Preferably, in order to make the second bevel gear 19 rotate smoothly, the first bevel gear 18 is coated with grease, so that the friction between the first bevel gear 18 and the second bevel gear 19 is reduced, and the second bevel gear 19 rotates more smoothly.
Preferably, a rubber pad 14 is disposed on a side of the pressing plate 11 close to the airbag 10 to avoid damaging the airbag 10.

Compared with the prior art, the high-reliability embossing equipment with the cleaning function has the advantages that the leveling function is realized through the leveling mechanism, the equipment is ensured to be in a horizontal state, the equipment is prevented from inclining and the embossing pressure is prevented from being influenced, so that the embossing quality is improved.

Claims (10)

1. The embossing equipment with the cleaning function and high reliability comprises a support plate (1), a top plate (3), an embossing roller (4), a driven roller (5), two support columns (2) and four support boxes (6), wherein the four support boxes (6) are respectively fixed at four corners below the support plate (1), two ends of the top plate (3) are respectively fixed above the support plate (1) through the two support columns (2), the embossing roller (4) is arranged below the top plate (3), the driven roller (5) is arranged above the support plate (1), the embossing roller (4) and the driven roller (5) are arranged in parallel, and a PLC is arranged in the support plate (1), and the embossing equipment is characterized by further comprising a leveling mechanism and a cleaning mechanism, wherein the leveling mechanism is arranged below the support plate (1), and the cleaning mechanism is arranged below the top plate (3);
the leveling mechanism comprises a level meter (7) and four leveling components, the level meter (7) is fixed below the support plate (1), the leveling components correspond to the support boxes (6) one by one, the leveling components are arranged inside the support boxes (6), the leveling components are connected with the lower part of the support plate (1), and the level meter (7) is electrically connected with the PLC;
the leveling component comprises a suction pump (8), an air bag (10), a pressing plate (11), a support (12), a connecting pipe (9), two springs (13) and two limiting components, the suction pump (8) is fixed on the support box (6), the air bag (10) is fixed at the bottom in the support box (6), the suction pump (8) is communicated with the air bag (10) through the connecting pipe (9), the pressing plate (11) is abutted against the upper side of the air bag (10), the support (12) is U-shaped, two through holes are arranged above the support box (6), two ends of the support (12) respectively penetrate through the two through holes to be fixedly connected with the lower part of the support plate (1), the springs (13) are respectively arranged at two ends of the support (12), two ends of the springs (13) are respectively connected with the top in the support box (6) and the support (12), and the through holes correspond to the limiting components one to one, the through hole is connected with the bracket (12) through a limiting assembly, and the suction pump (8) is electrically connected with the PLC;
clean mechanism includes runner assembly, drive assembly, collection subassembly, connecting box (27), filter screen (28), branch (30) and a plurality of suction nozzle (29), connecting box (27) are fixed in the below of roof (3) through branch (30), the inside at connecting box (27) is fixed in filter screen (28), suction nozzle (29) circumference is evenly fixed in one side that is close to knurling roller (4) of connecting box (27), suction nozzle (29) and connecting box (27) intercommunication, the junction of connecting box (27) and suction nozzle (29) is located the top of filter screen (28), collection subassembly, drive assembly and runner assembly all set up the top at connecting box (27), the runner assembly passes through drive assembly and is connected with the collection subassembly, the runner assembly is connected with knurling roller (4).

The embossing apparatus with the cleaning function and the high reliability as claimed in claim 1, wherein the limiting assembly comprises two limiting rods (15), the two limiting rods (15) are symmetrically arranged about the axis of the through hole, two grooves are arranged at both ends of the bracket (12), the grooves correspond to the limiting rods (15) one by one, one end of each limiting rod (15) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the through hole, the other end of each limiting rod (15) is arranged inside the corresponding groove, the other end of each limiting rod (15) is matched with the corresponding groove, and the other end of each limiting rod (15) is connected with the corresponding groove in a sliding manner.

The embossing apparatus with the cleaning function and the high reliability as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotating assembly comprises a rotating shaft (16), two rollers (17) and two first bearings, the first bearings are fixed above the top plate (3), two ends of the rotating shaft (16) are respectively and fixedly connected with inner rings of the two first bearings, the rotating shaft (16) is arranged in parallel with the embossing roller (4), the two rollers (17) are respectively fixed at two ends of the rotating shaft (16), the rollers (17) abut against the embossing roller (4), and the transmission assembly is connected with the rotating shaft (16).

Embossing apparatus with high reliability and cleaning functionality according to claim 4, characterized in that the transmission assembly comprises a first bevel gear (18) and a second bevel gear (19), the first bevel gear (18) being fixedly connected to the rotating shaft (16), the first bevel gear (18) being arranged between the two rollers (17), the second bevel gear (19) being connected to the collecting assembly, the first bevel gear (18) being in mesh with the second bevel gear (19).

Highly reliable embossing apparatus with cleaning function as in claim 5, the collecting component comprises an air cylinder (24), a piston (23), an air inlet pipe (26), an air outlet pipe (25), an air rod (22) and a reciprocating unit, the air cylinder (24) is fixed above the collecting box, the piston (23) is arranged in the air cylinder (24), the piston (23) is connected with the inner wall of the air cylinder (24) in a sealing way, one side of the air cylinder (24) is communicated with the collecting box through an air inlet pipe (26), the upper part of the air cylinder (24) is communicated with an air outlet pipe (25), the other side of the air cylinder (24) is provided with a through hole, one end of the air rod (22) is fixedly connected with one side of the piston (23) close to the through hole, the other end of the air rod (22) penetrates through the through hole to be connected with a reciprocating unit, and the reciprocating unit is connected with a second bevel gear (19).

The embossing apparatus with high reliability and cleaning function as claimed in claim 6, wherein the reciprocating unit comprises a crankshaft (20), a rotating block (21) and two second bearings, wherein one second bearing is fixed above the collecting box, the other second bearing is fixed on one side of the air cylinder (24) close to the through hole, two ends of the crankshaft (20) are respectively and fixedly connected with inner rings of the two second bearings, one end of the crankshaft (20) close to the rotating shaft (16) is fixedly connected with the second bevel gear (19), the rotating block (21) is sleeved on the crankshaft (20), and one end of the air lever (22) far away from the piston (23) is hinged with the rotating block (21).

10. Embossing apparatus with high reliability and cleaning functionality according to claim 1, characterized in that the side of the pressure plate (11) close to the air pocket (10) is provided with a rubber pad (14).
