the arc length of the elastic support arc surface block (103 a) is smaller than that of the warning semi-sleeve component (102); the fitting half-sleeve (106) and the adjusting half-sleeve (107) are arranged above the elastic support arc block (103 a).

A tower apparatus as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the trigger assembly (104) comprises a distance adjusting unlocking block (104 a) arranged on the fixed supporting arc surface block (103 b), an L-shaped driven piece (104 b) arranged at the bottom of the elastic supporting arc surface block (103 a), and an impact piece (104 c) contacted with the bottom of the L-shaped driven piece (104 b);
the distance adjusting unlocking block (104 a) comprises a right side arc-shaped surface (104 a-1) arranged at the top part of the distance adjusting unlocking block; the L-block driven piece (104 b) comprises a limiting shell (104 b-1) fixedly connected with the bottom of the elastic support arc-shaped surface block (103 a), a containing groove (104 b-2) arranged at the bottom of the limiting shell (104 b-1), an L block (104 b-3) clamped with the containing groove (104 b-2), a second spring (104 b-4) respectively connected with the inner wall of the containing groove (104 b-2) and the L block (104 b-3), a left arc-shaped surface (104 b-5) arranged at the bottom of the L block (104 b-3), an arc-shaped side (104 b-6) arranged at the top of one end of the L block (104 b-3) and a horizontal pressing surface (104 b-7) arranged at the bottom of the arc-shaped side (104 b-6);
the impact piece (104 c) comprises a second telescopic limiting rod (104 c-1) connected with the top of the fixed support cambered surface block (103 b), a cambered bottom flat top block (104 c-2) connected with the top of the second telescopic limiting rod (104 c-1), a third spring (104 c-3) arranged on the outer side of the second telescopic limiting rod (104 c-1), and an impact ball (104 c-4) arranged on the top of the cambered bottom flat top block (104 c-2).

The pole tower apparatus of claim 4, wherein: the inner lock assembly (105) comprises a supporting arc disc (105 a) fixedly arranged in the middle of the inner wall of the mounting semi-sleeve assembly (101), a slope block (105 b) arranged on the supporting arc disc (105 a), a third telescopic limiting rod (105 c) connected with one side of the slope block (105 b) and the inner wall of the mounting semi-sleeve assembly (101), a fourth spring (105 d) arranged on the outer side of the third telescopic limiting rod (105 c), an L-shaped limiting locking rod (105 e) connected with the top of the slope block (105 b), a moving block (105 f) connected with the L-shaped limiting locking rod (105 e) in an inserting mode, a T-shaped vertical through hole (105 g) arranged on the moving block (105 f) and clamped with one end of the L-shaped limiting locking rod (105 e), a shielding face (105 h) connected with one end of the moving block (105 f), and an anti-rebound plate (105 i) arranged above the T-shaped vertical through hole (105 g);
the screw hole (101 b) is provided on the rear side of the shielding surface (105 h).
6. The pole tower apparatus of claim 5, wherein: the matching half sleeve (106) comprises a first solid arc disc body (106 a) with the bottom in contact with the elastic supporting arc surface block (103 a) and a slot disc body (106 b) connected with the first solid arc disc body (106 a);
the adjusting half sleeve (107) comprises a second solid arc disc body (107 a) in contact with the elastic supporting arc surface block (103 a) and an inserting disc body (107 b) connected with the second solid arc disc body (107 a);
the slot tray body (106 b) is matched with the plug tray body (107 b) in size;
the bottoms of the first solid arc disc body (106 a) and the first solid arc disc body (106 a) are provided with descending height equalizing grooves (N1) and gongs (N2);

10. A tower apparatus as claimed in claim 9, wherein: limiting moving blocks are arranged on two sides of the L block (104 b-3), and limiting moving grooves matched with the limiting moving blocks are arranged in the accommodating groove (104 b-2);
the moving block (105 f) is arranged in the vertical through hole (101 a), limiting moving blocks are arranged on two sides of the moving block (105 f), and limiting moving grooves matched with the limiting moving blocks are formed in the vertical through hole (101 a).
