Description

Facial cleanser and preparation process thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical production, in particular to a facial cleanser and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The facial cleanser is also called facial cleanser, and is a high-grade face cleanser. Can clean dirt on the face and remove makeup. The facial cleanser with excellent quality has the effects of cleaning, nourishing, protecting skin and the like. In general, the general facial cleanser has no whitening effect. If a proper amount of skin whitening agent (such as arbutin, V derivatives, placenta extract, scopoletin, kojic acid and derivatives thereof, etc.) is added into the high-quality facial cleanser, the whitening effect can be achieved after long-term use.
In general, facial cleanser is a liquid product composed of oil phase material, water phase material, surfactant, humectant, nutritional agent, etc. The cream-like facial cleanser contains oil phase component, and is suitable for dry skin; the crystal clear product contains no oil phase ingredients, and can be used by most consumers if the formula is properly conditioned. The surfactant in the facial cleanser has five effects of moistening, dispersing, foaming, decontaminating and emulsifying, and is the main active substance of the facial cleanser. In addition, according to the principle of similarity and compatibility, in the process of washing face, the oil-soluble lipid dirt and redundant grease on the face can be dissolved by the oil phase; the water phase dissolves the water-soluble sweat stain on the face.
At present, although the commercially available facial cleanser has certain cleaning and makeup removing effects, the effect is relatively insufficient, and the cleansing cleanser cannot achieve a strong cleaning effect on dirt, grease and residual cosmetics in the face and pores, namely the cleansing effect on the face of a user is relatively poor. Moreover, its own function is relatively single, and it cannot play the role of skin-beautifying and skin-protecting (such as moisture-keeping, water-locking and metabolism promotion of horny layer). Based on the technical problem, the invention provides the facial cleanser and the preparation process thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a face cleaning cream and a preparation process thereof, and the prepared face cleaning cream can effectively clean grease, dirt and residual cosmetics in the face and pores of a user and achieve the effect of combining washing and discharging. Meanwhile, the skin care cream can also play a good role in skin care and skin makeup.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the method takes chitosan, silver nitrate and the like as raw materials, prepares a solid material with silver loaded on the surface by a special process, then immerses the obtained solid material in chitosan water solution, and finally prepares the matrix material of the chitosan film with the surface coated with a porous structure. Because the matrix material has a porous structure and the surface of the matrix material is coated with a layer of chitosan film with a porous structure, the matrix material is soaked in the absolute ethyl alcohol solution, and a proper amount of octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, hyaluronic acid and nicotinamide are supplemented into the absolute ethyl alcohol solution, the matrix material can be effectively reduced from agglomeration through ultrasonic dispersion treatment, so that the matrix material is dispersed more uniformly, the hyaluronic acid and the nicotinamide can be uniformly dispersed and retained on the surface and the pores of the matrix material, then a proper amount of o-hydroxybenzoic acid is added into the matrix material, so that the hyaluronic acid and the nicotinamide retained in the pores of the matrix material can be effectively fixed through chemical reaction and grafting between the chitosan porous films coated on the surface of the solid material. The prepared cleaning auxiliary agent uses the active carbon with a porous structure and the chitosan porous film coated on the surface of the active carbon as base materials, so that the cleaning auxiliary agent has good adsorption performance, can effectively adsorb grease, dirt and residual cosmetics in human facial pores by mutually synergistic cooperation with the nano bamboo charcoal powder (the particle size is 100-200 nm), and has good cleaning effect on the facial parts. Meanwhile, the cleansing cream can also play a good cleansing effect, and achieves the effect of combining washing and removing.
In addition, as the surface of the matrix material is grafted with the o-hydroxybenzoic acid, the hyaluronic acid, the nicotinamide, the o-hydroxybenzoic acid and the jojoba oil can play a good role in locking water and keeping moisture for the skin under the mutual synergistic action, and can also promote the metabolism of the horny layer, thereby playing a good role in protecting and beautifying the skin.
2. The aloe extract, the jojoba oil and the cleaning factors in the aloe extract lotion are mutually synergistic, so that the aloe extract lotion has good moisturizing effect. The calendula extract can promote skin metabolism, and the oriental cherry extract can effectively act on pores, so that the oil balance of the pores is regulated, and the pores are thinner and more compact. The calendula extract, the oriental cherry extract, the cleaning factor and the nano bamboo charcoal powder are mutually cooperated and matched, so that the facial cleanser can effectively clean the face of a human body, remove grease, dirt and residual cosmetics in pores of the human body and play a certain positive role in removing makeup.
