the adjusting mechanism 58 comprises a shell 58a, a driving wheel 58b, a connecting belt 58c, a driven wheel 58d, a rotating shaft 58e, a rotating wheel 58f and an intermittent wheel 58g, the front end of the shell 58a is connected with a rear supporting plate 511, the driving wheel 58b is installed at the lower end in the shell 58a, the middle of the driving wheel 58b is connected with an output shaft at the front end of a third motor 510, the outer side of the driving wheel 58b synchronously rotates through the connecting belt 58c and the driven wheel 58d, the arrangement of the belt wheel set effectively realizes the deceleration during the rotation of the intermittent assembly at the upper end, the instability of adjusting the position of the anilox roller 56 caused by the over-high rotating speed is avoided, the rotating shaft 58e is installed at the middle of the driven wheel 58d, the rotating shaft 58e is rotatably connected with the shell 58a, the rotating wheel 58f is installed at the front end of the rotating shaft 58e, a limiting disc 581 with the left upper end of the rotating wheel 58f in an inwards concave arc shape is fixed, and a toggle column 582 extends out from the left upper end of the rotating wheel 58f, the top of the rotating wheel 58f is attached to the intermittent wheel 58g, the driving shaft 58h is installed in the middle of the intermittent wheel 58g, the front end of the driving shaft 58h penetrates through the rear support plate 511 to be connected with the rotating disc 57, the four ends of the inner part of the intermittent wheel 58g are provided with strip-shaped grooves 583, the center lines of the strip-shaped grooves 583 are intersected and cross-shaped, the separation angle is ninety degrees, the intermittent wheel 58g can rotate for ninety degrees once when being stirred, the rotating disc 57 can be driven to realize that four groups of cross-distributed anilox press rollers 56 rotate along with the rotation to achieve position replacement, the four groups of strip-shaped grooves 583 separate four groups of arc-shaped surfaces on the outer side of the intermittent wheel 58g, and the toggle column 582 is movably embedded in the middle of the strip-shaped grooves 583.

the collecting box 59a comprises a box 591 with the left side communicated with the wind bin 59e, a filter bag 592 arranged at the right end in the box 591 and attached to the air outlet window 59b, a fan main body 593 arranged at the left side of the filter bag 592 and a connecting pipe 594 used for connecting the fan main body 593 with the wind bin 59 e; the filter bag 592 is made of a polyester needle felt material, and has the characteristics of high porosity, good air permeability and high dust collection efficiency which are unique to common felt filter cloth;

secondly, transferring the formed cotton cores from the cotton core transfer device (3) to a double-layer cotton core composite device (4) to start composite forming;
thirdly, the double-layer composite cotton core starts net pressing through a reticulate pattern pressing roller in the middle of the net pressing device (5), the net pressing device (5) comprises a front support plate (51), a transmission box (52), a first motor (53), a second motor (54), a fixed disc (55), a reticulate pattern pressing roller (56), a rotating disc (57), an adjusting mechanism (58), a cleaning device (59), a third motor (510) and a rear support plate (511), the transmission box (52) is installed at the front end of the front support plate (51), the first motor (53) is arranged at the front end of the transmission box (52), the fixed disc (55) is fixed at the upper end of the back of the front support plate (51), the upper end of the fixed disc (55) is in a convex shape, the second motor (54) is installed at the convex position at the upper end of the fixed disc (55), the back of the fixed disc (55) is connected with four reticulate pattern pressing rollers (56) for net pressing, the surfaces of the four reticulate pattern pressing rollers (56) are different, the back of the anilox roller (56) is rotatably connected with a rotating disc (57), the back of the rotating disc (57) is hinged with a rear support plate (511), an adjusting mechanism (58) for adjusting the angle of the rotating disc (57) is mounted on the back of the rear support plate (511), a third motor (510) is mounted on the back of the adjusting mechanism (58), the front end of a front support plate (51) and the upper end of the back of the rear support plate (511) are connected with a cleaning device (59) with the function of cleaning the anilox roller (56), the adjusting mechanism (58) comprises a shell (58 a), a driving wheel (58 b), a connecting belt (58 c), a driven wheel (58 d), a rotating shaft (58 e), a rotating wheel (58 f) and an intermittent wheel (58 g), the front end of the shell (58 a) is connected with the rear support plate (511), and the driving wheel (58 b) is mounted at the inner lower end of the shell (58 a), the middle of the driving wheel (58 b) is connected with an output shaft at the front end of the third motor (510), the outer side of the driving wheel (58 b) rotates synchronously through a connecting belt (58 c) and a driven wheel (58 d), a rotating shaft (58 e) is installed in the middle of the driven wheel (58 d), the rotating shaft (58 e) is rotatably connected with the shell (58 a), a rotating wheel (58 f) is installed at the front end of the rotating shaft (58 e), a limiting disc (581) with the left upper end in an inwards concave arc shape is fixed at the front end of the rotating wheel (58 f), a toggle column (582) extends out of the left upper end of the rotating wheel (58 f), the top of the rotating wheel (58 f) is attached to an intermittent wheel (58 g), a driving shaft (58 h) is installed in the middle of the intermittent wheel (58 g), the front end of the driving shaft (58 h) penetrates through the rear supporting plate (511) to be connected with the rotating disc (57), and strip-shaped grooves (583) are formed in four ends of the intermittent wheel (58 g), the four groups of strip-shaped grooves (583) separate four groups of inner concave arc-shaped surfaces on the outer side of the intermittent wheel (58 g), the middle part of each strip-shaped groove (583) is movably embedded into the toggle column (582), the surface of the cotton core after being subjected to net pressing is provided with reticulate patterns, then the cotton core enters the cotton core cutting and conveying device (6) to start to be subjected to equidistant cutting, and the cotton core is conveyed to a conveying belt at the front end of the elastic waistline and surface layer composite device (11) after being cut;
fourthly, winding the prepared front waist surface layer on a front waist applying device (12), conveying the front waist applying device (12) to a front end conveying belt of an elastic waist and surface layer compounding device (11), conveying the front waist applying device and the front waist applying device at the same time in cooperation with the cut cotton cores, and attaching the front waist applying device and the surface layer to the bottom surface of the elastic waist and surface layer compounding device;
fifthly, the hydrophilic cloth and the water-repellent cloth are compounded by a hydrophilic cloth and water-repellent cloth compounding device (7) and then are conveyed to a blue chip applying device (8) to apply a blue chip, meanwhile, a rubber band is applied to the compounded hydrophilic cloth and water-repellent cloth by a rubber band applying device (10), and the compounded hydrophilic cloth and water-repellent cloth are compounded by a compounding roller (9) and then are input into an elastic waistline and surface layer compounding device (11);
sixthly, applying composite hydrophilic cloth and water-repellent cloth of rubber bands and blue chips into an elastic waistline and surface layer composite device (11), simultaneously entering cotton cores applied to the front waist, and continuously conveying the cotton cores through a conveying roller (13) after the cotton cores and the cotton cores are bonded;
seventhly, the conveying roller (13) transfers the waist tape to a double-set left and right waist tape cutting device (14) to start cutting the left and right waist tapes, and then the waist tapes are compacted by a left and right waist tape compacting device (15);
and eighthly, carrying out die cutting on the compacted incontinence pants by a die cutting device (16), conveying the compacted incontinence pants to a wrapping station after die cutting, and conveying the compacted incontinence pants to a packaging station for packaging after wrapping.

A method of making a large and small incontinence adult pant according to claim 1, wherein: the transmission case (52) comprises a shell (52 a), a driving gear (52 b), a driven pulley (52 c), a synchronous belt (52 d) and a driving pulley (52 e), the shell (52 a) is detachably arranged at the lower end of the front end face of the front support plate (51), a shaft rod is rotatably arranged at the inner right end of the shell (52 a), the rear end of the shaft rod penetrates through the front support plate (51), the driving gear (52 b) is fixed at the rear end of the outer diameter surface of the shaft rod, the driven pulley (52 c) is sleeved at the front end of the shaft rod, the driven pulley (52 c) synchronously rotates with the driving pulley (52 e) through the synchronous belt (52 d), and the middle of the driving pulley (52 e) is connected with an output shaft at the back of the first motor (53).
