s3: wrapping the PE film on the second rotary drum 62 as an inner layer material of the diaper, and wrapping the distal end of the PE film on the upper drum 22 by bypassing the material separating rod 64;
s4: the compaction device 8 compacts the outer layer material, the water absorbing filler and the inner layer material on the driving belt device 1, then the edges of the paper diapers are fixed by hot pressing through the lower end of the air pressure inner rod 36, and after the air pressure inner rod 36 ascends, the paper diapers are cut by the cutting knife 31 on the middle air pressure rod 35 to be manually grabbed;
s5: the upper roll 22 recovers the waste inner layer material, the lower roll 23 recovers the waste outer layer material, and the water absorbing filler between the outer layer material and the inner layer material falls into the receiving trough 26.

The bottom layer blanking device 4 comprises a blanking support 41, a steering engine 42 and a rotating cylinder 43, wherein the lower end of the blanking support 41 is fixedly connected with the ground, the rotating cylinder 43 is rotationally connected above the blanking support 41, the steering engine 42 is fixedly connected above the blanking support 41, an output shaft of the steering engine 42 is in transmission connection with the rotating cylinder 43, and an outer layer material is paved on the driving belt device 1 through the rotating cylinder 43.
The top of the first rotating cylinder 43 is flush with the top of the driving belt device 1, so that the bottom layer material is convenient to be attached to the surface of the driving belt device 1.

The method for preparing the paper diaper by using the preparation device of the adult paper diaper based on the high-open-pore plastic sucking net comprises the following steps of:
s1: the non-woven fabric and the high-open pore plastic absorbing net are adhered to each other and then are wound on the first rotating cylinder 43 as an outer layer material of the paper diaper, and the far end of the outer layer material is wound on the lower rolling cylinder 23;
s2: filling water-absorbing fillers for preparing adult paper diapers into a discharging bin 52, shaking off the fillers into a squeeze roller 54 through a shaking plate 53, and then falling above an outer layer material;
s3: wrapping the PE film on the second rotary drum 62 as an inner layer material of the diaper, and wrapping the distal end of the PE film on the upper drum 22 by bypassing the material separating rod 64;
s4: the compaction device 8 compacts the outer layer material, the water absorbing filler and the inner layer material on the driving belt device 1, then the edges of the paper diapers are fixed by hot pressing through the lower end of the air pressure inner rod 36, and after the air pressure inner rod 36 ascends, the paper diapers are cut by the cutting knife 31 on the middle air pressure rod 35 to be manually grabbed;
s5: the upper roll 22 recovers the waste inner layer material, the lower roll 23 recovers the waste outer layer material, and the water absorbing filler between the outer layer material and the inner layer material falls into the receiving trough 26.
The width of the plastic suction net is smaller than that of the cutting knife 31, the first steering engine 42, the second extrusion steering engine 55, the second steering engine 63, the compaction steering engine 83 and the coil stock steering engine 24 synchronously rotate, the rotating speed is 6m/min, the pause is 10s after each rotation is 5s, and the production efficiency of each steering engine is high under the rotating speed.
Compared with the embodiment 2, the embodiment 3 discloses that the optimal rotating speed and the optimal pause time of each steering engine can improve the efficiency of producing paper diapers by the device to the greatest extent.
The first steering engine 42, the extrusion steering engine 55, the second steering engine 63, the compaction steering engine 83, the coil stock steering engine 24 and the PLC controller 7 in the above embodiments are all commercially available products, so long as the functions of the present invention can be implemented, and those skilled in the art can select and use the materials according to conventional general knowledge, and are not limited in particular herein.

the filler blanking device (5) comprises a blanking bracket II (51), a blanking bin (52), a shaking plate (53), extrusion rollers (54) and extrusion steering gears (55), wherein the lower end of the blanking bracket II (51) is fixedly connected with the ground, the blanking bin (52) is fixedly connected above the blanking bracket II (51), the shaking plate (53) is hinged above the inner walls of the two sides of the blanking bin (52), the shaking steering gears (56) are arranged on the inner walls of the blanking bin (52), cams (57) are connected to the output shafts of the shaking steering gears (56) in a transmission manner, the cams (57) are in butt joint with the shaking plate (53), the extrusion rollers (54) are two, the two extrusion rollers (54) are connected to the bottom of the blanking bin (52) in a side-by-side rotary manner, the front ends of the extrusion rollers (54) are respectively provided with a first gear (58), the two first gears (58) are meshed with each other, the extrusion steering gears (55) are fixedly connected with the outer walls of the blanking steering gears (52), and one of the output shafts (55) is connected with one gear (58);
