The method for preparing the paper diaper by using the device for preparing the adult paper diaper based on the high-opening plastic-absorbing net comprises the following steps:
s1: after being mutually bonded, the non-woven fabric and the high-opening plastic suction net are used as an outer layer material of the paper diaper and wound on the first rotating cylinder 43, and the far end of the outer layer material is wound on the lower winding cylinder 23;
s2: filling the water-absorbing filler for preparing the adult paper diaper into a discharging bin 52, shaking the filler off into an extrusion roller 54 through a shaking plate 53, and then dropping the filler on the outer layer material;
s3: winding the PE film serving as an inner layer material of the paper diaper on the second rotating cylinder 62, and winding the far end of the PE film on the upper winding cylinder 22 by bypassing the material separating rod 64;
s4: the outer layer material, the water absorption filler and the inner layer material on the transmission belt device 1 of the compacting device 8 are compacted, then the edges of the paper diapers are fixed in a hot pressing mode through the lower end of the air pressure inner rod 36, and after the air pressure inner rod 36 rises, the cutting knife 31 on the middle air pressure rod 35 cuts the paper diapers and manually grips the cut paper diapers;
s5: the upper winding cylinder 22 recovers the waste inner layer material, the lower winding cylinder 23 recovers the waste outer layer material, and the water-absorbent filler located between the outer layer material and the inner layer material falls into the receiving tank 26.
The width of the plastic suction net is smaller than that of the cutting knife 31, the first steering engine 42, the extrusion steering engine 55, the second steering engine 63, the compaction steering engine 83 and the coil material steering engine 24 synchronously rotate at the rotating speed of 6m/min, the stop is 10s after each rotation of 5s, and the production efficiency of each steering engine is high at the rotating speed.
