Abstract
The invention discloses a luminous fluorescent loose powder and a production process thereof, relating to the technical field of loose powder. The raw materials of the noctilucent fluorescent powder comprise: a substrate, a skin refreshing component, an anti-allergic component, a moisturizing component, a whitening component, a preservative and a toner; the substrate comprises pearlescent mica GH503 and sericite 101, wherein the total weight of the substrate is 70 parts, the pearlescent mica GH503 is 50 parts, and the sericite 101 is 20 parts; the skin-refreshing component comprises silicon powder and squalene, and is used for spreading the noctilucent fluorescent powder on the skin. According to the invention, the fluorescent whitening agent and the luminous powder in the inner part are replaced by the whitening component, and the whitening component comprises the lemon extract CITRUS LIMON which is a plant extract, so that the harm to the human body is small even if the plant extract is absorbed by the human body in use, the risk coefficient of nicotinamide is 1, the nicotinamide is safe, and the fluorescent whitening agent can be used for protecting the user to a greater extent when the plant extract is used by the user, so that the possibility that the skin of the user is irritated is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of powder scattering equipment, in particular to noctilucent fluorescent powder and a production process thereof.
Background
The loose powder is a powder product which is prepared from powder raw materials and does not contain oil, is mainly used for coating after foundation emulsion or foundation cream is used, is mostly used for after-beauty decoration and make-up, adjusts skin tone, prevents greasy skin from being excessively smooth or excessively sticky, shows dull but transparent skin color, reduces sweat and sebum, enhances the continuity of the cosmetics, generates soft and fluffy skin feel, and has a certain sunscreen effect.
When the existing fluorescent powder is used, in order to increase the whitening effect, a fluorescent whitening agent is added as a main material for increasing the light, the emission light intensity is enabled to exceed the original visible light intensity projected on a smearing object by increasing the light emission rate, so that the whitening effect is achieved, but when a user is at a high temperature, the fluorescent whitening agent can be dissolved under the soaking of sweat, and the fluorescent whitening agent enters the skin, so that the skin can be reddened or pruritus wind stimulation reaction can be caused, therefore, the invention provides the noctilucent fluorescent powder and the production process thereof to improve the problem.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: the invention provides a luminous fluorescent powder and a production process thereof, aiming at solving the problem that the skin of a user is stimulated by soaking a fluorescent whitening agent in the existing fluorescent powder by sweat when the fluorescent powder is used.

the moisture-retaining component at least comprises one or more of tartaric acid, ricinoleic acid and butanediol, and the total weight of the moisture-retaining component is 45 parts;
the whitening component at least comprises one or more of nicotinamide and lemon extract CITRUS LIMON, and the total weight ratio of the whitening component is 30 parts;
the total weight of the preservative is 7.8-10 parts;
the total weight of the toner is less than 20 parts.
Further, the skin refreshing component also comprises lanolin, 11 parts by weight of the silicon powder, 12 parts by weight of the squalene and 17 parts by weight of the lanolin.
Further, the antiallergic component also comprises polydimethylsiloxane serving as an emulsifier for promoting the mixing of the aminoacetic acid and the ammonium glycyrrhetate, wherein the polydimethylsiloxane accounts for 10 parts by weight, the aminoacetic acid accounts for 8 parts by weight, and the ammonium glycyrrhetate accounts for 12 parts by weight.
Further, in the moisture-retaining component, the weight part of the fruit acid is 25 parts, the weight part of the ricinoleic acid is 13 parts, and the weight part of the butanediol is 7 parts.
Further, the whitening component also comprises vitamin C, wherein in the whitening component, 5 parts by weight of nicotinamide, 9 parts by weight of vitamin C and 16 parts by weight of lemon extract CITRUS LIMON are included.
Furthermore, the preservative is phenoxyethanol which is used for improving the exchange of potassium ions inside and outside cells, thereby inhibiting the growth of the cells and playing a role in preserving.
Further, the toners include high temperature fluorescent yellow CI47005, high temperature fluorescent green CI59040, high temperature fluorescent pink CI45440, high temperature fluorescent blue CI73000, high temperature fluorescent violet CI17200, high temperature fluorescent orange CI15510, and noctilucent yellow green CI19140.
Further, the high-temperature fluorescent yellow CI47005 is not more than 19 parts, the high-temperature fluorescent green CI59040 is not more than 13 parts, the high-temperature fluorescent peach CI45440 is not more than 15 parts, the high-temperature fluorescent blue CI73000 is not more than 8 parts, the high-temperature fluorescent violet CI17200 is not more than 16 parts, the high-temperature fluorescent orange CI15510 is not more than 12 parts, and the noctilucent yellow green CI19140 is not more than 17 parts.
The invention also provides a production process of the noctilucent fluorescent loose powder, which comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing materials, checking and cleaning a machine, and proportioning and weighing the raw materials of the noctilucent fluorescent powder in the claims 1-8;
s2, placing the ingredients into a powder grinding machine for grinding, placing the raw materials of the luminous fluorescent loose powder into the powder grinding machine for grinding for 1 minute at the rotating speed of 3000 revolutions per minute to obtain powder;
s3, sampling and testing, namely checking whether pigment in powder in the powder beater is dispersed;
s4, filling the material body, and filling qualified powder into a powder dispersing bottle;
s5, weighing again, rechecking the net content, and weighing the single loose powder to recheck the net content;
and S6, warehousing after quality inspection, inspecting the product quality, and warehousing after inspection.

In some embodiments, the skin-refreshing component further comprises lanolin, 11 parts by weight of the silica powder, 12 parts by weight of the squalene, 17 parts by weight of the lanolin, and the lanolin has a good emulsifying and penetrating effect, so that the squalene and the silica powder are penetrated into the skin through the lanolin to protect the skin, and the influence of oil on the skin is reduced through the emulsifying effect, so that the squalene and the silica powder are better contacted with the skin.
In some embodiments, the antiallergic component further comprises polydimethylsiloxane as an emulsifier for promoting mixing of the glycine and the ammonium glycyrrhetate, wherein the polydimethylsiloxane is 10 parts by weight, the glycine is 8 parts by weight, and the ammonium glycyrrhetate is 12 parts by weight, and the polydimethylsiloxane is used as an oxidant to form an electrical barrier between the glycine and the ammonium glycyrrhetate, so that the interaction force between the glycine and the ammonium glycyrrhetate is reduced, the fusion degree between the glycine and the ammonium glycyrrhetate is increased, and the subsequent molding of the product is facilitated.
In some embodiments, the moisturizing component comprises 25 parts by weight of the fruit acid, 13 parts by weight of the ricinoleic acid and 7 parts by weight of the butanediol, the fruit acid and the ricinoleic acid are better combined through the butanediol, and the fruit acid and the ricinoleic acid are extracts in plants and are less harmful to the skin of a user.
In some embodiments, the whitening component further comprises vitamin C, wherein the nicotinamide is 5 parts by weight, the vitamin C is 9 parts by weight, the lemon extract is 16 parts by weight, and the lemon extract is also partially vitamin C, wherein the vitamin C is used for scavenging free radicals and resisting oxidation, and can generate vitamin E on the basis of residual groups after oxidation reaction, and when the whitening component is used, the whitening effect is increased by matching the vitamin C with the vitamin C in the lemon extract.

In some embodiments, the high-temperature fluorescent yellow CI47005 is not more than 19 parts, the high-temperature fluorescent green CI59040 is not more than 13 parts, the high-temperature fluorescent peach red CI45440 is not more than 15 parts, the high-temperature fluorescent blue CI73000 is not more than 8 parts, the high-temperature fluorescent violet CI17200 is not more than 16 parts, the high-temperature fluorescent orange CI15510 is not more than 12 parts, and the noctilucent yellow green CI19140 is not more than 17 parts, wherein the toner is an organic colorant, the organic colorant is poor in stability and easy to react, and the amount of the pigment is controlled while the toner is used for dyeing, so that the damage of the pigment to the skin of a user is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention also provides a process for producing a luminous fluorescent powder, which comprises the following steps:
s1, proportioning and cleaning a machine, proportioning and weighing the raw materials of the noctilucent fluorescent powder in the claims 1-8, weighing and classifying the raw materials, and cleaning a preparation instrument to remove dirt, particularly residual toner in the preparation instrument;
s2, placing ingredients into a powdering machine for powdering, placing raw materials of the noctilucent fluorescent loose powder into the powdering machine for powdering for 1 minute at the rotating speed of 3000 revolutions per minute to obtain powder, adding the pearlescent mica GH503 and the sericite 101 into the powdering machine for powdering, adding other raw materials into the powdering machine in the process, adding the toner, waiting for being loosened, and powdering for 2 minutes at 3000 revolutions per minute;

As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments, after S3, the method further includes S31, cleaning the powder scattering bottle to reduce dirt inside the powder scattering bottle, and cleaning the powder scattering bottle before filling to reduce contamination of the powder scattering bottle by the dirt inside during filling.

Claims (10)
1. The noctilucent fluorescent powder is characterized by comprising the following raw materials:
a substrate, a skin refreshing component, an anti-allergic component, a moisturizing component, a whitening component, a preservative and a toner;
the substrate comprises pearlescent mica GH503 and sericite 101, wherein the total weight of the substrate is 70 parts, the pearlescent mica GH503 is 50 parts, and the sericite 101 is 20 parts;
the skin refreshing component comprises silicon powder and squalene, and is used for spreading the noctilucent fluorescent powder on the skin, and the total weight of the skin refreshing component is 40 parts;
the antiallergic component at least comprises one or more of aminoacetic acid and ammonium glycyrrhetate, and the total weight of the antiallergic component is 30 parts;
the moisture-retaining component at least comprises one or more of tartaric acid, ricinoleic acid and butanediol, and the total weight of the moisture-retaining component is 45 parts;
the whitening component at least comprises one or more of nicotinamide and lemon extract CITRUS LIMON, and the total weight ratio of the whitening component is 30 parts;
the total weight of the preservative is 7.8-10 parts;
the total weight of the toner is less than 20 parts.
2. A luminous fluorescent powder as set forth in claim 1, wherein said skin-refreshing component further comprises lanolin, 11 parts by weight of silica powder, 12 parts by weight of squalene and 17 parts by weight of lanolin.
3. A luminous phosphor powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antiallergic component further comprises polydimethylsiloxane as an emulsifier to promote mixing of the aminoacetic acid and the ammonium glycyrrhetate, the polydimethylsiloxane is 10 parts by weight, the aminoacetic acid is 8 parts by weight, and the ammonium glycyrrhetate is 12 parts by weight.
4. A luminous fluorescent powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the moisture-retaining component comprises 25 parts by weight of fruit acid, 13 parts by weight of ricinoleic acid and 7 parts by weight of butanediol.
5. The noctilucent phosphor powder of claim 1, wherein the whitening component further comprises vitamin C, wherein the whitening component comprises 5 parts by weight of nicotinamide, 9 parts by weight of vitamin C, and 16 parts by weight of lemon extract CITRUS LIMON.
6. The noctilucent phosphor powder of claim 1, wherein the preservative is phenoxyethanol, and the phenoxyethanol is used for improving the exchange of potassium ions inside and outside cells, thereby inhibiting the growth of the cells and playing a role in preservation.
7. The luminescent phosphor of claim 1, wherein the toner comprises high temperature fluorescent yellow CI47005, high temperature fluorescent green CI59040, high temperature fluorescent pink CI45440, high temperature fluorescent blue CI73000, high temperature fluorescent violet CI17200, high temperature fluorescent orange CI15510, and luminescent yellow green CI19140.
8. The luminescent phosphor of claim 7, wherein the high temperature fluorescent yellow CI47005 is not more than 19 parts, the high temperature fluorescent green CI59040 is not more than 13 parts, the high temperature fluorescent peach CI45440 is not more than 15 parts, the high temperature fluorescent blue CI73000 is not more than 8 parts, the high temperature fluorescent violet CI17200 is not more than 16 parts, the high temperature fluorescent orange CI15510 is not more than 12 parts, and the luminescent yellow green CI19140 is not more than 17 parts.
9. The production process of the luminous fluorescent loose powder is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, mixing materials, checking and cleaning a machine, and proportioning and weighing the raw materials of the noctilucent fluorescent powder in the claims 1-8;
s2, placing the ingredients into a powder grinding machine for grinding, placing the raw materials of the luminous fluorescent loose powder into the powder grinding machine for grinding for 1 minute at the rotating speed of 3000 revolutions per minute to obtain powder;
s3, sampling and testing, namely checking whether pigment in powder in the powder beater is dispersed;
s4, filling the material body, and filling qualified powder into a powder dispersing bottle;
s5, weighing again, rechecking the net content, and weighing the single loose powder to recheck the net content;
