本发明属于化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种含有无患子油的乳液及其制备方法。
背景技术
乳液通常为一种液态霜类化妆品,具有良好的润肤和保湿作用,深受广大女性消费者的热爱和追捧。乳液作为化妆品的一种肌肤护理传递媒介,具有活性成分,可以有效分散控制释放的潜在功能,正越来越引起人们的重视。乳液具有促进活性成分的经皮吸收效果,从而有助于更加安全和快捷地实现包括美白、淡斑、抗氧化、祛痘等功能性诉求的作用,这对于开发高端功效性个人护理产品具有积极的意义。
无患子果实中含有37%的皂素,具有去污作用,可当成肥皂使用,所以无患子又被称为“肥皂果”或“洗手果”;无患子具有美白祛斑的作用,可以抑制黑色素的形成;无患子具有去头皮屑,消炎的作用,无患子中的果酸帮助皮肤去除堆积在外层的老化角质,加速皮肤更新,帮助皮肤改善青春痘,黑斑,皱纹,皮肤干燥等肌肤问题。
无患子油作为无患子的加工产物,是植物油的一种,目前还未批准作为食用资源。但其本身去污力强,具有很好的抗氧化能力和抗菌消炎的作用,开发其在化妆品中的应用可在高值化利用无患子资源的同时,提供优质的化妆品产品。

因此,本发明所要解决的是现有技术单纯通过激光点云或AI图像识别进行障碍物删除,会存在由于误删除的情况的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种含有无患子油的乳液,该含有无患子油的乳液按照质量百分占比包括如下成分:
无患子油:1%-20%;
聚山梨醇酯-60:1%-30%;
聚乙二醇400:1%-30%;
失水山梨坦倍半油酸酯:1%-20%;
辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯:1%-20%;
卡波姆:0.1%-5%;
聚二甲基硅氧烷:1%-20%;
1,3丁二醇:1%-10%;
去离子水:20%-80%。
优选地,在所述含有无患子油的乳液中,还包括植物提取液,所述植物提取液包括薰衣草提取液、茶树提取液、天竺葵提取液、或迷迭香提取液中的一种或多种。
优选地,在所述含有无患子油的乳液中,所述乳液按照重量占比,还包括如下成分:
薰衣草提取液:0.1%-1%;茶树提取液:0.1%-1%;天竺葵提取液:0.1%-1%;迷迭香提取液:0.1%-1%。
优选地,在所述含有无患子油的乳液中,所述薰衣草提取液、茶树提取液、天竺葵提取液、迷迭香提取液的质量比例为:(0.3-1):(0.3-1):(0.3-1):(0.3-1)。

为了实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种上述的含有无患子油的乳液的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
将无患子油、聚山梨醇酯-60、聚乙二醇400、失水山梨坦倍半油酸酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、卡波姆按照第一预设重量混合,并搅拌形成混合物;
向混合物中加入第二预设重量的聚二甲基硅氧烷、1,3丁二醇混合均匀,在预设的乳化条件下进行乳化反应,得到所述含无患子油的乳液。
优选地,在所述含有无患子油的乳液的制备方法中,所述乳化条件包括温度为50-90℃,时间为10min-40min,搅拌速度为2000r/min-22000r/min。

该含有无患子油的乳液还包括植物提取液,所述植物提取液包括薰衣草提取液、茶树提取液、天竺葵提取液、或迷迭香提取液中的一种或多种。在本实施例中,所述植物提取液包括薰衣草提取液、茶树提取液、天竺葵提取液、以及迷迭香提取液,其按照重量占比为薰衣草提取液:0.1%-1%;茶树提取液:0.1%-1%;天竺葵提取液:0.1%-1%;迷迭香提取液:0.1%-1%。更具体地,所述薰衣草提取液、茶树提取液、天竺葵提取液、迷迭香提取液的质量比例为:(0.3-1):(0.3-1):(0.3-1):(0.3-1)。
更具体地,所述聚山梨醇酯-60、聚乙二醇400、失水山梨坦倍半油酸酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、1,3丁二醇、卡波姆的质量比例为:(1-30):(1-30):(1-20):(1-20):(1-20):(1-10):(0.1-5)。
另外,还包括抗氧化剂,所述抗氧化剂的质量百分占比为0.1%-1%。在本实施例中,所述抗氧化剂为生育酚。
优选地,还包括鳕鱼胶原蛋白肽,所述鳕鱼胶原蛋白肽的质量百分占比为0.1%-1%。
无患子油是无患子果提取物,本身具有很好的抗氧化能力,在化妆品上有着去污力强,抗菌消炎的作用。
聚山梨醇酯-60具有双亲分子结构,能降低固-液相界面张力,增加大分子有机物质溶解渗出能力的特性。
聚乙二醇400的相对分子量较低,在化妆品中可作乳化剂和稳定剂;失水山梨坦倍半油酸酯在化妆品中一般为乳化剂,安全性较高;聚二甲基硅氧烷对皮肤渗透性非常好,对于增加皮肤的柔软性也不错,对皮肤基本无刺激作用。
辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯,由于它和人体皮肤有兼容的特性,具有不油腻的质感,加入乳霜或乳液中可改善其延伸性,有润滑和使肌肤柔软的效果,并有过滤紫外光的功能。
1,3丁二醇通常作为保湿剂,可增加产品顺滑度,在护肤品中常用作小分子保湿成分;卡波姆具有良好的增稠、悬浮及稳定乳化体系、调控水和活性物的释放等功能,其化学性质稳定无刺激性,也无过敏反应。
薰衣草提取液具有良好的抑菌和淡化疤痕的功效,能够祛斑美白,去皱嫩肤,还可促进受损肌肤再生和恢复;茶树提取液对皮肤具有渗透促进作用,能帮助皮肤有效吸收。
天竺葵提取液有似玫瑰花的香味,对真菌有抑制作用,具有抗菌、除螨作用,对自由基有一定的消除作用,具有一定的抗氧化性;迷迭香提取液具有极好的抗氧化性能,有活肤抗衰作用,同时也有一定抗炎和收敛作用。生育酚易被皮肤吸收,可促进皮肤新陈代谢,改善皮肤弹性,滋润皮肤,起到美容、护肤、抗衰老作用。
鳕鱼胶原蛋白肽富含蛋白质,有一定的表面活性,能稳定泡沫,能迅速被皮肤吸收,有抗氧化和保湿能力,适合用作化妆品护肤原料。

为了实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种上述含有无患子油的乳液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S100,将无患子油、聚山梨醇酯-60、聚乙二醇400、失水山梨坦倍半油酸酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、卡波姆按照第一预设重量混合,并搅拌形成混合物;
具体地,第一预设重量可以是根据无患子油、聚山梨醇酯-60、聚乙二醇400、失水山梨坦倍半油酸酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、卡波姆按照无患子油:1%-20%;聚山梨醇酯-60:1%-30%;聚乙二醇400:1%-30%;失水山梨坦倍半油酸酯:1%-20%;辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯:1%-20%来确定,即各成分按照上述质量比即可。
步骤S200,向混合物中加入第二预设重量的聚二甲基硅氧烷、1,3丁二醇混合均匀,在预设的乳化条件下进行乳化反应,得到所述含无患子油的乳液。
具体实现时,所述乳化条件包括温度为50-90℃,时间为10min-40min,搅拌速度为2000r/min-22000r/min。

S1,将2ml无患子油、4ml聚山梨醇酯-60、4ml聚乙二醇400、1ml失水山梨坦倍半油酸酯、3ml辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、0.1g卡波姆,并搅拌形成混合物;
S2,向混合物中加入3ml聚二甲基硅氧烷、2ml 1,3丁二醇、0.2%薰衣草提取液、0.2%茶树提取液、0.2%天竺葵提取液、0.2%迷迭香提取液、0.5%生育酚、以及0.12%鳕鱼胶原蛋白肽混合均匀,在水浴乳化温度70℃,12000r/min均质4min条件下进行乳化反应,得到所述含无患子油的乳液。
实施例2
S1,将6ml无患子油、6ml聚山梨醇酯-60、6ml聚乙二醇400、2ml失水山梨坦倍半油酸酯、3ml辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、0.12g卡波姆,并搅拌形成混合物;
S2,向混合物中加入3ml聚二甲基硅氧烷、2ml 1,3丁二醇、0.2%薰衣草提取液、0.2%茶树提取液、0.2%天竺葵提取液、0.2%迷迭香提取液、0.5%生育酚、以及0.12%鳕鱼胶原蛋白肽混合均匀,在水浴乳化温度70℃,12000r/min均质4min条件下进行乳化反应,得到所述含无患子油的乳液。
实施例3
S1,将4ml无患子油、6ml聚山梨醇酯-60、6ml聚乙二醇400、3ml失水山梨坦倍半油酸酯、3ml辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、0.14g卡波姆,并搅拌形成混合物;
S2,向混合物中加入3ml聚二甲基硅氧烷、3ml 1,3丁二醇、0.2%薰衣草提取液、0.2%茶树提取液、0.2%天竺葵提取液、0.2%迷迭香提取液、0.5%生育酚、以及0.12%鳕鱼胶原蛋白肽混合均匀,在水浴乳化温度70℃,12000r/min均质4min条件下进行乳化反应,得到所述含无患子油的乳液。

1、稳定性评价
(1)耐热实验:准确称量实施例8至实施例12的20g无患子油乳液于样品瓶中,于40℃恒温箱中放置24h,待降至室温后,与常温放置无患子油乳液进行比较,观察其是否变稀、分层、变色等现象,判断样品耐热性能并记录。
(2)耐寒实验:准确称量实施例8至实施例12的20g无患子油乳液于样品瓶中,于-4℃冰箱中放置24h,待降至室温后,与常温放置无患子油乳液进行比较,观察其是否变稀、分层、变色等现象,判断样品耐冷性能并记录。
(3)离心实验:将实施例8至实施例12的乳液放入离心管中,无患子油乳液在管中高度为2/3,然后放入离心机中,在500r/min的速率下离心30min,取出观察是不是有分层并记录,再将样品放入离心机中,在3000r/min下离心30min,取出观察是不是有分层并记录,再将样品放入离心机中,在10000r/min下离心30min,取出,观察是不是有分层并记录。

将实施例8至12都制备浓度为1g/100mL的水溶液,再将各样品在280-320nm波段进行紫外扫描,确定样品在紫外光区域的主要吸收波长,如图1所示。
抗氧化性
(1)DPPH自由基清除能力测定
将实施例1-5无患子油乳液和对比例1-4用超纯水分别配制成质量浓度为10,20,30,40,50mg/mL,分别取3ml无患子油乳液于试管中,加入浓度0.2mmol/L的DPPH溶液2ml,混匀后避光静置30min,于波长517nm处测定吸光度。计算对DPPH的清除率,测试结果见图2。
清除率=[1-(A1-A2)/A3]×100%
A1—3m L样品溶液+2m L DPPH·溶液;
A2—3m L样品溶液+2m L无水乙醇溶液;
A3—3m L蒸馏水+2m L DPPH·溶液
(2)羟基自由基清除能力测定
在10ml的试管中依次加入9mmol/L的硫酸亚铁溶液2ml、10mmol/L的水杨酸2ml,加入不同浓度的10,20,30,40,50mg/mL无患子油乳液2mL和8.8mmol/L的过氧化氢2ml。在37℃下反应30min后在510nm处测其吸光值,根据公式求出清除率,测试结果见图3。
清除率=[1-(A1-A2)/A3]×100%
A1—1m L样品溶液+1m L硫酸亚铁溶液+1m L水杨酸乙醇溶液+1m L双氧水溶液;
A2—1m L样品溶液+1m L硫酸亚铁溶液+1m L水杨酸乙醇溶液+1m L无水乙醇溶液;
A3———1m L蒸馏水+1m L硫酸亚铁溶液+1m L水杨酸乙醇溶液+1m L双氧水溶液
(3)ABTS自由基清除能力测定
将7.4mmol/L的ABTS-过硫酸钾(2.6mmol/L)溶液在室温避光保存12h,制得ABTS储备液。经磷酸盐缓冲液(pH值7.4)稀释,使其在波长734nm处的吸光度达到0.70±0.02,得到ABTS+·自由基工作液。将猕猴桃籽油微乳液用无水乙醇分别配制成质量浓度为10,20,30,40,50mg/m L,分别取0.2m L样品溶液与试管中,加入0.8m L ABTS+·工作液混合,振摇10s,以充分混合,暗处反应6min,于波长734nm处测定吸光度,根据公式求出清除率,测试结果见图4。
清除率=[1-A1/A2]×100%.
A1—2m L ABTS+·工作液+2m L样品溶液;
A2—2m L ABTS+·工作液+2m L无水乙醇。
4、美白功效
酪氨酸酶活性抑制法:以L-酪氨酸为底物,测定5%无患子油乳液酪氨酸酶抑制活性。具体实验步骤如下所述,在96孔板中加入0.04%的L-酪氨酸50μL,加入待测样品50μL,混匀后30℃保温10min。在反应体系中加入100μ/mL酪氨酸酶溶液50μL,立刻混匀保温10min,用酶标仪在475nm处测定吸光度值,测试结果见图5。
抑制率=[(A1-A2)-(B1-B2)]/(A1-A2)×100%
A1为不加样品的吸光度值;A2为不加样品和L-酪氨酸的吸光度值;B1为加样品的吸光度值;B2为不加L-酪氨酸的吸光度值
5、感官评价
在温度20-25℃,湿度45%-65%环境中,选取20例志愿者,男女各一半,在左右臂内对实施例1-5和对比例1-4的卸妆油进行感官评价测试,对外观,紧绷感,保湿性,刺激性,冲水性五个方面进行评分,采用10分制,测试结果如表2所示。

从表1至表2可以看出,本发明制得的无患子油乳液不仅具有良好的耐热、耐寒性能,且稳定性极佳,易于涂抹,对皮肤无刺激,且图1至图5的结果表明抗氧化性能、抗紫外防晒和美白效果更显著。
6、保湿性能
采用体外称重法来测定,即通过乳液的保湿率来评价乳液保湿效果。将3cm医用透气胶带粘附在7.5×5.0cm玻璃平板上,用以模拟人体皮肤表面,称取1g乳液试样(实施例和对比例),手戴乳胶指套均匀涂抹于玻璃平板上并将玻璃平板放置盛有饱和硫酸铵溶液(RH=81%)的干燥器(含硅胶等吸附剂)中干燥,干燥器内的硅胶使用前,置于温度为105℃干燥箱内6h,放置2、4、6、8、10、12h后取出称重。测试结果如图6所示。
从图6可以看出,相对于对比例,本发明提供的无患子油保湿性能更优异。
下面进一步地通过具体实施例和对比例来进行说明。
实施例6
一种含有无患子油的乳液,该无患子油的乳液按照质量百分占比包括如下成分:无患子油:1%;聚山梨醇酯-60:4%;聚乙二醇400:6%;失水山梨坦倍半油酸酯:1%;辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯:1%-20%;卡波姆:0.1%-5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷:1%-20%;1,3丁二醇:1%-10%;去离子水:20%-80%。
实施例7
一种含有无患子油的乳液,该无患子油的乳液按照质量百分占比包括如下成分:无患子油:2%;聚山梨醇酯-60:5%;聚乙二醇400:6%;失水山梨坦倍半油酸酯:2%;辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯:1%-20%;卡波姆:0.1%-5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷:1%-20%;1,3丁二醇:1%-10%;去离子水:20%-80%。
实施例8
一种含有无患子油的乳液,该无患子油的乳液按照质量百分占比包括如下成分:无患子油:3%;聚山梨醇酯-60:6%;聚乙二醇400:6%;失水山梨坦倍半油酸酯:3%;辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯:1%-20%;卡波姆:0.1%-5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷:1%-20%;1,3丁二醇:1%-10%;去离子水:20%-80%。
实施例9
一种含有无患子油的乳液,该无患子油的乳液按照质量百分占比包括如下成分:无患子油:4%;聚山梨醇酯-60:7%;聚乙二醇400:7%;失水山梨坦倍半油酸酯:4%;辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯:1%-20%;卡波姆:0.1%-5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷:1%-20%;1,3丁二醇:1%-10%;去离子水:20%-80%。
实施例10
一种含有无患子油的乳液,该无患子油的乳液按照质量百分占比包括如下成分:无患子油:5%;聚山梨醇酯-60:8%;聚乙二醇400:7%;失水山梨坦倍半油酸酯:4%;辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯:1%-20%;卡波姆:0.1%-5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷:1%-20%;1,3丁二醇:1%-10%;去离子水:20%-80%。
实施例11
一种含有无患子油的乳液,该无患子油的乳液按照质量百分占比包括如下成分:无患子油:6%;聚山梨醇酯-60:10%;聚乙二醇400:6%;失水山梨坦倍半油酸酯:4%;辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯:1%-20%;卡波姆:0.1%-5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷:1%-20%;1,3丁二醇:1%-10%;去离子水:20%-80%。
对比例5
一种含有无患子油的乳液,该无患子油的乳液按照质量百分占比包括如下成分:无患子油:50%;聚山梨醇酯-60:4%-30%;聚乙二醇400:6%;失水山梨坦倍半油酸酯:1%;辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯:1%-20%;卡波姆:0.1%-5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷:1%-20%;1,3丁二醇:1%-10%;去离子水:20%-80%。
对比例6
一种含有无患子油的乳液,该无患子油的乳液按照质量百分占比包括如下成分:无患子油:45%;聚山梨醇酯-60:32%;聚乙二醇400:6%;失水山梨坦倍半油酸酯:4%;辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯:1%-20%;卡波姆:0.1%-5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷:1%-20%;1,3丁二醇:1%-10%;去离子水:20%-80%。
表3实施例和对比例
由表3可以看出,本发明制备得到的含有无患子油的乳液粘度更适用皮肤使用。
显然,上述所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分的实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下,可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种含有无患子油的乳液,其特征在于,按照质量百分占比包括如下成分:
无患子油:1%-20%;
聚山梨醇酯-60:1%-30%;
聚乙二醇400:1%-30%;
失水山梨坦倍半油酸酯:1%-20%;
辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯:1%-20%;
卡波姆:0.1%-5%;
聚二甲基硅氧烷:1%-20%;
1,3丁二醇:1%-10%;
去离子水:20%-80%。
2.如权利要求1所述的含有无患子油的乳液,其特征在于,还包括植物提取液,所述植物提取液包括薰衣草提取液、茶树提取液、天竺葵提取液、或迷迭香提取液中的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求2所述的含有无患子油的乳液,其特征在于,所述乳液按照重量占比,还包括如下成分:
薰衣草提取液:0.1%-1%;茶树提取液:0.1%-1%;天竺葵提取液:0.1%-1%;迷迭香提取液:0.1%-1%。
4.如权利要求3所述的含有无患子油的乳液,其特征在于,所述薰衣草提取液、茶树提取液、天竺葵提取液、迷迭香提取液的质量比例为:(0.3-1):(0.3-1):(0.3-1):(0.3-1)。
5.如权利要求1所述的含有无患子油的乳液,其特征在于,所述聚山梨醇酯-60、聚乙二醇400、失水山梨坦倍半油酸酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、1,3丁二醇、卡波姆的质量比例为:(1-30):(1-30):(1-20):(1-20):(1-20):(1-10):(0.1-5)。
6.如权利要求1所述的含有无患子油的乳液,其特征在于,还包括抗氧化剂,所述抗氧化剂的质量百分占比为0.1%-1%。
7.如权利要求6所述的含有无患子油的乳液,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为生育酚。
8.如权利要求1所述的含有无患子油的乳液,其特征在于,还包括鳕鱼胶原蛋白肽,所述鳕鱼胶原蛋白肽的质量百分占比为0.1%-1%。
9.一种如权利要求1至8任意一项所述的含有无患子油的乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将无患子油、聚山梨醇酯-60、聚乙二醇400、失水山梨坦倍半油酸酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、卡波姆按照第一预设重量混合,并搅拌形成混合物;
向混合物中加入第二预设重量的聚二甲基硅氧烷、1,3丁二醇混合均匀,在预设的乳化条件下进行乳化反应,得到所述含无患子油的乳液。
10.如权利要求9所述的含有无患子油的乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述乳化条件包括温度为50-90℃,时间为10min-40min,搅拌速度为2000r/min-22000r/min。
