Fig. 1 shows a schematic flow diagram of an industrial chain financial management method provided by the present application, which may be applied in a manufacturing industrial chain by way of example and not limitation, and includes the following steps:
s110, acquiring a purchasing demand list from a purchasing party.
The purchasing party is a production party in the manufacturing industry chain, produces according to a production order of a finished product ordering party, and purchases materials required by the produced finished products according to the finished products ordered by the production order and the quantity of the finished products before putting into production, so that a purchasing demand list is formed; the procurement requirements list includes information for one or more materials that make up the finished product, including, but not limited to, the model, material, size, quantity, etc. of the materials.
And S120, sending first order information to at least one supplier according to the purchasing requirement.
An industrial chain financial management platform (platform for short) respectively signs a generation purchasing agreement with a purchasing party and a supplier, the platform is used as a generation purchasing party, a sales order is established according to a purchasing demand list of the purchasing party, and the sales order comprises transaction information between the platform and the purchasing party; and generating purchase orders for purchasing from at least one supplier according to the sales orders, wherein each purchase order represents the transaction relationship between the platform and each supplier. Therefore, real-time monitoring of the order flow can be realized.
The method can confirm the types and the quantities of the materials provided by different suppliers according to the types and the quantities of the purchased materials, and purchase all the materials from one supplier or purchase the materials with different types or quantities from a plurality of suppliers by combining the supply price of each supplier.
As a possible implementation, when the sales orders of different purchasing parties have the same material, the platform may combine a plurality of sales orders to generate a purchase order for purchasing the material to a supplier; the centralized purchasing is beneficial to obtaining better price.
As another possible implementation, when materials in a sales order need to be purchased from different suppliers, or when one supplier is not enough to provide the required amount of materials, the platform may split one sales order to generate a purchase order to purchase materials from multiple suppliers.
It can be understood that, based on the above two situations, the platform may merge multiple sales orders, split the merged sales orders according to the types or quantities of the materials, and generate purchase orders for purchasing the materials from multiple suppliers.
The first order information includes a purchase order and a target location, the first order information for instructing a supplier to provide the material indicated by the purchase order to the target location in accordance with the purchase order.
And S130, paying the goods payment to each supplier according to each purchase order before each supplier provides the materials.
In order to solve the fund transfer problem of part of the buyers, the platform can provide payment service for the buyers. The platform pays the payment to the supplier, and the supplier distributes the materials to the target place in the form of logistics and the like after receiving the payment.
Funding sources for the platform include, but are not limited to, the platform's own funding, funding of financial institutions cooperating with the platform, and the like.
And S140, confirming that the materials provided by each supplier reach the target site.
When the supplier sends the materials through logistics, the supplier also uploads delivery information to the platform, wherein the delivery information comprises delivery details and logistics information. The platform acquires delivery information uploaded by a supplier and pushes the delivery information to an appointed receiver; and determining delivery details and real objects by the appointed receiver, and inputting the material information into the storage management system. And the platform confirms that the materials provided by each supplier reach the target site according to the confirmation operation triggered by the appointed consignee. So far, the material right of the material collection is brought under the monitoring of the platform.
In order to facilitate the production of the purchasing party and reduce the transportation cost, the target location can be a warehouse of the purchasing party, and if some materials have special storage requirements (such as flammable and explosive materials, radioactive materials and the like), the materials can also be transported separately and stored in other appointed target locations.
And the appointed consignee belongs to a warehousing operator designated by the industrial chain financial management platform or the platform. The appointed consignee designated by the platform or the warehousing operator is used as a warehouse manager and is responsible for receiving materials and managing the materials and finished products in and out.
This embodiment uses a VMI stock control mode (Vendor Managed Inventory). The platform provides the generation purchase service for the buyer, namely the platform is used as a supplier of the buyer, the platform has management rights on the VMI raw material bin and the VMI finished product bin, the raw material bin and the finished product bin are managed by a storage operator appointed by the platform or the platform, and under the condition of paying the goods by generation, all the generation material and goods rights are mastered, so that the generation material is prevented from being separated from control, and the risk of loss of the right of goods is avoided fundamentally. In addition, the abundant manufacturing logistics experience of the warehousing operator can be used for helping the factory of the purchasing party to improve the operation efficiency of the supply chain, the order delivery rate and the fund withdrawal efficiency, so that the risk rate of the fund is reduced.
And S150, permitting the purchasing party to obtain the required materials from the materials for producing finished products.
The platform receives an application that a purchasing party draws required materials according to a production order or a production plan; and when the value of the required material is confirmed to be within the guarantee limit enjoyed by the purchasing party, the purchasing party is permitted to draw the required material out of the warehouse.
Before the platform provides the purchasing service for the purchasing party, the purchasing party provides equipment and/or bills for the platform to serve as a mortgage, or a third party provides a guarantee, and the platform gives a certain guarantee limit to the purchasing party according to the values of the equipment and the bills and the credit investigation condition of the purchasing party.
The buyer can obtain the value of the required material within the share guarantee limit. The guarantee amount is recyclable, the residual guarantee amount is reduced after the purchasing party obtains the required materials, and the guarantee amount is correspondingly increased when the purchasing party returns finished products to the warehouse, returns the residual materials or pays the goods money.
The purchasing party can draw the material within the guarantee amount, and the risk of loss of the material right of the platform can be controlled within a certain range. The dynamic and recyclable guarantee amount is beneficial to the purchasing party to flexibly take the materials, and compared with the traditional mortgage mode of a financial institution, the method does not need to deal with the mortgage procedure at every time to obtain the funds and then purchase the materials, is convenient and flexible in procedure, and does not delay the production progress.
In the guarantee limit enjoyed by the purchasing party, the purchasing party can correspondingly receive corresponding materials according to the finished product quantity of one or more production orders; or according to a single-day or multi-day production plan.
And taking the appointed receiver as a warehouse manager, checking and confirming the receipt of the received material, and then carrying out warehouse-out operation on the warehouse management system.
And S160, under the condition that the buyer is confirmed to pay the target goods payment or provide the pledge equivalent to the target goods payment, the finished product is allowed to be delivered out of the warehouse.
The target goods money is part of or all of the total goods money formed by the goods money corresponding to each material.
And in the case of receiving the target payment paid by the buyer or providing the pledge equivalent to the target payment, the platform sends an instruction for permitting the finished product to be delivered to the warehouse, wherein the instruction comprises the type and the quantity of the finished product permitted to be delivered.
In other embodiments, if the platform manages the warehouse by using the intelligent management lock, after confirming that the target goods payment or the equivalent pledge is received, the platform can remotely authorize the secret key to the purchasing party or the appointed receiver who manages the warehouse, and the purchasing party or the appointed receiver unlocks by using the mobile phone bluetooth and the secret key. Therefore, for the material management in different places, the control right of the material is mastered by the appointed consignee in the improper place, and the risk caused by the fact that the appointed consignee does not handle according to the regulations is avoided.
In this embodiment, the platform is with fund direct payment to the supplier, and carries out programme-controlled goods entirely to the material of purchasing instead, can solve the problem that traditional industry chain finance's fund is to unknown and the unable management and control of material: firstly, the fund cannot flow to the account of the purchasing party, secondly, the purchasing party cannot change the purchased materials for private use or use other purposes, the purchased materials can only be used for manufacturing production under the item of the production order, and the order is delivered to form a refund after the production is finished.
The management method provided by the embodiment is characterized in that a purchasing party and a supplier are centralized on line by an industrial chain financial management platform for management, a finished product ordering party and a capital party can also participate in the management if necessary, the material right data of the purchased materials and the finished products are shared on line in real time, and the material right of the materials and the finished products is comprehensively mastered under line, so that the financial material right can be managed in real time, informationized and intelligentized, the financing channel of small and medium-sized micro enterprises can be widened, the financing cost is effectively reduced, the financing efficiency is improved, and the increase of the financing credit is realized; meanwhile, the system breaks through the tradition, innovates a high-efficiency and low-risk service mode and a risk management model, promotes the cooperative development and organic fusion of industry and finance, enables the entity economy, promotes the strong chain supplement of the manufacturing industry, helps small and medium-sized enterprises to acquire and expand new markets, and enjoys policy dividends.
In a possible implementation manner, in order to further control the risk of purchasing the service, on the basis of the above method embodiment, the application further includes one or more of the following risk control means.
First, between steps S110 and S120, the following steps are further included as shown in fig. 2:
