Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tower climbing preventive device and a tower climbing preventive method for positively preventing a third person from climbing a steel tower. <P>SOLUTION: The tower climbing preventive device comprises a holding member 30 fixed to a tower climbing path 10 of the steel tower 1, and rotating members 40 rotatable relative to the holding member 30. Since the rotatable rotating members 40 are arranged on the tower climbing path 10 of the steel tower 1, a foothold at an intermediate part of the tower climbing path 10 is slippery due to the rotation of the rotating members 40. There is therefore no stable foothold for the third person to put the hands and feet on to positively prevent the third person from climbing the tower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an ascending tower preventing apparatus and ascending tower preventing method for preventing a third party from climbing up to a steel tower, and more particularly, a ascending tower configured to prevent a third person from ascending by utilizing slippage by a rotating member. The present invention relates to a prevention device and a tower climbing prevention method.

In power transmission towers, third-party climbing is prohibited to prevent accidents, but a third party may rise to the tower without permission. In order to prevent this, a tower prevention device may be attached to the tower climbing path (component) of the steel tower (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). This tower climbing prevention device has a large number of steel rods arranged radially, and is attached to a main pillar material of a steel tower (a member that extends upward and serves as a main pillar of the steel tower). To prevent the third-party climbing tower from being lifted by a steel rod.
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 06-59556 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 08-68237

However, even if a tower prevention device as described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 is attached, a third party may easily climb the tower. That is, when a third party pushes between the steel bars, it becomes possible to put the body between them and ascend the tower. As described above, the conventional tower climbing prevention device has a function of interfering with the third party climbing tower, but has a problem that the third party climbing tower cannot be completely prevented.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a tower-up prevention apparatus and a tower-up prevention method capable of reliably preventing a third party from ascending the tower.

In order to achieve the above object, the invention described in claim 1 is characterized by comprising a holding member fixed to the tower climbing path of the steel tower, and a rotating member rotatable with respect to the holding member. It is a climbing prevention device.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the tower climbing prevention device according to the first aspect, the rotating member is composed of a roller that rotates around the holding member.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the tower climbing prevention apparatus according to the first or second aspect, the rotating member is detachable from the holding member.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the tower climbing prevention device according to any one of the first to third aspects, a rotation stop for stopping the rotation of the rotating member is provided.

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the first column prevention device for preventing the tower from rising from the main column material is attached to the main column material that is the ascending tower path of the steel tower, and the first tower prevention method is provided. A tower climbing prevention method comprising attaching the tower climbing prevention device according to any one of claims 1 to 4 to at least one of the tower climbing paths below and above the apparatus.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since a rotatable rotating member is disposed in the tower climbing path, the middle of the tower climbing path is easily slipped by the rotating member. Therefore, there is no stable scaffold for a third person to hang on the way of the climbing tower path, and it is possible to reliably prevent the third person from climbing the tower.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the rotating member is composed of a roller that rotates around a holding member fixed to the tower passage, the portion of the tower passage where the roller is located is extremely slippery. A stable scaffold can be obtained, and the effect of preventing third-party climbing can be enhanced.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the rotating member can be attached to and detached from the holding member, for example, even when the operator removes the rotating member when ascending the tower, it is easy to attach or remove the rotating member. .

According to the invention described in claim 4, since the rotation stop for stopping the rotation of the rotation member is provided, when the worker climbs the tower, the rotation of the rotation member can be locked using the rotation stop. Therefore, the tower can be elevated without removing the rotating member at the time of inspection by an operator.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the first climbing prevention device is attached to the main pillar material that is the ascending tower path of the steel tower, and at least one of the lower and upper portions of the first climbing prevention device. Since the climbing prevention apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4 is attached to the climbing path, the climbing prevention effect can be enhanced by a synergistic effect of the two types of climbing prevention apparatuses. Ascending towers can be reliably prevented.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

(Embodiment 1)
1 to 7 show Embodiment 1 of the present invention. In FIG. 7, the code | symbol 1 has shown the steel tower for high voltage power transmission lines. The steel tower 1 is composed of a main pillar material 2, an arm metal main material 3, an arm metal suspension material 4, a base material 5, an abdominal material 8, and the like. The main pillar material 2 is a member provided at the four corners and extending upward from the ground surface, and has a function as a pillar. The bracelet main material 3 has a function of suspending a power transmission line through a lever. The arm metal suspension material 4 has a function of supporting the arm metal main material 3 from the main pillar material 2 side. The base material 5 is composed of a main leg material 6 and a brace material 7 buried in the ground, and the lower part of the main pillar material 2 is connected to the main leg material 6. Of the members used in the steel tower 1, members other than those described above are referred to as abdominal material 8.

FIG. 5 shows the climbing tower path 10 of the tower 1 where the worker ascends and descends for inspection of the transmission line, and the climbing tower path 10 is formed along each main pillar material 2. As shown in FIG. 7, ascending / descending step bolts 11 as scaffolds are attached to each main pillar member 2 in the vertical direction at a predetermined interval. In the middle of the ascending tower path 10 of each main pillar material 2, a first ascending tower prevention device 20 for preventing a third person from ascending the tower is provided. The first tower climbing prevention device 20 is attached to the main pillar material 2. As shown in FIG. 6, the first ascending tower prevention device 20 has a ring-shaped support portion 21 fixed to the main pillar material 2, and the support portion 21 surrounds the main pillar material 2. Is arranged. A large number of steel bars 22 extend radially from the support portion 21. The interval between the steel bars 21 is set such that a human cannot pass through. As a result, the third party who reaches directly below the first tower-up prevention device 20 is obstructed by the many steel rods 22 and the tower-up tower is prevented. The first climbing prevention device 20 is not limited to the structure of FIG. 6 as long as it has a function of interfering with a third party climbing tower.

In order for a third party to avoid the first climbing prevention device 20 and climb the tower, it is necessary to use the belly material 8 located below and above the first climbing prevention device 20. A new tower prevention device 25 is provided on the material 8. In the first embodiment, ascending tower prevention devices 25 are respectively provided on the left and right in the vertical direction of each first ascending tower prevention device 20, as shown in FIGS. That is, four sets of climbing prevention devices 25 are provided for one first climbing prevention device 20. The ascending tower preventing device 25 includes a holding member 30 and a rotating member 40. The holding member 30 includes a support shaft 31, a pressing material 32, and a jack 33. The support shaft 31 is attached to the web 8 of the steel tower 1. The support shaft 31 has a cut portion 31a extending in the axial direction, and the cut portion 31a has a substantially fan shape. That is, the support shaft 31 has a quarter of a circular cross section cut out with the axis at the center. The corner of the cut portion 31a of the support shaft 31 is pressed against the corner of the abdomen 8 made of angle steel. Thereby, the surface of the cut portion 31 a of the support shaft 31 is in close contact with the outer surface of the abdomen 8. The pressing member 32 is an arc-shaped plate member having an outer peripheral surface having the same diameter as that of the support shaft 31, and is fixed at a position covering the cut portion 31a. The support shaft 31 is fixed to the abdominal material 8 by the pressing force of a jack 33 disposed between the inside of the abdominal material 8 and the pressing material 32.

The support shaft 31 is provided with a rotating member 40 made of a roller. A shaft hole 41 extending in the axial direction is formed in the shaft center of the rotating member 40, and the support shaft 31 is inserted through the shaft hole 41. The rotating member 40 is rotatable around the support shaft 31 and is made of, for example, FRP (fiber reinforced plastic). The diameter of the rotating member 40 is set to a size that cannot be grasped by a palm in order to prevent a third party from ascending the tower. For example, in Embodiment 1, the diameter of the rotating member 40 is 800 mm. The rotating member 40 can be attached to and detached from the support shaft 31. As shown in FIG. 3, the rotating member 40 can be divided into two parts around the axis. The rotary member 40 divided into two is formed with a bolt hole 40a for passing a connecting bolt (not shown).

By the way, it is good also as a structure which arrange | positions the tower climbing prevention apparatus 25 as follows. In the above, the climbing prevention device 25 is arranged in the vertical direction of the first climbing prevention device 20, but the climbing prevention device 25 is arranged at the bottom of the steel tower 1, and a warning color is given to the climbing prevention device 25. If applied, the public can be alerted. Thereby, it becomes possible to prevent a third person's ascending tower in advance, and it is possible to prevent a disaster caused by a third party's contact with the steel tower dangerous part.

Next, the operation of the first embodiment will be described. When a third party ascends to the steel tower 1, first, the ascending tower step bolt 11 provided on the main pillar material 2 starts to rise. When the third party ascends along the main pillar material 2, the third member reaches the rotating member 40 before reaching the first tower climbing prevention device 20. Since the rotating member 40 is freely rotatable and has a size that cannot be gripped by palms or arms, a member that can be gripped by a third person by hand is located near the rotating member 40. No longer exists. Therefore, the upper scaffolding for the climbing tower becomes very unstable due to the sliding caused by the rotation of the rotating member 40, and further climbing of the third party is prevented.

Further, even if a third party tries to sufficiently widen the interval between the steel rods 22 by bending the steel rods 22 of the first climbing prevention device 20, this is impossible. In order for a third party to deform the steel rod 22, a sufficiently stable scaffold is required, but this scaffold cannot be secured by the rotating member 40 below in FIG. In addition, since the rotating member 40 is also disposed above the first climbing prevention device 20, further climbing by a third party becomes extremely difficult.

As in the first embodiment, the first column preventing device 20 for preventing the tower from rising from the main column material 2 is attached to the main column material 2 which is the ascending tower path 10 of the steel tower 1. Since a method of preventing another tower from being installed by installing another tower prevention apparatus 25 in at least one of the tower passages 10 below and above the tower climbing prevention apparatus 20 of the present invention, two types of tower prevention apparatuses are used. Due to the synergistic effect of, third-party climbing towers can be reliably prevented.

By the way, when the worker ascends the tower for inspection or the like, it is necessary to remove the rotating member 40 or to fix (lock) the rotating member 40. Therefore, when the rotating member 40 is removed, the rotating member 40 has a two-part configuration, and therefore it is not necessary to remove even the holding member 30, and the rotating member 40 can be easily removed. The removed rotating member 40 is attached to the support shaft 31 by the operator after the inspection is completed. Further, when the rotating member 40 is fixed, a stopper 46 is mounted on the abdomen 8, and a rotation stopper 42 that can be engaged with the stopper 46 is mounted on the rotating member 40.

In the present embodiment, the rotating member 40 is integral and the support shaft 31 is inserted into the shaft hole 41 of the rotating member 40, but the rotating member 40 may be divided in the axial direction. That is, a groove is provided on the inner periphery of each divided member, and a convex portion that engages with the groove is provided on the support shaft 31, and each of the divided members is engaged with the convex portion of the support shaft 31. The dividing member may be rotatable about the support shaft 31. By dividing the rotating member 40 in the axial direction in this way, each divided member rotates independently, so that the effect of preventing the tower from rising is enhanced.

(Embodiment 2)
FIG. 8 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment shows a modification of the holding member that holds the rotating member 40 in particular. The support shaft 31 is attached to the abdomen 8 via a metal fitting 35 formed in a substantially L shape. The metal fitting 35 is provided with a hole (not shown) through which the bolt 37 is inserted. The support shaft 31 is formed with a female screw 31b into which the bolt 37 is screwed. In the second embodiment, since the support shaft 31 is fixed to the abdomen 8 by tightening the bolts 37, a jack is not required as in the first embodiment. The support shaft 31 is formed with a cut portion 31a and the cross-sectional shape is not circular. However, the support shaft 31 can hold the rotating member 40 rotatably even in this cross-sectional shape. Therefore, when the structure of FIG. 8 is adopted, the configuration can be simplified as compared with the first embodiment while maintaining the same function.

(Embodiment 3)
9 and 10 show a third embodiment of the present invention and show a modification of the rotating member. The rotating member 40 ′ made of a roller has a two-part configuration for facilitating attachment to and removal from the support shaft 31, and a connecting bolt hole 40a ′ is formed in the rotating member 40 ′. A pipe (vinyl pipe) 45 is provided between the support shaft 31 and the rotation member 40 ′ for smooth rotation of the rotation member 40 ′. A stopper 47 that restricts the axial movement of the rotating member 40 ′ relative to the support shaft 31 is attached to the support shaft 31. In the third embodiment, the rotation of the rotating member 40 ′ is smoothed by the pipe 45, so that it becomes very slippery when touched by the palm, and the third-party climbing effect is enhanced.

(Embodiment 4)
FIG. 11 shows a fourth embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment shows a modification of the rotating member. As shown in FIG. 11, the holding member 50 attached to the web 8 of the steel tower 1 has a support shaft 51 and a holding portion 52. The support shaft 51 is formed with a cut portion 51a and is fixed to the abdomen 8 with the same configuration as that of the first embodiment. The holding part 52 has substantially the same diameter as the rotating member 40 of the first embodiment so that it is difficult for a third party to hold it. The holding part 52 has a two-part structure similar to the rotating member 40 in order to be detachable from the support shaft 51. In the fourth embodiment, the holding part 52 does not need to rotate with respect to the support shaft 51. A large number of rotating members 53 made of a rotatable ball are held on the surface of the holding portion 52. Therefore, the surface of the holding part 52 is very slippery, and it becomes impossible to hold the holding part 52 with a palm or an arm. Therefore, even when the rotating member 53 made of a rotatable ball is used, it is possible to prevent a third person from ascending the tower.

As described above, the first to fourth embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail. However, the specific configuration is not limited to these embodiments, and there are design changes and the like within the scope not departing from the gist of the present invention. However, it is included in this invention. For example, if the inside of the rotating members 40 and 40 'is hollowed out, the weight of the attaching / detaching member can be greatly reduced, and the attaching / detaching operation of the rotating members 40 and 40' at a high place becomes easy. In addition, in each embodiment, although application to the steel tower for power transmission lines was demonstrated, of course, this invention can be used also for other steel towers.
