In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the strip-net compounding process is an improved part of the present invention, and includes a step of dispensing a bamboo charcoal fiber strip net 3 by uniformly dispensing an upper surface of the manufactured bamboo charcoal fiber strip net 3 through a second dispensing device 6, a step of dispensing a lower core 2 by dispensing a grid position corresponding to a position of the bamboo charcoal fiber strip net 3 on the lower core 2 and an edge position corresponding to a position of the upper core 1 through a first dispensing device 4, a step of pressing the upper core 1 onto the bamboo charcoal fiber strip net 3 having a glue layer on an upper surface thereof through a pressing device 5 to form a semi-finished product, and a step of pressing the semi-finished product onto the lower core 2 having the glue layer. According to the strip net compounding process, the upper core body 1, the bamboo charcoal fiber strip net 3 and the lower core body 2 are sequentially pressed and bonded through the steps, so that the material transfer process in the manufacturing process is reduced, the product consistency is improved, and the manufactured absorption core is more comfortable, breathable, clean and sanitary.
The first dispensing device 4 and the second dispensing device 6 have substantially the same main body, and taking the second dispensing device 6 as an example, referring to fig. 2, the second dispensing device 6 includes a rotating table 66 rotatably disposed on the machine body, a frame 62 mounted on the machine body and having a top portion extending to one side of the rotating table 66, a plurality of limiting tables 63 fixedly mounted on the rotating table and used for placing the glue to be dispensed, a second cylinder 61 is fixedly mounted on the frame 62, a dispensing plate 64 is fixedly mounted on the second cylinder 61 and having a telescopic end extending downward, and a plurality of dispensing heads 65 are disposed on the dispensing plate 64. The glue to be dispensed of the second dispensing device 6 is the bamboo charcoal fiber strip net 3, so that a limiting groove with the same shape as the bamboo charcoal fiber strip net 3 is formed on a limiting table 63 on the second dispensing device 6, and the dispensing heads 65 on the second dispensing device 6 are distributed in a network shape corresponding to the shape of the bamboo charcoal fiber strip net 3.
The difference between the first dispensing device 4 and the second dispensing device 6 is that the glue to be dispensed from the first dispensing device 4 is the lower core 2, and therefore, a limiting groove having the same shape as the lower core 2 is formed on a limiting table 63 on the first dispensing device 4, and the dispensing heads 65 on the first dispensing device 4 include a circle of annularly-distributed dispensing heads 65 corresponding to the outer edge of the lower core 2 in addition to being in a network-like distribution corresponding to the shape of the bamboo charcoal fiber strip net 3.
In order to keep the glue layer after dispensing in a high-temperature melting state in the transfer process and avoid the glue layer from condensing before pressing, a rotating base 67 is fixedly mounted on the rotating table 66, a heating plate 68 is fixedly mounted on the rotating base 67, the heating plate 68 rotates through the rotating base 67, and then the heating plate 68 is covered on the limiting table 63 or is separated from the limiting table 63 in a dislocation manner, and the number of the positions of the heating plate 68 is the same as that of the limiting table 63.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the press-fit device 5 includes the frame 51 and rotates the rotatory stand 52 of installing on the frame 51, the week side fixed mounting of rotatory stand 52 has at least three equidistant distribution's swing arm 53, the terminal fixed mounting of swing arm 53 has first cylinder 54, the flexible fixed mounting of first cylinder 54 has negative pressure suction cup 55, and week side fixed mounting of negative pressure suction cup 55 has two at least engaging lugs 56, the bottom fixed mounting of engaging lug 56 has elastic telescopic rod 57, and is a plurality of the terminal fixed mounting of elastic telescopic rod 57 has outer fringe clamping ring 58, and this outer fringe clamping ring 58 matches with the outer ring edge shape of last core 1 or lower core 2.
