferably, the sterilization temperature is 115-130 ℃ and the sterilization time is 15-30 min.
The invention also provides a traditional Chinese medicine mouthwash for treating or preventing peripheral facial paralysis type salivary secretion disorder, which comprises the traditional Chinese medicine composition or the traditional Chinese medicine composition obtained by the preparation method.
Optionally, the composition further comprises auxiliary materials; optionally, the auxiliary material comprises at least one of glycerol and propylene glycol.

The invention takes the theory of traditional Chinese medicine as guidance, is prepared with careful prescription, and takes giant typhonium rhizome for dispelling wind phlegm, dredging meridian, removing toxin and easing pain as raw materials, and is used for treating apoplexy with phlegm obstruction, facial distortion and dysphonia; lumbricus has effects of clearing heat, calming endogenous wind, dredging meridian passage, resisting bacteria, and relieving inflammation; fresh rehmannia is sweet and slightly bitter in taste and cold in nature to clear heat and quench thirst; the radix rehmanniae can promote salivation and enhance; fructus Chebulae Immaturus is sour and astringent, has effects of clearing heat, promoting salivation, and removing toxic substances; american ginseng has the effects of tonifying qi and yin, clearing heat and promoting fluid production; the powder has obvious curative effect on peripheral facial paralysis type salivary secretion disorder, and has obvious curative effect on peripheral facial paralysis type salivary secretion disorder symptoms.

The embodiment also provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating or preventing peripheral facial paralysis type salivary secretion disorder, which comprises the following steps:
mixing rhizoma Typhonii, lumbricus, radix rehmanniae, fructus Chebulae Immaturus, radix Panacis Quinquefolii, pericarpium Arecae, and folium Menthae, reflux extracting with ethanol water solution for 3 times (each time adding 1725g ethanol water solution and each time extracting for 2 hr, wherein the ethanol water solution concentration is 95vol%, reflux extracting for 3 times, mixing the reflux extracts, and filtering; concentrating the combined reflux extraction, wherein the concentration of ethanol in the concentrated reflux extraction solution is 1.00Vol%; and sterilizing at 120deg.C for 20min to obtain the Chinese medicinal composition.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating or preventing peripheral facial paralysis type salivary secretion disorder, which comprises the following raw materials: 30g of rhizoma typhonii, 20g of earthworm, 50g of fresh rehmannia root, 35g of radix rehmanniae, 50g of fructus celiac, 45g of American ginseng, 60g of pericarpium arecae and 30g of mint leaf.
The embodiment also provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating or preventing peripheral facial paralysis type salivary secretion disorder, which comprises the following steps:
mixing rhizoma Typhonii, lumbricus, radix rehmanniae, fructus Chebulae Immaturus, radix Panacis Quinquefolii, pericarpium Arecae, and folium Menthae, reflux extracting with ethanol water solution for 3 times (1600 g each time) and 2 hr each time, wherein the ethanol water solution concentration is 95Vol%, reflux extracting for 3 times, mixing the reflux extracts, and filtering; concentrating the combined reflux extract, wherein the concentration of ethanol in the concentrated reflux extract is 1.00 Vol; and sterilizing at 120deg.C for 20min to obtain the Chinese medicinal composition.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating or preventing peripheral facial paralysis type salivary secretion disorder, which comprises the following raw materials: 30g of rhizoma typhonii, 20g of earthworm, 55g of fresh rehmannia, 38g of radix rehmanniae, 55g of fructus celiac, 45g of American ginseng, 60g of pericarpium arecae and 30g of mint leaf.
The embodiment also provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating or preventing peripheral facial paralysis type salivary secretion disorder, which comprises the following steps:
mixing rhizoma Typhonii, lumbricus, radix rehmanniae, fructus Chebulae Immaturus, radix Panacis Quinquefolii, pericarpium Arecae, and folium Menthae, extracting with ethanol water solution under reflux for 3 times (each time of 2 hr with adding 1665g ethanol water solution), mixing the extractive solutions after 3 times of reflux extraction, and filtering; concentrating the combined reflux extract, wherein the concentration of ethanol in the concentrated reflux extract is 1.00 Vol; and sterilizing at 120deg.C for 20min to obtain the Chinese medicinal composition.
Clinical observations
The traditional Chinese medicine compositions prepared in examples 1 and 2 are respectively stirred uniformly after purified water is used for fixing the volume to 500ml, so that the traditional Chinese medicine mouthwash is obtained.
8 patients with salivation disorder caused by peripheral facial paralysis are selected, and divided into two groups of 4, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine mouthwashes prepared by the traditional Chinese medicine compositions of the example 1 and the example 2 are respectively used (the traditional Chinese medicine mouthwashes prepared by the traditional Chinese medicine composition of the example 1 are used for the cases 1-4, and the traditional Chinese medicine mouthwashes prepared by the traditional Chinese medicine composition of the example 2 are used for the cases 5-8), and the using method is as follows: three times daily, each time after brushing, with 5ml of mouthwash for 2min, the clinical observations are shown in Table 1.

The traditional Chinese medicine mouthwash for treating or preventing the peripheral facial paralysis type salivary dysfunction is characterized by comprising a traditional Chinese medicine composition, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises, by weight, 10-100 parts of rhizoma typhonii, 10-100 parts of earthworm, 50-60 parts of fresh rehmannia root, 35-40 parts of radix rehmanniae, 50-60 parts of fructus chebulae immaturus, 10-100 parts of American ginseng, 40-80 parts of areca peel and 10-100 parts of peppermint leaf.
2. The traditional Chinese medicine mouthwash according to claim 1, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine mouthwash is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of rhizoma typhonii, 20 parts of earthworm, 50-60 parts of fresh rehmannia root, 35-40 parts of dried rehmannia root, 50-60 parts of fructus chebulae immaturus, 45 parts of American ginseng, 60 parts of areca peel and 30 parts of peppermint leaf.
3. The method for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the traditional Chinese medicine mouthwash according to claim 1 or 2, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
extracting rhizoma Typhonii, lumbricus, radix rehmanniae, fructus Chebulae Immaturus, radix Panacis Quinquefolii, pericarpium Arecae, and folium Menthae with extraction solvent under reflux, concentrating the extractive solution, and sterilizing to obtain the final product.

The method for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the traditional Chinese medicine mouthwash according to claim 3, which is characterized in that rhizoma typhonii, earthworm, fresh rehmannia root, radix rehmanniae, fructus chebulae immaturus, american ginseng, areca peel and mint leaves are heated and reflux-extracted for 2-5 times by adopting an extraction solvent, the addition amount of each extraction solvent is 2-10 times of the total weight of the rhizoma typhonii, earthworm, fresh rehmannia root, radix rehmanniae, fructus chebulae immaturus, american ginseng, areca peel and mint leaves, and after the extraction is finished, the extraction solutions are combined, concentrated and sterilized to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
