Testing a sample: examples 1 to 12 and comparative examples 1 to 5 provide hair loss preventing and hair growth promoting compositions.

The clinical trial subjects were 170 persons of 20-55 years of age and having alopecia areata, alopecia totalis or baldness, of which male and female halves were each present. The test persons were randomly divided into 17 groups of 10 persons each, and the alopecia preventing and growing compositions provided in examples 1 to 12 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were used, respectively.

The using method comprises the following steps: the hair loss preventing and hair growing composition is applied to the hair loss part by cleaning the head, and is repeatedly massaged by hands and used together with electric thermotherapy until local blood circulation is promoted to directly cause slight heat and pain at the hair loss part, wherein the hair loss preventing and hair growing composition is used once in the morning and at the evening every day and is continuously used for two months.

The evaluation criteria for efficacy are shown in table 2 below:

As can be seen from the data in Table 3, the composition for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth provided by the invention has remarkable clinical effect and strong practicability. As can be seen from the comparison among the examples 1, 4 to 12 and the comparative examples 1 to 5, in the anti-alopecia and hair-growing composition provided by the invention, the ginger juice, the cacumen biotae, the divaricate saposhnikovia root, the Chinese angelica, the garden balsam stem, the motherwort herb, the borneol, the safflower, the radix angelicae pubescentis, the glossy privet fruit, the polygonum multiflorum, the liquorice, the fructus cnidii and the ligusticum wallichii are matched with each other, have synergistic interaction and jointly promote the growth of hair.

Clinical trial II

30 years old Yao lady is allergic to cephalosporins and penicillin drugs. Since the two big medicines are generated, the hairline is obviously bald, the small medicines are generated in 2021 years and are in the lactation period, the hair is thin and soft, the hair is frequently lost, the hair is oily and has scalp, and the hair losing age is 11 years. The hair loss prevention and hair growth promoting composition provided in example 1 was continuously used for 15 days (using method: cleaning head, taking about 5g of hair loss prevention and hair growth promoting composition, applying on the hair loss part, repeatedly massaging with hands and applying electric thermotherapy, and the hair loss phenomenon and oil control were controlled obviously in the morning and evening of each day until the hair loss part was directly and slightly painful due to local blood circulation; after 25 days of use, thick and thin hair grows out from the hair line, and the hair has obvious effect of turning white into black and bright. After 50 days of use, the fine hair gradually grows to have a coarse black hair of about 3.5 cm, and the whole hair grows very quickly after the hair loss preventing and growing composition provided by the example 1 is used. After 50 days, the product is stopped from being used until more than 80 days exist, the newly grown hairline still does not fall off, the traditional Chinese medicine allergy symptom does not appear, and the good and stable curative effect is obtained.

Clinical trial 3

The Yao lady is 42 years old, oily hair, thin and soft hair, yellow hair and alopecia age is 16 years. The use of many anti-run products on the market has not helped her solve the problem.

The hair loss preventing and growing composition provided in example 3 was used (application method: head cleaning, hair loss preventing and growing composition of about 5g was taken, and applied to the hair loss part, and repeatedly massaged with hands and applied with electric thermotherapy until the local blood circulation was promoted to cause direct fever and slight pain at the hair loss part, once a day, in the morning and evening), so that it was very obvious that the oil secretion was reduced, and the hair had to be washed one day before, and the hair could be washed once every two days. After 20 days of use, the scalp itching symptom completely disappears, and thick and dark fine hair is obviously seen. The hair loss preventing and hair growing composition provided by the invention has the effect of gradually turning white hair into black hair.

In conclusion, the anti-hair loss and hair growth composition provided by the invention is simple to prepare, can maintain the efficacy of the medicine, has the characteristics of environmental protection, low cost and expense, no toxic or side effect, short treatment course, quick response and good curative effect, and can comprehensively solve the problems of hair loss and hair growth.

Experimental example 3

Evaluation of irritation

The test method comprises the following steps: refer to "cosmetic hygiene Standard" for testing skin patches on human body. 170 healthy, allergy-free volunteers of 18-60 years of age were selected as subjects, which were divided into 17 groups of 10 persons each, and no other skin care products were used during the trial. Selecting a spot tester with the area of 6mm multiplied by 6mm, putting a tested object into a small chamber of the spot tester, wherein the dosage is 0.025g, sticking the spot tester with the tested object on the back of a tested object by using a hypoallergenic adhesive tape, and lightly pressing the spot tester with a palm to uniformly stick the spot tester on the skin for 24 hours. 30min (after the indentation disappears), 24h and 48h after the test object spot tester is removed. Skin reactions were observed according to the criteria shown in table 4 and the observations were recorded.

The experimental result shows that the anti-hair loss and hair growth promoting compositions provided by the examples 1-12 and the comparative examples 1-5 have the grade of 0, are safe and have no stimulation.

The applicant states that the invention is described by the above examples to describe the composition for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth, the preparation method and the application thereof, but the invention is not limited to the above examples, that is, the invention can be implemented only by relying on the above examples. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.

Claims

1. The anti-hair loss and hair growth composition is characterized in that the anti-hair loss and hair growth composition is prepared from a traditional Chinese medicine composition and a solvent, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises cacumen biotae, divaricate saposhnikovia root, chinese angelica, garden balsam stem and motherwort; the solvent comprises alcohol or mature vinegar.

2. The composition for preventing hair loss and growing hair according to claim 1, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises 30-65 parts of cacumen biotae, 20-40 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 20-40 parts of angelica sinensis, 20-50 parts of garden balsam stem and 10-30 parts of motherwort herb by weight.

The hair loss prevention and hair growth promoting composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition further comprises safflower, radix angelicae pubescentis, glossy privet fruit, polygonum multiflorum, liquorice, fructus cnidii and ligusticum wallichii.

The hair loss prevention and hair growth promoting composition according to claim 3, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition further comprises 10-25 parts by weight of safflower, 5-10 parts by weight of radix angelicae pubescentis, 15-30 parts by weight of glossy privet fruit, 10-35 parts by weight of polygonum multiflorum, 10-25 parts by weight of liquorice, 10-20 parts by weight of fructus cnidii and 20-35 parts by weight of ligusticum wallichii;

preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition also comprises saponin;

preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition further comprises 15-25 parts by weight of saponin;

preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition also comprises borneol;

preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition further comprises 10-15 parts of borneol by weight;

preferably, the raw materials for preparing the anti-hair loss and hair growth composition also comprise ginger juice;

preferably, the raw materials for preparing the anti-hair loss and hair growth composition also comprise 10-30 parts of ginger juice.

5. The alopecia preventing and growing composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the raw materials for preparing the alopecia preventing and growing composition further comprise biotin tripeptide;

preferably, the biotin tripeptide accounts for 2-8% of the total mass of the anti-alopecia and hair-growing composition;

preferably, the raw materials for preparing the hair loss prevention and hair growth promotion composition comprise 1900-2100 parts of alcohol by weight;

preferably, the alcohol comprises edible alcohol, and the degree of the edible alcohol is 70-80 degrees.

6. The alopecia preventing and hair growing composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the raw materials for preparing the alopecia preventing and hair growing composition comprise 1000 to 1500 parts by weight of mature vinegar;

preferably, the content of fermented total acid in the mature vinegar is 4-5g/mL.

7. A method for preparing the hair loss prevention and hair growth promoting composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps:

(3) Filtering the mixture obtained in the step (2), and collecting liquid to obtain the anti-hair loss and hair growth composition;

preferably, in the step (1), the mesh number of the traditional Chinese medicine particles is 1-10 meshes;

preferably, in the step (2), the infusing time is 20-30 days;

preferably, in the step (2), the mixing further comprises ginger juice;

preferably, in the step (3), a screen with 180-280 meshes is adopted for filtration;

preferably, in the step (3), the filtering specifically comprises the following steps: filtering the mixture obtained in the step (2) by using a 180-220 mesh screen, removing the medicine powder residue, and collecting the extracting solution; standing the extract for 2-24h, and filtering with 230-280 mesh sieve to obtain the composition for preventing alopecia and promoting hair growth.

8. A method for preparing the hair loss preventing and growing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the following steps of:

(b) Mixing the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution obtained in the step (a) with alcohol to obtain the hair loss preventing and growing composition;

preferably, in the step (b), the mixing further comprises biotin tripeptide and deionized water;

preferably, the mass ratio of the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution to the alcohol to the biotin tripeptide to the deionized water is (45-55): 10-20): 2-8): 20-40.

9. Use of the hair loss prevention and hair growth composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6 for the preparation of a hair loss prevention and hair growth product;

preferably, the product comprises a shampoo, a conditioner or a hair tonic.

10. A hair tonic characterized in that a raw material for producing the hair tonic comprises the hair loss preventing and hair growing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
