本发明公开了一种富含岩藻多糖的固体饮料及在清除幽门螺旋杆菌中的应用,涉及食品技术领域。按照重量份数其包括以下原料:岩藻多糖粉末0.2‑90份,褐藻膳食纤维粉5‑80份,菌菇果蔬粉1‑50份,其中,岩藻多糖粉末的纯度为5%‑95%。本发明所选取主要功效原料为岩藻多糖,其硫酸基团能与幽门螺旋杆菌结合,阻止其侵入胃粘膜细胞,同时能够抑制幽门螺旋杆菌产生尿素酶,保护胃部酸性环境,维持胃部健康。本发明均为食品中可用的原料,不含药物成分,既适用于胃病患者、又可用于幽门螺旋杆菌携带者,而且不会使幽门螺旋杆菌产生耐受性,可长期食用。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体涉及一种能够清除胃部幽门螺旋杆菌固体饮料。
背景技术
幽门螺旋杆菌是一种微需氧、螺旋形且对生长条件要求十分苛刻的细菌,也是目前所知唯一能够在人胃中生存的微生物,它不仅可以穿过粘液层与上皮细胞粘附,而且能够分泌尿素酶,与胃部尿素反应生成氨气,中和胃酸,破坏胃部环境,引起胃部不适。幽门螺旋杆菌感染常常会引起胃炎、消化道溃疡等,其不良后果是胃癌,为了保证治疗效果,多数胃病患者在疾病治疗前都需先杀灭幽门螺旋杆菌。
根据世界胃肠组织保守估计,全球至少有一半人口感染幽门螺旋杆菌,在发展中国家,成年人在50岁之前感染该菌的比例高达80%,虽然一部分人只是携带者并未发病,但一旦饮食不当或身体抵抗力下降就有可能出现胃部不适的症状,长久以往很有可能对胃部健康造成损害。目前传统的幽门螺旋杆菌治疗手段为抗生素疗法,但为避免抗生素滥用引起不良后果,通常只用于胃部发病患者的治疗而携带者不建议使用。因此,迫切需要一款既适用于胃病患者、又可用于携带者的能有效抑制和清除幽门螺旋杆菌的产品。
岩藻多糖主要存在于褐藻中,是一种含硫酸基和L-岩藻糖的水溶性海洋多糖,但其在褐藻中含量很少,新鲜海带中含量为0.1%左右,是非常宝贵的海藻活性物质。研究表明,岩藻多糖能与胃部幽门螺旋杆菌靶向亲和,阻止其吸附和侵入胃粘膜细胞,同时有利于胃黏膜溃疡面的愈合,维护胃部健康。
近年来,随着人们经济水平的提高和健康知识的普及,越来越多的人逐渐认识到清除幽门螺旋杆菌的重要性,目前市场上也出现了一些针对幽门螺旋杆菌的益生菌类食品,如申请号201810988132.8公开了一种复合益生菌功能性食品,其是复合了多种乳杆菌从而抑制幽门螺旋杆菌的产生和蔓延。然而,目前尚无利用岩藻多糖等特异性活性物质为有效成分来抑制和清除幽门螺旋杆菌的固体饮料产品,开发一款岩藻多糖的清幽固体饮料将具有良好的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种富含岩藻多糖的固体饮料及在清除幽门螺旋杆菌中的应用,该固体饮料其不含药物成分,且具有清除幽门螺旋杆菌的功效。
本发明的任务之一在于提供一种富含岩藻多糖的固体饮料,其技术解决方案包括:

岩藻多糖粉末0.2-90份,褐藻膳食纤维粉5-80份,菌菇果蔬粉1-50份;
所述的岩藻多糖粉末的纯度为5%-95%。
作为本发明的一个优选方案,上述的固体饮料原料还包括0.1-20份的辅料和0.1-50份的谷物坚果粉。
作为本发明的另一个优选方案,上述的辅料为麦芽糊精、蜂蜜粉、红糖、柠檬汁粉、葡萄糖、果糖、甜味剂、酸度调节剂、食用香精中的一种或多种。
进一步的,上述的褐藻膳食纤维粉中膳食纤维含量≥3%。
进一步的,上述的菌菇果蔬粉为猴头菇粉、鸡腿菇粉、茯苓粉、山药粉、枸杞粉、枣粉、桂圆粉、蓝莓粉、山楂粉、姜粉中的一种或多种。
进一步的,上述的谷物坚果粉为米粉、燕麦粉、白扁豆粉、薏苡仁粉、花生粉、核桃粉、芝麻粉、圆苞车前子壳粉、红豆粉、苦荞粉中的一种或多种。
本发明的另一任务在于提供上述富含岩藻多糖的固体饮料在清除幽门螺旋杆菌中的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明带来了以下有益技术效果:
(1)本发明所选取主要功效原料为岩藻多糖,其硫酸基团能与幽门螺旋杆菌结合,阻止其侵入胃粘膜细胞,同时能够抑制幽门螺旋杆菌产生尿素酶,保护胃部酸性环境,维持胃部健康。
(2)本发明均为食品中可用的原料,不含药物成分,既适用于胃病患者、又可用于幽门螺旋杆菌携带者,而且不会使幽门螺旋杆菌产生耐受性,可长期食用。
具体实施方式
本发明提出了一种富含岩藻多糖的固体饮料及在清除幽门螺旋杆菌中的应用,为了使本发明的优点、技术方案更加清楚、明确,下面结合具体实施例对本发明做详细说明。
本发明所选主要原料岩藻多糖由青岛明月海藻生物健康科技集团有限公司生产。
实施例1:
一种富含岩藻多糖清除幽门螺旋杆菌的固体饮料,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:
明月牌岩藻多糖30份,壳寡糖0.2份,茯苓粉5份,山药粉5份,褐藻膳食纤维粉30份,麦芽糊精29.75份,食用香精0.05份。
制备方法:将各种原料按照配比用混合机混合均匀,分装密封。
使用方法:加入40-60℃温水充分搅拌溶解后使用。
实施例2:
一种富含岩藻多糖清除幽门螺旋杆菌的固体饮料,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:
明月牌岩藻多糖20份,猴头菇粉1份,鸡腿菇粉1份,枸杞粉10份,山药粉10份,褐藻膳食纤维粉20份,薏仁粉1份,葡萄糖36.95份,食用香精0.05份。
制备方法:将各种原料按照配比用混合机混合均匀,分装密封。
使用方法:加入40-60℃温水充分搅拌溶解后使用。
实施例3:
一种富含岩藻多糖清除幽门螺旋杆菌的固体饮料,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:
明月牌岩藻多糖45份,枣粉10份,桂圆粉2份,蓝莓粉8份,山楂粉15份,褐藻膳食纤维粉5份,米粉2份,圆苞车前子壳粉0.5粉,果糖12.15份,柠檬汁粉0.3份,食用香精0.05份。
制备方法:将各种原料按照配比用混合机混合均匀,分装密封。
使用方法:加入40-60℃温水充分搅拌溶解后使用。
实施例4:
一种富含岩藻多糖清除幽门螺旋杆菌的固体饮料,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:
明月牌岩藻多糖10份,山药粉1份,褐藻膳食纤维粉62份,蜂蜜粉27份。
制备方法:将各种原料按照配比用混合机混合均匀,分装密封。
使用方法:加入40-60℃温水充分搅拌溶解后使用。
对实施例4进行功效测试,数据如下:
某病例,幽门螺旋杆菌检查结果呈阳性,后服用抗生素四联方治疗(胶体果胶泌胶囊,奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊,阿莫西林分散片,克拉霉素分散片),治疗结束血液检查结果显示,幽门螺旋杆菌检测仍呈阳性。随后每日温水冲调本发明15g,空腹饮用,连续饮用半年后再次血液检测,幽门螺旋杆菌呈阴性。
在上述实施例1-4的指引下,其它未例举的组合方式均可显而易见的实现。
本发明中未述及的部分借鉴现有技术即可实现。

岩藻多糖粉末0.2-90份,褐藻膳食纤维粉5-80份,菌菇果蔬粉1-50份;
所述的岩藻多糖粉末的纯度为5%-95%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种富含岩藻多糖的固体饮料,其特征在于:还包括0.1-20份的辅料和0.1-50份的谷物坚果粉。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种富含岩藻多糖的固体饮料,其特征在于:所述的辅料为麦芽糊精、蜂蜜粉、红糖、柠檬汁粉、葡萄糖、果糖、甜味剂、酸度调节剂、食用香精中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种富含岩藻多糖的固体饮料,其特征在于:所述的褐藻膳食纤维粉中膳食纤维含量≥3%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种富含岩藻多糖的固体饮料,其特征在于:所述的菌菇果蔬粉为猴头菇粉、鸡腿菇粉、茯苓粉、山药粉、枸杞粉、枣粉、桂圆粉、蓝莓粉、山楂粉、姜粉中的一种或多种。
