Description

Biological control method for inhibiting growth of exotic plant torch tree
Technical Field
The invention relates to a biological control method for inhibiting the growth of exotic plant torch trees, belonging to the technical field of agricultural production.
Technical Field
In the present stage, researches on torch trees mainly focus on extraction of effective substances of torch tree fruits, for example, chinese patent document CN 201310695.5 discloses a torch tree fruit extract, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in preparation of cosmetics, and chinese patent document CN201710654979.8 discloses a torch tree fruit extract, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in fermentation production of genetic engineering products.
In the prior art, there are some methods for controlling foreign plants, and chinese patent document 201410771975.4 discloses a method for controlling the foreign plants ageratum conyzoides, which comprises collecting large ash moss (Hypnum plomae) and wall moss (Tortula muralis), mixing the collected large ash moss and wall moss to prepare moss particles, and adding the moss particles into a growth substrate of ageratum plants to prevent and control the ageratum conyzoides. The method utilizes the moss to prevent and treat the ageratum conyzoides, but the moss is difficult to obtain in large batch, the required labor cost is high, the method is used for preventing and treating the foreign herbaceous plants, but beneficial prevention measures are lacked for the foreign woody plants, and the herbaceous plants and the woody plants have different life habits and cannot be mutually applied.
In view of the problems of the lack of advantageous control measures for exotic woody plants, there is an urgent need to develop a biological control method for efficiently inhibiting the growth of exotic plants, rhus typhina.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a biological control method for inhibiting the growth of a foreign plant torch tree, which provides a basis for safely and effectively controlling the torch tree.
In order to solve the problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a biological control method for inhibiting the growth of exotic plant torch tree features that the root water extract of Ailanthus altissima is used to inhibit the growth of torch tree.
Specifically, the biological control method for inhibiting the growth of exotic plant torch trees comprises the following steps:
1) Soaking the root system of the ailanthus in distilled water for 20-26h at 25 ℃, and filtering by a filter membrane of 0.22 mu m to obtain the water extract of the root system of the ailanthus;
2) Pouring the ailanthus root system water extract into a field planting area of the torch tree plant, and adding the ailanthus root system water extract once every five days for ten times; meanwhile, the leaves are removed by adopting a manual removing mode.
Preferably, in step 1), the root system of the Ailanthus altissima is a 3-5-year-old root system of Ailanthus altissima (Ailanthus altissima).
Preferably, in step 1), the diameter of the ailanthus roots is 3-5mm.
Preferably, in step 1) of the present invention, the amount of distilled water is used to submerge the root system of Ailanthus altissima.
Preferably, in step 1), the mass ratio of the root system to the distilled water is 1:3.
preferably, in step 1), the soaking is carried out at 25 ℃ for 24h.
Preferably, in step 2), the amount of the ailanthus altissima root system water extract is 10mL each time.
Preferably, in the step 2), the distance between the pouring position of the ailanthus altissima root system water extracting solution and the roots of the torch tree plants is 5-10cm.
Preferably, in step 2), the defoliation process is to remove 40% of the leaflets of all the compound leaves of the torch tree.
The invention unexpectedly discovers that the ailanthus root aqueous extract contains the root secretion of the ailanthus which has an inhibiting effect on the growth of the torch tree. In particular to the water extract of the root system of the ailanthus altissima, which is economical, simple and convenient and can effectively inhibit the growth of torch trees.
The invention has the technical characteristics and advantages that:
the method adopts the mode of adding the ailanthus root system water extracting solution and removing leaves, can reduce the biomass of the torch tree by 71.06 percent and reduce the biomass of new leaves of the torch tree by 72.29 percent, and is far more than the single treatment of adopting the ailanthus root system water extracting solution and removing leaves. The root system of the local common plant ailanthus altissima adopted by the combined method is convenient to obtain materials, the whole process is green and environment-friendly, and no additional ecological environment toxicity is generated.
Drawings
FIG. 1 shows the effect of root water extract and artificial defoliation of Ailanthus altissima on the total biomass of flare tree. The histogram is presented as biomass of the flare tree ± standard error. Different letter symbols indicate significant differences, and statistical analysis used One-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA).
FIG. 2 shows the effect of the root water extract and artificial defoliation of Ailanthus altissima on the biomass of new leaves of torch tree. The histogram is presented as biomass of the flare tree ± standard error. Different letter symbols indicate significant differences, and statistical analysis used One-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA).
FIG. 3 is a schematic representation of the defoliation pattern of the multiple leaves of a torch tree. Manually picking 40% of small leaves from the compound leaves on the torch tree.
Detailed Description
The following examples are intended to further illustrate the present invention, but the scope of the invention as claimed should not be limited to the examples.
Example 1
1. Preparing a root system water extract of the ailanthus altissima:
collecting root systems of 3-5 years old Ailanthus altissima, wherein the diameter of the roots of the Ailanthus altissima is 3-5mm, soaking the collected roots of the Ailanthus altissima in distilled water, and the mass ratio of the root systems to the water is 1:3, completely soaking the root system of the ailanthus in distilled water for 24 hours at the temperature of 25 ℃, enabling the water extract of the root system of the ailanthus to pass through a filter membrane with the diameter of 0.22 mu m, placing the filter membrane in a refrigerator with the temperature of 4 ℃ for standby, taking out the filter membrane in advance when in use, and standing the filter membrane indoors for a period of time.
2. Inhibiting the growth of the torch trees:
selecting torch tree seedlings with consistent growth state for 3 months, dividing the torch tree seedlings into 4 groups, which are respectively a control group, a leaf removing group, an ailanthus altissima water extract adding group and an ailanthus altissima water extract simultaneous leaf removing combined treatment group,
the simultaneous leaf removing combined treatment of the ailanthus altissima water extract is to pour the ailanthus altissima root system water extract into an area where torch tree plants are planted, the addition is carried out once every five days, the dosage of the ailanthus altissima root system water extract is 10mL each time, and the addition is carried out ten times in total; meanwhile, the leaves are removed by manual removing (as shown in figure 3).
After 2 months of growth, the plants were harvested and biomass was measured by harvesting the entire plant, drying at 80 ℃ for 48h and weighing. The biomass of the new leaves is the biomass of the new leaves germinated by the torch trees after the leaves are removed, and the new leaves are taken and dried for 48 hours at the temperature of 80 ℃ and weighed.
And (4) analyzing results:
as can be seen from fig. 1-2, the defoliation group, the ailanthus aqueous extract addition group and the simultaneous defoliation combined treatment group of the ailanthus aqueous extract show different degrees of inhibition effects on reducing biomass of the torch tree and biomass of new leaves;
the simultaneous leaf-removing combined treatment group of the ailanthus altissima water extract can reduce the biomass of the flare tree by 71.06 percent and reduce the biomass of new leaves of the flare tree by 72.29 percent, which is far more than the single treatment of adopting the ailanthus altissima root system water extract and removing the leaves, and plays an obvious role in inhibiting the growth of the flare tree.
