Abstract
本发明提供了一种对抗幽门螺杆菌的组合物及饮料,涉及食品加工技术领域;以重量份记,该组合物由以下原料组成:岩藻多糖0.1‑3份、罗伊氏乳杆菌0.1‑2份、姜黄0.1‑3份、大蒜粉1‑10份、蒲公英粉1‑10份、猴头菇粉5‑10份、小麦低聚肽1‑15份、山药粉1‑15份。本发明将岩藻多糖、罗伊氏乳杆菌、姜黄、大蒜粉、蒲公英粉、猴头菇粉、小麦低聚肽、山药粉配合使用后,在对抗幽门螺杆菌方面,抗幽组合物于养胃组合物可起到显著的协同增效作用;本发明组合物可进一步制备成饮料。

技术领域
本发明涉及功能性食品领域,具体涉及配方简单,原料易获取,对抗幽门螺杆菌效果好的对抗幽门螺杆菌的组合物及饮料幽门螺杆菌的组合物及饮料。
背景技术
1983年,澳大利亚2位学者首次分离培养出幽门螺杆菌,并发现其与多种胃病相关,从而获得了2005年诺贝尔医学奖。幽门螺杆菌是一种单级、多鞭毛、末端钝圆、螺旋形弯曲的细菌,在胃黏膜上皮细胞表面呈典型的螺旋状或弧形(具体破坏胃黏膜)幽门螺杆菌进入胃后,借助菌体一侧的鞭毛提供动力穿过黏液层。幽门螺杆菌在粘稠的环境下具有极强的运动能力,幽门螺杆菌到达上皮表面后,通过黏附素,牢牢地与上皮细胞连接在一起。大量的研究表明,超过90%的十二指肠溃疡和80%左右的胃溃疡,都是由幽门螺杆菌感染所导致的。1994年世界卫生组织将幽门螺杆菌定为I类致癌物质。2010年全世界有超过50%的人口感染幽门螺杆菌,而在中国2012年第四次全国幽门螺杆菌感染处理共识报告中,明确指出感染幽门螺杆菌处理共识报告中,明确指出感染幽门螺杆菌者应积极根除。现今临床上主要采用以抗生素为主的“三联”或“四联”方案治疗幽门螺杆菌感染,但存在疗效不稳定、价格昂贵、易产生耐药性、复发率高和安全性不理想等问题。

本发明的目的是解决上述现有技术的不足,提供一种配方简单,原料易获取,成本低廉,疗效稳定、对抗幽门螺杆菌效果好的对抗幽门螺杆菌的组合物及饮料幽门螺杆菌的组合物及饮料。

一种对抗幽门螺杆菌的组合物及饮料幽门螺杆菌的组合物,包括如下重量份配比的原料:岩藻多糖0.1-3份、罗伊氏乳杆菌0.1-2份、姜黄0.1-3份、大蒜粉1-10份、蒲公英粉1-10份、猴头菇粉5-10份、小麦低聚肽1-15份、山药粉1-15份。
作为优选,以重量份计,对抗幽门螺杆菌的组合物由如下原料组成:岩藻多糖0.5-2份、罗伊氏乳杆菌0.3-1份、姜黄0.4-2份、大蒜粉2-7份、蒲公英粉3-6份、猴头菇粉6-8份、小麦低聚肽5-10份、山药粉5-12份。
优选地,以重量份计,对抗幽门螺杆菌的组合物由如下原料组成:岩藻多糖0.7-1份、罗伊氏乳杆菌0.35-0.5份、姜黄0.45-0.55份、大蒜粉5.5-6.5份、蒲公英粉5-6份、猴头菇粉6.5-7.5份、小麦低聚肽6-7份、山药粉9-10份。

本发明中包含了抗幽门螺旋杆菌组份和保护胃黏膜组份,其中抗幽门螺旋杆菌组份中:岩藻多糖,也称褐藻多糖硫酸酯或褐藻糖胶,由岩藻多糖和硫酸基所构成的多糖物质,最早从海带黏滑液中发现的,在新鲜海带中含量仅为千分之一左右,岩藻多糖的硫酸酯基团可以与幽门螺杆菌上的供体蛋白结合,生物亲和吸附,靶向阻止幽门螺杆菌吸附,使幽门螺杆菌随人体正常代谢排出体外。罗伊氏乳杆菌,能与幽门螺杆菌发生超强的、特异性的聚合反应,幽门螺杆菌因聚集而丧失运动能力,同时将幽门螺杆菌表面与胃黏膜上皮细胞的结合位点覆盖,幽门螺杆菌不易附着在胃黏膜上,使幽门螺杆菌跟容易排出体外;岩藻多糖与罗伊氏乳杆菌配合,对抗幽门螺杆菌效果更佳。姜黄,上世纪80年代的医学研究就已发现,姜黄素有很好的抗炎作用,其效果类似于非甾体抗炎药的效果,有研究显示,一定浓度的姜黄素,能够显著抑制人体消化道中的幽门螺杆菌的生长繁殖;大蒜粉含大蒜素具有较强的杀菌能力,实验研究证实大蒜素对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、幽门螺旋杆菌等测试菌株均有极强的杀死作用,被誉为天然的光谱抗生素;蒲公英具有清热解毒、消肿散结功效,蒲公英含有的芬酸类和黄酮类物质具有干扰RNA和DNA的合成,阻断幽门螺杆菌生长。上述抗幽门螺旋杆菌组份配伍,可产生较好的消除、灭杀幽门螺旋杆菌的效果。
本发明的组合物中保护胃黏膜的组份中:猴头菇粉,是一种名贵的食药用真菌,营养丰富,富含多肽及多种维生素,性平、味甘,具有助消化、利五脏的功效,猴头菌的多糖成分可以改善胃黏膜循环状况,减轻微血管损伤及降低微血管通透性,对胃黏膜上皮的再生和修复有重要作用,可增强胃黏膜屏障机能,修复损坏的胃黏膜,增加胃黏膜血流从而增强胃黏膜的防御;小麦低聚肽富含谷氨酸及谷氨酰胺,有研究显示小麦低聚肽可显著减轻胃黏膜损伤的炎症反应,减少胃黏膜上皮细胞的凋亡,内含的谷氨酰胺促进胃肠道上皮细胞的生长和增殖,促进胃黏膜损伤的愈合,对细胞氧化损伤有修复作用;山药粉,可补脾养胃,山药中含有的山药多糖、糖蛋白等活性成分,在调整胃肠功能方面具有较好疗效。上述保护胃黏膜的组份配伍,产生了较好的养胃护胃工效,尤其是对遭到幽门螺旋杆菌破坏的胃黏膜会产生很好的再生、恢复效果。
本发明将抗幽门螺杆菌组合物和保护胃黏膜组合物配合使用后,各组分产生了显著的协同增效作用,在对抗幽门螺旋杆菌、改善和治疗由幽门螺杆菌引起的病症上具有很好的效果。

使用上述对抗幽门螺杆菌的组合物及饮料幽门螺杆菌的组合物制备而成的对抗幽门螺杆菌的组合物及饮料幽门螺杆菌的饮料,包括本发明提供的对抗幽门螺杆菌的组合物和食品学上可接受的辅料。饮料的类型为液体饮料或固体饮料。食品学上可接受的辅料包括果粉、甜味剂、稳定剂等。

试验组(实施例1) | 岩藻多糖0.8份、罗伊氏乳杆菌0.4份、姜黄0.4份、大蒜粉6份、蒲公英粉5份、猴头菇粉7份、小麦低聚肽7份、山药粉10份、甜橙粉6份、赤藓糖醇15份、黄原胶0.2份。 |
以上试验方案,采用自身与组间两种对照设计,根据随机、双盲的要求,将符合纳入标准并保证配合试验的自愿受试者,根据消化道症状、幽门螺杆菌检查情况,同时考虑年龄、性别等因素分为对照组和试验组。对照组和试验组按照试验方案每人每日早1次,每次0.1g/kg\食用样品或安慰剂,连续30天。试验期间不可使用抗生素、铋制剂、质子泵抑制剂等幽门螺杆菌敏感药物;早晚刷牙,保持个人口腔卫生;饮食方面不吃生食生水、莓类水果、碳酸饮料、辛辣刺激食物,忌烟忌酒。本试验选用固体饮料,使用时用200ml左右的温水冲泡后饮用水。
2、受试者选择
受试人群选择:受试者需到指定医院进行尿素碳14呼气幽门螺杆菌感染检测,其碳【14C】放射性(CPM)检测值≥50的幽门螺杆菌感染阳性者,年龄在18岁-65岁的成人。凡符合上述条件而自愿参加并保证配合的均可纳入试验,每组受试人员招募30人。
3、观察指标
观察指标为对抗幽门螺杆菌功效指标。
(1)幽门螺杆菌感染改善有效率:统计试食组试食前、后的尿素碳14呼气幽门螺杆菌感染检测其碳【14C】放射性(CPM)的检测值,当体验完后其碳【14C】放射性(CPM)的检测值下降5以上可判定为有改善,以此标准进行计算试食组幽门螺杆菌感染改善例数和改善率,并进行统计学检验,以此来评价对抗幽门螺杆菌的功效。
(2)幽门螺杆菌感染转阴率:统计试食组试食前、后的尿素碳14呼气幽门螺杆菌感染检测其碳【14C】放射性(CPM)的检测值,当体验完后其碳【14C】放射性(CPM)的检测值降为40及以下可判定为转阴,以此标准进行计算试食组幽门螺杆菌感染转阴例数和转阴率,并进行统计学检验,以此来评价对抗幽门螺杆菌的功效。
(3)消化道不适症状改善有效率:腹痛、腹胀、反酸、烧心、嗳气、恶心、口中异味7种症状进行评分比较,记为0-3分,分数越高,症状越严重,统计试食组试食前、后的症状积分,分别计算两组的平均积分值,并进行统计学检验。

注:“偶感”是指1-5次/月;“时有”是指5-10次/月;“经常”是指>10次/月
4、试验结果
试验期间,受试者精神、睡眠、大小便均正常。采用双盲法观察试验结果如下:
(1)幽门螺杆菌感染改善有效率
幽门螺杆菌感染改善有效率的试验结果如下表2中所示:

由上表中的数据可知,空白对照组的试用人员其幽门螺杆菌感染改善有效率为0,第一对照组和第二对照组的试用人员其有一定幽门螺杆菌感染改善有效率,试验组1的试用人员其幽门螺杆菌感染改善有效率明显高于三个对照组,由以上结果可知,将抗幽门螺杆菌组合物和保护胃黏膜组合物配合使用后的清幽门螺杆菌效果显著好于单独使用抗幽门螺杆菌组合物或保护胃黏膜组合物的效果。
(2)幽门螺杆菌感染转阴率
幽门螺杆菌感染转阴率的试验结果如下表3中所示:

由上表中的数据可知,空白对照组的试用人员其幽门螺杆菌感染转阴率为0,第一对照组和第二对照组的试用人员其有一定幽门螺杆菌感染转阴率,试验组1的试用人员其幽门螺杆菌感染转阴率明显高于三个对照组,由以上结果可知,将抗幽门螺杆菌组合物和保护胃黏膜组合物配合使用后的清幽门螺杆菌效果显著好于单独使用抗幽门螺杆菌组合物或保护胃黏膜组合物的效果。
(3)消化道不适症状改善有效率

由上表中的数据可知,空白对照组的试用人员其消化道不适症状改善有效率几乎没有,第一对照组和第二对照组的试用人员其有一定消化道不适症状改善有效率,试验组1的试用人员其消化道不适症状改善有效率明显高于三个对照组,由以上结果可知,将抗幽门螺杆菌组合物和保护胃黏膜组合物配合使用后的清幽门螺杆菌效果显著好于单独使用抗幽门螺杆菌组合物或保护胃黏膜组合物的效果。
试验例2:
本试验例中,各试验组选用的配方组成如下
参照试验例1中的方法,将符合纳入标准并保证配合试验的自愿受试者,根据消化道症状、幽门螺杆菌检查情况,同时考虑年龄、性别等因素分为对照组和试验组。对照组和试验组按照试验方案每人每日早1次,每次0.1g/kg食用样品或安慰剂(液体饮料折算固体含量),连续30天。试验期间不可使用抗生素、铋制剂、质子泵抑制剂等幽门螺杆菌敏感药物;早晚刷牙,保持个人口腔卫生;饮食方面不吃生食生水、莓类水果、碳酸饮料、辛辣刺激食物,忌烟忌酒。本试验选用固体饮料,使用时用200ml左右的温水冲泡后饮用水。
试验结果
试验期间,受试者精神、睡眠、大小便均正常。采用双盲法观察试验结果如下:

由上表中的数据可知,实验组对抗幽门螺杆菌效果明显优于各个对照组。在对抗幽门螺杆菌方面,抗幽组合物于养胃组合物可起到显著的协同增效作用。
以上显示和描述了本发明的基本原理和主要特征和本发明的优点,对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明,因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。
本发明中的试验例1和试验例2中的试验组(实施例1)数据为同一组受试人员使用本发明提供的对抗幽门螺杆菌的组合物及饮料幽门螺杆菌的饮料30天,测试获得的数据。
Claims (10)
1.一种对抗幽门螺杆菌的组合物及饮料幽门螺杆菌的组合物,包括如下重量份配比的原料:岩藻多糖0.1-3份、罗伊氏乳杆菌0.1-2份、姜黄0.1-3份、大蒜粉1-10份、蒲公英粉1-10份、猴头菇粉5-10份、小麦低聚肽1-15份、山药粉1-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的对抗幽门螺杆菌的组合物及饮料幽门螺杆菌的组合物,其特征在于:以重量份计,由如下原料组成:岩藻多糖0.5-2份、罗伊氏乳杆菌0.3-1份、姜黄0.4-2份、大蒜粉2-7份、蒲公英粉3-6份、猴头菇粉6-8份、小麦低聚肽5-10份、山药粉5-12份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的对抗幽门螺杆菌的组合物及饮料幽门螺杆菌的组合物,其特征在于:以重量份计,由如下原料组成::岩藻多糖0.7-1份、罗伊氏乳杆菌0.35-0.5份、姜黄0.45-0.55份、大蒜粉5.5-6.5份、蒲公英粉5-6份、猴头菇粉6.5-7.5份、小麦低聚肽6-7份、山药粉9-10份。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述组合物在制备具有对抗幽门螺杆菌的饮料中的应用。
5.一种对抗幽门螺杆菌的组合物及饮料幽门螺杆菌的饮料,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至3中任一项组合物和食品学上可接受的辅料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的对抗幽门螺杆菌的组合物及饮料幽门螺杆菌的饮料,其特征在于:所述饮料的类型为液体饮料或固体饮料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的饮料,其特征在于,所述的饮料的类型为液体饮料,以重量份计,其原辅料包括:岩藻多糖0.1-3份、罗伊氏乳杆菌0.1-2份、姜黄0.1-3份、大蒜粉1-10份、蒲公英粉1-10份、猴头菇粉5-10份、小麦低聚肽1-15份、山药粉1-15份、果粉1-10份、甜味剂1-30、稳定剂0.1-2。
8.根据权利要求7所述的饮料,其特征在于,所述果粉为甜橙粉、木瓜粉、菠萝粉或苹果粉的一种或多种;所述甜味剂为山梨糖醇、麦芽糖醇、低聚果糖、低聚木糖、赤鲜糖醇或异麦芽酮糖醇的一种或多种;所述稳定剂为黄原胶、结冷胶、卡拉胶、果胶、羧甲基纤维素钠或刺槐豆胶的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求6所述的对抗幽门螺杆菌的组合物及饮料幽门螺杆菌的饮料,其特征在于,所述的饮料的类型为液体饮料,以重量份计,其原辅料包括:岩藻多糖0.5-2份、罗伊氏乳杆菌0.3-1份、姜黄0.4-2份、大蒜粉2-7份、蒲公英粉3-6份、猴头菇粉6-8份、小麦低聚肽5-10份、山药粉5-12份、果粉2-8份、甜味剂10-20份、稳定剂0.15-1份。
10.根据权利要求6所述的对抗幽门螺杆菌的组合物及饮料幽门螺杆菌的饮料,其特征在于,所述的饮料的类型为液体饮料,以重量份计,其原辅料包括:岩藻多糖0.8份、罗伊氏乳杆菌0.4份、姜黄0.4份、大蒜粉6份、蒲公英粉5份、猴头菇粉7份、小麦低聚肽7份、山药粉10份、果粉6份、甜味剂15份、稳定剂0.2份。
