Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating seborrheic alopecia, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Seborrheic alopecia, also known as androgenetic alopecia, begins to develop progressive alopecia of the forehead, temples and the top in about 20 years old. Both men and women occur, but more commonly in male patients. Seborrheic alopecia is caused by a plurality of reasons, the most fundamental reason is inheritance, the inheritance is selective, and the hair follicle at the top of the head of a patient has structural congenital defects, so that degeneration and atrophy can occur in advance. Secondly, in relation to the level of androgen in the body, the level of androgen also affects the degeneration and atrophy of the hair follicle due to the presence of androgen-binding receptors in specific male cells of the hair follicle. In addition, hair loss is closely related to improper diet, insufficient sleep, mental stress, low mood, heavy workload and other external factors.
The hair is itchy in the early stage, a large amount of hair falls off during scratching or combing, the hair roots of the fallen hair become short and the hair ball disappears. The symptoms of alopecia are gradual, light and heavy, and can lead to sparse hair on the top of the head or two temples and bright scalp after years. Greasy and greasy head or detritus, and thin, soft and yellow hair.
Seborrheic alopecia is a progressive aggravation process, thus emphasizing early treatment, including internal use of drugs, external use of drugs, hair transplantation, and the like. For seborrheic alopecia, the traditional Chinese medicine adopts methods of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, external treatment by traditional Chinese medicines, percussing with a plum blossom needle and the like, so that the traditional Chinese medicine can be used for adjuvant treatment of androgenetic alopecia. First generation famous physicians Xulingtai day: for diseases belonging to the body, the half ear of the physician should be treated when the treatment is applied externally but the treatment is not known externally. The traditional Chinese medicine internal treatment for seborrheic alopecia is internal treatment by different Chinese herbal medicine decoction aiming at different symptoms such as blood deficiency and wind dryness type, liver and kidney deficiency type, spleen deficiency and dampness excess type, damp-heat accumulation type, blood deficiency and wind dryness type and the like.
